WWE Legend Sunny Released from Jail After 8 Months
WWE Hall of Famer Sunny is a free woman after spending most of 2018 behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned.
45-year-old Tammy Sytch -- considered the first ever WWE Diva -- was arrested in New Jersey back in March following 2 DUI arrests, one in January and another in February.
After the arrests, she blew off multiple court dates and was considered a "fugitive of justice" -- but was eventually taken into custody in New Jersey in March.
Roughly 3 weeks later, Sytch was later transferred to a Pennsylvania jail where she's been locked up ever since.
But now, according to officials at Carbon County Correctional Facility in PA, Sytch was released on parole Tuesday morning.
Sunny has a grocery list of run-ins with the law -- she's had 5 DUI arrests, as well as 5 arrests from 2012 where she was busted for things like burglary and crimes related to domestic violence.
The last time we spoke with Sunny back in February 2017, she said she was cleaning herself up and completing rehab.

Katt Williams Managers' Decision Got Me Busted ... Picked Emmys Over Court!!!
-
EXCLUSIVE
Katt Williams' handlers wanted him to get some shine at the Emmys so badly, they kept him in the dark about a scheduled court date -- a decision that blew up in Katt's face with his weekend arrest.
Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Williams' management team didn't tell him he was due in an Atlanta courtroom at the same time he was flying to L.A. last month to attend the Emmys. Yes, Katt was nominated for his role on the hit show "Atlanta," and he ended up winning.
However, we're told Katt's making it clear he would've picked going to court over the award show if anyone on his team had bothered to let him know what was at stake. When Katt no-showed for court, the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Our sources say Katt never even knew about the warrant until he got busted in Oregon for allegedly assaulting his driver. He remains in a Portland jail, and no decision's been made yet on extradition.
Bottom line -- Katt feels like he's paying the price for his team choosing lady Emmy over Lady Justice.

Remember, Conor and his band of thugs attacked Khabib's bus at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn back in April -- after an incident between Khabib and Conor's teammate, Artem Lobov.
Conor famously threw a steel dolly at the bus -- while trying to provoke Khabib to step outside and fight.
Conor was arrested for the attack -- Khabib said if Conor wanted to fight, "send me the location."
The two have been threatening each other in public ever since. Conor recently said he would have killed Khabib if he would have stepped off the bus.
But, Saturday night, Khabib was the better fighter -- dominating Conor in basically every facet of the fight at UFC 229 in Vegas.
He ultimately choked Conor out in the 4th round -- and once Conor tapped, Khabib appeared to spit on Conor and then jumped outside of the cage and attacked Conor's team.
You could see Khabib brawling in the crowd with Conor's pal, Dillon Danis -- one of the guys who was with Conor when he attacked the bus.
Someone jumped inside the Octagon and attacked Conor.
Security raced to the scene and tried to restore order.
Khabib was ultimately escorted out of the cage without the ceremonial belt moment with Dana White.

The Khabib/McGregor after-fight spilled out of the T-Mobile Arena Saturday night, and one ridiculous dude came without a whisker of getting cuffed and carted off to jail.
Fans were fighting after the UFC 229 melee and Las Vegas cops had trouble controlling the situation.
Check out the guy in the green shirt -- a clear sign he's a Conor supporter -- he mouths off to the cops and seems as if he's ready to fight them. Even after getting pushed and warned by an officer, the guy presses his luck, but cops showed restraint and diffused the confrontation.
The emotion, the fight and the post-fight attack, along with plenty of alcohol, made for a volatile night in Sin City.

'Ray Donovan' Actor Pooch Hall Arrested for DUI ... And Letting His 2-Year-Old Drive
"Ray Donovan" actor Marion "Pooch" Hall was arrested Wednesday night for DUI and felony child endangerment, after allegedly letting his 2-year-old son drive because he was too wasted to steer.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hall, who plays Daryll, was driving in Burbank at around 7:30 PM when witnesses called 911 after seeing the toddler in his lap holding the steering wheel.

Cher Malibu Home was Loaded with Drugs ... Not Hers Though
Cher's home has been doubling as a drug den ... but apparently without her knowledge.
We broke the story ... Cher's Malibu mansion was swarmed by cops last Thursday and they executed a search warrant, which led to the arrest of Donovan Ruiz, the 23-year-old son of one of her assistants, who lives at her residence.
According to that search warrant -- obtained by TMZ -- cops found a plethora of narcotics and drug paraphernalia both on Ruiz and in his room ... along with boxes of .22 caliber bullets.
Cops searched Ruiz's pants and allegedly found 1.3 grams of fentanyl powder, a Xanax pill, an unknown white pill, tin foil and a pink straw with brown residue.
Ruiz's room was then searched, where cops say they found 16 yellow pills marked "215," 2 pink pills marked "K40," 3 Suboxone strips, 4 fentanyl patches, 2 boxes of .22 caliber ammunition and a Gucci box containing burnt foil and a straw.
The ammo is interesting because as we reported, cops called in paramedics during the search ... anticipating things might turn violent.
According to the docs, cops had reason to believe Ruiz was selling narcotics and sold heroin to a Ventura County resident in September who overdosed and died ... which is why they got the search warrant.
Ruiz was arrested on a felony charge for supplying narcotics to someone who dies.
Cher is on tour and was not home at the time of the arrest.

Track Palin Will Spend Year in Custody After Latest Arrest
Sarah Palin's oldest son's arrest for allegedly hitting a woman he lives with is a violation of a deal he struck for a separate assault case ... so a judge is sending him to a halfway house.
Track Palin was arrested last week on domestic violence charges, and a judge ruled Wednesday that the allegations of assaulting a woman have disqualified him from a therapeutic program he was in stemming from another case -- an alleged assault on his father.
The 29-year-old Army vet entered the program -- intended to rehabilitate vets -- as part of deal after he was arrested in December for allegedly breaking into his parent's house and beating up his dad.
Anchorage District Court Judge David Wallace reportedly told Track he broke the deal, so he must report to a halfway house at month's end where he'll stay for a year. He could also get jail time.
Speaking of jail, he's currently there ... facing misdemeanor charges for last week's arrest including assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
As we reported, Palin was also arrested in January 2016 after an altercation with his girlfriend at the time.

Tekashi69 That's Not My Gun ... I Don't Even Own One!!!
Tekashi69 is already working on his defense after a gun turned up when federal agents raided his home ... and he sounds confident there's no way the feds can pin the firearm on him.
Tekashi's defense attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ ... a gun charge would be a very difficult case to prove because the rapper doesn't even own a piece.
We broke the story ... Tekashi's Brooklyn home was raided by federal agents, assisted by the NYPD, last week and they discovered a gun. It's not clear what prompted the search, or who owns the recovered items.
Tekashi wasn't home when feds busted through the front door, and 6ix9ine claims he moved out weeks before the raid ... so his defense thinks it's gonna be hard to link anything to him.
We know Tekashi hasn't been in NY much over the past few weeks ... he was recording music in Colombia with Kanye West, and he had a show in Russia, where a fan got beat up by his crew.
We're told there's been several people in and out of the house recently, so the gun could belong to anyone.

LeSean McCoy NFL Star Physically Abused Me ... Ex-GF Claims
LeSean McCoy's ex-girlfriend Delicia Cordon has filed new court docs claiming the NFL star physically abused her during their relationship ... alleging he once literally kicked her out of bed.
It's all part of Cordon's ongoing lawsuit against McCoy, in which she accused him of orchestrating the violent home invasion back in July when she was pistol whipped by a masked intruder.
McCoy has adamantly denied any involvement in the incident. He has neither been arrested nor charged with a crime.
Cordon filed new docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, going in greater detail as to why she believes McCoy is involved ... and points to a history of violence.
Cordon says McCoy first got physical with her after the 2016 NFL season -- noting, "He would often grab [her] in a manner that was painful and would leave [her] skin reddened."
"McCoy did not care who was around when he would become enraged."
She added, "McCoy once physically kicked [her] out of the bed."
Cordon claims she and McCoy dated on and off since 2016.
Cordon claims the Buffalo Bills star would always shower her in gifts to get back into her good graces -- and she stayed quiet because she didn't want to hurt his reputation and jeopardize his NFL career.
She also admits in the docs she did not reveal the abuse before filing her lawsuit. Translation -- there are no police reports.
In the new court docs, Cordon also goes into greater detail about prior allegations that McCoy would physically abuse his own child and beat their pet dog.
We reached out to McCoy's agent for comment -- so far, no word back.
