Ice Spice Show Goes On Without Lil Tjay ... For ‘In Ha Mood’ Vid Shoot!!!

Published | Updated

Lil Tjay’s arrest for gun possession didn’t completely ruin Ice Spice’s day -- she shot the video for her own single instead.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained video footage of Ice Spice shooting the video in her hometown Bronx neighborhood for her recently released single "In Ha Mood."

The track has already been winning on Spotify and TikTok and will appear on her debut EP dropping sometime this year.

Ice had originally planned to film her "Gangsta Boo" collaboration with Lil Tjay on Monday, but the “Calling My Phone” rapper was apprehended by officers after a traffic stop on Monday ... forcing her to switch up the production.

'OITNB' Star Dascha Polanco Backs Kim K Meeting Prison Inmates ... Let's Partner Up!!!

Published

"Orange Is the New Black" star Dascha Polanco is in full support of Kim Kardashian's latest prison visit ... saying it proves Kim's more than just talk when it comes to prison reform.

We got the actress Monday at LAX, and asked her thoughts on Kim's latest visit to Cali's Pelican Bay State prison, where she met inmates held in solitary confinement -- a visit that drew mixed reactions ... from the public, at least.

Dascha says she's all the way here for Kim Kardashian making these kinds of visits.

From her own experience, she admits she's felt intimidated working with inmates at times ... but she salutes anyone who's willing to go above and beyond to make a difference.

As for whether Kim can have a real impact, Dascha says "absolutely" ... adding it all comes down to having a conversation and having influence, which we all know Kim has in abundance.

As we told you, the SKIMS founder recently spent a day at Pelican Bay ... chatting face-to-face with inmates about the toll solitary confinement can take on their mental stability.

Over the years ... Kim's dedicated a lot of time to prison reform. You'll recall, she met with former President Trump in 2018 to help pardon Alice Marie Johnson, and she played a huge role in freeing a number of inmates like Matthew Charles and Jeffrey Stringer.

Like many things, Kim got some backlash for her efforts -- but as far as Dascha is concerned, haters are always going to talk.

BTW, she's even down for a prison linkup with Kim to do what they're both passionate about, together!

YouTuber Corey Struve Arrested for Public Intoxication & Attacking Cop ... She Denies Misconduct, Claims Injury

Published | Updated

Corey Struve -- a YouTube mom/influencer who famously posts about her brood -- was in a not-so-family-friendly state this weekend -- according to cops, who claim she attacked one of their own ... but she says she's the one who got roughed up.

According to the Monterey County Sheriff's Department, the 37-year-old best known as half of the Trav and Cor YouTube channel, was arrested Sunday near Pebble Beach, CA on suspicion of a number of crimes ... including public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest and battery on an officer.

Law enforcement sources tell us Corey was drinking at a bar near the golf course to celebrate her birthday, which we're told led to her getting belligerent and security eventually asking her to go back to her room. She was staying at a hotel there.

Cops say they were called when she refused to go back to her room, and officers told her she'd be arrested if she didn't scram. We're told she still refused to leave, and ended up kicking one of the arresting officers.

Whatever went down, Struve's mug shot certainly looks like she wasn't happy about it.

Now, a source close to Corey tells us, she was "celebrating her bday with her parents (her kid were not there) and alcohol was consumed. Corey did not resist arrest and was slammed to the floor in handcuffs without her Miranda Rights being read to her. Although this behavior is out of character for her, Corey strongly denies misconduct against a police officer and has retained legal counsel."

What's more ... Struve claims to have suffered injuries to her shoulder, arm and face during the incident, a source tells us officers really roughed her up during the arrest.

Her attorney, Scott Erdbacher, tells us, "I am concerned about how much aggression was used against my client while she was handcuffed. My concern at this point is about Corey's well being and her injuries are currently being catalogued by a medical specialist including head to toe bruising, numbness and loss of mobility to her left arm."

The incident is a 180 from her peppy, cheerful appearances on social media -- where she's often cheesin' it up with her hubby, Travis Talbott and their 3 children. Their YouTube account boasts an impressive 6.2 million subscribers, and the fam is tight with Jake Paul.

Their videos have racked up over a billion total views for their pranks, reaction vids and skits -- not to mention music videos for their singin' kiddos.

CASH FLOW

Funkmaster Flex is having a sudden change of heart -- one that could potentially anger the rest of his New York rap base, because he’s decided to play Tekashi 6ix9ine’s music again after previously banning him.

The longtime Hot 97 personality's decision was swayed by 6ix9ine's latest post ... which featured the rainbow-haired rap star on a plane with a mound of cash he says totals $1M, unafraid of any potential threats as he trekked back to the East Coast.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Back in 2021, 6ix9ine ignited Funk Flex's musical interest when he previewed his "ZAZA" single but the DJ ultimately refused to play the track over the street code he says no longer exists ... mainly because rappers aren't signing up to do 5 years behind bars to support their gang anymore!!!

Funk Flex saluted Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel, Fetty Wap, Boosie Badazz and Young Thug as the last of a dying breed of rappers who don't give statements to the police ... an obvious dig at Gunna, who's been losing friends on IG -- such as Lil Baby, Lil Durk and recently Meek Mill -- for taking a plea deal in the YSL RICO case.

6ix9ine has been teasing a musical comeback for a while now, and Flex wants it to happen this Thursday on his primetime show, so he can drop bombs on a new record!!!

Flex has singles with several 6ix9ine opposers ... Bobby, Rowdy, even the late King Von to name a few, so his new co-sign could create some interesting ripples in the timeline this week!!!

Kim Kardashian Meets With Solitary Inmates in Prison

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian hasn't slowed down her efforts when it comes to prison reform ... as evidenced by her latest visit to a prison in California and the inmates she came face-to-face with during her trip.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Kim spent a day at Pelican Bay State Prison in Crescent, CA earlier last week. We're told her focus was to meet with inmates in solitary confinement, speaking with them in depth about the toll the lockup can have on their mental stability.

Kim wasn't alone on her trip, actor Tobey Maguire and Scott Budnick -- the executive producer of "The Hangover" film franchise also joined. The three had a camera crew in tow, and back in 2016 Budnick did a documentary on teenagers in the prison system ... and we're told another documentary is underway.

We got a photo of Kim at a restaurant near Pelican Bay the same day as her visit ... she was deep in convo with several people as cameras rolled.

She also had some locals talking, as her custom private jet pulled up to the local airport.

As we've reported over the years, Kim's passionate about prison reform, even meeting with President Trump at The White House in 2018 in an effort to campaign for her cause and help pardon Alice Marie Johnson. She's also still working toward becoming an attorney, recently revealing she's still studying and trying to pass the California Bar Exam.

Kim has also helped Tennessee inmate Cyntoia Brown secure clemency, and played a huge role in freeing inmates like Matthew Charles and Jeffrey Stringer. In fact, Kim and her legal team wound up helping with the release of 17 prisoners over the span of 3 months.

We haven't known Kim to visit anyone in solitary, though she's spoken to inmates on death row ... so this latest venture appears to be yet another step in her quest.

Alabama Basketball's Darius Miles Charged With Capital Murder ... After Shooting Near Campus

Published | Updated
UPDATE

8:25 AM PT -- Darius Miles' attorneys have released a statement on his arrest ... saying the basketball player is maintaining his innocence in the case.

UPDATE

"[He] looks forward to his day in court," the attorneys said.

UPDATE

They added in the statement that Miles "and his family are heartbroken tonight over the death of Jamea Jonae Harris."

Univ. of Alabama basketball player Darius Miles has been charged with capital murder ... after authorities say he and another man were involved in the shooting death of a woman near campus on Sunday morning.

According to Tuscaloosa Police Capt. Jack Kennedy, the fatal shooting happened on The Strip ... a popular stretch of road near the school that's lined by bars and restaurants.

Kennedy said authorities were alerted to the shooting at around 1:45 AM ... after officers had responded to a vehicle at the Walk of Champions at Bryant Denny Stadium.

Kennedy, in a news conference Sunday night, told media members a 23-year-old woman, Jamea Harris, was dead in the car. The driver of the vehicle, Kennedy said, told officers their car had been hit by gunfire earlier in the night ... adding that they shot back in self-defense.

According to Kennedy, police reviewed surveillance video and interviewed multiple witnesses -- and identified Miles and 20-year-old Michael Lynn Davis, who's not affiliated with the Univ. of Alabama, as the suspects.

Both Miles and Davis were charged with capital murder ... and arrested Sunday evening.

Miles was seen sobbing outside of the Tuscaloosa County Jail following the arrest, telling someone at the scene, "I swear, I love you more than you imagine."

Kennedy said Miles and the alleged victims did not previously know each other ... explaining, "At this time, it appears that the only motive was a minor altercation that these individuals had with the victim as they were out on The Strip."

Miles played in six games for the Crimson Tide this season, logging nine points and nine rebounds. On Saturday, just hours before the shooting, the school had ruled him out for the season due to an ankle injury.

By Sunday evening, his player profile page had been removed from the university's website.

"First and foremost, we extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the victim from last night’s incident," UA athletics said in a statement Sunday night. "We were made aware of the recent charge against student-athlete Darius Miles, and he is no longer a member of the Alabama men's basketball team. Athletics, in conjunction with the University, is fully cooperating with this investigation."

The school added in a statement of its own, "We are grieved by the incident that occurred near campus last night and extend our deepest condolences to the victim’s family and friends."

Gunna Lil Baby Unfollows Him ... Lil Durk Takes a Swipe in New Song

Published | Updated

The hits keep coming for Gunna -- not only is he on the outs with YSL, but big-time rappers are now turning their backs on him too ... including Lil Baby and Lil Durk.

First, LB has officially unfollowed the embattled rapper -- as of Saturday, it appears Gunna no longer shows up as one of the 970 people Lil Baby is paying attention to on Instagram ... which might seem petty, but carries weight considering he *was* following until recently.

An unfollow in 2023 is the equivalent of telling someone ... I don't wanna be your friend anymore. That's where things seem to be between LB and Gunna, which is a big deal -- these two have been incredibly close for years. They put out a mixtape together once, and have rapped on each other's songs back and forth ... plus, they're both from Atlanta.

Now, on to the more transparent falling out ... Lil Durk clearly called out Gunna in a new track he previewed -- which features a line that alludes to a joint song they were on.

The video shows Durk and co. vibing out to the unnamed song, which features a quick line toward the beginning that goes ... "What happened to Virgil // he probably gonna tell." That's a reference to a song Durk did with Gunna of the same name ... so yeah, it's a shot.

As we reported ... Gunna's already under fire from a lot of people in hip-hop, including YSL members and associates -- who made it clear online that they're not messing with him.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

This, of course, comes after Gunna was released from custody when he copped a plea deal with state prosecutors in the sweeping RICO case that saw not only him arrested ... but Young Thug as well. YT's on trial right now, and Gunna seems to be perceived as a snitch.

It's pretty wild to see this play out. While 6ix9ine went through something similar a few years ago, he was nowhere near as popular or beloved in mainstream hip-hop as Gunna was, which makes this cold-shoulder treatment all the more dramatic and eye-popping. 👀

'REAL HOUSEWIVES' JEN SHAH Mental Health Treatment Ordered On Top of Prison Time

Published

Jen Shah's going to get her head checked once she finishes her stint in the big house ... and it's all Uncle Sam's idea.

It's a few years in her future, but the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star has a couple special conditions for her eventual prison release -- and, according to new docs we obtained, chief among them is a requirement to participate in a mental health treatment program.

Remember ... Jen was recently sentenced to 6.5 years behind bars in her wire fraud case, and she's supposed to surrender to authorities on February 17 to start serving her sentence at a federal penitentiary in Texas.

Once Jen serves her time, she's going to be under 5 years of supervised release ... during which she's got to do her mental health treatments.

At her sentencing, Jen got emotional as she apologized ... saying, "With the proper medication I can now see what happened."

The docs say Jen must continue to take her prescribed meds when she gets out of prison, unless her health care provider decides otherwise.

Jen's probation officer has to sign off on the mental health program she chooses ... and she may be subject to testing to see whether she's reverting to drug and alcohol use.

Prison figures to be a huge culture shock to the reality TV star, and reentry to society might be the same. So, a little checkup from the neck up couldn't hurt ... that's how the feds see it, anyway.

ANDY DICK Arrested On Two Charges ... Public Intoxication, Failure To Register As Sex Offender

Published | Updated

More legal trouble for Andy Dick ... and it all started with alcohol.

Andy was arrested early Friday morning in Lake Elsinore, CA after sheriff's deputies say they got a call about an intoxicated person.

Law enforcement says when deputies arrived, Andy was showing signs of being drunk ... and he was arrested without incident.

Sheriffs say they checked Andy's records during the arrest and determined he was a registered sex offender who was not up to date on his registration ... so he got dinged for that too.

Andy was ultimately booked into a detention center on two charges ... being under the influence of alcohol in public and failing to register as a sex offender.

The sheriff's department says they are still investigating.

It's the second arrest in 8 months for Andy ... as we first reported, Andy was busted in Santa Barbara, CA back in October for allegedly stealing power tools from someone's garage. Andy was also arrested last May, when he was accused of sexual battery, and the arrest was live streamed.

Idaho Murders Victim Xana Kernodle Talks to Cops Outside House Months Before Killings

Published

New body cam video from the Idaho murder house, months before the brutal killings, shows victim Xana Kernodle talking with cops about a noise complaint -- and eerily she's talking to the officer who eventually wrote the affidavit for murder suspect Bryan Kohberger.

The early September clip, obtained Thursday by Law & Crime Network, shows police order 2 people at the house to shut off the loud music, before having a conversation with Xana outside. The officer said this was his second time at the house that night -- mentioning a similar incident hours before with one of the other victims, Maddie Mogen.

Xana, who explained she was inside just trying to sleep, was speaking to officer Brett Payne ... the same cop who ended up responding to the murder scene in November, and later filed documents for police to get an arrest warrant for Kohberger.

Worth noting it's really dark around the building, with seemingly no floodlights set up -- possibly one of the reasons why the alleged murderer could get in and out of the house undetected.

As we reported, Kaylee Goncalves also came face-to-face with a police officer in August when police again responded for a party at the house.

Ezra Miller Pleads Guilty To Trespassing ... Serving 1 Year Probation

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:08 AM PT -- Ezra Miller's attorney, Lisa B. Shelkrot, tells TMZ, "Ezra would like to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience throughout this process, and would once again like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.”

Ezra Miller has pled guilty to one count of unlawful trespassing stemming from their 2022 incident, allegedly stealing liquor bottles from someone's home.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 'Flash' star agreed to a plea deal in a Vermont courtroom Friday in exchange for a reduced sentence. Miller's now ordered to cough up $500 and will do one year of probation -- no jail time.

Miller had originally been charged with burglary and petit larceny as well, but those charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

If Miller violates probation for any reason, however, the court says the dismissed charges can be reinstated.

TMZ broke the story ... a homeowner lodged a burglary complaint with the Vermont State Police last May against Miller -- after several bottles of alcohol were reported missing while the homeowners were away.

Surveillance videos allegedly showed Miller to be the perpetrator, so Miller was charged with felony burglary.

As you know, Miller's been in a ton of legal trouble in the past year alone ... including getting aggressive with cops while getting cuffed during an arrest on the Big Island. They were also accused of grooming a minor and cuffed for disorderly conduct, harassment and assault in 2022.

Prince Jr. had allegedly reached behind Takeoff's head in an attempt to administer aid, but the Migos rapper died at the scene at the age of 28.

J Prince's statements will likely provide some clarity to social media users, but naysayers should know Houston Police don't consider anyone else a suspect except Patrick Xavier Clark, the man they arrested and charged for Takeoff's murder.

Clark posted $1 million bond on January 4 and is under very strict court conditions in order to stay out of jail until trial time.
