Deshaun Watson may be a Cleveland Brown, but he's still in the city of Houston (for now) ... the QB was spotted out with his girlfriend Jilly Anais at a music festival on Saturday.

The blockbuster trade shocked the entire NFL last week for several reasons -- some questioned the controversial move, considering the mountain of sexual misconduct lawsuits filed by massage therapists.

The mixed feelings didn't stop Watson from going out to support Anais' rap performance ... as she opened up for 2 Chainz at the Texas Smoke Break Fest in Houston.

FYI, Anais was originally supposed to perform at the Toyota Center for Chris Brown's tour ... but the show was canceled during soundcheck.

"I am so thankful my team and I were still able to perform what we spent months preparing for," Anais said via IG on Sunday.

"I thank God that through the unimaginable we held it together and came out on top!"

In the video, you can see Watson -- wearing a button-down shirt and a dark cap -- right there to see her shine ... and the couple left the event looking happy as ever.

How'd Devin Booker celebrate beating the Kings in overtime on Sunday?? He jetted down to L.A. for a date night with his smokin' hot GF, Kendall Jenner.

The two were spotted at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica hours after Booker dropped 31 points in a 127-124 win in Sacramento.

The couple -- who's been dating since around July 2020 -- held hands on their way out of the restaurant ... with Booker looking pleased with the way his evening shaped up.

It should be noted Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber, were also at the restaurant -- and while it's unclear if the two couples dined together ... Hailey and Kendall are BFFs, so it seems likely.

The Suns don't play again until Wednesday when they square off with the Timberwolves in Minnesota -- and it's clear with the short time off, Booker's soaking up as much QT with Kendall as he possibly can.

Pete Davidson is in the driver's seat in his relationship with Kim Kardashian -- or at least he was this weekend ... when he gave her a lift from the airport, for which he was rewarded.

The couple was spotted locking lips Sunday morning at the Van Nuys Airport, where Kim had just landed in her private G650 jet ... which had just come back from Miami, where she was on hand for her new SKIMS Swim launch.

PD played the role of good boyfriend, picking Kim up himself in a Mercedes ... and being greeted with a sweet kiss from his girl. It was one of those head-grabbing smooches too -- so you know, serious stuff.

Eventually, they realized the paps had seen them and they separated ... with Pete eventually driving off as Kim continued to chat him up from the passenger side.

Considering the chaotic weekend they had last week -- thanks to Kanye West -- it's nice seeing them in a calm, comforting setting like this ... and just proves they're going strong several months into the relationship, despite all the outside noise.

This is one of the few times we've actually seen them face embrace -- they were also seen swapping spit around Valentine's Day ... and now, we're getting a different angle, profiling.

While Kim was busy hawking swimsuits, Pete apparently had his hands full with Scott Disick and co. -- with all of them having some sort of guys' night out, which ended with everyone passed out ... except for Pete, who was filming the aftermath of their shenanigans.

Kim Kardashian is not a topic of conversation between Kanye West and his GF, who happens to be a dead ringer for KK, and she also says she's baffled by the fact people say there's a similarity between the two.

So yeah, hard to believe, right? But, Chaney Jones told our photog at LAX ... Kanye may be talking to the world about Kim, but not to her. Chaney seemed scared to even broach the subject, and referred us to Kanye to ask more about his ongoing attacks.

Even harder to swallow ... Chaney says she doesn't see a similarity between her and Kim.

Chaney has said on social media ... she's her own woman with her own interests. So, aside from the way she dresses (Balenciaga), the sunglasses (Rick Owens), the hair .... yeah, hard to see any similarity.

If she's a truthteller here ... it means Kanye's campaign against Kim, Pete, Trevor, D.L., and others is not the source of idle talk between the 2. Again, she seems super nervous to discuss.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are escaping all the drama with Kanye West by filling up on comfort food ... but their attempt to do it on the QT was a pretty hilarious fail.

The couple rolled up to an In-N-Out in the L.A. area, and got in line at the drive-thru ... and immediately drew plenty of attention. First of all, there's nothing low-profile about Kim's custom gray Mercedes-Benz sedan ... so, the paparazzi certainly spotted them.

And then there's the passersby on foot, and the restaurant employees who obviously recognized Pete and Kim -- they're only the most talked about couple in the country right now.

While waiting in the line for their food, Kim seemed to lean over for a little PDA with Pete ... as they're clearly not trying to hide their affection for each other anymore.

We hadn't seen them together in public for a while, but after recently going IG official, doesn't look like they're holding anything back now -- no matter how much it might upset Ye.

Seeing these 2 indulge in classic fast food makes us wonder, though -- animal style?

Pete Davidson wants things to be permanent with Kim Kardashian -- no matter how things turn out in the end -- he's gotten her name BRANDED on his chest ... not just tattooed.

Kim is set to appear on Ellen Wednesday, and in a preview clip, she and the talk show host talked about Pete's ink. It was over the weekend when some eagle-eyed fans noticed what they thought was a "Kim" tattoo on Pete's chest.

Turns out, Pete went above and beyond ... actually getting Kim's name branded with a hot iron on his body. Kim says Pete chose to make it permanent "like a scar" so he couldn't ever have it removed like regular tattoos.

Not only that, Kim also revealed Pete's got two other tributes to her on his body ... including one tattoo that reads, "My girl is a lawyer."

The gesture may seem dramatic, but Pete's got a lot of tats, and uses them to express things happening throughout his life ... so tributes to Kim make sense.

Of course, things have really heated up between the couple since we first saw them together last year ... and just this weekend, Pete stood up to Kanye, calling Kim a great mom and asking Kanye to meet face-to-face and talk about settling their beef.

If there was any doubt that Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson were the real deal, question it no more ... because they're now Instagram official.

Kim just posted a series of photos with the caption, "Whose car are we gonna take!?" Within the images are a couple of the lovebirds, including one where the two are on the floor about to kiss and another where they're all smiles.

While it may seem shocking, this is actually the first time Kim's posted Pete on her public Instagram page.

BTW, Kanye claimed he was the one who bought the coat Kim's wearing for her before her appearance on SNL ... so these pics might sting.

Of course, we've seen the pair all over the U.S. and even dropping into other countries, but the social media posting apparently brings things to a new level.

The timing of the photos is interesting, though likely not completely coincidental -- it was just last week when Kim was declared legally single. She and Kanye will still need to work out child custody and property division ... but as we told you, custody likely won't be an issue.

Tinder rolling out background checks isn't a response to Simon Leviev's alleged handiwork -- detailed in "Tinder Swindler" -- but if it prevents similar cases from happening, the app will be thrilled.

Tinder just announced this week it will require the new background checks for users, but we're told the program has been in the works for some time. A spokesperson for Match Group -- owners of Tinder, Match.com and Plenty of Fish -- tells TMZ ... the criminal background check feature was something users have been demanding for a while.

They say the company teamed up with non-profit organization Garbo back in 2020 to create a system that works for all users. The rep points out this partnership started well before the doc debuted this year on Netflix.

The process brings up offenses that are relevant to safety, and that includes financial crimes. They tell us it's a great way for women to get a deeper look into their matches. And, while they didn't create the system for him, they say someone like Simon would be flagged instantly.

As you know, 'Swindler' was all about Simon and some of his alleged victims, who claim he tricked them out of more than $10 million after meeting them on the dating app ... and then ghosted them once he got what he wanted.

Since the doc dropped, Simon's had quite the ride ... he got banned from most dating apps, allegedly earned $30K on Cameo, and got a criminal court complaint filed against him from the wealthy family to which he claimed to belong.

Delilah Hamlin was spotted out to dinner with actor Ray Nicholson following her split with "Love Island" star Eyal Booker, and the pair seem to have "new couple alert" written all them.

The 23-year-old daughter of Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna stepped out for dinner in Santa Monica Wednesday with 30-year-old Ray -- son of Jack Nicholson and Rebecca Broussard.

The apparent date must've gone well for the two ... seen laughing together in his car on the way home.

This outing follows Delilah's recent breakup with Eyal Booker -- the "Love Island" star she dated for two years. She announced to the world in mid-January that she was starting 2022 as a single woman ... and hasn't said anything since about her dating life.

Elon Musk and Grimes have a second child ... a baby girl who they've managed to keep under wraps for several months, but now they're revealing the big secret!

Grimes says their daughter was born back in December via surrogate and her name, as you'd expect, is totally unique -- Exa Dark Siderael. But, they're calling her Y, for short. Remember, they have a 22-month old son X Æ A-12, who goes by X.

Grimes dropped the baby news to Vanity Fair and addressed the elephant in the room ... namely, that we all thought she and Elon broke up back in September.

The singer says they've since reconciled, in their own way. She says, "I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we're very fluid."

Baby X was born back in May 2020, and prior to that Musk had 5 sons -- a set of twins and a set of triplets -- from his previous marriage to author Justine Wilson. X was Grimes' first kid.

Since his birth, baby X has gotten the spotlight quite a few times ... even being the highlight in dad's viral zoom presentation back in November 2021.

She says the family is very happy, marking this as the best their relationship has ever been. They also plan on having more kids, but obviously, we won't expect them to be public about it.

'Love Is Blind' stars Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams were spotted together after rumors spread the two were an item ... and the clip tells it all!

Kyle & Deepti were walking the streets of Wicker Park in Chicago Sunday. While they weren't holding hands or getting cuddly, people who saw them say they sure looked like a couple!

As they go down the sidewalk, a waitress calls out to them ... offering mimosas on the house. An irresistible offer apparently, as the reality stars beelined it into the restaurant -- his hand briefly on her back.

Season 2 of the Netflix series featured both Kyle and Deepti, as they ended up getting engaged to other people -- Shaina Hurley and Abhishek "Shake" Chatterjee.

As fans recall, Deepti said no to a marriage with Shake at the alter  ... after he constantly spoke about how he wasn't attracted to her. Kyle and Shaina didn't make it to the altar, breaking up in part because of religious differences.

On Friday's reunion episode, Kyle blew fans away when he said his deepest regret was not proposing to Deepti. The show did not highlight any of their dating interaction in the pods. In a recent interview, Deepti played it coy about her and Kyle's relationship post 'LIB' but said the two of them were "figuring it out".

Kanye West's girlfriend, Chaney Jones, has been getting compared to Kim Kardashian -- and for good reason -- but it seems she wants the world to know ... she's her own woman.

Obviously, that goes without saying ... but it seems CJ wanted to hit the point home this weekend with an "about me" section that probably helps people out ... because, frankly, before this -- nobody knew much about her at all. She just sorta splashed onto the scene.

In since-deleted IG posts -- which were captured and shared before she got rid of them -- Chaney threw up 5 facts that described her ... and depending on how you read this, some of these points may or may not be shade at Kim. You decide for yourself, folks.

First she posted a photo of herself from behind that she says was from when she was just 20 years old, before her Brazilian butt-lift procedure. As you can see ... she notes that she's always been a bit thick in the booty area, and was never in "denial" about it when asked.

Hmmm ... OK, go on.

After that, Chaney appears to have thrown up more self-factoids in a list format ... and there, too, one could interpret a little saltiness perhaps being tossed in Kim's direction.

For example ... Chaney says her ethnic background includes mixes of both European and African blood -- explaining she's got roots in West Africa, Nigeria and Ghana. The reason that *could* be significant ... Kim has often been accused of appropriating Black culture, so maybe this is something or maybe not ... could be a totally innocent statement of fact.

There's more ... Chaney goes on to say she's getting her Master's degree and maintaining a 4.0 GPA -- adding she's the COO of a behavioral health org. She also touches on surgery again ... saying she's never had it done on her face, and that she was "born like this." 🤔

It also sounds like Chaney is quite young ... just 24. So yes, both Kim and Kanye are dating hot 20-somethings. The difference -- Pete's not being compared to Ye, but Chaney is absolutely being compared to Kim, as both women do look similar, especially in their bods.

It's no secret Kanye West is down in the dumps about the end of his marriage to Kim Kardashian, but now he's put his pain into words ... and without lashing out at Pete Davidson.

Ye penned and posted "Divorce" ... a poem comparing the legal process to just about every bad experience you can imagine.

Just a sample: "Divorce feels like full blown Covid ... like your doctor don't know s**t ... like your walking on glass ... like you're running through a glass wall ... like you're being bullied in a class hall."

He pours out his heart even more, and seems to reference recent experiences with lines like, "Divorce feels like the first play of the Super Bowl and your ankle rolls ... feels like your kids were snatched from your control."

Not that Ye's kids have actually been taken from him, but we know he's complained about not getting the address for Chi's 4th birthday and about North being on TikTok.

The poem's definitely a healthier, and certainly less ominous, expression of his emotions than the music video for "Eazy" ... where claymation Ye buries claymation Pete in the ground and grows flowers from his skull.

His closing lines of "Divorce" prose are pretty puzzling, though: "Michael Jackson said it best, You're a vegetable, You're a vegetable, You're the real Cosby, Not a Huxtable."

Kanye West and Chaney Jones are still an item ... as evidenced by the fact the two spent the morning together at a swanky Miami hotel.

Ye and Chaney -- who has very obviously been influenced by Kim Kardashian's choice in style -- were spotted outside the Four Seasons hotel Thursday. The two were twinning, in all black, Jones sported a leather jacket and shorts -- and Kanye in a tank top, jeans and his famous black rubber boots.

The sighting comes just days after Kanye posted (and deleted) a pic of the pair on his Instagram, on which Chaney commented, "My Love."

Of course, Chaney is the latest in Kanye's dating life, he recently split with Julia Fox.

Sources over the weekend told us Ye and Chaney aren't yet "official" ... but they've certainly been spending a lot of time together this week, so maybe the tides are changing.

As we told you, Chaney's been spotted in a lot of Kim-esque gear lately ... including copying the same pair of sunglasses KK wore to Kanye's Donda listening event last year. Kanye's got a knack for dressing his partners, so it's safe to assume he's had a hand in some of Chaney's looks as well.

Kim and Pete are still going strong, despite another attack from Kanye -- burying an animated version of Pete in his "Eazy" music video.

The tables have turned on 'Tinder Swindler' Simon Leviev ... he was bamboozled himself in an Instagram scam.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Simon was hit up last Thursday by a verified female on Instagram. She claimed she'd help Simon and GF Kate Konlin get verified on the app through her BF -- saying he worked at Meta, Mark Zuckerberg's tech company that owns IG.

The alleged swindlers went to great lengths to pull this off ... Simon Facetimed the BF, who was in a busy office -- appearing like he was at Meta, with employees walking around behind him.

The fake "Metamate" said the only way he could give him the blue check on his profile -- as well as delete the fake accounts under his name -- would be to offer up a big chunk of change ... $6,664. The payments were sent via PayPal through 2 separate transactions -- one for him and one for his GF.

Shortly after, Simon's manager found the deal suspicious and reached out to an actual team member at Meta, who told them they don't charge for verifications. Before anyone could call out the swindlers, they completely scrubbed themselves from the Internet -- including removal of their IG accounts ... letting the swindlers walk away with the cash.

Simon allegedly swindled countless women out of more than $10 million through Tinder ... ghosting them once he got what he wanted. Since then, he's had "enemies" after him -- most recently a criminal court complaint against him from the true Leviev family, which he has no real part in.

Hulk Hogan is no longer married ... the WWE legend just announced he has divorced his 2nd wife, Jennifer McDaniel, and already has a new GF.

"Yo Maniacs just for the record, the Facebook and Instagram posts are of me and my girlfriend Sky, I am officially divorced, sorry I thought everyone already knew, love my Maniacs4Life," the 2x WWE Hall of Famer announced on social media on Monday.

According to court records obtained by TMZ Sports, Hulk filed for divorce in October 2021. As Hulk states, the divorce was finalized in 2021.

It's surprising news, but not totally out of the blue. We've been receiving tips for weeks that Hogan and another woman were seen around Clearwater, Florida -- hanging out at bars, doing karaoke together.

Hulk and Jennifer married in 2010 ... after Hogan split from his first wife, Linda Hogan.

Linda and Hulk's relationship ended in an ugly way ... with allegations of abuse being lobbed by Linda. Hulk adamantly denied ever hurting his ex-wife.
