Amanda Bynes is under the care of mental health professionals and addiction counselors again after suffering a relapse ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to her family tell us ... Amanda checked into an L.A.-area rehab facility in January -- the end result of a backslide that we're told started months earlier. You'll recall, Amanda was on the cover of Paper magazine in November.

She's getting treatment for drug addiction along with mental health issues, according to our sources, who also say she's still getting a ton of support from her parents.

As we reported ... Amanda revealed in the Paper feature her 2006 role in "She's the Man" sent her into a spiral of severe depression. She also blamed a lot of her troubles and infamous moments on drugs. At the time of the article, she said she was 4 years sober.

NFL's Randy Gregory Allegedly Blew Off Rent Payments ... Facing Eviction

Published | Updated

Randy Gregory's week ain't gettin' any better ... 'cause the Cowboys star is now facing eviction after allegedly failing to pay almost $15,000 in rent and utilities.

26-year-old Gregory had been living in a nice 3-bedroom home in Frisco, Texas since August 2018 -- but according to a letter sent to the NFL player and his attorney on Feb. 5, he fell behind in payments to the tune of $13,674.

Sources involved in the situation tell us that number has now inflated to nearly $15,000.

The letter, obtained by TMZ Sports, demands Gregory either pay the money he owes or "vacate the premises within one day."

According to our sources, Gregory has still not forked over the cash ... and he's still living in the home.

The home is pretty nice -- 3,500 square feet, 3.5 bathrooms, with a bar, game room and a nice outdoor BBQ area. It's also located about 1 mile from the Cowboys practice facility.

We're told Randy had signed a 1-year rental agreement in August -- but stopped paying the $4,500/month rent back in December.

Gregory's made some money ... he signed a 4-year, $3.8 million deal after being drafted by the Cowboys with the 60th pick in the 2nd round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

But, his time in the NFL has been plagued with drama and failed drug tests (reportedly 7 or more) -- with the most recent coming to light this week -- prompting the league to indefinitely suspend the talented defensive end.

TMZ Sports reached out to Gregory's rep -- Daniel Moskowitz -- who declined comment.

BlocBoy JB Busted on Drug, Gun Charges ... After Turning Himself In

Published | Updated

BlocBoy JB is handling a slew of criminal charges head-on -- cops in Tennessee say he turned himself in peacefully Thursday morning.

The Memphis MC was busted on multiple charges ... according to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. You'll recall authorities over the weekend said BlocBoy was wanted for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and for theft of property.

Since the cops put out the alert on him, the rapper posted several videos on Instagram ... which certainly made it seem like he was NOT planning on going easily. It's unclear who or what convinced him to surrender.

BTW ... BlocBoy became a huge deal in February 2018 after dropping his hit single, "Look Alive" ... featuring Drake.

Super BTW ... BB's "Shoot" dance -- which went viral after appearing in the track's popular music video -- is the subject of a lawsuit against Fortnite.

LET ME HELP

Cris Carter says he tried to help Randy Gregory conquer his substance abuse issues by trying to get him into a successful rehab program ... and even though it's failed so far, he's not giving up.

With the Dallas Cowboys star suspended indefinitely after once again violating the league's substance abuse policy, Carter talked about the effort he's made to help Gregory over the years.

"It's unfortunate for him," Carter said on FS1's "First Things First" ... "He's one of a number of guys through the years I've tried to help."

"[I've] tried to give him the power through rehab, through the system of [Alcoholics Anonymous], through going to meetings. The system has worked for me for almost 30 years."

Carter has had his own struggles with substance abuse -- he's openly talked about it -- and feels programs like AA have had a huge impact on his life.

As for Gregory, Carter says he's even gone to bat for the defensive end with NFL officials -- writing a letter to the front office in an effort to get him reinstated after a previous substance abuse violation.

"He's struggled like a lot of other talented players have struggled with the disease," Carter said.

"I wish people would look at [addiction] like cancer and if your cancer came back what would you do?"

"Randy Gregory, call me, man. Anybody out there, call me ... because I still got feelings for you."

26-year-old Gregory was a BEAST for the Cowboys in 2018 -- logging 6 sacks and 28 QB pressures.

He missed most of the 2016 season and ALL of the 2017 season because of substance abuse violations -- but the Cowboys clearly see potential ... as long as he can stay clean.

Ty Dolla $ign Prosecutors Will Drop Drug Case ... If He's Clean for 13 Weeks

Published | Updated

Ty Dolla $ign's scored a huge win in his Georgia drug possession case -- his record will be wiped clean, IF he keeps his nose clean for the next few months.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Atlanta prosecutors struck a deal last week with the rapper: he'll enter an online drug prevention program, and lay off weed and Rx drugs ... then all charges -- 2 felonies and a misdemeanor -- will vanish.

Georgia calls it the Second Chance program, and we're told it typically lasts 13 weeks. Ty will also be subject to random drug testing during the program.

You'll recall ... an Atlanta grand jury indicted Ty after cops busted him back in September, allegedly finding pot and cocaine in his bag.

Sources connected to the case tell us the deal was struck after Ty's attorney, Steve Sadow, met with prosecutors to point out weaknesses in the case.

Based on the end result, it appears that's mission accomplished.

Randy Gregory Suspended Indefinitely Substance Abuse Violation

Published | Updated

More trouble for Cowboys star Randy Gregory ... the defensive lineman has been suspended indefinitely after violating the league's substance abuse policy, the team announced Tuesday.

Gregory -- who has been punished multiple times since he was drafted in 2015 -- was conditionally reinstated back into the league last July after a year-long suspension.

But, the Cowboys say Gregory violated the terms of his reinstatement ... and the league has kicked him to the curb yet again.

Gregory's drug issues started even before he was drafted by the Cowboys ... he was popped for marijuana at the 2015 Scouting Combine.

RG was considered a 1st-round talent, but fell to the end of the 2nd round -- the 60th pick.

Gregory failed 2 drug tests in 2016 -- resulting in 4-game and 10-game suspensions respectively -- and later sought treatment at a facility.

After missing a scheduled drug test, Gregory was suspended for the playoffs in 2017 and the entire following season.

The 26-year-old went on to have the best season of his career in 2018 .... playing in 14 games and racking up 6 sacks.

WWE Legend Tammy Sytch Jailed After 6th DWI Arrest

Published | Updated

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch -- aka "Sunny" -- was arrested for DWI in New Jersey over the weekend, the 6TH time she's been busted for drunk driving.

Officials say the 46-year-old was driving the WRONG WAY on a one-way street around 6:30 PM on Saturday. She also blew through a stop sign.

When cops pulled her over, officers noticed she had an alcoholic container in the car and believed she was drunk -- so they arrested her on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Cops say during the incident, they also realized Sytch was driving on a suspended license and she had two outstanding warrants out for her arrest.

Sytch was taken into custody and hauled to a nearby station. She was eventually released after facing a judge via video conference.

Sytch has a long and sad history with alcohol abuse and police. She's been arrested for drunk driving 6 times starting back in 2012 and just last year, she served 8 months in jail after 3 DUI arrests in 2018.

Chris Cornell's Wife Speaks to Congress About Opioid Crisis ... 'Chris's Death Was Not Inevitable'

Published | Updated

Chris Cornell's widow is speaking out about the opioid crisis in America and sharing her firsthand knowledge about the impact addiction has on families.

Vicky Cornell was on Capitol Hill Monday to share her personal story of her husband's tragic death. She told the Bipartisan Heroin and Opioid Task Force ... "The part that hurts most is Chris’ death was not inevitable, there were no demons that took over. Chris had a brain disease and a doctor who unfortunately, like many, was not properly trained or educated on addiction."

She also emphasized the need to address overprescribing of addictive Rx meds.

Vicky added ... "We must integrate addiction treatment into our health care system -- no more false narratives about the need to hit rock bottom, no more secret societies, no more shame -- we must educate health care providers on how to treat addiction and best support recovery."

As you know, Chris died by suicide in May 2017 in a Detroit hotel room following a concert. The Medical Examiner said he had a variety of drugs in his system, including a sedative, barbiturates and Ativan.

Vicky blamed his doctor for prescribing a recovering addict a drug to relieve pain without close supervision ... which she believes led to a relapse.

Her mission is to stop similar situations for recovering addicts ... and she hopes Congress listened.

Jordyn Woods I Was Blackout Drunk During Tristan Hookup ... Please Forgive Me!!!

Published | Updated

8:18 AM PT -- Sources close to the Kardashians say the family is calling BS on Jordyn's story -- citing the fact party-goers were told to put their phones away when Jordyn arrived -- which shows Woods wanted her rendezvous with Thompson private. Our sources say Jordyn also drove herself home from the party ... something she wouldn't have done if she was wasted.

Jordyn Woods can't handle her booze and that's why she was down to make out with Tristan Thompson and blow up her relationship with the Kardashians ... that's her story, anyway.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... she has been begging her ex-bestie, Kylie Jenner, for forgiveness ... ditto with Khloe. And, while she admits she made a stupid decision ... we're told she's blaming it on the a--a-a-a-a-alcohol, as they say.

We're told Woods was wasted before she even went to the house party where witnesses say she snuggled up to Tristan. She's saying she was actually blackout drunk ... as in, she doesn't even remember how she got to the party or anything that happened there.

Our sources say Jordyn started crying when she was told what she did and as we told you, Kylie also couldn't fathom the news. We're told Jordyn rarely drinks, but when she does ... it usually ends badly. Although, this time it's next level.

We're told the hookup seems to be a one-off -- Jordyn and Tristan don't follow each other on social media, and even Kylie doesn't believe they had secret texts or DMs. As one source put it, there'd be NO way for Jordyn to hide it ... she and Kylie were that tight.

Woods seemed to address the situation at a launch event for her new eyelash line Thursday night, saying ... "It's been real."

So are hangovers.

PUMP YOUR BRAKES

Lil Pump's shouting match with Miami cops moments before they arrested him has caught the attention of the police department's honchos ... who are reviewing the incident to make sure everything's on the up and up.

We broke the story ... body cam footage captured an intense showdown between the rapper and police officers in December before his flight out of Miami. Pump's seen growing increasingly frustrated as he tells cops a bag that allegedly smelled like weed is NOT his ... when a cop gets right in his face and shouts back.

Pump responded to the vid's release Friday, pointing out the "dirty ass" police officer shouted, "It's your bag now," and added ... "THIS RACIST S**T NEEDA STOP LAWSUIT ON DA WAY."

Miami-Dade PD apparently took notice, because it tells TMZ while there has been no formal complaint filed by Lil Pump ... "command staff members are aware of the Body Worn Camera footage and are reviewing it to ensure compliance with our established policies and procedures."

The statement adds ... "We take pride in a professional level of service and fairness to all and hold ourselves accountable for our actions."

Pump doesn't seem to be letting the situation bother him too much, though. The rapper was out at 1OAK in Weho Friday night for the release party for his new album, "Harverd Dropout" ... and had a good time with his mob of fans.

He even "baptized" one lucky guy ... check it out.

Dr. Drew Jussie Smollett's Got a Character Issue ... Not a Mental Health Issue

Published | Updated

Dr. Drew -- like the rest of the world -- is having trouble processing why Jussie Smollett would stage an "attack" ... but one thing's clear to the doc ... it's more about character than mental health.

The doc was out and about Thursday in NYC and raised the issue of Jussie going to a rehab facility, in light of the actor confessing in court documents he has a drug problem. Fact is ... criminal defense lawyers often put their clients in rehab to mitigate the possibility of a harsh sentence in the event they're convicted. It wouldn't be surprising if Jussie enters such a facility sooner rather than later.

JUSSIE LEAVING THE COURTHOUSE

Drew also bristles at the notion Jussie's done in the Hollywood community. Not only does he see a future for the actor ... he thinks he deserves a future, because everyone screws up.
