Dave Chappelle's all about making things right, which is why he hand-delivered tickets to a couple who fell victim to a Craigslist scam ... so they could make his Valentine's Day show after all.

The comedian surprised his swindled fans in Charlotte Thursday by showing up at the restaurant they were at and delivering tix to see him perform at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center that night.

Their story caught Dave's attention after it was reported Wednesday that the woman, Deidra Dickens, thought she had purchased tickets to his V-Day show for her and her husband -- a huge Chappelle fan -- but got scammed.

Dickens claims she paid $500 for 4 tickets to a seller on Craiglist, but after she sent the money ... that person went silent and she never got them.

What they got ended up being way better, though ... because Dave delivered in person. He also chatted and snapped some pics with the couple, but made sure to tell them to get their tickets from reliable sources from now on.

Kenny G's living proof any man can whip up an unforgettable Valentine's Day gift for his spouse in the 11th hour, as long as he knows incredibly famous people ... and has incredible luck.

The legendary saxophonist tells TMZ, his V-Day treat for Kim Kardashian West wasn't something Kanye spent months planning out. Instead, he says it all came together the night before.

That's right, Kenny says he got emails from friends of Kanye around 11 PM Wednesday, informing him Ye wanted him to perform for Kim. Fortunately for Kanye, Kenny was in town, happens to live nearby and most importantly ... was stoked to do it.

Granted ... Kanye still had to set up the incredible assortment of flowers.

Mr. G also runs down the songs he picked for the private show and says he was just flattered to be a part of their intimate moment. Sounds like he and Kanye became fast friends, too ... and there could even be a collab coming.

Kenny played it cool when we asked if he got an appearance fee -- but, then he gave us a free show. Soooo ... enjoy!!!

Forget candy, jewelry and teddy bears ... Cookie Johnson says Magic's secret to Valentine's Day is simple -- FLOWERS AND DINNER!!!

"He goes more out for birthdays and things like that," Magic's wife tells TMZ Sports.

Of course, Magic doesn't usually have the chance to ball out on Feb. 14 ... Cookie says the couple is almost ALWAYS on the road for the day at the NBA's All-Star festivities.

Things don't appear to be changing this year ... Cookie was actually on her way to the big event when we got her at LAX on Wednesday morning.

But, it seems Magic's V-Day plans are working all right for the couple ... Cookie and the Lakers GM have been together for decades -- and she's just fine with MJ's annual game plan.

Cardi B takes ZERO days off ... even after reuniting with her husband, winning a Grammy and having a social media meltdown -- talk about loving what you do, huh?

The Grammy winner was back at it Wednesday night at Dan Bilzerian's Valentine's Day party in Bel-Air, which was dubbed "Angels & Devils." Considering Cardi deactivated her IG this week over criticism related to her big win (and Nikki Minaj comparisons) ... she sure looked fine here, on all fronts.

Welcome to Valentine's Day 2019 -- where Pornhub wants to help you get lucky by getting some of your favorite artists together on one album for one theme ... love, baby!!!

Pornhub is releasing a 6-track album in partnership with Create Music Group, which features hip-hop acts like Tekashi69, Blac Chyna, Lil Xan, PnB Rock, Asian Doll, 24hrs, MadeinTYO and DJ Akademiks (who raps, apparently) as Lil AK.

The album kicks off with a seductive prelude from BC, who goes into graphic detail about what she wants to do this Valentine's Day. Her "song" is aptly titled "Pornhub Valentine."

Next up, we got 6ix9ine -- who seems to have cut this before getting busted by the feds. Gotta say, this is a different side to Tekashi that a lot of folks probably haven't heard before ... auto-tune croonin' to the tune of "LANES."

Lil Xan shows up here, too, for a song called "Shake It," but his is a little more trappy-friendly (and basic, TBH) than Tekashi's. He's got two consistent lines ... "She a bad h**," and "Shake it, whoa." It's a little dizzying after a while -- that's just our take, though.

Keep in mind, this just a sneak peek of what's on the rest of the album. And, if you're so inclined ... you could also get one-day of free access to Pornhub's premium service on Thursday, in addition to this little number.

DJ Paul says African-Americans have a lot to be happy about as the nation celebrates Martin Luther King Jr. Day ... because being black is in right now.

We asked the Three 6 Mafia rapper how he felt about the state of race relations heading into the holiday -- and he was totally optimistic ... probably more so than most people would be.

DJP, who's from Memphis -- the city where Dr. King was assassinated -- called 2018 a great year for black people, and he named some milestones to back up his claim.

Bottom line for Paul, this year's a big W for Dr. King.

Lifetime pulled a major Scrooge move in one of its heartwarming holiday flicks by taking a real-life family that had nothing to do with the movie and calling 'em ugly ... according to the fam, anyway.

Setiam and Katherine Allah are suing the cable channel over a scene in "Christmas Harmony" ... which they did not find the least bit harmonious or Christmas-y. In a lawsuit, the Allahs say one of their family photos somehow ended up as a prop on the movie's set without their permission.

If you saw the movie ('cause who didn't?), the lead character, Harmony, pins a random family pic to the wall ... only to have her love interest tell her to take it down immediately. Harmony protests, but her guy fires back ... "They're ugly!"

The Allahs were embarrassed when friends and family called to say they easily recognized them while watching the film. According to the suit, the Allahs only sent out about 50 of those family portraits, but not to anyone who works for Lifetime.

The movie aired back in November, so for the Allahs, the damage is done. They're suing Lifetime for all of the movie's profits. Bah humbug!

Andy Cohen ain't about to let Johnny Law rain on his New Year's Eve plans, because the host is already gearing up for the next ball drop with a fancy new umbrella ... Times Square Alliance be damned!

We got Andy Monday in NYC and he flaunted his personalized umbrella ... bragging it would be with him for his next NYE broadcast. He also dared the now infamous Times Square Alliance to stop him.

You'll recall ... Andy threw a fit on-air during CNN's NYE broadcast last week after he claimed security ordered him to lose his umbrella in the pouring rain or risk losing the network's credentials for the next NYE show.

The Times Square Alliance fired back in response to Andy's rant, pouring water all over his claims.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West looked like the happiest couple in Miami ... embracing and locking lips on the balcony of their killer new pad.

The two were spotted at the South Beach condo Friday ... it's the $14 MILLION purchase Kanye surprised Kim with for Christmas. Our sources say the two plan to split time with their family between their estate in Hidden Hills and the Miami residence.

As for the condo ... it's located in an 18-story building called the "Billionaire Beach Bunker" with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths with 4,700 square feet of living space and a massive terrace. The building is tricked out with a gym, pool and spa.

Not to mention ... the place is just steps from the beach.

Olivia Newton-John looks great, which would only come as a surprise if you believed a report that claimed she was "clinging to life."

The legendary "Grease" star was out in Santa Barbara Wednesday on the way to grab lunch with her husband ... smiling and looking very alive and well.

Olivia debunked death bed speculation later in the day by cheerfully wishing everyone a Happy New Year and dropping a famous Mark Twain quote -- and these pics back up those words.

As you may know ... Olivia's a cancer survivor, who announced in 2017 she was undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that had spread to her spine.

It's still raining on Andy Cohen, because he's getting some serious pushback from the Times Square Alliance after he ranted on air about being singled out by officials who forced him to take down his umbrella during his CNN New Year's Eve broadcast.

During his fit, Andy claimed someone in the Times Square Alliance threatened to pull CNN's credentials for its next NYE show if he didn't lose his umbrella.

The Alliance fired back on Wednesday, issuing a statement to Page Six saying umbrellas are not allowed in certain media areas because they can block sightlines for other media.

The Alliance also denied Cohen's claim CNN's credentials were threatened, saying, "some tempers flared, but it was never the case, nor will it be the case, that CNN would be denied credentials or the ability to cover New Year's Eve."

Tiffany Haddish has found several silver linings to bombing her NYE show in Miami -- most importantly ... she needs more sleep, and less South Beach.

Tiff was out Wednesday in L.A. when a photog asked her what went wrong. In a nutshell ... she's been burning it at both ends. She said, "I've slept in my bed a grand total of 28 days" for all of 2018. She added she now knows exactly what happens when your brain is fried.

That being said ... she admits going hard on the party scene didn't help either. As Tiff put it, "Miami is a really dope city, and I probably shouldn't turn up before work."

She also found out who her real friends are, and ran down the all-star list of comedians who reached to show love and support.

As for the haters -- Tiffany has a message for them too.

The "School of Rock" nostalgia continued over the holidays as a bunch of kids who acted in the movie got together for a 15-year reunion ... but this meetup was missing 1 key person.

Becca Brown -- who played Katie, the bassist in the 2003 flick -- tells TMZ ... a bunch of the cast members stay in touch through a group text and a good chunk of them happened to find themselves in NYC over New Year's Eve weekend.

We're told seven of the now young adults from 'SoR' met up at Wilfie & Nell in the West Village for food and drinks ... and, of course, posed for group photos. The young rockers who made it include James Hosey (Marco), Brian Falduto (Billy), Becca Brown (Katie), Zachary Infante (Gordon), Aleisha Lanae Allen (Alicia), Caitlin Hale (Marta) and Angelo Massagli (Frankie).

Fun fact ... Angelo and Caitlin are now dating. So yes, Marta and Frankie became a thing in real life.

One notable absence was Jack Black, who played rocker-turned-teacher Dewey Finn. Jack's been touring lately with his band, Tenacious D, but he's still found time to reunite with the "School of Rock" kids lately. Just not this time around.

The singer and her BF, Henry Levy, celebrated the New Year in Aspen. She was all smiles and dressed to the nines -- flowy, long white fur coat (we know, can't tell if it's real or faux) with boots and a very color-poppin' Hermes Birkin bag.

Demi's jewelry choices might also raise eyebrows -- she's rocking a diamond ring on her left ring finger -- y'know, that one. It doesn't look very engagement-y, and the relationship is only a couple months old -- but stranger things have happened.
