Aaron Carter's having fun living the single life, but he's also taking time to reflect after what he claims was a nasty and physical breakup ... and admits it's time to make some changes.

We got Aaron out at Dream Motor Cars in L.A. where he was shopping for a Lambo. Call it the ultimate retail therapy, because just a few days earlier he got a restraining order against his ex, Lina Valentina.

As we first reported ... Aaron claims she threatened to stab him. She's also a suspect in a domestic violence dispute after allegedly slapping him prior to their split.

Aaron's putting all that drama behind him, and says he's trying to grow from it. The singer's 31 now and views this as a crossroads in his life -- and opened up to us about making "the right decisions" from here on out.

As we first reported ... his most recent drama started when a family member called cops to perform a welfare check at Aaron's Lancaster, CA crib because they feared he would hurt himself and others.

Sources close to Aaron told us he was fine, but thought his pissed-off ex might have called cops out of spite. Regardless, Aaron tells us he just wants to move on.

Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter just touched down in L.A. following their very eventful Italian getaway ... and the two grabbed a ride together after the flight.

The pair was spotted driving around the City of Angels Wednesday after arriving back in town from their European vacation -- where they seemed to have a great time together -- right as Miley and Liam publicly announced their separation to the world.

ICYMI, the two gals were seen getting pretty cuddly near a pool outside their hotel in Lake Como ... kissing at one point. Sources connected to the pair tell us the two are currently seeing each other, but wouldn't call it dating.

Kaitlynn is newly single as well ... calling it quits with Brody Jenner. It's all good on that end -- BJ's already moved on, and is dating Josie Canseco.

Paris Hilton body art is a thing of the past for her ex-fiance, who replaced a tattoo of her name with something more primal ... or at least, primate.

Chris Zylka -- who was engaged to Paris for about 10 months or so last year -- popped into Chronic Ink Tattoo Shop in Markham, Ontario Sunday for a big project ... covering up his Disney-themed "Paris" tat that was spread across the bulk of his left forearm.

We're told Chris -- who's up north shooting a new Netflix show -- explained to the tattoo artist, Winson Tsai, that he wanted to cover up his "Paris" ink before he finishes his shoot by the end of the week ... while also admitting it was time for him to ditch the tat.

Welp, they definitely got the job done -- and in record time too, it seems. Chris' arm, which also featured a lion tat, now has a full-blown gorilla on it ... with leaves, for added effect.

Our sources say the work took about 6 hours total to complete, and that for this type of detailed tat ... it can run folks upwards of $1,300. It's unclear if Chris paid that though.

As for why he opted for an ape -- we're told it's because Chris felt it's a nice, peaceful animal, and his favorite one as well. RIP to that lion (and Disney "Paris" for that matter ) ... those tats are long gone from his arm now.

Miley Cyrus might've snatched up Brody Jenner's ex, Kaitlynn Carter, but he isn't batting an eyelash over it -- the guy's already found a new distraction ... one Josie Canseco.

Sources familiar with the new pair tell TMZ that Brody and Josie have been seeing each other as of late ... and that they seem like a good match for now.

We're told the Victoria's Secret model first met Brody during a 'Hills' press tour in New York, where they were introduced at a hotel party through Frankie Delgado and Brandon Lee -- both of whom are also on the hit reality show that was recently revived.

Our 'Hills' sources say Brody and Josie hit it off, and have been hanging out A LOT over the past few weeks, kissing each other and showing tons of PDA around friends. They seem to be taking things somewhat slow, we're told, but it's clear they're romantically involved.

Perfect timing, really ... Kaitlynn seems to be moving on with Miley ... who's apparently BEEN over hubby Liam Hemsworth for a while now.

Here's another thing -- our sources tell us even though Brody referenced Miley and Kaitlynn (and Liam too, cringey as it was) ... it's not a reflection on what's occupying his mind. We're told Brody's over Kaitlynn after their split and couldn't care less who she dates.

As for Liam -- who's been the most tight-lipped about all the drama out of everyone involved -- he piped up Monday in Australia, telling a pap he didn't wanna talk about it.

Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter are seeing each other -- something we're told didn't start until they had both broken up with their spouses -- but our sources say this all came AFTER a valiant attempt by Miley to save her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

Sources connected to Miley and Liam tell TMZ ... the 2 were struggling with various issues for months, and she pushed for the 2 of them to go into therapy and took other steps to make their marriage work. As one source put it, "He didn't come close to meeting her half way."

It became apparent a while ago it wasn't going to work and they drifted apart. We're told they've been separated for "months." Check out the photo of Liam from back in June, grocery shopping without his wedding ring.

There are new pics of Liam in Australia with brother Chris, and he looks sad. That may well be the case, but we're told in no uncertain terms ... nothing was sprung on him -- it was a long time coming.

As for Miley and Kaitlynn, we're told they did not get together until after their respective splits, but they have history. Miley and Liam were friends with Kaitlynn and Brody Jenner for years. They all lived in Malibu and after wildfires destroyed their neighborhoods late last year, we're told the foursome became even closer.

As we reported ... Miley and Kaitlynn were making out poolside in Lake Como over the weekend. We're told they're seeing each other, with no labels attached.

Geena Davis committed the unholiest of sins -- she lied to Oprah -- or at least she said so under oath in her nasty marriage/breakup lawsuit.

We've been reporting on the lawsuit between Reza Jarrahy and Geena for awhile ... he filed for divorce and asked for spousal support and a property split. She says you can't have a divorce if you were never married, and he ain't entitled to what he's asking.

They allegedly tied the knot way back in 2001, but Geena says they never got a marriage license and never intended to officially get married.

Reza, a prominent L.A. surgeon, filed for divorce last year, and we've now seen Geena's deposition, in which she says, "We intended to become married well before I was pregnant ... we did not discuss having a false marriage ... we intended to become married -- to be really married, yes, we did intend that."

During the depo, Reza's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, brought up an episode of Oprah in which Geena was a guest. Kolodny said, "You bragged about your marriage to Reza and what a great husband he was, correct?" She said she hadn't seen the episode and didn't recall specifically, but she assumed his description was correct. Then Kolodny drops the hammer -- "You lied to Oprah?" She responded, "Yes."

Geena also concedes she hired a wedding planner, caterers, and even had a Catholic priest participate in the ceremony, exchanging vows and rings.

Geena claims in her legal docs they never intended to have a legal wedding. She says on the day of the ceremony they both knew full well it wasn't a legally binding marriage. She also says during their relationship they filed separate tax returns and had separate bank accounts and credit cards.

Aaron Carter's ex-girlfriend is now on the radar of cops after she was named a suspect in a domestic violence report.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops took a report for an alleged incident between Aaron and his ex, Lina Valentina, that went down on July 31 around 2 AM at Aaron's Lancaster crib. The incident happened just days before Aaron confirmed his breakup with Lina.

Sources close to Aaron tell us when cops paid him a visit earlier this week for a welfare check, they asked him if he'd been having any problems with his ex. Our Aaron sources say he told them she slapped him in the face ... leaving him with a bruise the next day.

We're told the singer showed cops a photo of his injury and they made a report.

As for what triggered the alleged attack ... we're told Aaron told cops he and Lina got into a heated argument. He claims he wanted to be left alone because she wouldn't stop accusing him of being in love with another girl.

As we first reported ... a family member called 911 saying they were worried Aaron was going to take his own life or hurt someone else. They also feared he was doing drugs and could overdose -- which is weird, seeing how spirited he got this weekend with fans.

Brody Jenner appears to have some thoughts about his recent ex locking lips with a newly single Miley Cyrus -- his message is simple ... new day, new page and lots o' laughs.

The 'Hills' star posted a photo Sunday that seemed to be in direct response to photos published by TMZ, showing Kaitlynn Carter, his estranged "wife"/fiancee/girlfriend -- whatever the hell she is to him -- smooching with Miley on the shores of Lake Como.

In the photo, Brody's standing near the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean and staring back at the camera from afar. He captioned the pic, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." Vague enough to be about anything, right? Well, his costar, Brandon Lee, got explicit.

Brandon commented underneath, writing ... "Let's round this scandal out and post a pic of us making out," adding a kissing emoji for good measure. Brody then responded to that, saying ... "watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon."

Miley chimed in on the exchange, and shut it down ... writing, "@brodyjenner go take a nap in your truck and cool off #HotGirlSummer." Doesn't look like Brody carried on from there.

As you know ... Brody and Kaitlynn broke up about a week and change ago, because we're told he didn't wanna give her two things ... a baby and a legal marriage. About a year ago, they had everyone believe they'd tied the knot in Indonesia, but it wasn't legit.

Fast forward to Saturday, when Miley announced she and her husband, Liam Hemsworth, were separating ... less than a year into their marriage. Turns out, she and Kaitlynn had been getting cuddly the day before while vacationing in Italy ... locking lips, no less.

Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter are now both single -- both have separated from their husbands -- so why not celebrate by macking it up in fabulous Lake Como?

Miley and Kaitlynn were at a crowded pool at their hotel Friday, and decided to give the loungers something to talk about!

As we reported, Miley announced she's separated from Liam Hemsworth. Our Miley sources say there's nothing dramatic ... they've been together for 10 years and have just grown apart. They married last December.

And, Kaitlynn separated recently from husband Brody Jenner. Fact is ... they tried to tie the knot in June in Indonesia, but it wasn't official because they didn't have a marriage license. That didn't stop them from having a crazy party.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are over -- the longtime couple, and recent newlyweds, have split less than a year after tying the knot.

A rep for Miley told People Mag, "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."

The news comes shortly after Miley posted a photo of herself where she doesn't appear to be wearing her wedding ring. She captioned the pic, "Mute me if you don't want SPAMMED."

Miley and Liam have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2009 -- when they first met. He proposed to her in 2012. They broke up, and then got back together 2015. As we reported ... they obtained their marriage license in December of 2018 before finally pulling the trigger.

The writing might've been on the wall ... Miley told Elle magazine earlier this year about how she doesn't "fit into a stereotypical wife role," while also revealing she's attracted to women.

As for Liam ... he's been pre-occupied pumping iron with his brother, Chris, and plugging instant coffee. It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like he's wearing a wedding band in this clip from a week ago. He last explicitly referred to Miley as his wife -- and himself as her husband -- in late May, and posted a photo of the two of them in June.

Joanna Kerns, the mom from "Growing Pains," is about to be back on the market ... she's filed for divorce just short of a milestone anniversary.

Joanna, who played Maggie Seaver on the hit '80s sitcom, filed divorce docs Friday in L.A. County Superior Court ... officially calling it quits with architect Marc Appleton.

They married back in September 1994, so they were coming up on their silver anniversary. Our romantic side wants to imagine they'd have been somewhere singing along to the "Growing Pains" theme -- "We got each other, sharing the laughter and love."

No dice.

Joanna's not acting as much, but she's still killing it Hollywood as an extremely successful TV director. She's worked on episodes of huge hit shows like, "Pretty Little Liars," "The Goldbergs," "Jane the Virgin" ... as well as "Nashville" and "This Is Us."

Marc and Joanna didn't have any kids ... so, the divorce won't include any child custody or support battles.

No ifs, ands or buts about it ... a judge has ruled Ron White and Margo Rey are officially married.

The ruling came down Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court where a judge sided with Margo and declared the couple was in a common-law marriage under Texas law. The judge just wasn't buying Ron's assertion that the October 2013 wedding in Texas is invalid because Margo refused to sign a prenup.

The judge made it crystal clear ... Ron shelled out $100k for the extravagant wedding, wanted money to be donated to a specific charity in lieu of gifts and the couple was pronounced husband and wife by an officiant under the powers granted to him by the state of Texas.

What's more ... Ron moved forward with the wedding despite Margo never signing the prenup. The judge says it's significant that, despite having 2 separate attorneys, Ron took no steps to halt the 300-person wedding.

In short ... the judge said if it looked like a marriage and acted like a marriage, they're married.

As we reported ... a family friend said Ron professed his love for Margo and referred to Margo as "my wife." Now that this is settled ... the case can move forward. As you might know by now ... she demanded $81k per month in spousal support claiming Ron left her high and dry.

So much for taking their relationship to the next level -- The Weeknd and Bella Hadid have called it quits again ... and it sounds like a case of history repeating.

Sources close to the on-and-off couple tell TMZ ... Abel has been hyper-focused on his new album and hasn't been putting the time into their relationship. So, it's probably no coincidence he just tweeted this ... which seems to back that up.

As we've reported ... this isn't a first for Bella and The Weeknd. They've broken up and gotten back together a few times since they were first linked at Coachella in 2015.

They reconciled again about a year ago, and it seemed they were getting more serious than ever in October ... when he got a fancy condo in NYC and asked her to move in with him.

Still, distance has always been an issue for the 2 with their respective careers, and there have been reports it's been extra rocky for them lately ... and they actually haven't been together for months.

Zayn Malik's ex, Gigi Hadid, appears to have moved on from their relationship -- now, it looks like her former beau has too ... 'cause he's moving on out of the neighborhood.

The One Direction star listed his SoHo penthouse -- which is a stone's throw away from Gigi's NoHo apartment -- just over a year after purchasing it for north of $10 million. Zayn snapped it up in March of 2018 shortly after he and Gigi temporarily broke up ... now, he's put it on the market again a few months following what seems like a permanent split.

The on-again, off-again couple reportedly called it quits for good in January of this year.

Zayn bought the place above its listing price of $10.5 mil, shelling out $10.69 big ones. He's currently selling it for $10.8 million -- trying to recoup some of that cash, apparently.

If you got $10 million or so lying around, it might be a good buy. The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 932 square feet of a private roof terrace space. It also features heated floors, 12 foot vaulted ceilings and sprawling floor plan.

For Wendy Williams, what used to be a home built on love is now just a cold, hard asset ... and it's gotta go.

Sources close to the daytime talk show host tell TMZ ... the New Jersey mansion Wendy and Kevin Hunter have on the market right now for $1.895 mil doesn't have her feeling any type of way other than ... show me the money. (*insert "Jerry Maguire" scream*).

It was put to us this way ... Wendy views the home as nothing more than "a vessel to be liquidated" in the pending divorce. We're told, while she thought she'd be upset at the loss, she's actually happy to be getting rid of it ... for a couple reasons.

For one, our sources say Wendy feels like the house served its purpose in her life -- namely, a place to raise her and Kevin's son, Kevin Jr., in a suburban home.

Now that Junior's 18 years old, though -- and the fact she's finally called it quits with her husband of more than two decades -- we're told Wendy's ecstatic to be living the single life in NYC. She now lives just 10 minutes away from her studio ... so no more bridge and tunnel commuting which used to take upwards of an hour.

As one source told us, Wendy is "living her best 25/55 life" -- a 55-year-old living like 25. She's got no minor kids to raise, and no more Kevin Sr., either. The house might've been a part of her life for a long time, but at the moment ... she's only seeing it in her rear view mirror.

Tristan Thompson is finally clearing the air about the circumstances under which he met Khloe Kardashian ... and he's also defending his other baby mama.

Tristan on Wednesday debunked a report he had reunited with his first baby mama, Jordan Craig. There were reports Tristan, Jordan and their 2-year-old son, Prince, recently went on family vacay in Jamaica ... making it seem as if they were rekindling an old flame.

Tristan says there's ZERO truth to that ... and adds he's spent the last few months preparing for the NBA season, and that's it -- zero summer vacations. As for how the story took off ... seems Tristan posting a picture of Prince on a yacht in Jamaica made some people think he was there, but he's adamant he was not.

Then there's this ... in a second tweet, Tristan played a little belated defense, adamantly saying he met Khloe when he was single. As we reported ... there have been longtime allegations she cheated with Tristan at the expense of Jordan.

At the time, Khloe's story was Tristan pleading with her that his relationship with Jordan was over long before they met. He's backing that up now, insisting he was absolutely a free agent.
