'OITNB' star Brad Henke doesn't legally have to stay away from his ex-girlfriend anymore, 'cause her temporary restraining order against him was thrown out by a judge.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- neither Henke nor his ex, Simone Toliver, showed up to a recent hearing regarding the restraining order she got against him this past May ... so the case was dismissed.

We broke the story ... Toliver got the TRO after claiming Henke had repeatedly threatened her after they split last year. She claimed he'd violently grabbed her on at least two occasions, among other things. A judge granted her 100 yards of protection at the time.

Sources close to Henke tell TMZ he didn't show because he never even knew Simone had gotten a restraining order against him ... only finding out when asked about the incident by a reporter.

In the dismissal, the judge agreed, Henke was never served with papers. Henke also denies all allegations she made against him.

Kourtney Kardashian appears to be laughing off her breakup with Younes Bendjima -- literally, she couldn't stop smiling while hanging with her kid and Kim Tuesday.

Kourt surfaced in Century City after TMZ broke the story that she and her model BF had split recently -- and after photos of her now-ex showed him boo'd up with another chick ... who he called just a friend.

She doesn't seem to have a care in the world by the way she's carrying herself -- confident, sexy, and, more importantly, HAPPY, with her daughter Penelope and sis nearby. They were also joined by Miami mogul David Grutman, who was tagging along for the (escalator) ride.

4:17 PM PT -- Younes has taken to social media to clap back at the pics suggesting he was boo'd up with Jordan, saying she's nothing more than a friend. Looks like Kourt's sisters aren't buying it though. Khloe commented on his responses, saying she's "heard it all before" -- and Kim praised the pics from his "boys trip," adding a Pinocchio nose emoji.

Younes Bendjima's relationship with Kourtney Kardashian has gone south ... and now, so has he -- heading to Mexico to bang hot senoritas and we've got the pics.

Check out Younes in Mexico Monday ... chasing around a smokin' hot non-Kardashian normie (who we're told is BFF's with Johnny Manziel's wife, Bre Tiesi). The woman is Jordan Ozuna, a former Hooters waitress who dated Tyga and Justin Bieber.

Our sources tell us ... it was Kourtney who pulled the plug on the relationship -- but, judging by the rebound pics, Senor Bendjima ain't too broken up about it. They've also both unfollowed the other on Instagram.

Remember -- Bendjima took a lot of heat for a nasty comment he left on a booty pic Kourtney posted last month -- but we're told it wasn't the reason for their split.

Kardashian and Younes started dating back in 2016 when she met the Givenchy and Balmain model at a bar during Paris Fashion Week, just before Kim's robbery.

The two were most recently spotted together on a trip to Italy with Kourtney's kids.

As for Kourt's baby daddy, Scott Disick ... he and 19-year-old Sofia Richie are still goin' strong ... and Richie turns 20 later this month.

Angelina Jolie is sick of being married to Brad Pitt and is asking the divorce judge to end her marriage and make her single again, even before the judge deals with some nasty child custody issues.

Angelina's new lawyer just filed legal docs asking the judge to issue a final divorce decree this year.

Her attorney also claims in the docs Brad Pitt has not paid "meaningful child support" since their separation nearly 2 years ago. She says there has been an "informal arrangement," but Brad has not even lived up to that agreement.

She wants the judge to issue a formal child support order and make it retroactive against Brad.

TMZ broke the story ... Angelina's lawyer, Laura Wasser, is going to quit because Angelina has been very difficult to work with and is making the divorce way more contentious than necessary. The document that was just filed is revealing, because she now has 2 new lawyers -- presumably the ones who will replace Wasser.

Stephen Belafonte's feeling like a million bucks after finally settling his long, bitter divorce from Mel B -- and he'll get a ton of money on top of it.

Stephen's thrilled with the outcome of the ex-couple's case because all abuse allegations made against him by Mel were dropped ... and he's not losing any parenting rights with their daughter either.

So, here's what he gets ... $5,000 a month in child support, and that's on top of the $15k a month in spousal support that he's already been getting. Mel B must also pay his lawyer's fees -- $350,000 to be exact.

Stephen and Mel B finally agreed to sell their Hollywood Hills home and split the profits 50/50.

As we reported, Mel B got a restraining order against Stephen after claiming abuse, and she dropped it. He also dropped his restraining order. They did agree to stay 200 yards clear of each other at all times.

Belafonte and Mel B share 50/50 custody of their daughter.

Jack Osbourne went to his estranged wife's house without incident Saturday ... this after a run-in days earlier in which Jack punched her boyfriend in the head.

Jack looked stoic as he walked up the driveway. TMZ broke the story ... Jack went to the family home last Monday at around 1 AM and ended up going after actor/model/boyfriend Michael Gabel, who apparently showed up after things got heated between Jack and Lisa Osbourne.

Cops showed up, but Gabel decided he didn't want to press charges, so the case was dropped.

Jack and Stelly are going through a divorce and at the time they announced their marriage was over they said they were trying to take a page out of the Gwyneth Paltrow/Chris Martin playbook, especially since they have 3 kids.

Richie Sambora and and his Australian rocker girlfriend, Orianthi, are splitting up -- but they're leaving the door open for a rekindling in the future ... TMZ has learned.

Richie and Orianthi -- who began dating in 2014 and have performed alongside each other for a long time now -- released a statement to TMZ which they described as a "note to our fans," saying ... "Thank u to all our fans who have bought the new RSO record ['Rise'] and attended our shows, we love and appreciate you all."

Their statement continues ... "We love and support each other but are taking the summer off to focus on family and other endeavors. We will regroup in the near future with our music. Peace and love to you all and thank you for your continued support."

Their PBS debut as RSO has been a smash hit.

Nikki Bella and John Cena are officially donzo, and that's not based on her reality show ... that's what they're telling friends in real life.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the exes are telling friends their on-again-off-again relationship has finally gone kaput because they've grown apart ... figuratively and quite literally.

Remember, while Nikki was filming "Total Bellas," John was tied up in China ... and that distance further fractured their already-teetering relationship.

Our Nikki sources say she also realized while watching Sunday's finale of 'TB' how unhappy she was and hated the feeling of being confused and living in a gray area. Watching that high level of uncertainty reminded her why she ultimately chose not to walk down the aisle with John, despite his pleas.

We're told Nikki doesn't regret her decision, but dating someone new is the LAST thing on her mind. She's now focusing on her career. We broke the story ... Nikki's moving out of John's place and finding her own spot.

Wilmer Valderrama looked worried sick when he visited Demi Lovato at the hospital.

Wilmer hit up Cedars-Sinai in L.A. Thursday afternoon and stayed with her for about 5 hours. He also visited Demi Wednesday ... a day after she was rushed to the hospital for an overdose.

The 38-year-old actor and 25-year-old singer broke up in June 2016 after dating for about 6 years ... but they remained close, so it's no surprise he rushed to Demi's side when she landed in the hospital.

The restraining order against Gilbert Arenas -- issued after his ex-GF accused Gil of threatening to send explicit videos to her son -- has been thrown out 'cause Gil and the woman missed court today.

Here's the deal ... the woman claimed she dated Gil on and off since 2016 -- and said he took their breakup hard.

The accusations were nasty ... with the woman claiming Arenas was "waiting to get my son's cell phone number from his son so that he could send my child naked photos of me and video of Gilbert and I having sex and video of me naked."

Last month, a judge granted a temporary restraining order to the woman ... which ordered Gil to "not communicate in person, by telephone, or text with [victim's] son. He shall not send [her son] photographs or videos."

He was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from his ex and her son.

Arenas and the woman were due back in court this morning in L.A. ... where the judge was gonna decide whether to issue a permanent order against G.A.

Jenna Dewan's got a bad (or REALLY good) case of post-breakup hotness -- and she's putting it ALL out there.

Jenna went au naturel for the September issue of Women's Health, and yes ... she addresses her split from Channing Tatum and other personal issues, but who are they kidding? The pics are selling these magazines.

Okay, a little about the breakup -- Jenna says, "It’s okay for a relationship to change into a new form that is actually better for both people involved, and I think maybe that’s what shocked everyone so much – that it can be a positive thing."

Now, back to the nudity! She thinks it's no big deal because, "I’ve been a dancer my entire life, so I’m used to little clothing.”

Stormy Daniels' estranged husband went after her in a violent rage 6 months into their marriage, in front of their little girl ... and the alleged attack got him arrested.

Stormy and Glendon Crain, who filed to divorce her last week, got into a heated argument back in July 2015 at their suburban Dallas home, and according to police documents he hurled a large box fan at her. Stormy told cops she managed to dodge the fan, but then Crain shoved her down.

In the docs, Stormy says she went down hard and suffered a rug burn ... and then Crain started punching himself and pulling out his own hair. She told police Crain told her to call police, and added ... he didn't care if he went to jail because he'd hang himself.

All of this went down in front of the couple's 4-year-old daughter. Police say the little girl told the responding officer ... "My daddy pushed momma down."

Crain was arrested for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.

As we reported, Crain got a restraining order against Stormy last week to keep her away from him and their daughter.

The domestic violence charge was eventually dropped in March 2018 because Crain reportedly completed a pretrial rehabilitation program. That was just 2 weeks before Stormy's CNN interview.

Stormy Daniels' husband doesn't just want a divorce -- he wants her to stay clear of him and their child -- and he's accusing her of cheating.

We've learned a judge has granted Glendon Crain a restraining order which he requested with his divorce petition. The judge, among other things, agreed to prohibit Stormy from coming in contact with Crain or their 7-year-old daughter, which Crain says was necessary because Stormy wanted to bring her on tour where she would be on a bus with other adult performers and at risk for both physical and emotional harm.

The restraining order also prevents Stormy from falsifying any document or withdrawing or transferring any assets from their accounts or from cutting off Crain's access to his credit cards. There's no evidence in the docs she's committed such misdeeds.

Crain also got exclusive use of the couple's home and 2 cars.

As for the cheating ... Crain isn't specific, but merely says Stormy "committed adultery."

As we reported, Glendon filed for divorce last week. He married Stormy in 2015 but the 2 have rarely been seen together in public since she emerged with allegations against Donald Trump.

We knew something was up earlier this month when Stormy was arrested at a Columbus strip club. On the police report, she marked "No" when asked if she was married.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday, where Crain will try to get the restraining order made permanent.

G-Eazy has NOT jumped to dating Demi Lovato after his split from Halsey ... and that's coming straight from his ex, Halsey.

We got her Thursday at LAX, and had to ask her about the speculation G's hooking up with Demi. There were reports they hit up a Hollywood club last weekend. Even though that turned out to be false ... the rumor's taken off.

Halsey, who announced the breakup from G-Eazy earlier this month, says NO CHANCE. He denied the Demi buzz at the ESPYs, and his ex is fully backing him.

Jill Scott says she's done all she can to return her estranged husband's personal items, and if he really wants them he knows where to find them ... but they won't include those lavish robes, 'cause he stole them!

We broke the story ... Michael Dobson filed docs in the ex-couple's divorce case claiming Jill was refusing to fork over a lot of his stuff -- like a "Purple Rain" album, an extended shoe horn and 5 hotel robes.

Jill's firing back with docs of her own -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming she tried to deliver Michael all of his things but got no response, so she sent them to a storage facility in Atlanta where he now lives, AND sent him the key.

Jill claims he's yet to pick up his stuff -- including the shoe horn -- and refuses to make payments for the storage unit ... so she's still stuck footing the bill.

According to the docs, though ... those 5 hotel robes don't even belong to Dobson, because Jill says he stole them and SHE had to pay for them.

Matt Barnes says things are finally so good between him and Derek Fisher, he invited his ex-wife's fiance to his charity event in L.A. -- but, there was just one problem, Fisher didn't show up.

Barnes was holding an Athletes vs. Cancer fundraiser -- hoping to raise cash to provide college scholarships for kids who beat cancer ... very cool.

Fisher was on the guest list, so we asked Barnes about their relationship ... and he couldn't have been more positive.

"Yeah, we're good ... we're fine," Barnes said.

"The most important thing is to make my kids happy and we're both working hard at that."

The invite comes off the heels of Derek Fisher and Gloria Govan saying Barnes would not get an invite to their upcoming wedding. Seems Barnes is trying to make the relationship work.
