Mac Miller's still making a difference -- his charity foundation's quickly approaching a million bucks in money raised to help kids in his hometown ... TMZ has learned.

Folks at The Mac Miller Circles Fund tell us ... donations have been pouring in from the late rapper's fans and the total is up to around $350,000. The cash will be used to provide programs and opportunities to underserved youth in the Pittsburgh area, "helping them recognize their full potential through exploration in the arts and community building."

Add that money to proceeds from the October 31 tribute concert for Mac -- which we're told is expected to be another $350k -- and the Circles Fund's hauled in $700k since his death.

As we reported ... the tribute show, "Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life," went down at L.A.'s Greek Theatre and featured performances by artists -- and some of Miller's closest friends -- like Chance the Rapper, Travis Scott, SZA and John Mayer.

We broke the story ... Mac died from an overdose in September. According to the toxicology report, it was the result of "mixed drug toxicity" -- specifically fentanyl and cocaine. The Coroner ruled his death accidental.

Mac was 26.

Justin Bieber wanted the members of his Drew crew to have a nice day ... so he hooked them up with some serious smiley face bling.

The Biebs' company, The House of Drew, is launching a line of clothing and merch early in 2019, and to celebrate the occasion ... he ordered up 6 custom necklaces with pendants of the happy Drew logo.

We're told the 2 larger smiley faces are for JB himself (maybe one for Hailey?), and the other 4 were gifted to his team. Our sources say Justin ordered the ice from celeb jeweler Eliantte just in time for the holidays.

All in all, we're told the Drew jewelry's worth about $250k.

We broke the story in February ... Justin filed trademark paperwork to expand his brand, which features his middle name.

He already released a line of comfy hotel slippers for Christmas and they were a hit ... selling out almost instantly. Mrs. Bieber got a pair though.

Christian Dior revolutionized the fashion industry after World War II with his "New Look" dress, and the designer's famous first sketch just went up for sale.

You can now take home a piece of fashion history for a cool $12,500 ... because Moments In Time is selling Christian's original drawing from 1947 -- you know, the one that started Dior on the path to becoming an international fashion powerhouse!

The famous sketch, the first step in Christian's breakthrough collection, completely changed the way women dress forever. A-listers like Emma Watson, Rihanna, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, Felicity Jones, Emma Stone and Natalie Portman are known for their love of Dior, and they've got this drawing to thank!

The sketch, with a handwritten note from Christian that reads "the new look 47 tian dior," was acquired from descendants of a film director who worked with the fashion designer ... and now it can be yours!

"Big Bang Theory" star Kunal Nayyar is making one big gesture ... because he's one of several people who have donated to the family of late TV news anchor and reporter Chris Burrous.

Kunal donated $5,000 to Burrous' family Sunday, the largest donation yet on the GoFundMe account. The page was set up to help Chris' wife, Mai, and 9-year-old daughter, Isabella, cover funeral costs and other expenses in the wake of the popular KTLA anchor's shocking death.

Chris was found unresponsive in a Glendale hotel Dec. 27, and police say his death is being investigated as a possible overdose.

You're gonna be partying and drinking your ass off on New Year's Eve ... and so will Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and Future, but those rappers are raking in LOADS of cash for their services.

We're told Nicki and Weezy will be performing at LIV Nightclub in Miami and for their appearance, they're collecting a total of $250k between the two. If you think that's low, you're right because it is. We're told the rappers are super tight with the owner, David Grutman, so they didn't ask for their top rate.

Future's making out like a king out in Vegas. He's performing at Drai's and will pocket a sweet $400k check for grabbing the mic and doing his thing.

Lil Baby & Gunna are getting $110k total for a show at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, and rapper Sheck Wes will be Down Under in Australia ... raking in more than $110k.

Sweet gigs if you can get them.

Floyd Mayweather's fight with Tenshin Nasukawa is a complete joke and is nothing but a money grab ... so says Bob Arum, who RIPPED Floyd for even taking the fight.

"It is a non-event. It is not a sporting event," Bob tells TMZ Sports.

Arum was out at Craig's this week when he made sure to stop for our photog, to crap all over Mayweather's highly-anticipated New Year's Eve exhibition in Japan.

Donald Trump has a bone to pick with DirecTV -- after he ordered a UFC fight back in July ... but didn't get to see how it ended.

According to Dana White, Trump REALLY wanted to see UFC 226 -- Daniel Cormier vs. Stipe Miocic -- and ponied up the $65 to order the pay-per-view on DirecTV.

But, Dana says some "Presidential stuff" went down during the July 7 event, and Trump had to step away from his TV.

A few days later, when Trump finally got some free time to finish the fight -- White says the fight was already gone from his DVR ... and he couldn't watch the end on demand.

"So, he said, 'If I paid for the fight, shouldn't I get to watch the rest of the fight whenever I'm ready to watch it again?'"

Dana says he sees Trump's point and thinks POTUS is probably right ... but it's a beef the President needs to settle with DirecTV.

Of course, Dana and Trump are longtime friends -- with Dana even giving a speech for Donald at the Republican National Convention back in 2016.

Tekashi 6ix9ine has a plan to get out of jail ... it involves a whole lot of money and convincing the judge he'll be a good boy when he's back on the streets.

The rapper's lawyer, Lance Lazarro, tells TMZ ... he's putting a bail package together for the rapper in hopes of getting him sprung from the federal prison facility where he's being held, so he can enjoy some freedom until his trial begins in September.

We're told the plan is to ask the court to set 69's bail at $1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi's not a danger to the community ... nor is he a flight risk.

6ix9ine's lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $1.5 mil.

As we reported ... prosecutors have pics and videos linking Tekashi and his crew to at least 3 armed robberies and/or shootings in Brooklyn earlier this year.

And, despite the mounting evidence in his racketeering case, Lazarro's made it clear 69 has no interest in taking a plea deal if one is offered.

Kyrie Irving hooked up a homeless fan with more than $240 IN CASH before playing the Rockets in Houston on Thursday -- and the reaction is INCREDIBLE!!!

The guy who shot the video, Thomas Moreno, tells us ... the Boston Celtics superstar was walking to the team bus when he was approached by a man who was telling people he was destitute.

Kyrie stopped and chatted with the guy ... and then, the big moment happened -- Irving reaches into his pocket, pulls out the cash and hands it right to his new friend.

The guy was so happy, he literally jumped for joy and started hugging random people! He also chased after Kyrie to thank him for the generous gift.

Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian a $14 MILLION Xmas present.

Kanye made a deal to buy a mega-unit in a super, super exclusive Miami Beach condo building, dubbed "Billionaire Beach Bunker" ... TMZ has confirmed.

The 18-story building is occupied by hedge fund gazillionaires and ridiculously rich land developers.

We're told Kanye scoped the place out on his own while in town for Art Basel, and Kim had never even seen it. Kanye has fairly deep ties to the city. He's a regular at the Basel. Kim also did a show there ... "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."

Our sources say Kanye secretly made the offer this month and surprised Kim on Xmas day.

The unit sounds awesome. It's 4,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and an insanely large terrace. The building is tricked out with a gym, pool and spa.

Obviously, it's right on the beach.

They actually got a deal ... sort of. It was originally listed at $15.5 million.

Page Six first confirmed the story. The deal is set to close next month.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Emily Blunt are both A-listers with a long list of box office hits, but when it comes to their Disney paychecks ... he gets treated more than twice as nice.

The actors are set to costar in the upcoming "Jungle Cruise" movie, but according to our sources ... The Rock's hauling in way more cash for his role. We're told he's getting $22 million to play the lead male character, Frank ... Emily's only getting $9 mil to play the lead female, Lily.

As you know ... The Rock's a mega movie star and the second highest paid actor -- just behind Daniel Craig -- known for the 'Fast and Furious' franchise, "Moana" and several other huge summer blockbusters.

But ... Blunt is Mary freakin' Poppins. She's also a Golden Globe winner and 5-time nominee, and has starred in several other hit flicks herself ... like "A Quiet Place," "Sicario," "Edge of Tomorrow" and "The Devil Wears Prada."

It seems Johnson's "Jungle Cruise" pay rate matches his quote for another one of his 2020 movies -- "Red Notice," which costars Gal Gadot -- but it's unclear if her salary will also be dwarfed by his.

Despite the pay discrepancy, it appears The Rock, Emily and fellow cast member Jack Whitehall -- who's playing Disney's first openly gay character -- all got along really well.

BTW, the gender pay gap is nothing new for Hollywood. You'll recall Mark Wahlberg got paid $1.5 million for reshoots for "All the Money in the World" early this year ... while his costar Michelle Williams did them for free.

Mark decided to donate his salary after the public outcry.

3:35 PM PT -- David Bennett of Thav Gross P.C., attorney for Franklin's Estate, says the Estate disputes the claim as Aretha paid off the vast majority of her debt before she died. He says, "The Estate is diligently working to resolve any remaining issues."

When Aretha Franklin died in August she left behind a legacy as the undisputed "Queen of Soul" ... and also a huge debt to Uncle Sam.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the IRS claims Franklin owes more than $6.3 MILLION in back taxes from 2012 to 2018, and an additional $1.5 mil in penalties.

One of Aretha's former lawyers tells us the massive tax lien is the result of several audits over the last 6 years. The weird thing ... one of the years in question is listed as 2018, and that tax year is not over.

We broke the story ... the "Respect" singer's being dogged in death by more than just the tax man -- her lawyer also filed docs in October demanding the estate pony up nearly $54k to cover bills dating back 6 years.

There's also a new lien filed by a publishing company that wants $136,000 for royalties in connection with the 1973 song "Angel."

The company says they're accepting offers for the 2019 luxury Class “A” Forest River Georgetown 377XL motorhome -- valued at $195k -- complete with an autographed mini fridge AND the original renter's contract signed by Mr. Dangerous himself!!

Not only does the lucky bidder get the cool piece of Browns history, they get a whip with ALL the bells and whistles -- a Furion fireplace, Corian tile countertops, three slideouts, heated and massaging theater seating.

A rep for the company tells us they'll listen to ALL offers in order to get the whip to a rightful owner -- but if Mayfield is interested in buying it, they're down to work out a deal.
