Megan Fox is firing back at the people who are blasting her for sharing a GoFundMe for her friend's cancer-stricken father ... saying the haters don't understand the full story or her relationship with the friend.

The actress took to social media Thursday to explain why she is helping crowdfund for her nail technician's ailing father ... instead of ponying up the money herself, as some folks online think she should.

Megan says her nail tech didn't want her money because it would create an uncomfortable dynamic in their working relationship ... and ditto for the woman's other celeb clients.

In her IG story, Megan also questions her haters' emotional intelligence ... and ends by calling them psychos.

As we reported ... after Megan shared the GoFundMe, donations started to pour in ... but some folks questioned why Megan was asking other people for money instead of just covering all the medical expenses herself.

Deion Sanders' son, Shilo, will head into his first season at Colorado looking as fly as ever ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned he just copped a sweet new chain -- that features 28 carats of diamonds!!

Primetime's kid -- who transferred from Jackson State to Boulder after his dad made the same move earlier this year -- got the bling from Saki Diamonds ... and the drip has an awesome story behind it.

Shilo considers himself a force on the field -- and when he makes tackles, he says it leaves his opponents with headaches.

So, naturally, when Saki Diamonds went to make Shilo some custom jewelry -- he ended up icing out a "Headache" pendant for the Buffs cornerback ... and it came out awesome.

In addition to the 28 carats of VVS diamonds, it also comes with a 19-inch style ball and link chain ... and while it's unclear what Shilo paid for it, we're told a similar piece would run a normie over $30,000!!

Shilo joins Colorado after a great two seasons with JSU ... where he recorded five interceptions in addition to being named second-team All-SWAC in 2021. Shilo also played two seasons with the South Carolina Gamecocks before his time in Jackson.

By the way, he won't be the only young Sanders iced out heading into CU's season opener next month ... Saki also created a sweet 28-carat diamond chain for Shedeur last year.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are finally in agreement on one thing -- they both want to try squashing their legal war over the winery they once owned together ... and their willing to do it out of court.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Brad and Angelina have agreed to mediation as a means to settle their dispute over French vineyard Chateau Miraval ... which is potentially a big development in this bitter legal battle.

The wine dispute's been brewing for a while ... as we first reported, Brad claims Angelina double-crossed him by secretly selling her interest in the winery to a Russian oligarch in 2021, and now Brad's suing her to undo the deal.

Remember ... Brad and Angelina bought Chateau Miraval in Correns, France way back in 2008, when they were still happily married.

Brad's claimed he invested a ton of time and money in the vineyard over the years, though also acknowledging Angelina ponied up 40% of the original $28.4 million purchase price, and he's claimed they always had an understanding neither could sell off their interest without the other's consent.

As we've reported, Angelina went to court in July 2021 and told a judge she had reached an agreement to sell her interest to an unnamed person ... and Brad says in September 2021 he agreed to allow Angela to move forward with a potential sale, while making it clear he would still reserve the right to give a thumbs up or down to the proposed buyer.

Cut to a few months later, when Brad says he was shocked to learn a subsidiary of the famous vodka company Stoli Group, controlled by Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, bought Angelina's interest in the vineyard -- so, he sued in an attempt to get a judge to undo the deal.

With all the nastiness between Brad and Angelina over the years, it will be interesting to see what comes out of the mediation.

Maybe we can all get along, but also ... maybe don't hold your breath.

President Biden is gearing up for an epic battle to retain The White House, but we've learned he's put the brakes on going to a critical area to fill his campaign coffers -- Los Angeles.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Biden will not come to the L.A. area until the actors' and writers' strikes are resolved. There's still 15 months left before the election, but with strikes that seem to have no end in sight, it could become problematic.

Biden has a long history of supporting unions, and the Hollywood strikes are no different. He said back in May, "I sincerely hope the writers' strike in Hollywood gets resolved and the writers are given a fair deal they deserve as soon as possible."

Here's how significant L.A. and, California is to Biden's campaign. He raised more money in CA than any other state in 2020 -- $105.5 million -- and that represented 21% of money raised for the campaign.

His spokesperson said earlier this month, "The President believes all workers, including actors, deserve fair pay and benefits," adding, "The President supports workers' right to strike."

L.A. County is a huge part of that equation. In 2020 Biden held 20 virtual fundraisers, some at $25,000 a head. One fundraiser alone raked in $2.7M. Celebs like Cher, Jennifer Garner, Barbra Streisand and Cyndi Lauper hosted some of the events.

Our sources say some very rich folks are already offering their homes for big Biden fundraisers this time around ... again, for $25,000 a pop. But we're told, "Nothing has been scheduled. There are no events planned so far, but they will happen when the strikes are over."

We're told Biden feels it's unseemly to raise this kind of money from the Hollywood community when lots of industry folks are struggling.

An industry source with decades of experience in many areas of Hollywood is convinced ... this strike will be over by the end of the year and probably before. But the clock is starting to tick.

Page Kennedy is feeling the burn of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike ... not only putting a damper on his upcoming summer blockbuster, but also reminding him how crappy royalty checks are!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Page, who says he's in shambles over the strike, which is affecting his upcoming film with Jason Statham "Meg 2: The Trench" ... a real bummer because he says he almost drowned filming the project.

Page reprised his role as "DJ" from the first 'Meg' thriller, but tells us he wasn't fully prepared to film scenes in the ocean -- at one point, he swallowed more water than his gills could handle. Luckily, the crew was able to usher him to safety.

The veteran actor/rapper has dozens of film credits under his belt, but echoed the sentiments of many actors who say their ever-shrinking residuals aren't cutting it -- and he even showed us some of his checks to drive home that point.

For example, his one-episode appearance on FX's popular Western drama "Justified" paid him $123 ... while his time on the short-lived FOX series "Backstrom" just netted him $59.

It might not be a get-rich-quick option, but Page says his love for acting is still there ... even if he feels execs like Disney CEO Bob Iger wear their greed on their sleeves!!!

He's also in the trenches with the picketers every day, and is back in his rapper bag with a new album, "A Book of Pages," slated for an August 4 wide release.

Bow Wow's getting dragged for allegedly swindling a child rapper outta her hard-earned pennies when she requested a feature -- but he insists there was no deal with him, the kid just got catfished.

The case is currently pending in a Georgia court, but Bow Wow is claiming the plaintiff fell victim to an all too common online scam. However, on social media -- where no one waits for a verdict -- folks went on the warpath against Bow.

TMZ Hip Hop got ahold of the docs ... the suit was actually filed back in March by a man named Steven Roberson.

According to Steve, he wired Bow Wow $3K via Cash App, back in 2021, to guest star on a song for his daughter back in 2021 called, "Daddy's Girl." He says the deal required Bow Wow to record his feature within 2 weeks of getting the payment, but that never happened.

Bow Wow is now defending his reputation, insisting he never conducts business through Cash App and doesn't intend to in the future. He says this incident marks the 3rd time someone got duped by someone pretending to be him.

Forget money, Jake Paul paid his personal barber with something far more special this week -- gifting his go-to guy a brand new Rolex for keeping his hair on point ahead of his big boxing match against Nate Diaz!!

The Problem Child flew in JB Always Fresh -- a famous hair stylist/businessman in his own right -- from Canada to Puerto Rico to get a fresh cut before heading to Dallas for fight week ... and made sure to thank the "best barber in the world" for his service.

Bad news for Travis Scott fans that were hoping to see the rapper perform at one of the 7 wonders of the world ... because just two days before the big event, the show's been canceled.

Live Nation shared the news Wednesday, saying the Utopia show -- which was slated to go down this weekend at Egypt's Pyramids of Giza -- is no longer happening.

The company adds, "Despite highest efforts, complex production issues meant that the show could not be constructed in the desert." Live Nation says issues will be refunded to ticket holders, issuing an apology to those planning on attending.

The reasoning seems a little suspect considering just recently Egypt's Musicians Syndicate announced it wasn't pleased with Travis coming over to perform, saying the org canceled the show's permit ... claiming the type of concerts TS puts on "goes against the cultural identity of the Egyptian people."

Tyreek Hill is finally opening up on the June fishing boat altercation that led to a police investigation into the NFL star ... saying Wednesday it was all a "bonehead mistake."

The Dolphins wideout didn't go into much detail about the incident following Miami's training camp workout -- telling a throng of media members, "I'm not here to get into that. I'm here to play ball." But, he did shed at least some light onto the matter.

He insisted that any civil issues arising from the June 18 tiff have been "resolved" ... while adding that he's cooperating with NFL investigators. He also said of the incident, "I just can't make bonehead mistakes like that" -- before telling one journalist, "I hope everything gets situated."

As we reported ... cops initially launched a probe into Hill after a Miami fishing charter vessel employee alleged the 29-year-old receiver slapped him on the back of the neck after he had told the football player and a group of his apparent acquaintances they could not be on his boat.

Hill and his accuser, according to Adam Schefter, reached a settlement to resolve their differences on Monday ... though prosecutors said Wednesday they're still mulling charges.

As for Roger Goodell and the NFL ... they've yet to suspend Hill -- and when the speedster was asked Wednesday if he thinks a ban could be coming this year, he said, "Nah, man. When I'm able to come here and play ball, man, I get a chance to get away from all that."

The Dolphins are slated to open their preseason schedule against the Falcons on Aug. 11.

Megan Fox is offering a helping hand to a friend in need -- this after the girl's father was diagnosed with cancer ... and it seems her good work is doing wonders for the cause.

The actress and model shared the link to a GoFundMe Monday, made for 64-year-old Michael Boyce by his daughter, Brittney -- who's Megan's nail tech.

M.F. says Michael was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and is asking her fans to help chip in towards his medical expenses ... and on the site, Brittney says her dad wasn't planning on retiring and had already missed a lot of work, and will likely be missing more.

Brittney says his new prescription isn't covered by insurance, and he already had to pay $1k out of pocket -- and that's not even a month's worth -- so she's hoping the money raised for her pops will help relieve the money pressures so he can focus on getting better.

Megan's reposting seems to have boosted Michael's donations quite a bit -- in just 3 days, the GoFundMe has climbed past $7,600 -- the goal's been raised to $60k.

While Megan's sharing certainly helped, she's been facing some backlash online ... with folks saying the "millionaire" is off base to ask others to pitch in when, in their minds, she could just cough up the loot herself.

Morgan Wallen's got a new favorite pair of boots ... at least, according to The Shoe Surgeon, who supplied the country star with some high priced you-know-what-kickers.

Dominic Chambrone, aka The Shoe Surgeon, tells TMZ ... Morgan debuted his custom Tecovas during his concert this past Saturday night at L.A.'s SoFi Stadium, and these babies are literally one of a kind.

We're told MW stopped by Dominic's studio a few months ago, and a design in his concept room really caught the singer's eye -- a pair of shoes inspired by professional BMX rider Nigel Sylvester's Air Jordan 1's.

The boots are hand-dyed python skin with yellow suede binding, and it's all hand scuffed to mimic Nigel's shoes. The finished products were hand-delivered to Morgan before Saturday's show, where he took 'em out for a spin onstage.

Kimora Lee Simmons has unloaded her swanky Bev Hills pad ... and she's making a killing on the place.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the model sold the home for a whopping $16.5 million earlier this month, and the new owner has already put the place back on the market for a short/long-term lease option, asking for $100k a month.

The popular influencer -- who has millions of followers on social media -- opened up about her struggles with fame in an interview with Elle this week ... admitting she always has to be "careful" when she walks around campus in Baton Rouge, 'cause there are always people watching her every move.

In fact, the interdisciplinary studies major says fellow college kids even sometimes approach her for selfies ... but some interactions were not so friendly, and she had to switch up her routine as a result.

Dunne says she now handles all her studies online ... claiming, "There were some scares in the past, and I just want to be as careful as possible."

Of course, Dunne has made a killing off her brand ... reportedly earning millions of dollars through Name, Image and Likeness deals.

Snoop Dogg seems to be making a statement to Tinseltown about the SAG-AFTRA and Writers Guild strikes -- 'cause he's nixing 2 of his big shows here in solidarity with the union members.

The rapper announced the move Tuesday, writing ... "We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing strike and the uncertainty of when this will be over, we need to cancel the Hollywood Bowl show."

Snoop adds, "We continue to stand in solidarity with all of our brothers and sisters in the WGA and SAG/AFTRA during this difficult time and remain hopeful that the AMPTP will come back to the negotiating table with a REAL proposal and we can all get back to work."

Snoop's cancelation of his big L.A. concerts appears to be symbolic ... as he has other gigs lined up elsewhere around the country, which he did not address. Presumably, they're happening as scheduled.

Now, while Snoop's decision might seem like it's coming out of nowhere -- after all, musicians aren't impacted by the SAG/WGA strikes -- it actually tracks with some bold statements he's made lately demanding change in the recording industry.

He recently sounded off on modern-day artists getting stiffed on residuals in the age of streaming -- while also pointing out showbiz writers and actors are fighting over the same stuff in their strikes.

Bottom line ... he's quite privy to the struggle, and is most certainly in SAG/WGA's corner in the ongoing negotiations. Also worth noting, his Death Row guys are on board as well -- as a handful of Death Row artists and affiliates have been seen on the picket lines themselves.

The Rock dropped at least a million bucks to help working actors get through the SAG-AFTRA strike -- and if you're one of them ... here's a how-to on reaping the benefits.

ICYMI ... Courtney B. Vance -- who heads up a private, SAG-adjacent foundation, and oversees an emergency fund tied to the union -- fired off a letter this month at the start of the strike ... with the correspondence sent to some of the highest-earning talent in the biz.

It essentially outlined the great need for financial assistance during this precarious time -- namely, for the not-so-famous actors ... who might be out of work for a while now.

In response to that, Dwayne Johnson's people followed up ... saying he wanted to donate 7 figures to back their cause -- something Courtney says proved to be an historic boost, and which will go a long way to keeping striking actors afloat. Again, most of 'em aren't A-list.

It's a super cool move on The Rock's part, obviously -- and for the thousands of actors out there who might need it ... there's an easy way to go and apply for funds, just hit their site.

There are some eligibility requirements one has to meet in order to be considered -- including being paid up on your SAG dues through Oct. 2022, and providing proof that you're in need of emergency financial support, among other things -- but all in all ... it seems simple.

BTW, if other big earners are inclined to donate to the fund ... they can do that here.

One last noteworthy thing about The Rock stepping up in this situation. Fact is, it's kinda fitting considering he's reportedly in line for a massive payday.
