We've learned the "OOOUUU" rapper dropped a whopping $140,000 on a diamond chain and pendant ... hitting up Ali G and Ali L over at Luxe Jewelers in Atlanta for the super sick piece.

The specs on the bling are pretty wild ... we're talking more than 39 carats of diamonds, with the pendant and bussdown cuban link chain tipping the scale at 129 grams.

We're told Young M.A scooped up the jewelry on Wednesday, which is a week before her 27th birthday. If you're looking for a last-minute gift, may we suggest a turtleneck ... she's gonna need it for all that ice on her collar!

Quavo brought out a lot of fire power for his second annual Huncho Day game ... including one Colin Kaepernick, who played QB for the Migos MC.

Kaep was one of many celebs who showed out for Quavo's star-studded flag football exhibition Sunday, which he started last year. CK, of course, drew a huge crowd when he and Eric Reid made their way to the field. Literally ... a flock of people were following them.

And when it was officially game time, Kaep showed he's still got a strong arm. He even threw to Quavo -- who used to play football in high school -- in the course of the game ... and scored.

Other NFL stars who played as well ... Cam Newton, Von Miller, Saquon Barkley, Alvin Kamara, Josh Norman and others.

This is one of the few times we've seen Colin in action on a football field since he left the NFL after the 2016 season in the wake of his National Anthem controversy. We've seen him in a practice setting a few times since then, and we know he's been staying in shape too.

Mick Jagger might have to sit out a new tour due to illness, but he was all smiles a day after breaking the news ... an encouraging sign, to say the least.

The Rolling Stones frontman was seen hanging at his Miami Beach oceanfront home Sunday -- marking the first time he's been spotted since the band announced they were pulling the plug on their North American tour, which was set to get started in April.

He looks to be in good spirits here, which has got to be a relief to RS fans.

As we reported ... the Stones cited doctors' orders to sit Mick out, saying Mick needs medical treatment and was told to skip the tour. They also made a note that he's expected to fully recover the undisclosed ailment.

Mick released a statement of his own, apologizing to his fans ... but promising to work as hard as possible to get back to 100% so he can the stage again.

The fact that the singer was on his feet and rockin' a big old grin Sunday is at least proof that he isn't fully bedridden and feeble.

Kanye West is changing his tune on Coachella -- now saying he'll be performing his Sunday Service at the festival ... and he'll be doing it Easter morning at the crack of dawn.

Ye made the announcement Sunday on a flight he and Kim were on, getting on the intercom to tell the passengers that he'd booked another show at Coachella. Kanye says he's gonna do his weekly Sunday service there on Easter Sunday -- so, weekend 2 -- and, apparently, it'll be an early morning gig ... sunrise, he says.

The news definitely comes as a surprise considering Kanye pulled on negotiations with Coachella event organizers earlier this year after he felt they were limiting his creativity ... by not giving him the stage he wanted.

As we first told you ... Ye refused to perform on a traditional 60x40 flat stage that all performers normally use when they headline, and Goldenvoice -- the company that runs Coachella -- wouldn't budge either. In the end, they went their separate ways.

Not so anymore though. It's unclear if Coachella's gonna open their gates early for Kanye to perform on stage -- Coachella usually kicks off around 11 AM each day -- or if he'll be grounded outside somewhere with his choir like he has been for the past few months.

Either way ... Ye's definitely got a lot of practice under his belt. He's been running a Sunday Service since January. And, it's been a hit with everyone who's attended.

The Biebs made a cameo Sunday during Hailey's Instagram Live session -- in which she was trying to link up with pro surfer Kelia Moniz to plug the Roxy sportswear company. The two of them are ambassadors for the brand, and Roxy even teased their joint chat.

While Hailey was waiting for Kelia to come online, her hubby popped up behind her and started singing a made-up tune dedicated to his former lead guitaritst, Dan Kanter. Apparently, Dan was one of the many people who tuned in and commented on Hailey's vid.

Hailey pointed it out to JB ... and he took it from there with an impromptu jam. Considering we haven't heard much of Bieber's pipes on display lately, we gotta say ... he sounds great.

More importantly, Justin seems to be in great spirits. This comes on the heels of his recent announcement that he's stepping away from music for a while to address some "deep rooted issues" ... as well as reports that he's seeking treatment for depression.

Elon Musk appears to have gone from tech titan to SoundCloud rapper overnight -- assuming a goofy autotune track about Haramabe that he linked to is actually his doing.

The Tesla CEO tweeted out a SoundCloud song Saturday called "RIP Harambe," which sent users to an SC page ran by "Emo G Records." It's unclear if it's actually Elon's page, or if it's just something he stumbled upon, but he certainly made it seem he was behind it.

He wrote, "I'm disappointed that my record label failed." As for the song itself ... well, you gotta hear it to believe it. It's an ode to the Cincinnati Zoo gorilla that was shot and killed in 2016 after a child fell into its cage. Harambe became meme fodder for a minute after that.

That minute has come and gone though, so it's interesting that Elon (again, assuming he did this) focused the first song of his SoundCloud rap career on a years-old topic.

And, as if that wasn't enough, Elon kept the meme jokes coming on Sunday ... tweeting out a duck emoji -- in reference to a 2018 meme about ranking emojis -- and saying the detail in it far outweighed the clout of Emo G Records.

The Jonas Brothers have clearly done what almost no musical group before them have accomplished ... going up, going down and going up again higher than ever, and Saturday night was proof.

There was pandemonium outside the Tabernacle in ATL when the Bros left the venue, along with Nick's wife, Priyanka Chopra. Check it out ... this is rock star treatment. They got it the first time around, but this is even crazier.

It was Priyanka's first Jonas Brothers show, and she gave her stamp of approval, saying, "And it was incredible!!! I’m so proud of these guys!! #Family"

The Jonas Bros have reunited after a 6-year hiatus and dropped a new single, "Sucker," which not only hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 but is their first #1 record.

Tickets weren't sold for this show ... this was exclusively a giveaway from various radio stations in the Atlanta market. Not to say they wouldn't sell out if the tickets had hit the market.

We asked Joe about the youngest Jonas, Frankie, who recently graduated from high school if he would be joining the band ... but no response. You never know ... sometimes the youngest becomes the biggest star.

Paris Jackson looked great and was in high spirits Saturday night, as she and her boyfriend performed a set at an L.A. club.

Paris and Gabriel Glenn did a set at The Mint ... a small club that has marquis value for singers. They performed Jimmy Buffett's "Margaritaville" and Bob Marley's "Redemption Song." They call themselves The Soundflowers ... the crowd loved it.

Paris's biological mother, Debbie Rowe, sat front and center ... clearly enjoying her daughter's performance. Debbie has a long and interesting relationship with Paris. She gave custody to Michael Jackson soon after Paris was born and was shut out of Paris' life for many years. After Michael's death, they forged a strong bond, but the Jackson family wasn't happy and the two became estranged again.

A bunch of celebs were on hand, cheering Paris on, including Chris Brown, Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin.

Paris has clearly rebound since the scare earlier this month, when EMT's rushed to her after after someone called 911 to report a suicide attempt. She was taken to the hospital but soon after released.

A piece of Beatles history is up for grabs, but it's so old -- or vintage -- it goes by a different name.

If ya don't know ... John Lennon's first band wasn't The Beatles, it was The Quarry Men. He formed the group in 1956, later added Paul McCartney and George Harrison ... then made their famous name change in 1960.

Before that, though, the lads from Liverpool printed out business cards for The Quarry Men and an original -- one of just a few known to exist -- is up for sale. That's the good news. The bad news is ... baby, you'll need to be a rich man (or woman) to afford it.

The roughly 3.5 x 2-inch piece of paper and rock 'n' roll history is going for $32,500.

As for the card's origin story ... a collector bought it from a woman living in a Liverpool suburb 30 years ago. She sold off a bunch of membership cards and tickets she'd collected from her days hitting the clubs there in the late '50s and '60s.

The card's been down a long and winding road -- it's a little worn with some creases and stains, but that's part of its charm.

Lil Uzi Vert is stewing over his record deal with Generation Now ... he thinks he's not getting his fair shake, and he wants to hammer out a new contract.

A source familiar with his current deal tells TMZ ... the rapper's being exploited because the contract allows little room for growth and doesn't do enough for his bottom line.

We're told Generation Now is supposed to cover Lil Uzi's studio time and recordings, but the label's refusing to pony up -- so he's being forced to seek financial assistance from people close to him. Sounds like an awkward conversation.

We got one of his rap buddies, Nav, out in NYC this week, and he told us Uzi's gotta fix his situation so they can drop new music.

Lil Uzi's serious about getting out from under his contract ... we're told his side proposed an amended deal, one that's more fair and balanced for the artist. As you might expect, the label is pushing back.

However, another source tells us Generation Now isn't holding up the release of Uzi's upcoming album, "Eternal Atake," and they're definitely NOT exploiting him -- they claim he's been in full control of the project from the jump.

As the label sees it ... Uzi has a production budget for the album and he's been recording in Philadelphia for a while, but hasn't shared any of his work -- making it difficult for the label to set release dates, or figure out marketing and promotion plans.

Financial woes aren't the only problems for Lil Uzi ... his latest single, "Free Uzi," was just yanked from streaming services over licensing issues.

While it sounds like the standoff's getting worse, we're told both sides still hope to meet in the middle.

Rita Ora is totally down for a night on the town with hunky Russian 'Bachelor' Alex Sparrow, but there's a huge problem ... her manager is standing in the way.

Alex -- a textbook thirst trap who also won the Russian version of 'X Factor' -- says on the "Hidden Truth Show with Jim Breslo" he met Rita a couple of months ago at the American Music Awards, where he asked her out. According to Alex, Rita said yes, but he's still waiting for their big date.

The holdup ... Alex didn't ask for Rita's digits -- he wanted to be respectful, so he got her manager's number instead, and now there's been nothing but radio silence.

Alex is shooting his shot once again ... he's hoping Rita's management team catches wind and hits him up to facilitate the date.

It's easy to see why Rita would go out with Alex ... on top of his dashing good looks, he's a star in Russia, with 3.7 million Instagram followers and millions of views on his YouTube music vids.

Marshmello's party on the water got interrupted by a boat inspection, but everything was found to be shipshape ... so the fun continued.

The U.S. Coast Guard tells TMZ ... investigators conducted a random safety inspection of the legendary DJ's boat, which was parked near the Ultra Music Festival in Miami Friday night.

We're told the Coast Guard boarded the boat to make sure the captain had a proper license and all safety measures were fully operational ... and everything checked out.

The Coast Guard says Marshmello was on board the party vessel when the investigators arrived but left once everything was copacetic so he could get to his set at the festival.

Darlene Love, one of the greatest singers EVER, thinks anyone who wants to yank Michael Jackson out of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame should have their head examined, "because music is music."

We got Love outside the Barclays Center Friday night, where Stevie Nicks became the first woman to ever be twice inducted. Darlene couldn't be happier and says it's a sign the days of the "Boy's Club" are over.

She also fangirled out over Janet Jackson, who was also inducted at the ceremony. We're guessing Janet was more than happy to have a word or two with Darlene.

In case you didn't know ... Darlene herself was inducted back in 2011. Her story is amazing ... from icon to maid, only to rise again.

As for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ... the honchos at the org say MJ's not going nowhere, saying the allegations made in the "Leaving Neverland" doc by Wade Robson and James Safechuck will have no bearing on Jackson's status.

Jackson was inducted into the HOF as a member of The Jackson 5 in 1997 and again as a solo artist in 2001.

The Rolling Stones have pulled the plug on their summer No Filter North American tour because Mick Jagger has health issues.

The Stones announced the cancellation on Facebook, "Unfortunately today the Rolling Stones have had to announce the postponement of their upcoming US / Canada tour dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes those who have tickets to shows but wish to reassure fans to hold onto these existing tickets, as they will be valid for the rescheduled dates, which will be announced shortly."

As for why the tour dates were 86'd ... "Mick has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time, as he needs medical treatment. The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible."

The statement does not disclose the nature of the illness.

The statement ends with a message from Mick ... “I’m so sorry to all our fans in America & Canada with tickets," he said. "I really hate letting you down like this. I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on the road as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone.”

This would have been the Stones first North American tour since 2016. It was supposed to fire up April 20 in Miami and end June 29 in Ontario, Canada. The concerts were supposed to dovetail with the release of 10 live tracks.

The interior is giving us all the EDM feels ... with Marshmello opting for a Rolls-Royce Starlight Ceiling with 20 types of LED lights to keep the party going. In a super baller move, he got his name engraved in the headrests.

Everyone's gonna know who's behind the wheel ... the truck is covered in Marshmello logos on the doors and bumper. And, we gotta say, we're feeling the custom body flares and matte green wrap.

Marshmello hit up Mano and Vik at RDB LA for the custom job -- the music icon and his manager, Moe Shalizi, go way back with the shop owners and trust their work -- and the entire remodel took months to complete and cost $500,000!!!

As you can see ... it's a major upgrade from the Ford's $35k to $50k stock price.

Stevie Nicks just got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a second time ... but that doesn't mean she's an expert on music history.

We got this funny video of Stevie after Friday night's induction ceremony at the Barclays Center in New York ... and she mistakenly refers to her good friend Harry Styles as a former member of 'NSYNC. Oops.

It was just a slip of the tongue though ... as the crowd laughs and groans, Stevie immediately recognizes her mistake. She jokes she's "never gonna live that one down" and finally gets it right ... Harry's in One Direction.

Making the innocent faux pas even funnier ... Harry was the one who introduced Stevie on stage earlier in the evening, listing off her accomplishments and calling her his idol.
