Shania Twain had a moment during her concert in Chicago Saturday night …she tripped and fell on her butt, but made a quick recovery and finished strong.

The country music legend was belting out her tune, "Don’t Be Stupid,” at Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in Tinley Park when she wiped out while walking across the stage.

The video, obtained by TMZ, captured the moment Shania tumbled to the floor, but she kept singing, jumped back up to her feet and polished off the song.

We're told Shania did not look injured at all ... and she continued performing without taking a break.

Eyewitnesses also tell us the packed crowd did not react when Shania took her spill ... apparently because she seemed totally fine.

Jason Derulo knows the dangers of fans chucking crap onstage all too well ... and he says it's up to artists to put their foot down to make it stop.

Jason hit Barnes and Noble in NYC Wednesday to promote his new book "Sing Your Name Out Loud: 15 Rules for Living Your Dream" ... and gave his take on why he thinks there's recently been an increase in objects flung at performers.

Jason says the whole thing started with fans tossing their phones at the stage in hopes their favorite artist would snap a pic using the device. After a bunch of performers actually did start taking photos, it gave way to more phones being thrown ... with a mix of other random stuff.

Jason says it's up to performers to stop engaging with the items being thrown ... which will hopefully stop all the madness.

As we reported, Bebe Rexha got nailed in the face by a fan's phone at a show earlier this month, ending up with a black eye and some stitches. The fan was eventually charged for the stunt.

We've since seen Ava Max slapped by a fan while performing, and even Kelsea Ballerini took a bracelet to the face at a recent concert.

Charlie Puth even took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the recent incidents and said, "This trend of throwing things at performers while they are on stage must come to an end. (Bebe, Ava, AND NOW Kelsea Ballerini…) It's so disrespectful and very dangerous. Please just enjoy the music I beg of you…"

There will be two versions of Oneil Cruz out on the diamond when the Pirates star makes his return later this season ... TMZ Sports has learned he just got a few new tattoos put on his body -- including one of himself!!

We're told the Pittsburgh shortstop -- who's been out since April while dealing with a broken leg -- wanted to commemorate his meteoric first few seasons in the Big Leagues with some tats ... so he hit up Jaime Ortiz to get the art put down.

The 24-year-old baseball player -- regarded as one of the brightest young stars in the sport -- sought to get a photo of himself, a lion, and an MLB ball ... and Ortiz certainly delivered.

Check out the images -- the super realistic lion and the tat of Ortiz sit side by side on Cruz's (ultra valuable!) right shoulder. The photo of the baseball, meanwhile, was placed on one of his forearms.

Ortiz, a Zen Ink Tattoos artist, tells us ... Cruz wanted the lion because it symbolizes leadership and being a protector -- while maintaining humility at the same time. The image of Cruz in a Pirates jersey, Ortiz said, represents a reminder of his roots and his prime.

As for the baseball, Ortiz tells us that was "all about his passion to the game!"

"It describes it all by itself," he added.

Cruz sat for 14 hours over two days to get it all done ... and he was clearly thrilled with the end result, posting it to his social media page earlier this week.

Wiz Khalifa alarmed fans this week when he revealed a small tear to his pelvis ... a minor setback that won't affect his extensive summer tour plans, TMZ Hip Hop has learned.

Sources inside Wiz's camp tell us the Taylor Gang rapper is currently back on his feet and conducting rehearsals -- a sharp improvement from video of him painfully plodding around his house.

Wiz gave fans a glimpse into his recovery, which included kinesiology tape and the assistance of two canes. Gym injuries can be brutal, but boredom appeared to give Wiz his biggest fight during recovery ... not to mention, the trying not to overeat.

We're told Wiz is using extreme precautions not to get reinjured, but is feeling great and wants to give his North American fans the best possible experience ... especially with such an extensive tour schedule ahead.

Starting July 7, Wiz will be co-headlining the High School Reunion Tour with Snoop Dogg ... a blockbuster event that also features Too Short, Warren G, Berner and DJ Drama.

We're also told fans can expect Wiz 100%, performing his new tunes for the summer daze -- and the setlist isn't limited to his new G-funk collab "You" with Ty Dolla $ign!!!

A scene straight out of 'Wizard of Oz' is unfolding in the Great White North -- namely, a humongous tornado ripping through a hilly countryside ... and on a national holiday at that.

Footage has been making the rounds Saturday, which shows a massive twister traversing along Didsbury, Alberta -- where storm chaser Aaron Jayjack has been documenting the natural disaster all morning ... and posting stunning, close-up footage of the tornado.

As he notes in his narration of it all, the tornado is absolutely massive and it's sweeping up everything in its path. He even gets some good shots of how high it goes ... and its height, too, is quite staggering.

Jayjack says the tornado was hitting homes and other parts of properties -- including farms, it seems -- as it carried itself along ... and, as he mentions in his clip, there's debris and dirt flying everywhere. The tornado is also incredibly thick ... not to mention wide. Reports say it was estimated to be about a mile or so across -- so, obviously, this thing is deadly.

The local Royal Canadian Mounted Police says it received reports of extensive damage, as well as some injuries ... but no word yet on how many people were hurt or killed.

Andre Johnson and Adrian Peterson, along with other current and retired NFL players tried to take each other's heads off in an intense game of volleyball ... and let's just say Eric Reid is probably sorry he didn't bring his football helmet!

But, it was all for charity ... and that's gotta ease (some of) the pain.

The Ultimate Most Dopest Dodgeball Charity Challenge went down last week in Texas ... pitting 4 teams, captained by Alex Bregman (the MLB star couldn't be there, but his wife Reagan held it down) DeAndre Hopkins, Chester Pitts, and reigning Super Bowl champ Justin Reid.

The captains all played for charities near and dear to their hearts. Cecil Shorts III, Tank Dell, DJ Reader and a bunch of other guys also participated.

Pitts and Reid's team were the last teams alive ... and Eric Reid was the last man standing on his squad. Despite fighting like hell against multiple players from Pitts' team, Eric was taken out by a line drive throw from Andre Johnson.

To add insult to injury, someone on Johnson's team fired another ball a split second later, and it smacked ER directly in the side of the face/head. Thankfully, Eric was okay (you don't play 7 NFL seasons if you aren't tough)!

FYI, headshots are usually illegal in dodgeball, but it technically wasn't the shot that eliminated Reid.

Madonna is not out of the woods after being hospitalized for a serious bacterial infection ... we're told she's still bedridden and people around her think she's in no shape to kick off her world tour.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Madonna's been vomiting uncontrollably since being discharged from the hospital, and the infection is still wreaking havoc on her body.

We're told Madonna is still too sick to even get out of her bed at her New York City apartment ... where she's been recovering since Wednesday night, when she was released from the hospital following a multiday stay in the ICU.

When Madonna was taken to the hospital Saturday with a serious bacterial infection, we're told she was metaphorically "kicking and screaming" ... protesting the decision to send her there.

Our source say Madonna's assistant was with her when she collapsed last Saturday, and that's when the uncontrollable vomiting began.

As we previously reported ... Madonna was dealing with a fever for more than a month leading up to her hospitalization, keeping it a secret from everyone. We're told she was afraid if she sought medical care, it might jeopardize the tour, which she's been working so hard to prepare for and posting behind the scenes shots of. The delay made the infection far worse.

Madonna's longtime manager Guy Oseary is already hinting her upcoming tour will be delayed -- her first concert was scheduled for July 15 -- but we're told no final decision has been made by her manager or agent.

For her part, our sources say Madonna wants the tour to go on as planned ... but everyone close to her is advising she press pause and allow her body to recover.

Losing luggage at the airport is bad, but losing a leg is worse ... and that's what happened to a woman in Thailand.

The painful incident went down Thursday morning at Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok, where a woman lost part of her leg after getting caught in a moving walkway.

The victim, a 57-year-old Thai woman, reportedly suffered the grisly injury while trying to make a 9:45 AM flight ... her foot became trapped in the moving walkway in Terminal 2 and horrified onlookers rushed to hit the emergency off switch as her leg became mangled.

As you can see, the woman's foot is trapped beneath the belt at the end of the walkway ... and a medical team had to amputate her leg above the knee to get her out. Ouch.

The Associated Press reports the woman is trying to get her leg reattached ... and she's been taken to two different hospitals for treatment.

Madonna battled a low-grade fever for a month before her body could no longer take it, collapsing and needing serious medical care ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Madonna mostly ignored her symptoms and never got checked out by a doctor because she was laser focused on rehearsing for her upcoming tour ... working her butt off to get ready to perform.

50 Cent rarely misses the chance to have a laugh at Ja Rule's expense ... and laugh he did at Ja's recent performance stunt that involved paramedics and a stretcher.

On Thursday, 50 called the Murder Inc. rapper a "stupid ninja" after Ja entered his performance on a stretcher before rising up and rocking the mic.

Fans apparently weren't fooled by the charade, and 50 piling on the "😂" emojis only added insult to the non-injury.

Ja was one of the featured acts at Nelly's 'Hot in Herre' music festival in Toronto last Saturday, and many fans online pointed out his bit was possibly bitten from one of Ginuwine's famous performances.

Bellator star Cris Lencioni is starting to show signs of improvement after suffering cardiac arrest earlier this month ... but despite the positive update, there are many uncertainties surrounding his future.

Lencioni's wife, Marca, told MMA Fighting doctors believe the heart attack may have been caused by Long QT syndrome (a heart rhythm disorder that can be fatal) ... and an MRI revealed the fighter suffered brain damage as a result of the terrifying incident.

Lencioni is out of the ICU, but remains in the hospital ... where he has started the rehab process.

Marca said the 28-year-old is taking steps in the right direction ... recently moving his hand out of a bag of ice and smiling, and even attempting to stand up on his own.

"Ten percent of people survive this," Marca told the outlet, "and the fact that he is moving, and trying to get up and, like, doing what he’s been doing ... he drank water today for the first time."

"It’s blowing [the nurses'] minds, and it’s blowing my mind."

Marca said the professionals are refraining from speculating on Lencioni's future and potential recovery ... as it all hangs on how he responds.

Marca added the doctors want to move Lencioni to a facility in Idaho to continue recovery, but he is uninsured ... so she is asking the MMA community to continue to donate to a GoFundMe set up to help with medical costs.

Daniel Day-Lewis appears to be a little banged up in retirement ... using crutches to get around town.

The highly acclaimed and mostly-reclusive actor ventured out Monday in New York City, with a little help from the medical devices.

Thankfully, Daniel doesn't appear to be in a lot of pain, smiling as he made his way around town ... so it's unclear just how serious the injury actually might have been. It's the third time we've seen Daniel in public in the last 6 weeks ... which is a big departure from his usual MO.

DDL's been notoriously reclusive since retiring from Hollywood back in 2017 ... so it seems he's no longer living low.

Daniel's also showing off his arm tattoos here ... when we saw him twice last month, he was wearing a jacket and a tracksuit. He's growing out his locks too and looks like he has a nice flow.

In what could pass as an outtake from "Jaws" -- a guy was bitten by a shark and dragged off his boat during a fishing trip in Florida last week ... and the video is wild.

The clip shows a group of fishermen in the Florida Everglades, anchored in a marsh. You see one guy's rod in the water, and another guy (who's on camera) bends down and starts to lean over the side of the small boat they're all in.

As the dude starts to consider putting his hand in the water, one of his buddies tells him it's probably not a good idea. He's incredulous though, saying nothing will happen.

However, as soon as his fingers hit the water, a shark comes up and takes a bite! The fisherman yelps out in pain, getting dragged in and desperately tries getting back on board.

Park rangers responded to the scene, and reports say the guy was airlifted to the hospital -- where he was treated for a hand injury.

Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, went into surgery after learning she had an early form of breast cancer.

The Duchess, the ex-wife to Prince Andrew, went under the knife after a routine mammogram revealed her diagnosis. She was released from the hospital Sunday and is receiving ongoing medical care while recovering with her family. She still lives with Andrew.

Sarah's doctors told her the prognosis is good. The surgery was described as successful, thanks to the early catch. A friend told The Sun Sarah's extremely thankful for the medical staff.

She was missing from last week's Royal Ascot event at the Ascot Racecourse, and now we know why. Sarah took to social media Monday ... thanking everyone for their support.

Sarah -- or "Fergie" -- was once married to King Charles' brother, Andrew ... but they divorced in 1996 after a decade of marriage.

Former child star Dawn Lyn, known for playing Dodie Douglas on "My Three Sons," has had quite the financial nightmare after brain surgery last year, and on the heels of a new medical crisis ... her husband's asking fans to help them with a mountain of expenses.

As we reported, Dawn fell into a coma last October, following brain tumor removal surgery. Her former costar, Stanley Livingston, announced at the time she was fighting for her life. Her husband, John Reese, tells TMZ ... things got worse on Sunday when she fell unconscious and had to be rushed to ER.

John says Dawn was in critical condition, but doctors finally stabilized her, and she remains in ICU.

He says her initial surgery, last year, was covered by insurance, but a problem ensued that created a financial disaster.

Dawn developed bacterial meningitis after being discharged from the hospital ... and after 8 months, she moved to a facility where she continues to receive daily therapy. John says insurance paid upwards of $2M, but they were stuck to cover the remaining balance, which continues to mount.

John says she still needs constant medical care -- well beyond what he can provide personally until he retires. John set up a GoFundMe to help cut the steep costs they're now facing.

He says he has never asked for money before, but they've exhausted almost all of their savings and will have to sell their home and remaining assets if they don't get help.
