John Legend and Chrissy Teigen say there's one specific thing about Pete Davidson that could be the key to wooing Kim Kardashian -- his enormous funny bone.

We got John and Chrissy outside her office Wednesday and our photog asked what they make of Pete and Kim going on a secret dinner date in his hometown of Staten Island.

Chrissy, who is one of Kim's friends, says being funny is doing a lot for Pete ... and she says it's a quality that drew her to John.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Pete grabbed dinner Tuesday night at his favorite Italian restaurant ... a rendezvous that comes on the heels of them working closely on "Saturday Night Live" and hitting up a SoCal amusement park together.

The way John sees it ... what girl wouldn't want to fall in love with a funny guy?!?

Kim's past could also be working in Pete's favor ... Chrissy says KK needs someone to make her laugh after some intense months with estranged husband Kanye West, and Pete definitely fits the bill.

The 'SNL' star also famously coined the phrase "big d*** energy" ... and Chrissy admits BDE might be at play here.

Joe Exotic's health is taking a major turn for the worse as the disgraced zookeeper remains behind bars ... telling fans he has "aggressive cancer."

The 'Tiger King' star says he recently had a biopsy performed on his prostate, and doctors let him know the results Wednesday. He says he doesn't want sympathy, instead, he wants his voice to be heard and for an immediate release so he can get treatment at home.

Joe's attorney, John Phillips, tells TMZ ... he plans to file a motion requesting compassionate release from his federal prison in Texas. It sounds like JE's condition must be pretty bad, because Phillips added that any delay in getting their motion before a judge could prove fatal.

While Joe is hopeful cancer treatment can help, it appears he's also acknowledging the outlook could be grim, noting if treatment doesn't work, he'd like to, "enjoy what life I have left with my loved ones!"

True to form, Joe also mentioned Carole Baskin on Wednesday, saying he's sure "Carole will have her own party over this!"

As we reported, Joe said he was "ready to die" in August after fears his cancer had spread to his pelvis and stomach.

Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill are denying allegations he sent nude photos and videos to another woman ... and he says the anonymous accuser needs to seek help for spreading lies.

We got the former 'RHOA' star and her sportscaster husband Tuesday at LAX and our photog asked how annoying it's been for the couple to deal with claims of infidelity.

Cynthia and Mike are clearly bugged by the rumors ... they both say there's no truth behind the allegations and they're not sure how this even came to be.

In case you missed it ... there was a social media user claiming Mike sent a woman nudes on Snapchat ... but the account that made the cheating claims has since been deleted.

Cynthia tells us things between her and Mike are great and the rumors are just rumors ... and they don't know who is behind it all.

Lindsay Lohan will not be joining the cast of the upcoming "Real Housewives of Dubai" ... even though she's already living in the country, and would provide instant star power and drama.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Lindsay is NOT part of the newly announced season, and she was never even approached about the upcoming project.

Bravo announced Monday the network is taking 'The Real Housewives' franchise to Dubai, the first season in an international location, leading to wild speculation Lindsay would be on the cast because she's already on the ground in the United Arab Emirates.

We're told the cast -- although, not announced yet -- has been selected, and LL ain't on it. Yeah, we know ... she's not actually a housewife, but many of the other "Housewives" lineups are filled with unmarried women.

The real issue, most likely, is keeping the budget low for a new spinoff ... 'cause Lindsay would certainly demand a bigger payday than an unknown.

The project will air on Bravo next year, and the network says it will highlight a group of women navigating relationships, careers and the lavish and uber-wealthy lifestyles in the UAE.

Dubai's known as a billionaire's playground with plenty of opulence, modern architecture and a crazy nightlife scene, which all seem to jibe with LiLo ... but this is one guest list she won't be on.

Kim Kardashian is finally revealing what she dressed up as for Halloween ... and it looks like she let her imagination run wild, mixing the old West with the future!!!

Kim just showed off her full costume on social media, and she's calling it a "CowBot" ... essentially a cowgirl/robot hybrid. This wasn't your typical Halloween USA look either, it was designed by one of Kim's favorites, Manfred Thierry Mugler.

As you can see, Kim's costume looks metallic, with lots of shiny silver colors and a partially clear cowboy hat. She's a space cowgirl robot, so naturally, she's also wearing boots, a big belt buckle, chaps and accessorized with a pistol and gun holster.

The outfit is super sexy ... Kim's showing off a good amount of skin as well ... and it's very futuristic and imaginative.

Carole Baskin is putting her foot down over Netflix's sequel to 'Tiger King' -- insisting the producers and Netflix cut out all footage of her for their latest offering.

The big cat advocate -- who was heavily featured in the OG series last year -- just filed suit against producers of the mega-hit and the streaming giant itself, asking a judge to put the kibosh on footage of her and her Big Cat Rescue in the upcoming "Tiger King 2" project.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, all the new video of her that they're teasing in their trailer completely misrepresents reality ... namely, that she is NOT on board with this new project whatsoever.

Carole explains in her lawsuit that all this footage is just unused stuff that didn't make the cut for 'Tiger King' ... and argues that producers are simply rehashing/repackaging it to make it seem like she's given new interviews or insight.

That's not the case at all, so says Carole ... who claims she never realized she'd be portrayed as a villain in the original 'Tiger King' and thinks the whole series ended up undermining her true mission -- protecting big cats from folks like Joe Exotic.

As you well know by now ... a lot of the show focused on Carole's first husband, Don Lewis, who went missing years ago -- something for which Carole believes the docuseries made her seem responsible.

CB's rationale for suing is that the contract she signed to participate in the first series simply doesn't give producers a right to continue using the footage in the subsequent projects ... including this sequel.

Dorit Kemsley says she and her family have stepped up security at their home since the scary home invasion that nearly cost her life -- but that home may be in their rearview soon.

We got the 'RHOBH' star Friday night with her husband, Paul, and some friends ... and she actually opened up a bit about the ordeal. Check out what she has to say -- it sounds like her family is taking immediate measures to make sure this never happens again.

Watch ... Dorit says they have since gotten a 24-hour security detail at their house, and that appears to be new -- because she tells us she was alone when this break-in occurred.

She also tells us that their children -- who were also in the house at the time -- were her top priority and the only thing on her mind. As for whether they'll move or not, she doesn't reveal her cards here, but later on ... her husband did.

PK says they, indeed, are considering getting the hell outta Dodge -- but wouldn't disclose where exactly they might be looking to move next. Probably safer that way, frankly. He also says there's no leads on the cops' side as for who might've pulled this heist off.

There's also this ... we asked Dorit if she felt posting online may have possibly contributed to her being targeted, and she says possibly. It seems like she'll be taking that into consideration going forward.

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett are officially over -- and this time, it looks like the break is gonna stick ... because the engagement has been called off on both sides.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the "Vaderpump Rules" stars are going their separate ways, this after much speculation that they'd been in choppy waters of late. We're told Lala has completely moved out of their home ... and there's no hope of reconciliation.

Our sources tell us Randall's focus is now on caring for their daughter, Ocean, who was born earlier this year ... as well as his other two children.

TMZ broke the story ... Randall and Lala were working on saving their engagement after rumors and accusations of cheating (on Randall's part). It's clear those efforts went unrealized -- which Lala herself seemed to signal when we recently got her out and about in public.

She wasn't wearing her engagement ring at the time ... and wasn't all that chatty either. If they were indeed working it out -- she sure didn't look like someone who was in on the matter.

Anyway, it's a sad end to their relationship -- they've been together for several years now ... and fiances for 3 of them. He popped the question in 2018 to much fanfare -- asking for her hand in marriage in a club, no less. Their relationship was extensively covered on the show.

Had they actually gotten hitched ... it would've been Randall's second marriage, and Lala's first. He was previously married to Ambyr Childers, whom he divorced from in 2017.

Speaking of Childers, there's a report out claiming Randall's seeking to lower his child support to her -- and that he wants an order requiring he maintain a $50k minimum balance nixed. Randall's attorney tells TMZ ... it's not that he wants child support decreased, but that Childers asked for it to be increased ... which is what was recently denied by a judge.

Kim Kardashian had a night out of fun with a big group of pals -- including Pete Davidson, who was along for the ride ... literally.

KK hit Knott's Berry Farm Friday night with Pete, Kourtney, Travis Barker, Tracy Romulus, her husband, Stephanie Shepherd, Harry Hudson and a couple of other friends of PD's ... who were going through mazes and getting on rides too.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, of Pete and Kim getting off one rollercoaster together ... where they shared a cart, sitting side by side. As you can see, Kim was tryin to be all incognito -- but eyewitnesses recognized her nonetheless.

There's no PDA or anything here, and that's for a reason -- sources with direct knowledge tell us Kim and Pete are NOT dating, they're simply friends ... and have been for a while, well before her 'SNL' appearance. Everyone, we're told, was invited by Kourt and Trav.

Although people on the ground who saw them enter and exit this ride tell us Kim and Pete appeared to be somewhat isolated from the group (almost as if they were a couple) ... our sources say there's no truth to that assumption. They're not romantically involved at all.

Captain Mark Howard, a staple on the opening season of "Below Deck Mediterranean" has died ... TMZ has learned.

Howard died in Florida at some point in the last week, a family friend says his death was sudden and occurred while he was at home. We do not currently know any other circumstances surrounding his death.

Captain Howard appeared on 13 episodes of the show's first season in 2016. He was a respected figure of authority on the show, and always maintained the "customer is always right" attitude, yet was still very hands-on with all of his crew members.

According to his biography on Bravo, he grew up in Michigan, and had almost 30 years of experience on boats. Not only could he captain a boat, Mark had his pilot's license as well.

"Below Deck Mediterranean" is currently on its 6th season and still running. The yachts featured on the show range from $140,000 to $300,000 per week. Captain Sandy Yawn is now one of the faces of the show, with a growing following on social media.

Howard was 65, and leaves behind his wife, Susan.

A staple in the "Jersey Shore" franchise is officially no more ... the infamous Bamboo Bar is currently being torn down, and so are all the reality show memories that went on inside it.

Demolition crews were at the site of the infamous Seaside Heights joint early Friday tearing down walls and making way for the new condo complex to go up in its place. As you can see, the place looked pretty worn down to start with, so the tear-down isn't taking much effort.

If you don't remember, the bar served as the location to a legendary "J-Shore" brawl featuring The Situation, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, JWoww and Pauly D.

Bamboo Bar shut down a few years ago after filing for bankruptcy.

We've now learned why the 'RHONY' reunion never happened ... and it was all thanks to an ongoing third-party investigation into Eboni K. Williams' allegations of racism against Ramona Singer.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Eboni filed a formal complaint against Ramona in the weeks leading up to the 'RHONY' season 13 reunion, and as an investigation launched and moved forward, Bravo kept pushing back the shoot date.

We're told the probe was tasked with looking into an alleged comment Ramona made that Eboni felt was racially motivated.

As part of the investigation, we're told the cast and production crew sat down for interviews ... and in the end, Ramona was cleared because nothing was found to corroborate Eboni's claims. We're told once the investigation wrapped the network felt it was too late to film a reunion because too much time passed from the end of the season.

One source tells us ... "It was already a low-rated season so there were concerns about who would tune in 3 months later."

For what it's worth, we're told Eboni wasn't the only one to lodge a complaint against Ramona for race issues, a crew member did the same prior to Eboni -- but clearly, the alleged conduct had continued -- and that's why Eboni felt it was important to complain as well.

While we're told Eboni was satisfied with the thorough investigation, she seemed sour over the scrapped reunion ... telling us last week she has unfinished business and implying she's ready to come back for another season and confront the women.

The delays and ultimate cancellation cost the 'RHONY' stars money ... the housewives are paid per episode and we're told the reunion would likely have been 3 episodes, meaning stars like Ramona, Luann and Sonja lost upwards of $100,000.

Erika Jayne is very much in the market for a new beau, and she's breaking down the qualifications to become her match with some specifics on what makes her dream dude.

As you know, Erika is in the middle of a rocky divorce with her estranged husband Tom Girardi and has been sued for allegedly hiding assets through a "sham divorce" with Tom, who's accused of stealing money intended for families of the victims in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash.

Teresa Giudice and her new fiance, Luis Ruelas, caused quite a scene when they showed up to an NYC comedy club ... with tons of fans, well-wishers and camera flashes greeting them at the door.

The newly engaged couple hit Caroline's on Broadway Wednesday night to support her brother, Joe Gorga, who had a gig. As soon as they arrived, Teresa and Luis were hit with a flood of cameras and questions -- they stayed mostly silent before heading inside -- but then came back out to take more pics, and flash her new engagement ring.

We got some video inside the club, and backstage Gorga congratulated his sister and future brother-in-law with some nice words ... and a round of shots.

As for his set, Joe had the audience rolling with 'Housewives' jokes ... and Teresa and Luis seemed to be eating it up too.

Dorit Kemsley was the victim of a terrifying home invasion, after 3 men stormed her bedroom, threatened her life and fled with a ton of very expensive possessions.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was asleep around 11 PM Wednesday when the men broke into her L.A. area home. We're told Dorit begged for her life, shouting, "Don't Kill Me!"

Our sources say Dorit gave up everything, including expensive purses and jewelry -- once the men took off, she called the police.

As for the value of the things taken, our sources say it was at least $100k.

At this time, there have not been any arrests and there are no suspects ... it's unknown if the men were captured on camera. Daily Mail was the first to publish the story.

A source close to Dorit says she and her kids are all safe. Her husband, Paul, was out of town on a business trip, but he's traveling home now. We're told "RHOBH" is currently in production, so the incident will likely play out, to some degree, on the show.

The LAPD Robbery Homicide division is now handling the investigation.

Cynthia Bailey says she's disappointed to hear NeNe Leakes bashing her for missing Gregg's funeral -- but says she wouldn't change how she handled his death -- cuz she and NeNe just aren't close like they used to be.

If you hadn't heard, NeNe recently blasted her former "Housewives" costar for not attending the service ... Cynthia says she was disappointed to hear the comments from NeNe, especially after she called, texted and sent flowers to the Leakes family.

Cynthia says she had a prior commitment in LA the day of the funeral, but thought she and NeNe were cool because a week later ... they had some QT at Nene's lounge to celebrate Gregg.

Cynthia says while she hasn't considered NeNe a close friend in a long time, they still have respect and love for each other -- and she's not sure what more she could have done following Gregg's death.

As we reported, Gregg died in September, surrounded by friends and family, after a long battle with cancer.
