Aguilera cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition obtained by TMZ, which was filed today. It's an interesting twist, since sources tell us Christina is the one who cheated.

According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that "Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation" be considered separate property.

Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.

The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman's ability to get spousal support.

Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ the marriage fell apart after Aguilera allegedly cheated on Bratman. Aguilera's side refused comment.

Gilsig -- who plays Terri Schuester on the show, the ex-wife of glee club director Will Schuester -- has filed for divorce from movie producer Bobby Salomon, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to the divorce papers, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jessalyn and Bobby -- who were each other's real-life high school prom dates -- intend to enter a private marital settlement "that will divide all community assets and obligations" ... including a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old daughter.

Jessalyn claims the two have been separated for almost a year. They would have hit their 5th wedding anniversary in January.

The couple has been separated for a few months -- just like Courteney Cox and David Arquette.

There are no plans for divorce. But it's yet another 5-year itch. Ben Harper just filed for divorce from Laura Dern after 5 years.

Aguilera and Bratman have a 2-year-old son, Max.

The Aguilera/Bratman split was first reported by Us Magazine.

Braxton -- who sold more than 40 million albums in her career -- just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California ... and in the docs, the singer claims she's only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 mil ... but she could have up to $50 mil in debts.

In the docs, 43-year-old Braxton lists a ton of creditors to whom she thinks she may owe money... including:

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau -- and the DMV in both California and Nevada.

Braxton has a storied history of financial problems -- she filed for bankruptcy back in 1998 ... and earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396k.

Weezy will be in punitive segregation, but he was already in a private cell. The difference is ... now he will have less interaction with inmates and will spend up to 23 hours a day in an isolation cell.

His out-of-cell time is now restricted to visits, religious services and one hour of recreational time and his phone privileges are reduced to one personal phone call a week.

Wayne was found with a pair of headphones and a charger for an MP3 player and another inmate was said to be hiding the MP3 player.

Wayne has been locked up since March on a gun possession charge.

The legendary actor passed away Wednesday in his Las Vegas home.

As we previously reported, Tony -- who suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -- was hospitalized in July near Las Vegas after suffering breathing problems while making an appearance at a local Costco.

Curtis starred in such classics like "Some Like It Hot" and "Spartacus" -- and was nominated for an Oscar for his role in "The Defiant Ones."

He was 85.

Greg had been hospitalized in New Brunswick, NJ after he overdosed on prescription pills last weekend. A source said the overdose was not a suicide attempt.

TMZ has obtained what is believed to be one of the last photos of Giraldo -- taken at the Stress Factory comedy club in New Brunswick, NJ on Friday September 24 ... the night before he OD'd.

Giraldo was best known for his celebrity roast appearances. He had also been a judge on "Last Comic Standing."

A source close to Greg tells us, "Greg passed away today at the hospital in New Brunswick as a result of an accidental overdose. His family was by his side."

We're told plans are being made for a public memorial service.

As we first reported, Judge Schnegg reversed Judge Elden Fox's decision for Lindsay to be held without bail.

Lindsay will once again don the SCRAM bracelet and must submit to search by law enforcement at any time.

TMZ has learned a judge granted Portia's name change petition today in L.A. County Superior Court. She and Ellen DeGeneres got married in 2008.

We know "Lee" was Portia's original middle name, but "James" seems to be an added name. Hey, if you're already filing the paperwork ... why not?

A source close to Paris tells us she flew to Japan on business and was questioned by immigration authorities as she got off the plane. Immigration authorities are allowing Paris to stay at an airport hotel until the matter is resolved. For her part, Paris hasn't decided whether to stay or leave.

Paris' rep tells TMZ, "Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier. Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn't want to let down her brands and many Asian fans."

An employee at the Consulate-General of Japan in NYC tells TMZ ... Japan is strict about letting people into the country with recent drug convictions but these matters are handled "on a case by case basis."

Paris' rep added ... she will fulfill her contract but right now things are beyond her control.

We're told there was a conflict within the ranks of those who questioned Paris -- some of whom felt it was for show.

Although the bench warrant was issued, it's being held -- i.e., on hold -- until Friday at 8:30 AM, when Lindsay is ordered to appear in court.

The move by Judge Elden Fox comes after TMZ's story ... that Lindsay failed two drug tests recently ... one showed the presence of cocaine and another showed amphetamines.

The probation report -- outlining the failed tests -- was just filed with the court.

Judge Fox could sentence Lindsay to 30 days in jail for each failed drug test.

The Quaids were charged with felony residential burglary and entering a noncommercial building without consent, a misdemeanor. Evi got slapped with an additional charge -- resisting arrest.

The owner of the property called Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies to report squatters illegally living in his guest house. Apparently the Quaids had owned the home years before.

A contractor claimed the Quaids caused $5,000 in damage.

Last year, the Quaids were arrested on charges of trying to defraud an innkeeper out of $10,000. Evi eventually pled guilty to a lesser charge and was sentenced to three years probation.

According to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Haynes' home caught fire early this morning while her fiance was still in the home ... though he managed to escape the blaze without injury.

Even though Britney was eliminated from the BB house last week -- she's still sequestered in the "Jury House" and cut off from the outside world -- until the season finale concludes tonight.

During the call, a state park worker tells the 911 operator, "I need to tell you ... are you ready? The driver is Mel Gibson."

The park worker goes on to explain, "He just drove right into the mountainside."

As we previously reported, cops claim alcohol was not a factor in the crash -- and Mel repeatedly told officers that he couldn't explain how the car drifted off the road.

Rich -- who wrote LFO's hit "Summer Girls" in 1999 -- suffered a stroke after a lengthy battle with leukemia, according to his brother. We're told he passed away in a hospital this afternoon.

Cronin was 35.

Hirsch tells TMZ he actually laid eyes on the tape which co-stars Karissa's boyfriend, "Smallville" actor Sam Jones III. Hirsch says it was sent to him from "a reputable third party" and that he'd "love to be able to release it."

The XXX footage in question sounds a lot like the sex tape Karissa claims Spencer Pratt stole from her house -- which, as we first reported, she's threatening to sue him over if he doesn't return it.

Vivid's chief isn't divulging who dropped the tape in his lap, but does say he's "very impressed with the quality and content" -- which sounds like executive speak for ... it's smoking hot!

But before you scour the Internet for clips -- we spoke to Jones who said, "I understand that the guy from Vivid saw footage with Karissa and I in it. We have spoken to our legal team and they will be dealing with this ASAP."
