Todd Gurley NFL Player Strike Is On the Table To Get Guaranteed Contracts
Todd Gurley wants ALL contracts to be guaranteed in the NFL ... and he says players might have to STRIKE in order to get 'em!
It's been a heated debate for years -- with NFL players like Eric Winston saying they're so serious about making NFL deals more like the NBA and MLB ... they're ready to call for a work stoppage to force owners to pay up.
The current NFL collective bargaining agreement ends in 2021 -- and Gurley made it clear he's ready to heed Winston's call when the time comes.
Over the weekend, NFL offensive lineman Russell Okung also spelled out his argument for guaranteed contracts:
"Considering football’s level of brute, immanent physicality, high turnover as well as the short life cycle of its participants, it would seem to me that NFL players are in the most need of fully guaranteed contracts."
FYI ... NFL players have gone on strike before ... but, the last time they actually missed regular season games to get owners to meet their demands was WAAAY back in 1987.
But, 2021 could be a different story ... even DeMaurice Smith, Executive Director of the NFLPA, says a work stoppage is a "virtual certainty."
In other words ... enjoy the NFL while you can.

Marlon Jackson Haters Gonna Hate ... I've Got Good Memories Of My Dad
Marlon Jackson isn't paying attention to the negative things people have to say about his late father, Joe, because it's not how he remembers him.
We got Marlon Tuesday at LAX, a day after the Jackson clan gathered together and laid Joe to rest in a private funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park ... the same place where Marlon's brother, Michael, is entombed.
Marlon says the family is doing as well as can be expected. As for criticism that Joe was too harsh on his kids ... Marlon doesn't want to hear it. He wants to hold on to the good memories, of which he says there are many.
Joe died last week after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 89.

Diddy Defends Revolt CEO Amid Racism Allegations
Diddy is standing by the CEO of his Revolt television network, Roma Khanna ... despite claims of racist behavior by a former staffer.
According to a letter sent to the Revolt board by the ex-employee -- who claims to be a "young, educated black woman" -- Khanna has openly admitted black women intimidate her.
The woman also alleges Khanna responded to the idea of Meek Mill speaking about prison reform with a racist comment. She claims Khanna said, "Maybe the conversation isn't about prison reform, maybe it's about how to stay out of jail, black boy."
The letter, obtained by the New York Post, also claims Khanna laid off 30 percent of the Revolt staff for restructuring, and 99 percent of them were African-American.
Diddy tells TMZ ... "This story is inaccurate. We are a Black owned and operated network and we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind. Revolt is led by a woman of color who is expected to uphold the same standards that I hold for all of my companies. After an extensive review led by outside counsel there were no findings of deliberate misconduct. At this time, Roma Khanna will remain as CEO of REVOLT."
He adds ... "Regarding the recent restructure, Revolt’s diversity remains unchanged. We are 67% ethnically diverse, with more than 60% of the senior leadership being women. Any suggestion that any company of mine negatively targets African Americans is absurd and offensive.”

Justin Bieber Dodges Arrest Warrant ... For Skipping Egging Depo
Justin Bieber just avoided the wrath of the law -- for now -- dodging a potential bench warrant for his arrest.
According to the court clerk, a judge refrained from issuing the bench warrant Tuesday in L.A. making it likely that JB and his former neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, have finally agreed on a new date for Justin to sit for a deposition about the 2014 egging incident.
We broke the story ... Justin missed his deposition on June 22, and Schwartz said it was because the pop star was canoodling with Hailey Baldwin in New York. The couple's been back and forth between the Coasts for well over a week now, and were East as recently as Monday.
As for things getting this far in the first place, Bieber's legal team told us they'd tried rescheduling with Schwartz ... but that he ran off to court before attempting to work something out.
Ya gotta imagine it'll suck when Bieber does eventually come face-to-face with lawyers, especially after such a swoon-worthy time with his gal in the Big Apple. Back to reality, we suppose ...

Amber Heard Warns Nannies, Housekeepers & Gardeners Watch Out for ICE Checkpoint!!!
9:05 AM PT -- We did some digging and learned there are no ICE checkpoints being conducted. So, what's Amber talking about? Your guess is as good as ours.
Amber Heard's coming under fire for her racially-charged tweet ... warning housekeepers, nannies and gardeners about an ICE checkpoint.
The actress took to Twitter just after midnight on Tuesday and said, "Just heard there's an ICE checkpoint in [H]ollywood, a few blocks from where I live. Everyone better give their housekeepers, nannies and landscapers a ride home tonight."
The outrage was immediate. One person responded, "I can see where you were going but somewhere along the way you took a wrong turn. Delete this sis." Another person wrote back, "I would expect you to have a little more sense than this, but... you did date Johnny Depp."
Amber fired off a second tweet 10 minutes later in an attempt to clarify and shed light on the turbulent political climate. She wrote, "Checkpoints on your home streets.... Is this the 'great' America we’re aiming for? Raids, fences and police-state like checkpoints don’t feel like the ‘land of the free’ our immigrant ancestors built."
Heard tweeted again Tuesday morning, saying, "With this human rights crisis being so politicized, it is hard to make a simple statement w/out it being used to distract from the real issues. Its hard for everyone to not be negatively affected by this subject n some way."
For what it's worth, some did come to Amber's defense. One person replied, "I think the tweet is meant to be sarcastic...sorta calling out the elites who do hire these ppl in these profession. I could be wrong here...but that's how I read it upon first glance."

Guy Pearce Kevin Spacey Was a 'Handsy Guy' ... Good Thing I Wasn't 14
JULY 2018
Guy Pearce is strongly insinuating Kevin Spacey was sexually inappropriate toward him when they shot "L.A. Confidential."
Australian talk show host Andrew Denton was playing name association with Guy and, when he brought up Spacey's name, Guy said ... "He's a handsy guy."
He added it was a "slightly difficult time with Kevin" ... when they shot the 1997 film.
After some awkward silence in the studio, he made a clear reference to allegations Spacey molested actor Anthony Rapp when Rapp was a teenager. Guy said, "Thankfully I was 29, and not 14."
There have been multiple claims of sexual misconduct against Spacey in the US and England. As we reported, the L.A. County D.A. is reviewing cases, but Spacey has not been charged with a crime.

'Big Brother' Contestants Looking 'Ghetto' With My Skin Color Sun Changes My Ethnicity
More controversy out of the 'Big Brother' house -- this time two white housemates complained the sun was making them too dark ... and likened that to looking "ghetto."
'BB' contestants Rachel Swindler and Angela Rummans were captured on the show's live feed Monday saying some pretty racist sounding s**t. Rachel kicks it off by saying her stomach was as dark as fellow houseguest Bayleigh Dayton -- who is black.
Angela makes things worse by responding with ... "I know. I'm looking ghetto here with the skin coloration." Rachel continues to gripe that she can't be in the sun for more than two days, otherwise she would "change ethnicities." Yikes ...
Season 20 of 'Big Brother' isn't necessarily getting off on the right foot. Another cast member, JC Mounduix, already tried ice cream scooping housemates' vaginas and butts.

Michael Cohen NYers Show Support, but Also Warn ... 'Don't Be a Rat!!!'
Michael Cohen's getting it from both sides as New Yorkers give him an earful over potentially flipping on President Trump.
We got Trump's former personal attorney in NYC Monday, and asked him if he was preparing to cooperate with federal prosecutors. He seemed to be hinting at that when he told ABC News he puts his loyalty to family and country ahead of Trump.
Cohen didn't say much, but people around him did. You gotta see his face when a passerby yells, "Don't be a rat!"
As you know ... special counsel Robert Mueller and federal prosecutors are investigating Cohen and his $130k payment to Stormy Daniels less than 2 weeks before the 2016 election.

'Big Brother' Cries of Sexual Misconduct ... JC 'Scooping' Houseguests' Vaginas
A "Big Brother" houseguest tried using an ice cream scooper on the genitals of several of his housemates ... and fans are crying foul.
JC Mounduix was captured on the show's online live feed attempting to place the scooper in or around the privates of some other cast members -- namely Kaycee Clark, Kaitlyn Herman and Tyler Crispen.
#BB20 with video evidence of his inappropriate touching of females, how have producers not removed JC from the house/game?
@Charlie_Bilder
At one point, JC told Kaycee to open her vagina because it "feels good." He tries it on Kaitlyn too, going under a blanket and trying to get it near her ... apparently against her will. JC also tries going for Tyler, who covers himself and says "no." Later, he's seen touching Tyler's genitals.
@elenadavies
@rebecahsizemore
I don’t know if you’ve been watching the feeds but JC has been touching houseguests inappropriately and production isn’t doing anything ☹️. Weren’t there any rules on that? It’s disgusting to watch.
None of the housemates complained about JC's behavior -- not on camera, anyway -- but, many fans online are calling out producers for not disciplining JC, or kicking him out of the house entirely.
This is totally reminiscent of the butt-poking epidemic last year in the 'BB' house. We've reached out to CBS for comment ... so far, no word back.

Lee Daniels Please, Mo'Nique ... You Blackballed Yourself!!!
Lee Daniels says he knows exactly who is responsible for Mo'Nique getting blackballed from Hollywood -- Mo'Nique.
The famed director tells us it's past time for Mo'Nique to quit bitching and blaming Tyler Perry, Oprah and himself for shutting her out of the movie biz. Especially because Lee played a key role in her winning an Oscar.
As we reported ... Mo'Nique went after Lee, Tyler and O during a stand-up special last year at the Apollo Theater -- telling the Hollywood power trio they "can suck my d***, if I had one!"
Lee fired back at her on "Raq Rants" ... telling Raquel no one should confuse the Mo situation with what went down with Damon Dash. He insists he gave Mo'Nique as much as she gave him when they made "Precious" -- comparing it to "making love without having sex."
It's clear there's ZERO love now. He says Mo'Nique is playing herself, and it would be best for her to quit complaining -- but that's putting it nicely. Watch how he actually said it.
And check out the full interview to see what he said about Diana Ross, Billie Holiday, and something he's never talked about before ... his sexuality.

Mark Ronson Washes His Hands Of 'Uptown Funk' Suit
Mark Ronson might soon start feeling a bounce to his step ... he just settled a second lawsuit over "Uptown Funk."
The mega music producer and Lastrada Entertainment -- which owns rights to Zapp & Roger's 1980 classic "More Bounce to the Ounce" -- settled their legal beef over the hit song ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
As we reported ... Lastrada sued Ronson claiming Ronson ripped off Zapp & Roger's funk masterpiece to make the megahit "Uptown Funk" with Bruno Mars, who was NOT part of this lawsuit. It's unclear if money changed hands as part of the settlement.
TMZ broke the story ... Bruno and Mark settled their lawsuit with the '80s funk band Collage, which had made similar claims. We were told by a well-placed music industry source there was no financial component to that settlement.
Ronson and Bruno are not out of the woods just yet. A third lawsuit still looms as Angie Stone and her group, The Sequence, want Ronson and Bruno to pay up.

Ex-'Mob Wives' Star Drita D'Avanzo Don't Come Near Me, Farrah Slap Threat Still Stands, Jail or Not!
Drita D'Avanzo threatened to slap Farrah Abraham in the face if she comes across her in person again -- and now she's doubling down on that promise ... saying it's very real.
We spoke to the former "Mob Wives" reality star about her beef this weekend with the ex-"Teen Mom" OG after Farrah called her a "has been" and unprofessional following an event they co-hosted together in Atlantic City. Farrah even cropped a clown face over Drita on IG.
Drita responded to the hate on social media, saying she'd be happy to deliver an open-palm whack to Farrah's noggin if she came within arm's length. She now tells us she's serious about that hypothetical, and it sounds like she's willing to do jail time to send a message.

@F1abraham
Meanwhile, Farrah has already threatened legal action -- and she's reportedly gunning to file a restraining order soon through her lawyers.
It's possible she might need it against Drita -- this lady ain't playing around. That ... or just offer a simple apology. Apparently, that'd square things away in Jersey.

Taylor Hicks 'Idol' Eliminations Were No Secret!!! I Got Heads-Up Every Week
-
Breaking News
3:30 PM PT -- Lythgoe tells us he strongly denies giving Taylor, or any contestant, the heads-up on results at any time.
Former "American Idol" champ Taylor Hicks says he had inside information about who was getting eliminated each week when he was on the show -- and says he wasn't the only one.
Taylor was on WJOX radio Friday in Birmingham, AL when he dropped the bombshell. As he put it, "I had an 'in' in the whole production of the show" who told him the results before they were revealed during season 5.
Mr. Soul Patrol says the only night he didn't get the info was the finale in 2006 -- where he was up against Katharine McPhee. He did say executive producer Nigel Lythgoe gave him a "wink and a nod" before the results were announced.
To be clear, Taylor's not suggesting the voting was rigged. However, if what he's saying is true ... you'd have to question the shocked looks on contestants' faces when Ryan Seacrest revealed the elimination.
Also ... for how many other seasons was Taylor's source tipping off contestants?
We've got calls in to Nigel and FremantleMedia, which produces 'Idol.'

Andy Dick Yanked Off Post Malone's Lambo!!
Andy Dick never saw it coming -- an aggressive bodyguard treated him like some crazed Post Malone fan and ripped him off the rapper's Lamborghini ... and we got it all on video.
The "Better Now" rapper was leaving Poppy Thursday night after killing it at the Hollywood Bowl. All seemed fine and dandy as Post was riding passenger side in his Lambo ... window down and signing his John Hancock before splitting.
But then something strange happens -- Andy shows up. He walks up to the driver's side and tries shooting the s**t when, out of nowhere, a bodyguard intervenes in the most bodyguard-ish way.
BTW, Andy Dick and Post Malone in the same sentence. Who woulda thunk it?

Judge Joe Brown Trump Better Not Appoint TV Judge To Supreme Court!!!
Judge Joe Brown says President Trump should steer clear of picking a reality TV judge for the soon-to-be vacant SCOTUS seat ... 'cause most of 'em wouldn't come close to cutting it.
We spoke to the now-retired judge a day after Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he was resigning from his post on the Supreme Court, leaving Trump to make a new appointment.
During initial speculation of who the Prez might choose, some journos and pundits half-joked he'd go the TV route, since that's what he knows. Joe says that likely won't happen ... and he has his reasons.
He doesn't specify who exactly he's referring to, but you gotta assume Judy's off that list. She's definitely legit. Ditto People's Court Judge Marilyn, who was a sitting judge before taking the TV gig.
As for what "Mr. T" (not that Mr. T) will actually do, JJB seems to think Trump can stick to the GOP script, but still give the country a stunner. Yeah ... how about skipping wow factors?
