Jenelle Evans and David Eason are possibly on the verge of being charged with child neglect -- and amid that scary reality ... here they are taking the family to a gun show.

The 'Teen Mom' star was spotted Sunday with her husband and two children hitting up an event in Wilmington, NC -- where firearms, knives and other weaponry were out on tables and up for grabs for gun enthusiasts ... the perfect place to bring your little ones.

Eyewitnesses tell us David was hanging with Jenelle's 9-year-old son, Kaiser, while she stayed near her and DE's 6-year-old daughter Ensley. The boys checked out a number of items -- knives, holsters and rifle scopes. As far as what they actually picked up -- we're told David appear to purchase a bullet-proof vest for himself, and a wooden battle ax for Kaiser.

Jenelle and Ensley were only there briefly, leaving about 20 minutes into the shopping spree -- the other child in their custody at the moment, 14-year-old Jace, was nowhere to be seen.

Jace's repeated runaway attempts have been at the center of a probe there -- where law enforcement officials are considering bringing charges against either Jenelle, David or both. In addition to Jace constantly fleeing the home, we've heard there've also been abuse claims.

As we reported ... the investigation is in the final stages, and our sources tell us criminal charges are likely. We've reached out to Jenelle and David -- but haven't heard back.

While they haven't responded to us ... Dave has telegraphed that everything's fine in the household -- recently posting a bunch of photos of him and Jace, and saying no one understands their relationship, suggesting they're close.

2:06 PM PT -- Suzanne's rep tells us ... "Her family was gathered to celebrate her 77th birthday on October 16th. Instead, they will celebrate her extraordinary life, and want to thank her millions of fans and followers who loved her dearly. A private family burial will take place this week, with a memorial to follow next month."

Sources close to the late actress also tell us that Suzanne had recently been seeking treatment for her breast cancer out of state in the Midwest -- but we're told it proved to be unsuccessful and she was ultimately brought home.

Suzanne Somers has died after a long battle with cancer ... this according to her team.

The legendary actress -- famous from "Three's Company" and a score of other TV shows/movies -- passed away Sunday morning at her home ... so says her publicist, R. Couri Hay, who broke the tragic news to Page Six.

He says, "Suzanne Somers passed away peacefully at home in the early morning hours of October 15th. She survived an aggressive form of breast cancer for over 23 years. Suzanne was surrounded by her loving husband Alan, her son Bruce, and her immediate family."

It's a heartbreaking development for the showbiz icon ... who's been dealing with cancer, in one form or another, since the early 2000s. She was first diagnosed with melanoma in 2000 ... and developed breast cancer shortly thereafter. SS battled breast cancer on and off for years ... but it fully returned just earlier this year in the summer, when she told the world.

At the time, she wrote ... "As you know, I had breast cancer two decades ago, and every now and then it pops up again, and I continue to bat it down. I have used the best alternative and conventional treatments to combat it. This is not new territory for me. I know how to put on my battle gear and I’m a fighter."

Obviously, she'll best be remembered for her work on the famed ABC sitcom opposite John Ritter and Joyce DeWitt -- where she played the hilarious and ditzy Chrissy Snow for five seasons -- but her work spanned decades ... and was notable well beyond that.

Suzanne is also well-known for roles in "Starsky and Hutch," "Hollywood Wives," "She's the Sheriff," "Step by Step," and countless one-time appearances on several other hit series.

Movie-wise, her work on "American Graffiti" is her biggest claim to fame on the big screen -- but Suzanne starred in a number of films ... including "Ants!" "Yesterday's Hero," "Nothing Personal," "Serial Mom," "The Nutty Professor," "Say It Isn't So" and more. She hasn't acted since 2001, right around the time her health troubles surfaced.

Suzanne's death comes just one day before her 77th birthday. She's survived by her son, Bruce Jr.

She was 76.

Pete Davidson delivered a truly heartfelt display of his feelings about the war in Israel during the cold open of the show, and he has a rare perspective that makes everything he said compelling.

Pete, at first he was a good person to talk about the inhumane Hamas terrorist attack and the ensuing war. As you know, Pete's dad, a NYC firefighter, died during 9/11 when Pete was only 7, so he knows what a terrorist attack can do on the surviving family, especially kids.

His heart breaks for all the death of innocent people, especially both Israeli and Palestinian children. He told the audience, no one deserves to suffer like this, especially kids.

He goes on to say his heart breaks for everyone whose lives were destroyed.

His opening monologue was raunchy. Pete says he and his sister have nothing in common, so they decided to bond by watching "Game of Thrones," and the whole incest thing came up which made things super uncomfortable! And then he gets even wilder.

He was super good ... especially in the cold open.

As we told you, both Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made cameos on the show and hit the town hand-in-hand.

Tara Reid says she learned a lot about herself while filming "Special Forces" ... and despite pulling out of the competition early on, she wants a second chance.

We got Tara outside Crossroads Kitchen in WeHo Thursday, filling us in on why she decided to take a stab at the brutally tough competition series -- mainly, she wanted to prove to herself that she was worthy after being the subject of bullying over the years.

The 47-year-old actress says she's down to try the grueling show again ... even though she pulled herself out of the competition on the 2nd day of training, but admits she didn't have a lot of time to prep before heading to New Zealand.

Here's Tracy Morgan's Lamborghini Aventador SVJ traveling down the interstate ... problem is, the super expensive ride's cruising on a flatbed tow truck after sustaining a very expensive ding!

TMZ obtained photos of Tracy's 2020 Lambo getting towed in New York City ... and as you can see, it the left side of the sportscar has some white streaks that are NOT racing stripes.

It appears another driver sideswiped it, or Tracy scraped something -- either way, it won't be cheap to fix that paint job.

The photos were snapped last Sunday and Tracy was spotted driving the $500,000 car over the weekend in the Big Apple ... so the damage is fresh.

It's more bad luck for Tracy's expensive car collection ... as we first reported, back in 2019 he crashed his brand new Bugatti only minutes after driving the $2 million whip out of a NYC showroom.

Tracy's Bugatti repairs ran upwards of $32,000 to fix the bumper and the fender ... and it's a good bet the Lambo repairs will be another 5-figure tab.

Tracy had more trouble with his Lambo in April 2020 ... getting into a heated conversation with a pedestrian after an alleged collision.

Jess Smith -- AKA the Sun Baby from the popular children's show, "Teletubbies" -- is expecting a little ray of sunshine of her own ... do ya feel old yet?

The former child star, who's now 27 years old, announced she's pregnant with her partner, Ricky ... posting shots of her ultrasound, and giving fans a first look at her child-to-be.

Fans of the series remember Jess playing the character for years ... overlooking Teletubbyland -- where Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po all lived.

Jess appeared when the show debuted in 1997, starring when she was just 9 months old -- she stayed on the show until 2001 when she was no longer a baby in real life, obviously.

She claims she was cast on the show while being weighed at the hospital -- saying producers for the children's series were in the hospital looking for smiley, laughing babies to use for their new show, and Jess fit the bill perfectly.

BTW, there have been several spin-offs of the kids' show over the years ... but if producers are looking to make a proper reboot, we know just the baby for the job.

Jeremy Allen White was spotted having a fun day at the beach with his little kids ... this after agreeing to test for booze whenever he spends time with them amid his divorce.

The star of "The Bear" was on daddy duty on Wednesday, taking to the Malibu sand with his young daughters -- Ezer and Dolores.

They all seemed to be having fun ... the kiddos were running around near the water and JAW had a smile on his face watching them play. A pretty sweet moment -- one that came not long after rules were set in place so he could continue to see them.

As we reported, new docs obtained by TMZ showed Jeremy agreed to test for alcohol as part of a custody agreement he has with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin.

It said he would test up to 5 times a week when he has the little ones in his care -- and if any booze is found, that custody goes out the window. Docs said Jeremy and Addison also agreed to share joint physical custody over their kids.

His custodial time comes with some caveats, though ... apart from the testing, he also has to attend AA once a week as well as other therapy sessions.

Scott Disick is still suffering from his 2022 car crash in a bunch of different ways ... and it all adds up to making his sex life total crap.

Lord D opened up about the aftermath of his accident on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians" as Khloé Kardashian took him to see a doctor for his back pain -- something he attributes to his Lamborghini rollover wreck last year near Calabasas.

The back pain isn't all Scott says he's still dealing with ... he also says the accident led to some weight gain and all of it is directly affecting his sex life.

When the doc asks Scott what he'd usually do for fun before the crash, he says sex but admits he's terrible at it now, thanks to a lack of mobility. Khloé's no doctor, but she's got some sorta bedside manner ... because she asks Scott if he'll be motivated to fix his pain so he can "get back on the wagon to f**k?"

Scott even jokingly suggests maybe once he's all healed up, he and Khloé could test out his new back in the sack! Not surprisingly ... Kourtney's sis refused to participate in that joke!

TMZ broke the story, Scott's accident was a scary one ... but thankfully, no one else was involved in the accident. Outwardly, he walked away with just a minor cut to his head, but obviously, there was more internal damage.

Teresa Giudice and her kids are getting an earful from unhappy campers after announcing a family partnership with a fast fashion company -- but they're standing their ground.

A rep for Teresa and three of her daughters -- Gia, Milania and Audriana -- tell TMZ ... the Giudices are not backing down from their just-launched SHEINXGiudiceGirls collection, which features a ton of different articles of clothing/accessories the family's curated.

They're only addressing this due to the mounting backlash they've received over the past couple days -- with fans and haters alike flooding their comment section with virtual eyebrow raises, and openly asking how they could possibly link with SHEIN.

If you're unaware, SHEIN is one of these new zippy clothing brands that Gen Z absolutely loves ... thanks to their trendy styles, very low prices, wide digital presence and online accessibility. Despite praise, there have also been ugly allegations.

Among the most prolific are claims SHEIN exploits factory workers overseas ... there have even been probes into its business practices -- not to mention a lot of alleged images and videos purporting to show awful conditions folks are subjected to while creating the clothing.

There's that ... and there are also accusations SHEIN has ripped off lesser-known designers -- all stuff the company has denied since it launched back in 2008.

Still, that hasn't stopped people from crapping on Teresa and her girls ... but they're turning the other cheek here.

It's true, true ... Barbara Walters "loved a brother," and not just any Black man -- according to Sherri Shepherd "The View" creator hooked up with Richard Pryor!

The story comes up on Wednesday's episode of "Sherri," as she reunites with Joy Behar, and they discuss some stories from their time together at "The View" -- one in particular about when Sherri caught wind of Barbara's old tryst with Richard.

Sherri says the late comedic great Paul Mooney told her, back in the day, he'd walked in on Barbara and Richard doing the deed. Sherri admits she couldn't wait to share her juicy gossip with Joy, but asked her to keep it on the DL.

As you can imagine, that didn't happen -- you gotta see Sherri describe the moment they ended up confronting BW about her Richard "relations."

Fact is, Barbara did seem to have a type. In her memoir, she copped to having an affair, back in the '70s, with Sen. Edward Brooke from Massachusetts -- and both Joy and Sherri recalled how Barbara LOVED cozying up to Colin Powell whenever he was a 'View' guest.

Pete Davidson was in a smoky haze when he came to a potentially lucrative discovery ... which is why he bought up thousands of VHS tapes in the hopes of turning a profit.

The 'SNL' alum and upcoming host shared his side hustle theory on Tuesday's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" ... saying he got pretty high one night and, according to him, bought the 3,000 to 5,000 sealed tapes that still exist.

Jimmy's audience had a laugh, with Pete claiming they all sounded like his mom, but his stoned move might be promising ... pointing out 2026 will mark 20 years since the last VHS was made -- and retro fads almost always make good cash.

That's not all -- Pete says sealed copies like his are making up to $30k EACH lately, and a rare edition of a "Rocky" VHS scored $27,500 earlier this year at auction ... so the comedian's in a pretty sweet spot if the demand keeps goin' up.

Apart from Pete's VHS monopoly, he's also slated to host the season 49 premiere of "Saturday Night Live" this weekend -- the first show back since the writer's strike pulled the plug on the end of last season when he was originally supposed to host.

Mauricio Umansky says his "DWTS" mishaps last week were a direct result of the "RHOBH" trailer, which dug deep into his marriage with Kyle Richards ... and dropped right before he put on his dancin' shoes.

Mauricio opened up about the flubbed steps on Tuesday night's episode ... telling his dance partner, Emma Slater, he blacked out on the moves last week because the trailer unnerved him.

The trailer digs into his marriage, with several of Kyle's costars even raising issues of infidelity  ... something he and Kyle call B.S.

Mauricio says he felt additional pressure because his kids were in the audience... so it all kinda came tumbling down on the dance floor.

Fans of the show know he tried improvising his Salsa routine about halfway through, forgetting the moves and ending up with a 12 out of 30 -- the lowest score of the night.

Still, they didn't get the boot despite the rough Salsa ... the door was shown to Jamie Lynn Spears, instead.

For Jen Shah, birthdays hit different in federal lockup ... because instead of going out for a fancy sushi dinner, she had to settle for the prison version of that delicacy.

Jen's good friend and former assistant, Murilo Bueno, tells TMZ ... the reality TV star's fellow inmates celebrated her October 4 birthday by making her "prison sushi" ... which consists of premade spring rolls wrapped in sticky rice.

We're told Jen's inmate friends at FPC Bryan in Texas asked her what she would do for her birthday if she wasn't behind bars, and when she told them she was craving sushi ... they did their best to make it happen, using whatever they could gather from the commissary.

Forget the raw fish -- they're not flying that stuff into federal prisons -- instead, her fellow inmates cooked sticky rice in hot water, wrapped that around those pre-made spring rolls and boom -- bootleg sushi roll!!! Yum?

We're also told Jen chowed down on prison-style quesadillas ... tortillas and cheese from the commissary grilled on a flat iron normally used to straighten hair.

For dessert, Jen's friend says they served "prison pineapple upside down cheesecake" ... which probably sounds better than it tastes. Murilo says a can of pineapples is involved, but she's unsure about the other ingredients. Use your imagination.

TMZ broke the story, Jen started serving her 6.5-year prison sentence back in February after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Her sentence has since been reduced by 1 year, and this is her first birthday behind bars.

Teresa Giudice seemed to have tried the old "Don't you know who I am?" trick during a traffic stop ... and while it's unclear if it worked, she lucked out with a friendly cop.

The 'RHONJ' star got pulled over back in April out in Riverdale, NJ ... this after a police officer apparently saw her swerving in and out of lanes during a night drive. The body cam footage -- which seems to have just been released -- shows his interaction with her.

Check it out ... the cop asks for Teresa's driver's license, and she forks it over -- but also tries sneaking some extra identifying information in the form of "family business cards."

The officer laughs it off, saying those won't be necessary ... and then heads back to his car to dive into her background. He's perusing her record for a bit, and then eventually heads back to talk to Teresa -- at which point he lets her off the hook with a simple warning.

Teresa sounds grateful ... telling the officer that she tends to drive a little crooked, and she even makes a random mention of her father dying. The whole chat is super chummy.

Again, we're not sure if the cop here realized who he was dealing with -- a celeb, especially around those parts in NJ -- but in any case ... he cut TG a break. She should count herself lucky ... especially since she famously ran into serious legal trouble once upon a time.

Teresa's attorney, James Leonard, tells TMZ ... "There is no family business card. That is ridiculous. No such card exists or has ever existed. She was referring to a New Jersey State PBA card that was given to her by an acquaintance who is a law enforcement officer and issued her the card."

Michael Chiarello, a celebrity chef, died this weekend ... and it was apparently sudden.

The former "Food Network" star passed away Saturday while being treated at the Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA -- and, as it turns out, his hospitalization is the result of a fatal allergy attack ... this according to his own company.

Gruppo Chiarello announced Sunday what led up to their founder's death, saying an acute allergic reaction resulted in anaphylactic shock. They also say he was surrounded by friends and family in his final moments. It's unclear if the allergic reaction was food-related.

The team adds, "We deeply mourn the loss of our beloved patriarch Michael," the Chiarello family said in a statement. "His culinary brilliance, boundless creativity, and unwavering commitment to family were at the core of his being. He brought people together through the joy of shared meals, fostering lasting memories around the table."

Gruppo Chiarello finishes by saying, "As we navigate this profound loss, we hold dear the moments we cherished with him, both in his kitchens and in our hearts. His legacy will forever live on in the love he poured into every dish and the passion he instilled in all of us to savor life's flavors."

The star chef had a long run on TV, with his show "Easy Entertaining With Michael Chiarello" airing for 10 seasons on FN. He was also featured on hit series like "Top Chef," "Chopped," "The Next Iron Chef" and others ... not to mention appearances on other talk shows.

He's survived by his wife, Eileen, and his four children. Michael was 61.
