Tekashi 6ix9ine Please, Judge ... Let Me Shoot Music Videos In Backyard

Published | Updated

Tekashi 6ix9ine is getting super close to releasing new music ... because he's begging the judge to let him shoot music videos in his own backyard.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi's legal team is asking Judge Engelmayer to allow the rapper to spend up to 2 hours in his backyard once a week to work on music videos.

As we first told you ... Judge Engelmayer released Tekashi from prison early following 69's plea to get out to avoid being infected with the novel coronavirus. He's now serving out his time on in-home incarceration.

In the docs, Tekashi's lawyers say his probation officer is aware of the request and has no objection ... so 69 just needs the judge's stamp of approval too.

Remember ... Tekashi scored a lucrative record deal back in October, and now it sounds like new music is dropping soon,

Jason Davis Cause of Death ... Accidental Fentanyl OD

Published

Child actor and Hollywood heir Jason Davis's cause of death was fentanyl ... according to the Medical Examiner.

L.A. County Medical Examiner documents show Jason died from the "effects of fentanyl." No other factors are listed in the report ... but it does say it was an accident.

TMZ broke the story ... Jason was found unresponsive in his bathroom on February 16. Law enforcement sources at the time told us there were items nearby that were consistent with heroin or opioid use ... including burnt tin foil and other paraphernalia.

Based on the ME's report ... the opioid would be fentanyl, and not heroin.

Jason -- known in Hollywood as the voice of Mikey Blumberg on the long-running Disney Channel show, "Recess" -- had battled addiction in the past. In 2011, he was busted and charged for allegedly having heroin on him. Those charges were eventually dropped.

He went on to co-found a charity called Cure Addiction Now, an org he was heavily involved with running. The voice actor was also known for being the grandson of the late Hollywood billionaire moguls, Marvin and Barbara Davis.

Jason was 35.

Tom Brady Accidentally Trespasses In Tampa ... 'Holy S**t, He's In My House!!!'

Published
UPDATE

10:38 AM PT -- Tom Brady is addressing the incident ... and the dude's got jokes!!!

UPDATE

"Trespassing in parks, breaking and entering... Just making myself at home in Tompa Bay!," Brady tweeted.

UPDATE

"Holy f**king sh*t! Tom Brady is in my f**king house!!!"

That's how one Tampa Bay resident described an accidental trespass visit from Tom Brady earlier this month ... and the story is absolutely hilarious!!!

Here's the deal ... David Kramer is next-door neighbors with Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich in the Tampa area -- and he says back on April 7, Brady was set to meet the coach at Leftwich's place for the first time since signing with TB.

The problem? Kramer and the Tampa Bay assistant coach's houses look super similar ... and the G.O.A.T. apparently got them mixed up!!!

Kramer says he was sitting in his kitchen on the phone ... when Brady straight-up barged in through the front door with duffel bags in hand.

"I literally was just sitting here and I watch this tall guy just walk into my house," Kramer says ... "He didn't even look at me. He just like dropped his duffel bags down on the floor and just kind of like looked up at me and I'll never forget the look on his face."

"He just goes, 'Am I in the wrong house?!'"

Kramer, who's got a side hustle as a comedian, tells us when he realized what was going on ... he was in complete shock -- and Tom couldn't have been more apologetic over the mixup.

"He was like, 'I am so sorry! I am so sorry!'" Kramer says. "Grabs his bags and just is gone. I don't think I've seen someone leave a house faster!"

Kramer says Tom was super nice, super genuine and flashed a big smile throughout the whole ordeal ... and says he doesn't blame the QB at all for the error.

In fact, Kramer says he thought the whole situation was funny, and had no issues whatsoever with the accidental break-in!!!

As for Brady, it's been a rocky transition to Tampa when it comes to moving around the city ... remember, he was also booted from a local park this month for trying to work out during quarantine times!!

By the way, we're told the QB at least followed social distancing guidelines at Leftwich's -- a Bucs source tells us the trip was just a quick one to pick up materials from his new coach.

Welcome to Tampa, Tom!

Joe Biden No Thanks, Louis C.K. ... Campaign Returns Donation

Published

Joe Biden does not want the support of Louis C.K. -- at least not financially ... his campaign has returned the disgraced comedian's donation.

A Biden presidential campaign spokesperson says C.K.'s donation of $2,800 has been refunded. According to Federal Election Commission records ... the donation was made on March 4, the day after Biden racked up some big wins on Super Tuesday and became the favorite to take on President Trump in November.

Though no formal reason's been giving for the donation return -- neither Biden's camp or Louis C.K. have commented on it -- it's likely linked to the comedian being accused of sexual misconduct by 5 women.

As you'll recall ... the 2017 allegations quickly derailed C.K.'s career after he admitted to them and said he was taking some time off.

However, he's made a comeback of sorts over the past year and received a standing ovation at one of his shows last summer ... even after another major controversy over jokes he made about Parkland school shooting victims.

As for Biden -- it's not uncommon for campaigns to return money to problematic donors, but this move seems like it could create a slippery slope.

The former VP has been the target of a recent sexual assault allegation himself ... though it pales in comparison to the 25+ women who have accused Trump of sexual misconduct.
