It took 8 months, but Cardi B and Offset are finally revealing their baby boy's name and showing him off to the world -- so get ready to meet Wave Set Cephus!!!

The proud parents both posted pics Thursday of their little bundle of joy, already iced out in Cuban link chains ... with Offset revealing the unique name in the caption.

Cardi posted a different shot of her son ... wearing a baby blue puffy jacket, and you can see Wave Set has a huge iced-out pendant hanging off those Cuban links.

Don't worry ... he'll grow into it.

For the big reveal, the proud parents gathered the whole fam for an Essence photoshoot.

Remember, Cardi gave birth to WS back on Sept. 4, but she and Offset kept the kid's name as secret as the White House nuclear codes.

Back in October, we got Cardi at LAX ... and while talking to us about Offset's upcoming birthday she almost slipped and dropped Wave Set's name. Almost!!!

This is the second child for Cardi and Offset, and his big sister Kulture is now 3-years-old.

Offset also has 3 other children from previous relationships ... 11-year-old son Jordan, 6-year-old son Kody and 6-year-old daughter Kalea.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on the hunt for a mega-mansion to call home, but rather than getting frustrated ... they're all smiles as they tour another massive property.

This time, Ben and Jen hit up a 7-bed, 11-bath property in Bev Hills ... and the couple looked thrilled Thursday after their tour. Pretty easy to see why.

This particular not-so-humble abode was designed by real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid, the ex-husband of Yolanda Hadid and father of Gigi and Bella.

Mohamed's got quite the rep in the real estate game, having developed multiple Ritz-Carlton hotels throughout his career ... including a 292-room Ritz resort in Aspen.

The pad Ben and Jen checked out has an outdoor swan pond, a private theater, and even a ballroom, with space for 200 guests -- a sweet amenity for the former "World of Dance" judge and her fiancé.

As we reported, the couple has been looking for a new home after bailing on the one they were set to buy, for around $55 mil.

Thursday's stop is listed for a relatively paltry $32.75 million. As we showed you, they've also recently looked at a home listing for $75M.

Today's home tours are going much smoother than Wednesday's ... when they made a pitstop at Starbucks and drove over a sign in the drive-thru lane. No serious damage was done -- to the sign or their Mercedes -- but everyone had a good laugh.

A missing California teenager with autism remarkably has been found safe in Utah ... after his family has been on a two-year search.

19-year-old Connerjack Oswalt went missing from Northern California when he was 16 ... and his family has been searching for him ever since.

Park City locals spotted him pushing a shopping cart around the area recently and deputies have encountered him, but say he never showed signs of aggression or criminal behavior.

Cops then got a hot tip Connerjack was sleeping outside of a store in Summit County, Utah last week and they beelined it for the area on a hunch. Authorities say they found him cold and shivering.

Apparently, Connerjack did not tell officers his name and they were only able to identify him with the help of a finger scan. The scan linked him to a warrant out of Nevada ... so authorities continued to investigate, figuring there was more to the story.

Police were able to warm him up in the car and search for his name in the Missing and Exploited children database ... lo and behold they found the listing for him.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are making a layover in London -- their first time returning to the royal fam's home turf together in about 2 years, and it's led to an unexpected reunion with family ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us Meghan and Harry flew from L.A. to London Tuesday night, first class on a commercial flight ... with security shadowing at all times. We're told their plan was to enjoy a lowkey visit this week in London before heading to the Netherlands for Saturday's start of the Invictus Games.

But, the big shocker about this trip is ... we're told they've had a meeting with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles in what's clearly an attempt to smooth things over since they stepped down as senior members of the royals in 2020.

The timing of the meeting makes sense. The Queen, who's now 95, has been having health issues ... especially with her mobility. The Palace just announced she won't be attending Easter Sunday services at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

While Prince Harry's visited the UK a few times -- including last summer for the unveiling of a Princess Diana memorial -- he hasn't been back with Meghan since the so-called "Megxit" in 2020, and their bombshell Oprah interview.

The face-to-face meeting with Harry's father and grandmother is their first attempt in-person at making peace.

Bam Margera has settled his wrongful termination lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze, Jeffrey Tremaine along with Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks.

Bam had sued because he claimed he was forced to sign an agreement he called psychological torture, with so many conditions it was impossible to comply. As a result, he claims, he was fired.

According to a new court doc, obtained by TMZ, Bam is asking to dismiss the lawsuit ... and all signs point to a settlement. The terms of the settlement remain private.

Bam claimed in the lawsuit he was pressured into signing a "wellness agreement" while he was in rehab in 2019 ... this was a condition to his participation in the "Jackass Forever" flick. Bam says because of the circumstances he didn't have an opportunity to run it by a lawyer.

The agreement required Bam to submit to regular drug and alcohol tests and he was also forced to take various Rx drugs ... drugs he claims left him depressed and drained.

Bam did not comply -- he tested positive for Adderall -- and was booted from the production. He says what made it particularly unfair was that doctors had prescribed the drug for him for a decade.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are not about to get upstaged in Hollywood's publicity wars -- and, obviously, have no problem giving the paparazzi what they want ... a perfectly-timed public kissing session!!!

DaBaby was home when someone was shot at on his North Carolina estate, and he was involved in the incident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us someone came onto the property without permission and they got shot. We're also told DaBaby was present when this all went down -- however, we don't know the level of his involvement.

We're told police have made no arrests, and all the evidence will be turned over to the District Attorney.

The Troutman Police Department says officers responded to reports of a shooting Wednesday night and when officers arrived at the scene they found someone who'd suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Cops say the shooting victim was transported to a medical facility for treatment.

Troutman town manager Ron Wyatt tells TMZ ... the shooting occurred at a compound where DaBaby occasionally stays, and people can't just walk onto the property by accident. Our sources say one of the DaBaby's relatives is listed as the owner of the estate.

Wyatt says there's a wall around the compound and DaBaby has security guards.

We've reached out to DaBaby's reps, no word back so far.

The convo between Kim and legal pit bull Marty Singer is there for all to hear on the debut of "The Kardashians" on Hulu, and Kim clearly means business.

The trigger for the emotional conversations is Saint seeing a meme on a videogame touting a new KK sex tape. As we've already reported, she says she's 99% sure there's no new footage from her encounter with Ray J, but there's a level of uncertainty. She says, "What if I was f***ing sleeping and he stuck a d***o up my ass? I don't know."

Kim asks Marty to "scare the s**t out of Ray J's manager ... mostly to protect her kids.

What's especially interesting ... Kim is on the phone with Kanye as she bemoans the situation, and it seems he provides her a measure of comfort.

Rapper Archie Eversole, best known for his hit song "We Ready," has died.

Archie's family tells TMZ he passed away Sunday, April 3. His cause of death has not been revealed.

Archie was only 17 when he recorded his first album, "Ride Wit Me Dirty South Style." The album went gold, with the help of the track "We Ready" with Bubba Sparxxx.

"We Ready" became one of the most popular anthems at football games and other sporting events.

Archie was handpicked by the soccer team Atlanta United in 2018 to write its theme song, "United We Conquer."

Fans have been paying respect to Archie after his passing, including NFL pro Robert Griffin III, who calls his hit song "the greatest Game Day anthem ever." There's locker room video of high school football players singing "We Ready" as inspiration.

The song was so popular, the NFL even used it in an ad.

Archie clearly touched a nerve, because social media is filling up with tributes.

Archie was 37.

Whether they broke up or not, Jake Paul and Julia Rose are back together in public ... with the couple hitting up an L.A. hotspot on Wednesday.

The rumors of a potential split started swirling last month ... when Jake tweeted "Alexa, play 'I'm Single' by Jake Paul," and Julia removed all references to the boxer from her Instagram.

But, whatever happened is clearly water under the bridge ... as the duo was spotted leaving BOA Steakhouse and getting into an SUV together.

While Jake and Julia weren't saying much after the dinner, the photog congratulated the two on their rekindled romance ... with Jake replying with a short, "ayeee!!"

Of course, Jake and Julia started dating in 2020 and were damn near inseparable -- Julia was always in the Problem Child's corner (literally) and helped him train for multiple fights.

Jake and Julia also posted each other on social media Wednesday ... seemingly confirming their romance is back on.

Jake -- who was at Julia's house when speaking with TMZ Sports this week (peep the posters in the background) -- claimed in a recent interview they never broke up ... saying "that's my girl" and "we were never not together."

Julia's IG activity led folks to believe otherwise ... with the SHAGMAG founder commenting under pics of the boxer with other women, saying it made her feel better about her "decision."

The couple also sparked split rumors in early 2021 ... before coming back stronger than ever.

Olivia Culpo's dad expressed some concern over her latest outfit choice ... causing a full-blown debate amongst the family!

The piece in question is Olivia's denim skirt ... something Pops isn't on board with, even offering up some suggestions as to how to make it more PC. She posted a clip of her dad's comments Wednesday, showing other family members jumping in to support the fashion statement.

You'll recall, Olivia's outfit choices got her in trouble back in January ... an American Airlines worker told her she needed to put a blouse on over her outfit in order to board her flight.

After Olivia was forced to wear BF Christian McCaffrey's hoodie, her sister Aurora pointed out another passenger who was wearing a similar top, but wasn't asked to cover up.

President Biden's dog, Major, was involved in a "minor" biting incident -- so claimed the White House -- but some angry Secret Service agents are calling BS.

You'll recall, Press Secretary Jen Psaki told the media in March 2021, there was a single incident where Major "was surprised by an unfamiliar person and reacted in a way that resulted in a minor injury to the individual."

Well, a Freedom of Information request produced documents that tell a much different, more serious story about Major. The victim of the attack was outraged at Psaki's comments, saying, "NO, I didn't surprise the dog doing my job by being at [redacted] as the Press Secretary just said. Now I'm pissed."

It gets worse. An agent who saw photos of the bite said the "injury cannot be described in any other terms than 'severe.'"

Here's a Secret Service agent's account of the incident that occurred in the resident's quarters of the White House ..."Without warning or provocation, Major barked loudly at [the agent] ... and charged." The agent was bitten in the leg.

Turns out the same agent was bitten a second time. Not only that ... according to the documents, Major bit someone 8 days in a row.

The Secret Service agent who was bitten twice actually wanted the Bidens to pay for his torn coat. No word on whether the Bidens forked over the cash.

The agent in question was actually reprimanded by a superior for writing too graphic an account of the incidents. The superior wrote, "Please submit with the language that has been approved by [the legal office]. Unless you dispute anything in the verbiage that was presented to you, there shouldn't be a need to embellish with additional details that aren't required for approval."

There's another email in which the superior calls the victim's verbiage "inappropriate."

"Love Is Blind" stars Kyle Abrams and Deepti Vempati are being coy on whether they're dating, but there are plenty of breadcrumbs in this video suggesting that is indeed the case.

Deepti and Kyle hit up Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night, and our photog zeroed in and asked if they were dating. Check out Kyle's reaction, both visual and verbal. When someone asks 2 people if they're dating and they're not, would they really say "great question?"

And, as long as we're on the subject, our photog follows up with a question about the possibility of marriage in their future. Again, if they weren't dating, would they really say ... "We'll see," and "We'll consider it?"

The two have been spending lots of time together since the show wrapped ... as we reported, Kyle and Deepti hit the streets of Chicago at the beginning of March -- his hand on her back as they entered a restaurant. Again, a clue.

Kyle set up a photoshoot a few weeks later and brought Deepti along for the ride ... the photographer -- who hadn't seen "LIB" -- said they had real chemistry.

While their season ended with each getting engaged to other people, both called it off. Kyle confessed in the reunion episode his biggest regret was not proposing to Deepti.

A Russian superyacht nearly 2 times the length of a football field is now in the hands of Germany after being seized as a consequence of Russian's attack on Ukraine.

The yacht is owned by Gulbakhor Ismailova, the sister of Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, one of Russian's richest citizens and a close advisor to Putin, particularly on economic issues.

The yacht is beyond ... 512-feet long, with just about every bell and whistle imaginable, including an 80-foot pool and not 1 but 2 helipads. It cost more than $648 million.

The Yacht -- named Dilbar -- is now impounded in a Hamburg, Germany shipyard.

The yacht is flagged in the Caymans and registered to a company in Malta ... this is the drill followed by many of the super rich.

Charlotte Hornets star Miles Bridges was so furious after being ejected from a game Wednesday night -- he angrily chucked his mouthpiece into the stands, accidentally hitting a young girl near her face.

The wild moment happened in the fourth quarter of the Hornets' blowout loss to the Hawks in Atlanta -- just seconds after Bridges was tossed from the contest for arguing about a goaltending call.

The 24-year-old was pissed at the ref for blowing the whistle on him ... and he was so livid, his teammates and coaches had to usher him off the floor before things escalated.

But, as Bridges was on his way back to the locker room, an Atlanta fan appeared to taunt him -- which set the Hornets forward off.

Check out the video from the game's broadcast -- Bridges attempted to launch his mouthguard at the heckler ... but it missed, and hit a girl in the neck area.

The girl did not appear to be injured -- but she was clearly confused and perturbed.

After the game, Bridges calmed down and apologized for it all ... and said during his meeting with reporters that he was hoping to get in contact with the girl and "do something nice for her."

"I was aiming for the guy that was screaming at me and it hit a little girl," Bridges said. "So that's definitely unacceptable on my part and I take full responsibility."

"That's out of character for me," he added. "You've been around me -- I don't act like that or ever flash out like that. So, that was definitely wrong, a lot of emotions and hopefully, I can get in contact with the young girl and sincerely apologize to her and do something nice for her, but that's definitely on me."

The NBA is expected to hand down a punishment sooner than later -- and Bridges made it clear, he's going to accept whatever comes his way from league officials.

"I'm ready for any consequence that the NBA gives me," he said.

Elon Musk's "best and final" offer to buy Twitter is a fat $43 billion ... straight cash, too!!!

The current richest man in the world says he's made the astronomical 11-figure pitch to buy the social media platform, and make no doubt about it ... he's playing hardball. Elon says if his offer is not accepted, "I would need to reconsider my position as a shareholder."

That's a significant threat because he currently holds more than 9% of Twitter's shares -- and if he were to pull out, it might send the stock's value tumbling.

Appropriately, Elon tweeted ... "I invested in Twitter as I believe in its potential to be the platform for free speech around the globe, and I believe free speech is a societal imperative for a functioning democracy."

Musk had been a vocal opponent of some of Twitter's moves to silence users, before he heavily invested in the platform. His $43 bil offer comes out to about $54.20 per share -- which is 18 percent higher than the stock's Wednesday closing price ... so he's not lowballing 'em.

Twitter's official response is its board will review Elon's offer and do what's in the "best interest" of the company and its stockholders.
