Lamar Odom says he's given up 3 vices after splitting with his fiancée ... insisting he's no longer doing drugs, watching porn, or dating women.

42-year-old Odom broke up with Sabrina Parr late last year ... just months after the couple was engaged to be married. In light of the split, Lamar says he's made some major changes in his life.

"A year ago yesterday I left my ex-fiance' at the W Hotel in Atlanta without notice. When she realized I was gone back to my home in San Diego she was livid. I received over 250 calls and text messages over the course of last December from her wanting to fix us. We were toxic. Independently and collectively," the former star hooper wrote on social media.

Odom says he "hated being alone" ... and "sought solace in marijuana and a slew of random women, not loving any of them, not really wanting to be with any of them, but it beat being lonely."

Then Lamar says he had an epiphany.

"One day, my soul opened up, light bulb went off and I wanted and needed to change for ME! My team had worked hard to get me a fresh start. I had to honor that 🙏🏽"

Odom knew it was time to make some serious life changes ... and that's exactly what he says he did.

"Today, I am free. Drug free. Pornography addiction free. Marijuana free. Relationship free. I am rebuilding a relationship with myself. With my family. I am focused on my faith. My growth. My brand. I am a legend. I own that. I am a recovering addict. I own that too."

It's a big step for the former NBA All-Star.

Of course, Odom overdosed and nearly died after a night of hard partying at Dennis Hof's brothel in Nevada back in 2015.

Lamar has vowed to live a sober life in the past ... but has sometimes struggled to stay clean.

That is, until now, Lamar says ... and it's clear he appreciates the support.

One of sports TV's power couples has broken up -- ex-NBA player Jalen Rose filed for divorce from ESPN host Molly Qerim, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court records show Rose filed docs earlier this year ... kickstarting the process to end their 2 and a half year marriage.

Sources tell us the breakup was amicable and both sides remain cordial.

Rose first went public with the "First Take" host in June 2016 ... and they tied the knot at a lowkey NYC ceremony in July 2018.

Jalen filed April 30, 2021 ... just months after the couple starred in a Gatorade commercial together. Jalen says in court docs the marriage broke down irretrievably after Qerim moved to Connecticut.

It should be known -- in the docs, Jalen does not want alimony and doesn't want Molly to have it, either. We're told there was not a prenup and Molly does not want any spousal support.

The breakup signs were all over social media -- Molly previously included "Rose" in her name on Instagram and Twitter, but has recently scrubbed it from her accounts.

On top of that, the couple hadn't been photographed together much at all in the months leading up to the filing ... and Jalen and Molly also haven't posted each other on their pages for months.

However, Qerim has shown public support for Rose even after the filing -- in June, she spoke out about his struggles with deaths in the family in an emotional segment on "First Take."

Rose played in the NBA from 1994-2007 before taking his talents to television. Qerim previously worked at NFL Network.

Elon Musk may have just gotten Swifted, because his ex has just released a song trashing him as a BF.

Grimes' song, "Player of Games," doesn't mention Elon by name, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist like him to figure it out.

The song references gaming -- something Elon apparently loves. The lyrics go ... "I'm in love with the greatest gamer, but he'll always love the game, more than he loves me."

Their 3-year relationship ended back in September -- and she goes on ... "Sail away, to the cold expanse of space. Even love couldn't keep you in your place."  Seems like that's the giveaway!

Elon didn't call it a clean breakup ... he said they have "semi-separated." They did attend the Met Gala back in September, but it's unclear if this was before or after the breakup.

They both seem committed to co-parenting their 1-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii Musk.

Phil Collins could probably feel this coming in the air too ... his ex-wife, Orianne Cevey, is heading back to divorce court, already splitting from the guy she married just last year.

Orianne says it's over with her new husband, Tom Bates, with whom she eloped in August 2020. They'd tied the knot at the Graceland Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas ... even as the dust was still settling from her ultra bitter divorce from Phil.

As for why she's filing for divorce this time? Orianne's blaming the worldwide pandemic. Sure. Why not?

She says, "I believe the emotional stress of the COVID quarantine caused me to act in ways and do things that were out of character."

She also not-so-subtly references her Phil drama by saying, "Fortunately, I have faced challenging situations before and like I always have, I will muster all the strength I can, the best team I can find and the courage to do the right thing."

When Orianne, a jewelry designer, says "best team" she's shouting out her attorneys ... the ones who helped her secure a $43 million divorce settlement from the Genesis drummer in 2008.

She and Phil tried to make things work a second time when they got back together from 2016 to 2019, but their second breakup got downright vicious.

You'll recall, she accused Phil of drinking too much and showering too little. She claimed his "stench became so pervasive that he became a hermit." Collins denied the dirty allegations.

Adding injury to those insults ... Orianne auctioned off several of Phil's prized possessions, scoring as much as $22k for one of his gold records. For his part, Phil booted her from their waterfront Miami mansion.

Aaron Carter and his fiancee are no more -- just a week after they became first-time parents together -- and it appears more Carter family drama is to blame for the split.

Aaron announced he and Melanie Martin called it quits early Tuesday morning, saying, "There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless."

As we've reported, Aaron's had serious beef with his family, including with his twin sister, Angel, who he's apparently learned has been in regular communication with Melanie.

Aaron continues, "I have the most conniving deceiving family and Melanie has been lying to me the whole time communicating with my twin sister and the family members who tried to put me in prison and who tried to get a conservatorship on me in court. I’m in shocked this is horrible."

What's more, at least according to Aaron, Melanie is leaving California and taking the couple's son with her. He says she's leaving for Vegas with a friend named Carmen from "90 Day Fiance" and accuses Melanie of having had the backup plan all along.

As we reported, Aaron and Melanie welcomed Prince Lyric Carter last Monday after an emergency c-section and 13 hours of labor.

At the time, Aaron said of Melanie, "I’m so proud of you hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from god."

Imagine finding out you're getting broken up with from social media, getting confirmation of the split via text ... and then having to wake up at 7 AM to get officially dumped with in person.

That's pretty much how it reportedly went down for Notre Dame players Monday night ... when coach Brian Kelly sent a short text to his players saying he's taking the LSU gig.

Kelly is getting a MASSIVE 10-year, $95 million contract to coach in Baton Rouge ... a shocking move, considering the Irish are 11-1 this season.

To rub salt in the wound, Kelly didn't text his team until AFTER the news was out about his new job ... and then he asked them to meet with him at the crack of dawn.

"Men ... Let me first apologize for the late night text and, more importantly, for not being able to share the news with you in person that I will be leaving Notre Dame," Kelly told players, according to Matt Fortuna.

"I am flying back to South Bend tonight to be able to meet with you in the morning but the news broke late today and I am sorry you found out through social media or news reports."

He added ... "I will have more to share when we meet tomorrow at 7 AM but for now, just know that my love for you is limitless and I am so proud of all that you have accomplished."

"Our program is elite because of your hard work and commitment and I know that will continue."

Kelly apologized again for not being the one to share the news of his departure first ... but man, at least the guy coulda let them sleep in a little bit, considering it reportedly lasted a whopping 11 minutes.

Kelly finishes his career at Notre Dame with a 113-40 record ... making the College Football Playoff twice and winning coach of the year numerous times.

Camila Cabello is single and ready to mingle ... somewhere outside the Hollywood Hills -- she's found a buyer for her beautiful estate above the Sunset Strip.

The "Havana" singer was asking $3,950,000 for her 4-bedroom pad. She has accepted the initial offer, but the deal still has some contingencies, so it's not exactly a total lock ... at least not yet anyway, but it's on track to closing.

Camila's soon-to-be-former place is 3,570 square feet ... and comes decked out with a saltwater swimming pool, BBQ area, fire pit and a state-of-the-art recording studio with a professional vocal booth.

If the new owner doesn't sing already, they've got all the tools to learn.

The master suite has a fireplace and walk-in closet ... and the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stone counters, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. There's also a laundry room and a 2-car garage.

Camila put the home on the market earlier this month, right before she and Shawn Mendes announced their split.

There's trouble in TikTok paradise ... Tony Lopez's wife Sarah-Jade Bleau just filed for legal separation.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, SJB beelined it to court Tuesday and filed docs to make their split official ... after only 8 months of marriage.

Sarah-Jade, a TikTok star herself, says they've been separated since last Friday, and she's citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" in the docs. They do not have any kids together.

Here's some odd timing, though ... while SJB was going to court to seal the deal, so to speak, Tony put up a much different front, at least publicly.

He posted a photo dump Wednesday afternoon of people he's thankful for, and the first pic is him with Sarah-Jade.

And, get this ... she's already left a loving comment, saying ... "Very thankful for you babyz❤️" Certainly looks pretty amicable.

Valerie Bertinelli is calling it quits on her second marriage, filing for legal separation from her husband, Tom Vitale.

Bertinelli filed docs in L.A. Wednesday asking a judge to end things between her and Tom. They got hitched back on New Year's Day in 2011, and though it's unclear what led to their split, she lists "irreconcilable differences."

Vitale works as a financial planner and entrepreneur, he is the CEO of Veebow -- an e-commerce company. He and Valerie don't have any kids together, and she's asking the court for neither to get spousal support.

According to the docs, they have a prenuptial agreement to handle the split of all assets.

Tom was Valerie's second husband ... she was very famously married to Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007. Valerie and Eddie had one kid, their son, Wolfgang, who played bass in Dad's band.

Eddie died of cancer in October of 2020 -- and Valerie posted a touching tribute -- revealing she was there in his final moments.

Johnny Manziel is officially a single man -- the ex-NFL quarterback's divorce from Bre Tiesi has been finalized, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court records show the judge signed off on the divorce earlier this month ... which means both Johnny and Bre are solo-dolo in the eyes of the state of California.

We spoke with Bre, who said the two are "still cool" with each other and speak often ... and she wishes him nothing but the best.

Of course, both sides had already moved on to other people -- in fact, Bre recently dated Jennifer Lopez's ex, Casper Smart.

Johnny credited Bre with saving his life in the past ... and later said his marriage -- and divorce -- helped him grow as a person.

"I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for my relationship and getting married," Manziel said at the time.

"I wouldn't have the same attitude towards everything else if I wouldn't have gone through the divorce and stuff, too, if I wouldn't have gone through that with Bre. 100% there's no chance."

We broke the story -- Bre and Johnny first started dating in 2016 ... and Johnny proposed in March 2017. The couple got hitched in 2018 before breaking things off a year later.

Tiesi had previously called Manziel out for allegedly cheating on her ... saying, "vows were broken."

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are no longer a couple ... they just announced their breakup.

The singers made a coordinated announcement Wednesday on their Instagram stories ... saying they have "decided to end our romantic relationship."

Camila and Shawn add ... "Our love for another as humans is stronger than ever ❤️ we started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends."

So it sounds like it's just the end of the road romantically because they say ... "we so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward ❤️❤️❤️."

We got Camila out earlier in the day at LA Horse Rentals and our photog asked how things were going with Shawn ... but she didn't feel like talking ... and now it's no wonder why.

As you know ... Camila and Shawn started dating back in July 2019, right around the time they dropped the music video for their song together, "Señorita."

Stevie J is throwing in the towel on his marriage to Faith Evans ... because he just filed for divorce after 3 years of marriage.

The record producer beelined it to Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday and filed divorce docs ... according to online records.

As we reported ... Stevie and Faith got hitched in Las Vegas back in July 2018, tying the knot with an intimate ceremony in their hotel room. The wedding totally blindsided their friends and family.

Stevie and Faith did not have any children together ... and it's unclear at this time if there was a prenup.

The two have had their shares of troubles over the years ... as we first told you, they downplayed rumors about a rocky marriage around the time of their first anniversary, and in 2020 Faith was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly attacking Stevie.

This will be the first divorce for Stevie, and the second for Faith.

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett are officially over -- and this time, it looks like the break is gonna stick ... because the engagement has been called off on both sides.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the "Vaderpump Rules" stars are going their separate ways, this after much speculation that they'd been in choppy waters of late. We're told Lala has completely moved out of their home ... and there's no hope of reconciliation.

Our sources tell us Randall's focus is now on caring for their daughter, Ocean, who was born earlier this year ... as well as his other two children.

TMZ broke the story ... Randall and Lala were working on saving their engagement after rumors and accusations of cheating (on Randall's part). It's clear those efforts went unrealized -- which Lala herself seemed to signal when we recently got her out and about in public.

She wasn't wearing her engagement ring at the time ... and wasn't all that chatty either. If they were indeed working it out -- she sure didn't look like someone who was in on the matter.

Anyway, it's a sad end to their relationship -- they've been together for several years now ... and fiances for 3 of them. He popped the question in 2018 to much fanfare -- asking for her hand in marriage in a club, no less. Their relationship was extensively covered on the show.

Had they actually gotten hitched ... it would've been Randall's second marriage, and Lala's first. He was previously married to Ambyr Childers, whom he divorced from in 2017.

Speaking of Childers, there's a report out claiming Randall's seeking to lower his child support to her -- and that he wants an order requiring he maintain a $50k minimum balance nixed. Randall's attorney tells TMZ ... it's not that he wants child support decreased, but that Childers asked for it to be increased ... which is what was recently denied by a judge.

Scott Disick's getting steamrolled by his ex-GF's mom and all her friends ... as Lisa Rinna reveals what really led up to his breakup with her daughter, Amelia Hamlin.

Lisa spilled the tea during the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reunion ... telling Andy Cohen it was Amelia who broke up with Scott, and not the other way around. The smile and laughter when she said it was pretty telling too.

As for why her 20-year-old daughter ditched the 38-year-old Lord Disick ... LR said Scott didn't help matters with his DM diss of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker.

While Lisa didn't say Amelia had an issue with the age difference ... it's clear it mattered a lot for Lisa and all her 'RHOBH' costars -- who, one-by-one, teed off on Disick dating such a young woman.

Kyle Richards was asked if her pals in the Kardashian family ever confronted her about all the jabs she'd made about Scott. She said they didn't, but admitted, "I did feel bad about it right after, because, you know, I do know all of them."

Ray J is starting a new battle -- that's actually an old one -- even as he's fighting off a nasty case of pneumonia ... he's filed to divorce Princess Love. Again.

Ray's divorce docs -- filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court -- mark the third time the couple's now walked down the divorce aisle. Princess fired the first salvo with her divorce filing in May 2020.

They spent that summer in quarantine, and tried to patch things up, but by September Ray had filed. Since then, the couple's made another attempt at reconciliation -- both moved to Florida with their 2 kids.

As we reported, Ray's been hospitalized this week with pneumonia, but for 2 days doctors were worried he was also dealing with COVID-19 ... and even held him in the hospital's COVID ward.

We spoke to him briefly Wednesday morning, and he was still struggling -- so, the fact he's pushing forward with a divorce at this moment seems like a sign of just how far south things have gone with Princess.

The couple's marriage first hit the rocks in late 2019 when Princess accused Ray of abandoning her and their baby girl, Melody, in Las Vegas. She was also pregnant at the time ... and gave birth to their son, Epik, in January 2020.

Lala Kent sure looks like a single woman on the face of things -- even though we've been told she and her fiancé, Randall Emmett, are technically working things out.

We got the "Vanderpump Rules" star leaving the Beverly Glen Deli in L.A. Tuesday, and obviously ... had to ask about all these stories that she and Randall are dunzo. Despite us having been told otherwise ... it's best to hear it straight from her mouth.

Unfortunately, Lala wasn't really in a chatty mood ... bolting to her car, and rebuffing each question we asked -- from why she scrubbed her IG ... to why she wasn't wearing her engagement ring.

Indeed ... Lala was without the rock Randall gave her when he proposed in 2018 -- and it's not like she was trying to hide her bare finger here. And yet, even on that front ... LK wasn't talking much.

As we reported ... sources close to the couple insist they're trying to save their engagement -- so it's clear they're going through some turbulence ... and perhaps worse based on Lala's interaction with us.
