Lil Xan has one less thing to stress about as he completes rehab treatments ... because we've learned Xan and the St. Louis rapper who threatened him with gun violence are putting their beef behind them.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the criminal investigation into a series of threats against Xan is now closed. We're told Xan's camp and VladHQ had a sit-down ... and afterward informed police there was no desire to pursue criminal charges.

We broke the story ... VladHQ posted a disturbing video threatening Xan before an October performance in St. Louis. He also posted a pic of himself armed and threatened he would show up at the concert -- and that prompted the venue and promoters to cancel the show.

At the time, we were told the feud was over money. Sources close to the situation tell us ... Xan's associates told Vlad he was taking the wrong approach to settle their differences. Once Vlad made it clear he understood ... both sides agreed to squash the beef.

Win, win for both men -- after all, Xan has more immediate issues on his plate.

This is bonkers ... President Trump is using a brick wall the Obamas built outside of their D.C. rental home as justification for his own southern border wall. Seriously.

Trump tweeted out the strange logic Sunday, saying ... "President and Mrs. Obama built/has a ten foot Wall around their D.C. mansion/compound."

He went on to say, "I agree, totally necessary for their safety and security. The U.S. needs the same thing, slightly larger version!"

We broke the story ... construction got underway last year at Barack and Michelle's D.C.-area home -- which they're renting until Sasha graduates -- and a brick wall was being built to fortify the property ... where secret service has been assigned to protect the former First Family.

BTW ... the Obamas are also building an in-ground pool at the pad, as well as a terrace of some sort ... this according to building permits we've obtained.

With all that in mind, it should go without saying ... Trump's rationale makes zero sense here. Also, keep in mind ... the federal government has been partially shut down over this.

Alexander Gustafsson says he's "ready for war" -- telling TMZ Sports he guarantees victory over Jon Jones at UFC 232 on Saturday ... "I will dominate every round."

Alex has been cool, calm and confident despite all the drama surrounding the rematch -- and explains he wasn't surprised when Jones tested positive for PEDs again.

"This guy gets confidence by putting sh*t in his body," Alex says ... "He's always been like that, I'm not surprised."

For his part, Jones denies using steroids for the Gustafsson rematch -- and says he only tested positive for an extremely tiny amount of oral Turinabol which was still in his system from a previous incident.

K. Michelle says she's moving past her beef with Meek Mill and wants him to make the most of his newfound freedom ... but she's not singing the same sweet tune when it comes to Nicki Minaj.

The singer and 'Love & Hip Hop' star sat down with Raquel Harper for a recent episode of "Raq Rants" on BET, and Michelle says she forgives Meek for replacing her with Nicki on their hit song, "Buy A Heart," a decision she considered total betrayal.

Remember, K. Michelle says the song was intended for her ... before it landed on Nicki's record, featuring Meek -- back when they were still banging. KM's always blamed Nicki for shady music biz deals.

Michelle wishes Meek well and encourages him to keep making a positive impact in the community, warning him to stay outta trouble so he doesn't end up back in jail.

As for Nicki ... Michelle says they'll never be friends, because Nicki tried to snatch her Dreamchasers chain.

Michael Rapaport has no business suing anyone for saying he has herpes ... because he himself has said it ... according to the countersuit Barstool Sports just filed against the actor.

Barstool is firing back at Rapaport's September lawsuit against them, saying it's impossible to defame the guy because his reputation's already "so badly tarnished that it cannot be harmed any further." In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Barstool points out Michael commented on a 2015 photo of himself, saying, it "looks like" I have "a herpe."

Of course, the Barstool guys included the photo as an exhibit in their lawsuit.

For the record, Michael said in his lawsuit he "does not suffer from herpes."

Barstool Prez Dave Portnoy told us back in September, Rapaport "claims to be the king of trash talk and then cries when people respond in kind." Now, he's included tons of examples of that in the docs. For example, Barstool calls out Michael for calling a sports show host a "twinkie-eating f**k boy" and a producer for the show a "Long Island Jew."

In the suit, they also include social media posts where MR caught flak for racist comments about 'Real Housewives' star Kenya Moore ... and sexist comments about Fox News host Laura Ingraham. According to the docs, he also called a female sports reporter a "rail thin, no ass ... looking to get piped at an R. Kelly concert ... backstage and at the hotel."

You get their point ... Rapaport's no choir boy, and has said enough vile things to make him defamation-proof.

And, Barstool insists it did NOT breach his contract by firing him -- quite the opposite. In docs, they say his contract included a clause that allowed for his firing if he put Barstool in "public disrepute" with his public comments ... including several about Barstool staffers.

Barstool is suing Rapaport to get back the $400k it paid him.

Kanye West wants to show blood is always thicker than water ... so he hit up Travis Scott's concert to prove it.

Kanye and Kim joined the crowd -- which also included Jay-Z and Beyonce -- at Trav's Astroworld tour stop at The Forum in L.A. Wednesday night ... and Ye looked like he was feeling the music.

This comes just days after Kanye expressed his frustration with Scott -- whom he considers family -- for allowing Drake to "sneak disses" at him on his hit song, "SICKO MODE."

As you'll recall ... Kanye went on a Twitter tirade last week blasting Drake for threatening him and his family, but during the rant he also called out Travis for allowing Drake to diss him on 'SICKO.'

Specifically, Kanye took umbrage with Drake's "checks over stripes" lyrics on Trav's track ... meaning Nike over Adidas. Ye, obviously, is an Adidas man.

Kanye tweeted a day later that he and Travis met up and hashed things out ... but many thought there might be some side beef lingering between the 2.

It looks like Kanye's practicing what he preached, though -- family first and always ... and all's well with the Kardashian family rappers.

Layzie Bone's getting to the root of his beef with Migos after the upstarts declared themselves the biggest group in the world to ever exist. Layzie's issue? Migos lacks R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

Layzie jumped on "TMZ Live" to set the record straight -- Offset and the rest of Migos are talented, but anointing themselves the biggest group ever ignores the path paved by the OGs.

ICYMI ... Offset made his declaration earlier this week, which triggered Layzie to fire back and say Outkast, NWA and the Beastie Boys can arguably lay claim to the title, but Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is right up there with them.

Bobby Brown has declared himself the King of R&B and his first order of business -- trash the guy who thinks he's this generation's title holder.

We got Bobby leaving Via Alloro restaurant in Bev Hills and had to ask about the debate triggered by Jacquees, who claimed the title ... this generation's King of R&B. Bobby got a big yuk out of it.

Bobby makes no bones about it ... anyone who wants the title has to go through him. But, check it out ... he said he's almost turning 50 so it's time to relinquish the title.

Drake isn't taking any chances in his escalating feud with Kanye West -- he's adding extra security outside his SoCal mansion because they live in the same hood!!!

Our sources in Hidden Hills -- where the Wests and Drizzy all lay their heads -- say Drake's crib has at least 2 new guards standing watch outside the gate to his driveway. We're told it's no coincidence the security was added the day after his war with Ye erupted with tweets and an alleged threatening phone call.

If you didn't know, their homes are verrry close to each other -- we're talking just a half-mile. Not much of a buffer zone. In addition to the added muscle, we're told there's an SUV stationed just inside Drake's front gate.

It's interesting ... Kanye claims Drake is the one who started making threats, but Drizzy's the one beefing up his home security.

Floyd Mayweather is wrong when he calls himself THE BEST EVER ... because, according to Sugar Ray Leonard, there's only one guy in that discussion ... the great Muhammad Ali.

A little backstory here ... Mayweather and Leonard ain't exactly the best of friends, having exchanged several barbs over the years over boxing, and the fact the Sugar Ray KO'd Floyd Sr.

The two men even reportedly traded insults IN PERSON once ... with Floyd reminding Leonard he's TBE, and Leonard telling Floyd he'd KO him just like he did his father.

Even still ... Sugar Ray has always been complimentary of Floyd as a boxer, so when we got him out in NYC we thought it was fair to ask him if Money has a legit claim to calling himself TBE.

"Muhammad Ali. Without question."

Tyrese is weighing in on Kanye West and Drake's beef and wants to know -- how you gonna act like that? And on social media, no less!!!

We got the singer leaving Avra Friday in Bev Hills and he says there's no reason for Kanye and Drake to be feuding on Twitter when "they live literally 2 blocks from each other." If anyone knows about beefing with someone on social media and how bad of a look that is, it's Tyrese.

Remember ... Tyrese went after The Rock for being selfish. When the dust settled ... Tyrese was the first one to publicly say beefing was straight-up unprofessional.

8:05 AM PT -- We just got Kanye out in NYC, and he's a LOT less chatty than he was Thursday night on Twitter. We asked him about the threats Drake made and he flashed us a big smile before sprinting to his car.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian claim Drake has threatened to hurt their family -- and they're warning the rapper that if anything happens ... there will be hell to pay.

Long story short ... Kanye claims Drake called him on the phone Thursday and threatened physical harm.

"You threatened the safety of me and my family," Kanye posted on Twitter ... adding, "Never threaten north saint and Chicago’s dad bro."

Kim Kardashian entered the fray at 2:30 AM on Friday morning -- saying, "Drake Never threaten my husband or our family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake."

She added, "My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world."

So, how did this whole thing start?

Kanye posted a screenshot of his phone on Thursday that allegedly showed that someone from Drakes's team had reached out to clear one of Ye's songs for a project.

Kanye was upset because Drake has taken shots at him in various tracks recently -- yet still reached out to use his music -- and Kanye felt Drake was being a fraud.

Then, the Twitter storm began ... with Kanye going off on his issues with Drake.

"Been trying to meet with you for 6 months bro," Kanye said ... " You sneak dissing on [Travis Scott] records and texting [Kris Jenner] talking bout how’s the family."

Kanye says Drake eventually called him to talk Thursday night -- but it didn't go well.

"Drake called trying to threatened me."

Kanye then issued this warning -- "So drake if anything happens to me or anyone from my family you are the first suspect. So cut the tough talk."

Kanye said Drake is running around like he's 2Pac with no regard for human life or Kanye's family and acting like he's a hardcore gangster.

"You trying to be a bully. I never been bullied in my life and I never will be. That’s why I made it this far in a pink polo."

Despite the anger, Kanye tried to issue an olive branch at one point -- "I’m Ye bro Remember that I love you I would never intentionally hurt you That’s what I’ve been saying to you."

"You would be so sad if anything ever happened to me."

"I’m up for talking. We need to show all of these fans that black men can@talk without someone ending up dead or in jail."

"You are disrespectful to all people with mental health conditions so this is an opportunity for growth."

Drake hasn't said much publicly -- only posting some emojis on Instagram showing some crying/laughing faces.

Kanye has seemingly calmed down and is now at a meeting at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co.

Guessing this situation ain't going away any time soon.

Farrah Abraham has sage advice for Bristol Palin -- leave "Teen Mom" if she can't handle how she's being portrayed ... as a Farrah wannabe.

We got Farrah out Thursday at LAX and she bristled at Bristol's verbal attack this week, when she blasted MTV ... "All they want with my little segment each week is some fake fill-in Farrah Abraham/Jerry Springer BS."

Bristol griped that the program fails to showcase her work ethic -- a single mother who juggles parenting 3 kids all by her lonesome.

Farrah -- who was initially shocked when MTV picked Bristol -- says it all boils down to 2 things ... she's not cut out for reality TV.

Oh, thing 2 is jealousy.

Tommy and Brandon Lee seem to have made up ... after an ugly 2018 between the father and son that began with Brandon knocking him out during an argument.

The Motley Crue drummer shared a photo around midnight of the 2 embracing, captioned simply ... "I love you son." Brandon also posted a video of his dad with him in the studio late Wednesday night ... it looked like they were having a good time.

It's unclear what led to the reconciliation, but it's quite a surprise considering the physical attack that went down in March followed by a criminal investigation ... and a nasty war of words.

As we reported ... the father-son beef culminated when Brandon coldcocked Tommy in the middle of the night, claiming it was self-defense because his dad was drunk. The knockout came on the heels of Tommy taking a shot at Brandon's mom, Pam Anderson, on social media.

Tommy shared a photo of his injuries after the knockout punch, saying he gave his kid everything and he still turned on him.

Cops launched a battery investigation after the incident, but the case was ultimately rejected by the D.A. because Tommy chose not to cooperate.

Still, the 2 continued to go at each other on social media -- especially on Father's Day -- suggesting they were far away from having a loving relationship again.

But, as they say ... time heals all wounds. Or, maybe Brandon just doesn't want to miss Tommy's upcoming wedding.

Christian Yelich REALLY hated Manny Machado when the two played in the NLCS this fall ... but the MVP says he's willing to squash the beef under one condition.

IF MANNY SIGNS WITH THE BREWERS!!!

You'll remember ... Christian went off on Manny after the Dodgers star banged into Yelich's teammate at first base while running out a grounder in the October series ... callin' Manny "a dirty player."

"It's a dirty play by a dirty player," Yelich said at the time ... "That's what it is."

Fast forward to this week -- with the sweepstakes to land Manny in free agency at an all-time high -- and Christian was singin' a little bit of a different tune to TMZ Sports.

"Listen, emotions run high in those series, things happen," Yelich said at the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year ceremony at The Beverly Hilton in L.A.

"If we ended up crossing paths -- being on the same team again -- I'm sure we'd be able to work that out no problem."

Bad news for Yelich, Milwaukee and fans of beef-squashers?? Machado reportedly ain't interested in playin' for the Brew Crew.

Canelo Alvarez is sick of trading insults with Floyd Mayweather -- he wants to trade punches ... telling TMZ Sports the time has come for the two to finally get back in the ring.

Just this week, Floyd trashed Canelo again -- saying he was an "old man" (at 36) when he beat Alvarez back in 2013 ... claiming Canelo was "some of the easiest work I had."

So, when we spoke with Alvarez on Tuesday, we asked if he had a response.

"The truth is I have nothing to say to him," Canelo told us ... "He’s bothered and I don’t know why. In reality, he said he was old, but I was too young for that fight."

"Those are just arguments that he can have and that I can have as well. It looks like it’s getting to him."

Canelo says a rematch would not only be great for boxing, but also for Floyd's bank account -- the insinuation from Alvarez is Mayweather ain't exactly as rich as he claims to be.

And, how would the rematch go? Much different than the first fight ...

"I’m different now, I have more experience and more confidence in the ring and it would be a different result, I can assure you of that and it would be a better fight and I know that the public would walk away very happy from wherever in the world that they’re watching."

In the meantime, Canelo is gearing up to fight Rocky Fielding this weekend on DAZN -- and Fielding tells us he's ready for war.
