Dillon Danis has finally been served ... after dodging and weaving a process server for over a week, the fighter/online troll was officially notified Nina Agdal was suing him, and TMZ Sports has video.

It all went down Monday morning outside the Jersey City (NJ) building where the 30-year-old fighter lives.

The process server was waiting for Dillon ... and when he approached with two buddies, the guy said "I have a document for you, Mr. Danis," as he attempted to hand a brown envelope to the fighter.

But, Dillon refused, responding ... "That's not me," as the men walked towards the doors to his building. The PS was told he couldn't go inside, so he placed the document on the floor.

Danis and process servers had been playing a game of cat and mouse for days, with Dillon even pretending he was in North Korea. He also posted images and surveillance video of unsuccessful servers who were waiting for him.

Of course, we broke the story earlier this month ... Agdal, whose fiancé Logan Paul is fighting Danis on October 14, filed a lawsuit and restraining order against Dillon, claiming he was incessantly bullying and trolling her online (250+ times).

In her suit, Agdal says she's suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm ... and even claims Danis broke State and Federal law on one occasion when he allegedly gained access to a private video on her phone.

Now that Danis has been served, he'll have 21 days to answer the complaint, per New Jersey law.

Savage Garden lead singer Darren Hayes is ready to turn the page on his marriage -- after splitting up with his hubby, Richard Cullen, earlier this year ... he has now officially filed for divorce.

Hayes filed his dissolution docs Monday in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.

Darren and Richard have been together for a long time. They first got hitched way back in 2005, entered a civil partnership the year after ... and then got married again (here in the States) in 2013 to celebrate gay rights.

They have no children together, but presumably share a lot of other assets ... which will get divvied up as the divorce moves along.

Darren announced he and Richard were separating back in May, writing .... "After 17 years of marriage to the best person I have ever met, Richard and I have chosen to accept that our union has gently and beautifully come to rest. In honour of this realization, we separated earlier this year and have been supporting each other emotionally throughout this massive change in our lives."

He also addressed any speculation as to why they're going their separate ways, saying ... "Because people will ask, let me answer the ugly questions to get them out of the way forever - no, there's no scandal to report, no infidelity, guilty or third party."

¡Nos dicen que Valentina no tenía ni idea de la fiesta, por lo que fue un secreto súper bien guardado, sobre todo que su familia estuviera presente!

Para su información, este fue un fin de semana de torbellino para la pareja, quien también estuvo disfrutando de la Copa NASCAR Series en Tennessee el sábado, donde J lanzó su zapatilla en colaboración con Nike Jordan, antes de volar a Miami.

The Colombian artist rented out a massive villa -- over 7,000 square feet -- on the Miami Beach waterfront for his boo, Valentina Ferrer's, 30th bday Sunday night ... with about 35 people showing up to celebrate, including her family.

We're told he flew her parents, siblings and other family members out from Argentina for the big day -- their 2-year-old son, Rio, was also in attendance but likely didn't party as hard as the rest of them.

The food was another highlight ... J Balvin hired a private chef from Colombia who put together a spread of Argentinian meats to enjoy. There was also a DJ bumping beats throughout the night  -- and no, JB unfortunately took the night off and didn't perform.

We're told Valentina had no idea about the party, so it was a well-kept secret ... especially getting her whole fam to show up!

FYI, it was a whirlwind weekend for the couple ... they were enjoying the NASCAR Cup Series in Tennessee Saturday where J launched his shoe collab with Nike Jordan before jetting over to Miami.

People might've thought they were seeing Tina Turner's ghost last week in London, but it was just Kanye West's wife doing her best imitation ... with her own unique spin.

Bianca Censori turned heads for London Fashion Week Friday as she and hubby showed up at the Mowalola SS24 catwalk show. Ye himself was dressed down, going for a subdued all-black look with his head completely covered. But BC ... well, she was baring it all.

Take a look ... she's wearing some kind of burlap body suit that shows off a lot of leg and a lot of her ass, too.

It's not quite as risqué as some of the outfits she's been wearing in Italy lately -- where her boobs were on full display in very sheer tops -- so we suppose it's a step forward in that regard.

The big takeaway from Friday's getups, however, wasn't even on her body ... it was perched on top of her head. She was wearing some sort of mane-like headdress that ran down her back and completely covered her eyes. Indeed, SIA would blush over this one.

It's certainly a fashion statement, no doubt, and you can bet KW had a hand in dressing her.

We got the "Botched" and 'RHOC' stars in Century City and they told our photog his medical crisis helped get the word out about recognizing symptoms of strokes ... and they're getting messages from thankful families.

Terry and Heather say they're being flooded with messages from people who say they learned from them the importance of acting quickly when someone exhibits the signs of a stroke ... and it's literally saved lives.

TMZ broke the story ... Terry started slurring his speech when he was out to dinner with his family, and Heather insisted he go to a hospital ... with Terry reluctantly going after some drama.

Terry's since done a deep dive into strokes and he says people have an hour window to get medical treatment ... and if they act quickly enough, they can reverse the effects of a stroke.

It's pretty incredible ... Terry says based on the averages, he's estimating he and Heather are going to help save thousands of lives with their experience and messaging.

Adele may be a married woman again -- at least that's what the Internet thinks, yet again, after she gave her boyfriend, Rich Paul, a very significant promotion in the title department.

The singer was doing her Vegas residency show Saturday, and per usual ... she was going around chopping it up with her audience, weaving in and out of rows of seats and interviewing folks on the spot Oprah-style. What else is new, right?

However, this time around -- a slip of the tongue appears to have befallen Adele ... 'cause when a female fan asked if she could marry her, Adele said she was already hitched.

Check it out -- Adele turns this woman's marriage proposal down in hilarious fashion ... saying she's straight, and not just that, but that her "husband" was in the crowd and probably wouldn't appreciate it. She didn't say Rich's name -- but he's the only dude she's seeing.

It's unclear if Adele simply misspoke here, or if she did actually say "I do" the famous basketball agent -- who reps the likes of LeBron James and tons of other NBA stars.

We do know that Adele has spoken glowingly of Rich Paul since they first got together a couple years ago. She's even gone so far as to say she's the happiest she's ever been in a relationship with him ... so, it's easy to see her walking down the aisle with him.

This is far from the first time people have speculated on where things are between Rich and Adele. There's already been a first wave of marriage rumors dating back to last September ... when eagle-eyed fans noticed a book at her house that a title of "The Pauls."

As you probably know, the Republican firebrand has railed on drag shows, worrying that children might somehow be influenced to do something, although she's never been specific.

It's the latest twist in a nutty tale. As we reported, Boebert was ejected from the "Beetlejuice" performance in Denver, after vaping (something she denied but is as clear as day in the surveillance video), signing, disrupting and talking trash to other audience members.

In another video, you see Gallagher pawing Boebert's breast and Boebert groping his crotch.

And, as we told you, on their way out of the theatre, she flipped off an usher.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are married again!!! They went back to the scene of the OG nuptials and recommitted.

Chrissy and John dressed to the 9's Saturday and renewed their vows in Lake Como .... where they tied the knot 10 years ago.

This time around, they brought a gaggle of kids ... Luna, Miles, Esti and Wren, who's only 3 months.

Even the kids sported their finest duds, including Miles, who wore a mini version of dad's tux.

They've been together way longer than their marriage. John and Chrissy hooked up in 2006 -- 17 years ago -- meeting on the set of one of John's music videos.

The actor was approached by a pap Saturday in NYC, where he got peppered with questions about his separation from Deborra-lee Furness -- whom Hugh has been married to for the last 27 years ... and which came out of nowhere Friday in a shock announcement.

Check out what he had to say about it in person ... the videographer was wondering what sort of personal growth he and Deborra-lee would be pursuing -- something they alluded to in their remarks -- and Hugh actually gave the guy the time of day, in a very polite way.

For starters, HJ says he doesn't feel right discussing the matter right then and there in an impromptu interview -- which is fair. He says he appreciates the photog's thoughts, but when the guy pushes a bit further ... Hugh says flat out, they're going through a hard time.

The pap pivots to "Deadpool 3" and asks when he thinks they might be able to resume filming -- and Hugh says as soon as they're allowed to ... referencing the ongoing strike.

Like we said ... he couldn't have been more graceful here. Considering how personal of a situation it is and Hugh's private nature -- he handled this interaction as well as possible.

Hugh and Debora-lee were one of these longtime couples who everyone thought would stand the test of time ... but as we've seen a lot this year already, some of the sturdiest relationships in Hollywood are seeing their end.

Ashton Kutcher is stepping down as chairman of the board at the anti-child sex abuse organization he started with his ex-wife Demi Moore -- it's the latest blowback from a letter of support he wrote for Danny Masterson.

Ashton is leaving Thorn, the org he co-founded in 2012, and so is his wife Mila Kunis, who was an observer on the organization's board of directors.

They're departing due to public outrage over the letters they wrote to the judge who sentenced Masterson, their fellow "That '70s Show Star" who was convicted of raping 2 women. The letters were written to inform the judge about Danny's character -- in their eyes -- to help the judge decide on a sentence, but it blew up in their faces.

Ashton's resignation letter to Thorn's board, obtained by TIME, explains ... "Victims of sexual abuse have been historically silenced and the character statement I submitted is yet another painful instance of questioning victims who are brave enough to share their experiences."

He continues ... "After my wife and I spent several days of listening, personal reflection, learning, and conversations with survivors and the employees and leadership at Thorn, I have determined the responsible thing for me to do is resign as Chairman of the Board, effectively immediately."

Ashton adds,  "I cannot allow my error in judgment to distract from our efforts and the children we serve."

He also apologized for letting down sexual assault victims and other advocates, writing ... "The mission must always be the priority and I want to offer my heartfelt apology to all victims of sexual violence and everyone at Thorn who I hurt by what I did. And to the broader advocacy community, I am deeply sorry."

AK testified before Congress a few years back, passionately laying out his mission to protect abuse victims ... and video of his impassioned speech is now being scrutinized in the wake of his Masterson defense.
