GOSPEL SINGER KELLY PRICE Seems to Weigh In Herself Reposts Message, She's Not 'Missing'

Published
UPDATE

1:03 PM PT -- It looks like Kelly Price is finally speaking for herself on her mysterious situation -- and she seems to be putting to bed theories that she's unaccounted for ... albeit, in someone else's words.

UPDATE

Price posted an update on her Instagram Story Saturday, which appears to directly speak to whether she's missing or not. Based on what she has up there, it sounds like she's doing alright ... but still battling COVID.

UPDATE
UPDATE

It's a repost from another person's IG Story, who writes ... "Just spoke to @mskellyprice she is recovering with her supportive partner. She sounds strong. I hope this fabrication can stop and she is able to heal." Underneath that caption is a headline about Price's sister disputing her attorney's claim that she's fine.

UPDATE

The fact Kelly's weighing in now might just be the nail in the coffin here -- she's essentially saying, I'm here. As for whether she's speaking to her family or not ... that's another story.

Gospel singer Kelly Price is NOT missing and is safe, at least according to her attorney.

Monica Ewing, Kelly's rep, tells TMZ ... the singer is continuing to recover from COVID at an undisclosed location.

We're told Kelly's legal rep reached out to Cobb County police to notify law enforcement Kelly is accounted for ... even though she's now listed as missing with the National Crime Information Center.

TMZ broke the story ... Georgia officials say Kelly has been listed as a missing person, following last weekend's welfare check conducted at her home.

I GOT THE BUG

Before going missing, Kelly revealed in July she had COVID and was battling symptoms, and her family says she was eventually admitted to a hospital and ended up in the ICU.

Kelly's family told us her kids recently got a call that she was discharged, which surprised them because she was apparently not fully out of the woods.

The family says Kelly has gone radio silent and they told police her boyfriend is allegedly keeping her children from visiting her home ... and it led the fam to have cops conduct a welfare check.

We asked Ewing to clarify why Price had seemingly been ignoring her family and what her current status was with her fiancé, Ewing reiterated Kelly is safe and recovering from COVID and is trying to get well and will further address the story later.

Kelly Clarkson Officially Divorced

Published | Updated

Kelly Clarkson has been a single woman for nearly 2 months, TMZ has learned, but a clerical error has thrown everyone off the scent.

Brandon Blackstock's lawyer, Samantha Spector, filed legal docs which lays out what has been decided so far in the divorce and what issues remain. There's a notation in the docs, saying the actual divorce will become final on 1-7-2022. That obviously makes it seem like Kelly and Brandon are still married.

We've learned this was a screw-up by the clerk, who mistakenly wrote 1-7-2022. In fact, Kelly and Brandon have been divorced since August 3. We're told the clerk is correcting the mistake.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge has already upheld the prenup -- something Brandon was aggressively contesting. There was a trial and the judge said Brandon signed it fair and square. That said, the property issues should be fairly easy to resolve, although in a nasty divorce -- which this is -- nothing should be taken for granted.

Kelly's income is separate, and considerable ... she earns $1.9 million a month. Brandon makes $10k a month.

The judge has awarded Kelly primary custody of their 2 kids on a temporary basis. As we reported, Brandon is living at the former couple's ranch in Montana and Kelly is with the kids in L.A. BTW, because the prenup has been upheld, the ranch is owned by Kelly, and she wants Brandon out, but he's still there.

21 Savage Charged with Gun, Drug Possession Stemming from ICE Case

Published | Updated

21 Savage's notorious ICE case from 2019 is circling back again ... the rapper's now facing gun and drugs charges in connection with the original incident with ICE agents.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office ... Savage is facing 2 new charges related to his arrest in Atlanta back in Feb. 2019 -- possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a gun.

The rapper turned himself in to authorities Thursday and bonded out right away. According to 21's lawyer, Charles Kuck, this is a state law charge related to his incident with ICE 2.5 years ago.

Kuck tells us, "Last night’s manufactured charges are yet another example of how our justice system, from ICE down to the local level, unjustly targets young Black men who seek to exercise their rights. There is no legitimate basis for these charges nor for ICE’s continued antics, and we will fight until Mr. Joseph is justly vindicated.”

As we reported back then ... Savage was arrested and placed in ICE custody because it was discovered that his visa expired and he's been here illegally for years. ICE is still trying to deport Savage to England ... something the rapper has been fighting.

What TMZ has now learned, is that during the Feb. 2019 arrest ... authorities allege 21 threw a bottle of liquid that had codeine in it out of his car, and a handgun was found inside the vehicle.

Hence, he's now been formally charged with drug and gun possession as his upcoming hearing in immigration court approaches. It's set for November.

As we first told you ... Savage's career was essentially derailed by the ICE case, and it seems like it's far from being wrapped up.

Wendy Williams Hospitalized for Psychiatric Evaluation ... Show Premiere Delayed

Published | Updated

Wendy Williams was taken to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation one day before it was announced that the new season of her show would be delayed due to COVID issues ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Wendy tell us the talk show host was voluntarily admitted to an NYC hospital Tuesday for a psych evaluation. Our sources say Wendy has struggled with mental health issues for some time, so this was not a big shock.

On top of that, Wendy does have COVID, but she's asymptomatic, and doctors continue to monitor her physical health as well.

It's uncertain when she'll be released, but we're told her mental health continues to improve each day. And, our sources say, her COVID is still in check with no real symptoms.

Wendy's 13th season was set to premiere Sept. 20, but that's been pushed to Oct. 4.

However, last week producers revealed she was dealing with "ongoing health issues" and would not be able to make it to promotional activities as she was being evaluated.

We've reached out to Williams' team ... so far, no word back.

Kevin Hart & Mark Wahlberg Crew Member Suffers Horrific Fall on Netflix Set

Published | Updated

A crew member working on the set of an upcoming Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg Netflix film suffered a horrific fall, with injuries so serious, paramedics were forced to use a defibrillator to get a heartbeat back.

LAFD sources tell TMZ, paramedics got a call for a "long fall" at Sunset Gower Studios just after 7 AM. A fire dept. source told us, a 38-year-old male fell from a catwalk about 60-80 feet in the air and did not appear to have been wearing a safety device ... he had fractures to his legs and arms. A production source says the fall was around 30 feet.

Our fire dept. sources say when paramedics arrived, the man didn't have a pulse and on-set medical workers were performing CPR. LAFD first responders used a defibrillator multiple times to get a heartbeat. A fire dept. official tells TMZ, when they arrived his condition was "grave" but after they got a heartbeat it was upgraded to "critical."

The patient was rushed to a nearby hospital, and a production source tells us at the time of this post, the person is being treated. We do not know his current condition.

The circumstances leading up to the accident are unclear. We do know the crew member was working on the production of the movie, "Me Time."

We've reached out to Sunset Gower Studios for comment ... so far, no word back.

Broncos' Bradley Chubb Mugshot Released Following Arrest

Published | Updated

You're looking at Bradley Chubb's mugshot ... taken shortly after the Denver Broncos star was arrested (albeit briefly) for failing to show up to court for several traffic violations.

TMZ Sports obtained the booking photos for the 25-year-old, 2018 1st-round draft pick ... and the LB understandably looks pretty bummed.

Chubb was supposed to be in a Colorado court on Monday ... to face charges stemming from a May 6 traffic stop where cops say he was driving with a suspended or revoked license (misdemeanor restraint) and without valid tags.

However, the Broncos' 5th overall pick never showed up to the courthouse, so a failure-to-appear warrant was issued.

The next morning (Tuesday), Chubb was stopped for a minor traffic infraction. When cops ran his name, they discovered the warrant and took him into custody, before bringing him to the Douglas County Detention Center.

Bond was set at $250 (not an issue for Chubb, who signed a $27+ million deal in 2018) ... before he posted the money and was released.

The Broncos released a statement on the arrest, saying ... "We are aware of the matter, which was related to an unresolved traffic citation that has now been addressed."

Scott Disick Breaks Up With Amelia Hamlin ... Dispute Over Who Pulled the Plug

Published | Updated
UPDATE

10:01 AM PT -- Sources close to Amelia tell TMZ, SHE is the one who broke up with him, not vice versa. We're told Amelia had it once Scott sent that DM to Younes about Kourtney. One source said, "The breakup was coming, but the Younes DM was the final straw."

Scott Disick is a single man again ... he and his 20-year-old girlfriend, Amelia Hamlin, are no more.

Sources close to Scott tell TMZ ... things had been falling apart between Scott and Amelia for weeks and over the holiday weekend, they officially ended things.

Our sources say Scott is the one who called it quits ... we're told it wasn't anything personal, he just didn't see a future with Amelia long-term, and didn't want to keep wasting his time or hers.

The breakup, of course, comes on the heels of Scott mocking his ex, Kourtney Kardashian's, PDA pics with Travis Barker to her ex, Younes Benjima, and getting called out by Younes.

Our sources say while the timing of the split is suspicious, they say it didn't have any impact on Scott's decision to pull the plug.

It's interesting ... Amelia shaded Scott over the weekend, posting a pic of her in a tank top with the inscription, "Don't you have a girlfriend?"

We last saw Scott and Amelia out on a date at Nobu Malibu last month. They started dating last fall following his breakup with Sofia Richie.

Always waiting for Scott's next move.

SURPRISE IS OUT

We're about to find out if Olivia Jade's a real dancer ... she's joining the star-studded cast of "Dancing with the Stars."

The daughter of Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli will be back into the public eye in a big way for season 30 of the popular celebrity dance competition. We were outside the rehearsal studio Tuesday and got a woman in a visor -- who looked like Olivia -- being escorted inside.

Though the official cast will not be announced until next week, we've confirmed the woman in the visor was, in fact, Olivia. It appears her partner will be Val Chmerkovskiy.

Jade -- who was a big YouTube star well before she got embroiled in the college admissions controversy -- will join the likes of JoJo Siwa, Kenya Moore, Olympic gymnast Suni Lee and many more celebs on the upcoming season.

JoJo's making history as the first contestant to be part of a same-sex pairing, which she tells us will give her a leg up on the competition. We're almost certain her partner will be Jenna Johnson.

DWTS is clearly tryin' to young up its audience.

John Schneider Schneider Studios Hit by Ida ... He's Fine, Asks For Help

Published | Updated

John Schneider's production studio lot in Louisiana has been ravaged by Hurricane Ida, and while his life was spared, the actor needs some help.

The 'Dukes of Hazzard' star's movie/TV magic sanctuary in Holden, LA got torn up this week as Ida continues to rip through the area. Among the casualties on his property was a massive tree that toppled over, crashing down onto his orange "General Lee" stunt car.

Don't worry ... it ain't John's one and only -- he has several models on hand.

John's rep tells us he's doing just fine, but was off the grid for a while due to bad cell service ... he's leaving for Nashville in just a few hours.

With that said ... JS uploaded a video that's pretty sad to watch considering the devastation he -- and thousands of other Louisianans -- are going through right now. He's asking the public to give him a hand by going to his studio store and buying merch ... which is gonna go a long way to getting the place up and running again.

It's clear ... no one is impervious to the wreckage of this natural disaster -- not even Bo.

Offset Rings the NASDAQ Bell in NYC ... To Celebrate RSVR's IPO

Published | Updated

Offset is going from Main Street to Wall Street -- and he's doing it with his wifey by his side ... as they celebrate their music publishing company going public.

The rapper couple was on hand Monday at the NYSE in Times Square to do the honors of ringing the opening bell. Well, Offset did anyway ... but Cardi B was right there too for moral support. They posed for some photo-ops too as they hyped their new venture.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

If you hadn't heard, Offset and the Migos' music catalog now belongs to Reservoir Media -- or RSVR -- which has snapped up a ton of masters and rights for a variety of artists in recent months, this as they were ramping up for an IPO last month.

The company hit the exchange in July, but now -- a month later -- the Wall Street heads invited Offset, Cardi and other Reservoir investors for a belated celebration ... and let 'em have some fun with the age-old bell-ringing tradition in the process.

HANDLIN' MY BUSINESS

We got Offset on his way out, and he made it pretty clear that this is something he's excited to be a part of -- not just because it's one the first female-led businesses of its kind to put itself out there, but because there's something in it for him and other musicians.

The idea behind Reservoir, it seems, is putting the power of publishing and control back into the actual artists' hands, and based on what Offset says here ... he's all about that.

Good stuff ... and pretty wild to see worlds colliding like this. Congrats!!!

'Lone Star Law' Game Warden Dead at 43 From COVID

Published | Updated

Sgt. Chris Wilson, a game warden from Texas who appeared in the reality TV show "Lone Star Law," is dead after losing his battle with coronavirus ... TMZ has confirmed.

A rep for the Department tells TMZ, "Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Game Warden Sgt. Christopher Ray Wilson passed away August 26 after a valiant battle against health complications related to COVID-19."

Sgt. Wilson, who worked for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for 17 years, had been hospitalized at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center after testing positive for the virus.

Chris appeared in a lone episode of "Lone Star Law" back in 2016, serving a search warrant with other game wardens and Captain Scott Jurk.

The Dept. paid homage to Chris, saying, "Sgt. Wilson proudly served Texas as a State Game Warden with great purpose, pride and dedication. His End of Watch leaves a hole in the hearts of many who knew him. The State of Texas is grateful beyond words, for the dignity, strength and sacrifice of his service. Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time."

A rep for Animal Planet tells TMZ, "Our deepest sympathy goes out to Chris' family and loved ones at this difficult time."

Other Texas game wardens escorted Chris' remains to a mortuary in town late Thursday, and they're standing watch outside the funeral home while his body is being prepped for a funeral.

Chris was 43. RIP

Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively Donate $10K to Hope for Haiti ... To Boost Quake Relief Efforts

Published

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are chipping in to help those in the hardest-hit areas of Haiti following the devastating earthquake earlier this month.

TMZ's learned the couple sent a donation of $10,000 to Hope for Haiti to aid in the country's quake relief efforts, which has been an ongoing struggle in Southwestern Haiti since the 7.2-magnitude quake hit on August 14.

We're told Blake and Ryan's donation will be used to set up mobile clinics in the communities where there's the most need, as determined by the Ministry of Health.

In addition ... the org will use the money to cover distribution costs to continue to deliver dry food and warm meals -- donated by World Central Kitchen -- to families in these hard-hit areas in Southern Haiti.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

There's also a big push to get emergency kits packed up and distributed soon ... so more donations are needed. The good news is Hope for Haiti is awaiting some big shipments of emergency relief and medical supplies from large U.S. companies like Amazon and Americares very soon, but distributing to those who need them remains a challenge.

Sadly, the death toll from the Aug. 14 earthquake has topped 2,200 with a few hundred still missing, but with help coming in from around the world ... hopefully it can be stopped from rising.

Aerosmith It's Amazing ... Strikes Deal to Get All Their Masters

Published | Updated

Aerosmith's not going to miss a thing -- at least when it comes to their masters -- because the legendary rock band's new deal with Universal Music Group means they'll soon have ownership of all their master recordings.

If you haven't heard ... UMG just announced it will be the home of Aerosmith's entire recorded catalog ahead of their 50th anniversary, and will house the band's future music projects and help develop other ventures to celebrate their history.

Since the group was founded in the early '70s, it's gone back and forth between the hands of Sony and Universal ... and it's slated to get all of its masters from Sony in 2022.

However, despite the huge news with UMG, there was no deal in place for the band to get their masters back from Universal, for songs recorded during their time with that record label ... tracks such as "Dude Looks Like a Lady," "Crazy," "Amazing," "Crying," "Janie’s Got a Gun" and "Livin’ On The Edge."

That's where Aerosmith's manager, Larry Rudolph, stepped up and made some expert negotiations with UMG to make it happen.

We're told he met with some execs there and worked out a deal where UMG would get the right to distribute the ENTIRE Aerosmith catalog -- including its Sony songs -- and in return ... Aerosmith will gain the rights to their masters from their time with Universal Music.

The upshot -- Aerosmith will make 3 times what they're currently getting for their catalog of hits.

Ya gotta think that'll give the band some sweet emotion.

Ben and Jen Takin' The Fam to 'Hamilton' ... Nice Blend with Dash of PDA!!!

LEAVING 'HAMILTON' SATISFIED
UPDATE

9:59 AM PT -- Not that we needed more evidence, but this video we just got shows how much these 2 are into each other.

UPDATE

As soon as the curtain came down on "Hamilton," Ben and Jen were kissing (safely through their masks), and Ben's arms were wrapped around J Lo as they waited to exit the theater.

UPDATE

An audience member says they walked in right before the lights went down, so most people didn't even notice they were there.

Ben Affleck and J Lo took yet another step forward Friday night, as they took their brood to learn about the Constitution and the Founding Fathers ... AKA "Hamilton."

Ben and Jen were out in Hollywood, along with Affleck's daughters, Violet and Seraphina, and J Lo's kids, Max and Emme. Ben's 9-year-old son, Samuel, didn't come along for the ride.

They took a trek to the Pantages Theatre ... giving other theatre-goers a choice ... watch the play or do some rubbernecking in their seats to catch a glimpse of Ben and Jen.

Also along for the ride ... Ben's mom. We know Ben has spent time with J Lo's mom, Guadalupe, when they were in Vegas, so now the circle is complete.

It seems only a matter of time until they seal the deal. They're already looking for houses -- who are we kidding, massive estates -- as they house-hunt all over L.A.

071521_ben_affleck_jlo_kal 7/15/21
HAPPILY HOUSE HUNTIN'

Ben took his 3 kids to the Century City Mall earlier in the day ... so Friday was mingle-with-the-crowds day in L.A.

J Lo is clearly making L.A. home base. She already has a house in Bel Air, and she's been looking at schools for her kids ... including the school that Seraphina attends.

J Lo and Ben have been inseparable since hooking back up a few months back. They sailed the seas of Europe last month to celebrate J Lo's 52nd birthday. This week they reunited after Ben's 49th.

This is undeniably on the fast track.

The piece is wild -- it's got autographs from McGregor, Mayweather, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Steph Curry, Errol Spence Jr., Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Chloe Kim on it ... and Leaf Trading Cards says it's the only one of its kind ever created.

TMZ Sports has learned bidding on the card at Goldin Auctions just began this week -- and we're told the expectation is for it to ultimately sell later this month for somewhere around $20,000!!

And, given the names on the piece -- and how Giannis' star has absolutely exploded this summer -- seems like a pretty great price to us.

As for how the card was obtained ... we're told someone actually pulled it in a box break -- which, yeah, talk about great luck.

The card was given an 8 grade by Beckett ... with a perfect 10 for its sharp corners.

Auction ends in 9 days ... happy bidding!

Christina Haack Check Out My New $10 Mil Mansion!!!

Christina Haack just dropped more than $10 million on a brand new mansion in Orange County ... and the place is palatial.

Ya gotta see Christina's new digs in Dana Point ... it's 6,084-square-feet of luxury, decked out with a movie theater, game room and backyard with panoramic views of the Pacific. If scenery's not your thing, there's also a pool, spa and fire pit back there.

The estate is tucked away in a gated community and it's got 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with indoor and outdoor dining areas and a chef's kitchen.

The "Flip or Flop" star closed the deal on her new pad July 7, throwing down a cool $10.3 million.

Our sources tell us Christina is making updates to the house to personalize it to her aesthetic ... and we're told she's mostly focusing on the kitchen and bathrooms.

TMZ broke the story ... Christina recently unloaded the Newport Beach home she shared with her ex-husband, Ant Anstead, for $5.35 million, and at the time, our sources told us she wanted to move closer to the coast and find a place with an ocean view.

Check out the gallery ... Christina made it happen, and then some.
