Chloe Sevigny is about to go on the ride of her life ... motherhood, 'cause she's expecting her first baby!!!

The "American Horror Story" star and her man, Sinisa Mackovic, were spotted out Monday in NYC showing PDA and looking really excited about their first child together. They held hands, kissed, laughed and Sinisa even rubbed her belly for good luck ... or possibly because of love and stuff.

The Oscar-nominated actress -- who just wrapped on the upcoming HBO mini-series, "We Are Who We Are" -- is about 5 months into what is, technically, considered a geriatric pregnancy.

For those not in the know, that sounds worse than it is. Doctors slap that label on most expectant moms over 35. Chloe's 45, but that's not nearly as risky as it used to be. Remember, Janet Jackson was 50 when she gave birth for the first time.

Chloe and proud papa-to-be Sinisa -- the director of Karma Art Gallery in NYC -- have been together for more than a year.

Luka Magnotta's mom is convinced her son didn't act alone when he killed kittens on camera ... she says the mysterious "Manny" was involved, and evidence is being ignored!!!

The convicted murderer's mother, Anna Yourkin, tells TMZ ... she firmly believes the third hand lurking in Luka's infamous cat-killing video belongs to none other than Emanuel "Manny" Lopez ... a position Luka has strongly maintained.

Anna says Canadian cops and Interpol are ignoring one crucial piece of evidence from Netflix's explosive docu-series on Luka, "Don't F**k With Cats" -- the third hand in the frame when Luka allows a python to devour a kitty.

Luka claims Manny forced him to kill the feline, but the Netflix doc insinuates Manny is a fictional person based on a character in "Basic Instinct." When you watch the video, the third hand does NOT move. No one knows who it belongs to, but Luka's mom says it's gotta be Manny's.

Anna also claims Luka emailed her a photo of Manny BEFORE the cat-killing video, and told her not to open it unless something happened to him. Problem is, Anna claims Interpol seized her email and the alleged Manny photo.

Adrenaline can make you do some crazy things ... just ask Chris Johnson -- who tells TMZ Sports he didn't mean to shade Tom Brady AT ALL after the Titans' epic win Saturday!!

"Let me get that right," Johnson told the guys on "TMZ Sports" (airing weeknights on FS1). "I was very happy for Tennessee -- you know that's my team -- but I can't even take nothing away from Tom Brady."

It was a curious omission, but our sources closely connected to Brad say this is par for the course -- he never mentions them publicly and wants it to remain that way. We're told he feels this is the best way to maintain their privacy, because he knows simply acknowledging his children in a speech could attract unwanted attention.

Kanye West has taken his Sunday Service all over North America -- from Coachella to a Houston megachurch to Skid Row and all the way to Jamaica -- but now he wants to head further overseas.

TMZ's learned the rapper plans to go global with his gospel movement in 2020, and has his sights set on locations in Europe and Africa to start. We're told his muse and sole focus in the new year is to bring the word of God to people via his Sunday Service.

Our Kanye sources say he has no interest in traditional touring for his music anymore, but he does plan to keep recording gospel tunes with his choir ... which he continues to fund on his own.

We're told he's got another album in mind with the choir too. As we reported ... he and his Sunday Service choir dropped its anticipated, "Jesus is Born," gospel album just in time for Christmas.

Our sources say, 2 of the Princess Di crystal-encrusted Beanie Babies edition were up for sale at Nordstrom's in NYC. We're told 2 of Nordie's VIP clients quickly snatched them up. The sale comes just a week after we reported Kylie Jenner also dropped a cool $12k for a similar Beanie Baby.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie saw the super-rare Ireland Beanie Baby at Justin and Hailey Bieber's Paddle 8 auction. Kylie's new bear and the Princess Di bears are the work of Los Angeles-based artist Dan Life.

Comedian Mark Curry is genuinely PISSED at Steve Harvey ... 'cause he claims the "Family Feud" host has stolen his material not once but TWICE.

The "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" star was at LAX and talked to our photog about a serious allegation he made last month on "The Mike & Donny Show" ... claiming Steve jacked his Halloween bit and used it on his NBC talk show, "Steve," several years ago.

Mark says he confronted Steve at Def Comedy Jam 25 back in 2017. But, get this ... Mark now claims after that confrontation, Steve doubled down and AGAIN stole his material ... this time using Mark's funny stuff for Steve's other NBC show, "Little Big Shots."

Talinda Bennington has tied the knot again ... and her wedding ceremony went down close to a date that's already significant to her.

Chester's widow got remarried around New Year's Eve -- to L.A. County firefighter Michael Fredman -- at Turtle Bay Resort in Kahuku, Hawaii ... according to sources close to the family. They've been hanging and celebrating there in the days since.

We're told Talinda and Chester's 3 children -- son Tyler and twins Lilly and Lila -- were there along with other friends and family members.

Interestingly, Talinda married Chester on New Year's Eve ... back in 2005.

Kylie Jenner started 2020 with a new love interest -- or that's at least what the internet thought -- after the billionaire posted several flirty pics with a new dude.

Kylie brought in the new year by partying it up in WeHo with friends ... but fans were quick to notice one guy made several appearances on her Instagram page and story.

The mystery dude is Zack Bia, a 23-year-old exec and DJ from L.A. who rubs elbows with everyone from Drake to The Weeknd. Bia also dated singer Madison Beer on and off over the years.

Sources connected to the two tell us Zack and Kylie are just friends and have known each other for years. Bia has deep connections at Delilah -- the backdrop for Kylie's 21st -- and other L.A. clubs, so the two have become well acquainted.

As for Travis and Kylie ... things appeared to get a little nasty at the end of 2019. Kylie posted a final "thirst trap" photo for the year, to which Travis seemingly replied "LOL."

However, Travis recently said he'd always love Kylie, the mother of his daughter.

The guy who got jumped and robbed by DaBaby and his crew plans to lawyer up and file suit against them.

The victim -- who TMZ learned is a concert promoter named Kenneth -- tells us ... multiple attorneys have reached out to him to offer their services -- as in suing DaBaby.

Kenneth says he'll be going after the rapper and everyone involved in the brutal incident ... which he claims left him with cuts and bruises on his face.

As for what went down ... Kenneth says he was hired to put on a birthday party for rapper Stunna 4 Vegas at a Florida nightclub Thursday night and made a deal with DaBaby to host. He claims it was for a discounted rate of $30k because the rappers are friends.

Kenneth tells us he showed up with $20k and promised he could get DaBaby an additional $10k from his artist YC Woody ... but the rapper and his crew got pissed, and it quickly turned violent.

The promoter says he had to get checked out by a doctor because his injuries were so bad. He says video of the assault is difficult for him and his loved ones to watch. Kenneth also claims DaBaby's team made off with the $20k and hasn't returned it.

We broke the story ... DaBaby was initially detained and later arrested for battery in connection with the incident. According to the police report, Kenneth was robbed of $80, a credit card, an iPhone 7 and then doused with apple juice. It's certainly possible authorities will add a robbery charge.

Look, shark attacks in Hawaii don't happen THAT often -- but they do happen -- and when you're a former President, you don't wanna go out like Samuel L. Jackson in "Deep Blue Sea."

A company spokesperson tells us ... the band uses "patented magnetic technology developed by marine biologists to deter predatory shark species."

In fact, they've got a Navy Seal Diver on record crediting the band for saving him from a potential attack ... and we all know how much Obama respects the Seals!

The good news for Obama ... he didn't get eaten during his paddleboard session, so maybe it worked!

Sean Stewart is not worried about his arrest New Year's Eve -- along with the arrest of his dad, Rod Stewart -- because he says the guy they allegedly attacked was the instigator.

We got Sean Friday night leaving SHU restaurant in L.A. ... and he was not sweating the incident that will land them in a Florida court next month. As we reported, they were at the Breaker's Hotel in Palm Beach celebrating the new year with the fam, when a security guard named Jessie Dixon tried to block the Stewarts from entering the children's area of the hotel.

Dixon told cops the Stewarts got super loud and refused to back off. He said Sean then got nose-to-nose with him and shoved him backward. Dixon says Rod then threw a punch, striking him in the rib cage area.

Dixon said he wanted to press charges, so both Sean and Rod were charged with misdemeanor battery.

A mysterious new twist in the Antonio Brown paternity case ... and this one involves allegations of domestic violence -- but it's unclear if AB is the alleged assailant.

Here's the deal ... Brown has been wrapped up in a paternity dispute with Chelsie Kyriss since 2017 in Broward County, Florida. They have 3 children together.

We've been routinely checking the court records to monitor any developments in the case -- and in late December, the docket showed a new "related case" has been added to the record.

We pulled the file for the related case which is listed as a "Domestic Violence" matter. It was filed on Dec. 26 and is currently being handled in family court.

The issue ... the case is currently under seal -- which means the important details, including the people involved, are not being made public so we don't know if the matter is "related" to Brown or Kyriss or both.

We reached out to lawyers for Brown and Kyriss but neither side would comment.

We've also made calls to various law enforcement agencies but so far we haven't found a police report.

Brown and Kyriss have had a terrible relationship for years and it's well documented. Brown has previously accused of Kyriss of being a terrible, neglectful mom and in 2018, made a push to get sole custody of their kids.

Most recently, Brown filed a lawsuit against Kyriss claiming she refuses to leave his Florida home despite serving her with eviction papers.

In fact, things are so bad between the two, Kyriss called police in mid-December to monitor a clothing handoff at Brown's home so she could get various items from him that belong to their child.

William Shatner pulled a Christmas surprise out of his stocking for some hungry cops stuck working on Xmas ... filling their bellies with a tasty holiday spread.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 'Star Trek' legend paid a visit to his local police station on Christmas day, pulling up with trays of corned beef and pastrami sandwiches and contributing the grub to a potluck for police.

Our sources say William also came bearing other tasty gifts from Brent's Deli -- bagels, lox and cream cheese. All part of a complete breakfast!!!

Captain Kirk kept spreading holiday cheer with the LAPD ... we're told William thanked those on the force for working on Christmas and also left behind a nice holiday card for the station.

All told, our sources say William dropped a few hundred bucks to feed the guys.
