Marilyn Manson raped one of his ex-girlfriends and forced her to watch a gruesome home movie that made it seem like he killed a young fan ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The shock rocker is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims she started dating him back in 2011, and while she claims their relationship was romantic and gentle at the outset, she says things quickly took a turn for the worse.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Manson once showed her a home video he called "Groupie" and kept locked in safe. She claims Manson told her the video was shot in 1996 after his band played a show at the Hollywood Bowl, and she claims the footage includes sex acts, humiliation and a gun.

In the docs, the woman claims Manson's home movie shows him tying a young fan to a chair and forcing her to drink a glass of a band member's urine, threatening her with a gun and possibly pistol-whipping her. Doe claims the video left her scared for her own life.

The woman also claims Manson raped her when she went to return a key to his home. She claims Manson forced her to the ground and raped her while she was face-down. After the alleged rape, she claims he threatened to kill her.

Doe is going after Manson for damages and she wants a declaration that Manson's acts and conduct broke the law. As we've reported ... Manson is also being sued for sexual assault by his former assistant, plus "Game of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco. Cops also say he's wanted in New Hampshire for an alleged assault at a concert.

We reached out to Manson's reps ... so far, no word back.

Matt James posted the first pic of him with Rachael Kirkconnell, and imagery is everything.

As you can see, a black child is hugging Rachael ... and it's pretty much undeniable the photo choice was intentional. As you know, Rachael's romance with Matt collapsed after a photo surfaced of Kirkconnell in her college days at a plantation-themed party. Matt said he couldn't be with her, but clearly had a change of heart.

Matt posted the pic with the caption, "The gift of conversation lies less in displaying it ourselves than in drawing it out of others 🙏🏾"

Malik Beasley has issued a public apology to his wife and son -- after he ditched the family for a fling with Larsa Pippen in late 2020.

"I wana say sorry for putting you in the situation you were put in the last few months," the 24-year-old NBA player wrote to Montana Yao on Instagram ... "my head wasn’t were it was supposed to be."

As we previously reported, Yao felt "blindsided" by photos of her husband holding hands with 46-year-old Larsa Pippen during a Nov. 23 outing in Miami.

Yao -- who married Beasley in March 2020 -- filed for divorce in December. They have a 2-year-old son, Makai, together.

Around the time she filed for divorce, Montana ripped Malik on social media ... saying she and her son were "told to leave our family home 10 days ago and just like you all I'm pretty confused."

She continued, "There have been no public or private addressing of the situation nor any type of apology."

Now, seems Beasley is finally ready to reconcile ... and though he never mentions Larsa by name in his IG post, it's obvious he's referring to her.

"I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time," Beasley said ... "I’m telling the world and you that there’s no body like you for me."

Beasley also claims he was the one who broke things off with Larsa -- saying, "For the record I was the one who ended my last relationship off the fact that there is no one like you."

He added, "Also for the record i wanted to do my own ish cuz I just left u guys and I def ain’t the type to set up pictures at the mall n ish .. as that’s some childish ish and I’m trying to grow individually and grow a family .. a real family."

Beasley says he's not "looking to be judged I’m looking for forgiveness."

"To forgive me for hurting my family the way I did. At the end of the day I’m a lover boy and I miss holding y’all and loving y’all.. I love you mu shi .. I love you kai Kai. My family over thing."

Question now ... is the apology coming too little, too late? Or will Montana take him back?

"Storage Wars" stars Jarrod Schulz and his ex, Brandi Passante, might be cordial on the show after their break-up, but behind the scenes, he's now facing criminal charges for allegedly roughing her up.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brandi was hanging with friends at a bar in Orange County on April 30 when Jarrod showed up. We're told the exes got into a heated exchange and Brandi told Jarrod to bounce.

Our sources say Jarrod didn't, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. We're told at some point, Jarrod allegedly pushed Brandi twice ... while yelling at her and her group.

Cops were called to the bar, but we're told Jarrod had left by the time they showed up. A police report was taken ... and a few days later Jarrod talked to cops, and denied ever putting hands on Brandi.

Well, the Orange County D.A.s Office isn't buying his version of events, because it's now charged him with 1 count of misdemeanor domestic violence battery.

Jarrod and Brandi have appeared in all 13 seasons of the hit A&E show. They're dubbed "The Young Guns" because they're the youngest auction bidders in the main cast.

But, during the season 13 premiere last month, Brandi confirmed on-camera for the first time she and Jarrod split up 2 years ago. They have 2 kids together.

Porsha Williams is engaged again, and in real life 'Real Housewives' fashion ... her fiance is the estranged husband of one of her costars. Drama!!!

The 'RHOA' star announced she's getting super serious with a guy she's been dating for just a month -- surprising enough -- but the bigger shocker is the guy is Falynn Guobadia's ex, Simon.

If ya don't know ... Falynn just revealed her split from Simon last month, after 2 years of marriage, saying a "mutual decision was not made lightly." And, she and Porsha are supposedly good friends -- or at least that's what 'RHOA' fans thought considering Porsha brought Falynn on last season as a "friend of the show."

However, Porsha blew up that notion when she announced on IG, "Our relationship began a month ago -- yes we are crazy in love. I know it’s fast but we are living life each day to its fullest."

She adds ... "For all of you that need facts, I get the optics but Simon filed for divorce from a previous marriage in January. I had nothing to do with their divorce filing. That’s between the two of them."

And for the kicker, Porsha claims ... "Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon’s divorce has been settled."

Now, she stopped short of saying she and Simon are engaged in her post, but Simon confirmed that later on his IG. Porsha also claims her ex, Dennis McKinley -- to whom she was previously engaged -- is supportive of the situation.

Lindsey Vonn and P.K. Subban have sold the Beverly Hills mansion they bought together ... just 6 months after calling off their engagement.

The Olympic skiing legend and the NHL star purchased the 5,500-square-foot pad for $6.75 mil back in 2020 ... and it seemed it would be their home base for years to come.

But, the two called it quits in Dec. 2020 and quickly put the Italian-style villa on the market.

The place is sick ... especially the yard, a private sanctuary that features a slick pool, spa and fire pit.

Final sales price ... $6.9 million, according to the L.A. Times. It's unlikely they walked away with any sort of real profit after all of the expenses and commissions -- but they're probably just happy to move on.

Vonn and Subban began dating back in 2018 and were together for 3 years ... blossoming into one of the most beloved couples in pro sports.

But, things soured in 2020 ... and they eventually broke up. They issued a joint statement vowing to remain on friendly terms.

"Over the past 3 years PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man, and someone I respect a great deal," Vonn wrote at the time.

"However, after much consideration we have decided to move forward separately. We will always remain friends and love each other immensely. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this time."

Charli D'Amelio and Chase "Lil Huddy" Hudson have more than 100 million TikTok fans combined, and millions of them seem to believe they're dating again ... but they're sticking to the friendship story.

We got the teenage TikTok superstars out Tuesday night at Craig's, as they hit the WeHo hot spot with friends to celebrate the release of Lil Huddy's new single "America's Sweetheart" ... for which Charli co-stars in the music video.

Yeah, so that's how the romance rumors got sparked ... along with the fact the duo's actually dated in the past.

But, both Huddy and Charli shot down the dating speculation separately, with the singer saying they're "just friends" and Charli -- a bit more energetically -- saying they're just friends ... "really close" friends.

BTW, the release party for Lil Huddy's new single was swarming with other popular TikTokers ... including Addison Rae and Charli's older sister, Dixie.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have called it quits, and this time, it's more permanent ... announcing the end of their engagement, and each is going their own way professionally.

In a joint statement to TODAY, the couple announced, "We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."

The couple's been together for four years, getting engaged in March 2019. They had a wedding planned before COVID hit in early 2020, putting the ceremony on ice.

Of course, it was early March when sources close to the couple had told us they first split, but in less than 24 hours they reassured us the two were back together and everything was fine ... A-Rod even flew to the Dominican Republic to be with J Lo as she worked on a movie.

Sources connected to the now exes tell us, both made a real attempt to work things out -- remember those pics of them kissing down in the DR -- but the first real sign it wasn't working out came last week.

Alex announced he was buying the Minnesota Timberwolves, but Jennifer was not part of the ownership team. That's a significant change, because J Lo was front-and-center when they tried and failed, to purchase the New York Mets.

Jennifer also continued to post photos on her Instagram account without wearing her engagement ring -- and on Wednesday Alex sent up his own IG red flag.

TikTok stars Jaden Hossler and Nessa Barrett are still denying there's anything going on between them ... but it sure looks and sounds like there's something brewing.

We got Jaden and Nessa Monday night at The Nice Guy ... a significant sighting considering for weeks now Jaden's ex, TikTok star Mads Lewis, had been posting cryptic messages on social media seemingly calling out Nessa for ruining their relationship.

Here's the lowdown for TikTok novices -- Jaden and Nessa apparently got super close after they dropped their track, "La Di Die" ... and things between Jaden and Mads really hit the fan after Mads and Nessa dragged their drama on social media and podcasts.

Mads -- who has since scrubbed Jaden off her Instagram -- eventually responded by declaring she was never jealous of Jaden and Nessa's song, nor jealous of her. So, there!!!

For his part ... Jaden wants to stay out of the drama. Smart man.

He told our photog this is the happiest he's ever been, but still denied being in a full-on relationship with Nessa. What's more, he wishes Mads nothing but the best, which of course is code for "I've moved on."

Chrishell Stause is single, like really single ... cuz just around the time her divorce from Justin Hartley was finalized, her relationship with her new boyfriend also came to an end.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the "Selling Sunset" star and Keo Motsepe came to a mutual decision to end their relationship after about 3 months of dating.

Our sources say Chrishell's relationship with the 'DWTS' star had simply run its course. They started dating back in December 2020, so it was short and sweet.

We got Chrishell and her "Selling Sunset" co-star, Mary Fitzgerald, Wednesday afternoon at The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker in West Hollywood ... and Chrishell was reluctant to say much of anything about Keo. Now it makes sense, they were on the outs.

TMZ broke the story ... Chrishell and Justin finalized their divorce Monday, so it's been an eventful week for her.

Karrueche Tran had a fun night on the town without ex-NFL star Victor Cruz on Thursday night ... seemingly confirming reports the couple has called it quits.

The former "Claws" star hit up Catch in L.A. -- and was all smiles underneath her mask during what appeared to be a fun night out with her lady friends.

We didn't see Cruz at the restaurant -- so, we asked Tran if the reports about the two officially breaking up after 3 years are true.

"I don't know," Tran said playfully to our photog as she left Catch with her friends around 1:30 AM.

If Cruz and Tran are actually done, it was a great run -- the couple seemed inseparable after going public in December 2017 ... taking romantic vacations and providing tons of 🔥 content in Miami over the years.

34-year-old Cruz and 32-year-old Tran are both rich, successful and pretty easy on the eyes ... so it shouldn't be hard for either side to find love again.

Talinda Bennington has filed for divorce 1 year after tying the knot again ... TMZ has learned.

Chester Bennington's widow filed her divorce petition Wednesday in L.A. County Court ... according to court records. As you know by now, she got married to L.A. County firefighter Michael Fredman around New Year's Eve 2019 at Turtle Bay Resort in Kahuku, Hawaii.

Talinda already took to Instagram to announce the news too ... saying, in part, "Divorce is never easy, but in our case it is for the best. We have remained good friends and he continues to be an important part of my children's lives."

Talinda and Michael had no kids together during their short marriage. She and Chester had 3 children -- son Tyler and twins Lily and Lila. The children were also part of Talinda's wedding to Fredman.

Interestingly enough ... Talinda and Chester were also married on New Year's Eve in 2005.

As we previously reported ... Talinda and Michael got engaged back in April 2019 ... just over 2 years after the Linkin Park singer committed suicide.

Tennis star Alexander Zverev is adamant he did NOT put his hands on his ex-girlfriend ... saying the recent allegations made against him are simply not true.

The 23-year-old German's ex-GF, Olga Sharypova, went public last week with claims he hit her head against a wall, twisted her arms and tried to strangle her with a pillow in August 2019.

Zverev quickly responded with a statement of his own ... saying the accusations are "unfounded."

"I very much regret that she makes such statements," the #7-ranked player in the world said. "Because the accusations are simply not true. We had a relationship, but it ended a long time ago."

"Why Olga is making these accusations now, I just don't know."

Zverev was asked again about the claims after beating Miomir Kecmanovic at the Paris Masters tournament on Wednesday ... doubling down on his innocence.

"I have said everything on my Instagram," Zverev said. "There is nothing else I can add right now. I’m here to play tennis."

"I mean, the relationship, as I said, has been over for a very long time."

Former "Real Housewives of New York" star Jules Wainstein is getting sole legal custody of her 2 kids and just over $7,000 in combined child and spousal support ... now that her divorce is a done deal.

Jules and ex-hubby Michael Wainstein got the judge's final stamp on their divorce back in September and the judgment spells out the details of the split, including the custody arrangement for their 2 kids ... 10-year-old Jagger David and 7-year-old Islo Rio.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jules will get $4,133.33 in spousal support for the next 2 years. She'll also get $3,000 per month in child support. Even though her ex will have parenting time, Jules gets final say on where the kids go to school, and what religion they'll be raised in, which BTW ... will be Judaism.

Jules -- who relocated to Florida not long ago after leaving 'RHONY' in 2016 -- can't move with the children without David signing off. He's also living the Sunshine State now.

The exes also hammered out a visitation schedule -- including Jules getting the kids for Thanksgiving in even-numbered years and odd-numbered years for the December school break. She also gets the kids on Mother's Day.

As far as assets go ... they'll evenly split Michael's interest in a mobile home community.

As we've previously reported ... Jules and Michael had a divorce was pretty nasty ... especially the custody war. Back in March, Michael accused her of abusing drugs ... just one month after she was busted for domestic battery.

Cardi B is confirming what our own eyes have been telling us -- she and Offset are back together, and to hell with that pending divorce.

During the rapper's birthday celebration last weekend and another outing in Atlanta together this week, they seemed way more like a happily married couple than exes moving on ... and Cardi says the reason is pretty simple.

Cardi denies she's gone back to Offset for attention, instead it's just that she's a "crazy bitch" who can't make up her mind. She says one day she's happy, the next day she wants to beat him up ... and then she starts to miss him all over again.

She adds ... "It’s hard not to talk to your best friend. It's really hard not to talk to your best friend."

Of course, there's also a sexual reason too. Cardi put it bluntly -- "It's really hard to have no d**k."

Cardi also responded to haters accusing her of only taking her husband back because he bought her a brand new Rolls for her 28th bday. It's not an outright denial, but again it sounds more like Offset just has what Cardi wants ... in his pants.

Cardi also casually claimed she's not bipolar and even took a test to prove it.

As you'll recall, they've been through rocky patches before, and even though Cardi filed for divorce last month claiming their marriage was beyond repair ... she's seeing it differently now. Or at least today.

Ex-WWE champion Alberto Del Rio has been charged with 4 counts of sexual assault and 1 count of aggravated kidnapping stemming from a May incident with his ex-GF, officials announced.

Alberto -- real name Jose Rodriguez Chucuan -- was arrested in San Antonio, Texas in early May after his ex-GF told cops the pro wrestler went into a rage after accusing her of cheating on him.

If convicted, all 5 counts carry serious penalties. Felony aggravated assault carries a maximum sentence of 99 years in prison. The sexual assault charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. So, a conviction could put Del Rio away for a very long time.

The accuser -- who cops say only speaks Spanish -- claimed Del Rio smashed her cell phone, her laptop and attempted to burn her passport in an attack that started at around 10 PM on May 3 and lasted until around 2:30 PM on May 4.

The woman also claims Del Rio attacked her, causing multiple injuries and left her, "feeling woozy and dizzy from the hits to her head."

There's more ... the accuser also claims Del Rio choked her and at one point "shoved a sock into her mouth, to keep [her] quiet."

The woman says, "When the sock was in her mouth, she could not breathe."

During the incident, the woman claims Del Rio also sexually assaulted her with his penis and other body parts. The woman is adamant she did NOT consent to sexual activity with Del Rio.

The responding officer reported he saw "multiple bruises" on the accuser's face, arms, legs and neck.

43-year-old Del Rio is listed at 6'4", 240 pounds.
