Kroy Biermann knows his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, has zero filter when it comes to talking drama on camera, and he's worried about how it might impact their children.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the former NFL star filed a motion to appoint a guardians ad litem -- meaning someone who would essentially make sure the best interests of the kids are represented during the divorce proceedings.

Kroy claims he's tried his best to keep the estranged couple's minor kids -- Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane -- away from all the noise Kim's been making about their split, but adds she's constantly dragging him and talking in an "abusive" and "derogatory tone" about the divorce.

He's also concerned Kim will use her 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' outlet to garner more attention ... noting she's already alleged he smokes too much pot to take care of the kids, something he insists she has no proof to support.

Kroy doesn't hold back -- saying she's the one who's not paying enough attention to their kids lately and has been spending too much time on virtual slot machines ... adding one of the few times she does pay attention is when she lets them gamble on her account.

What's more, he says he's concerned she's taking videos of herself while driving with the kids in the car, and says he's picked up most of the slack since they let go of their nannies and chefs ... although he does say Kim has made a few meals for the kids like chicken fingers and frozen pizza.

TMZ broke the story, Kim recently posted a pic of herself with some 'RHOA' cast members -- leading many to speculate she was back to filming on the show. However, our sources say the photo was taken a few months back -- before the split -- and Kim only filmed a cameo.

Daphne Barak, the journalist claiming Kevin Federline linked Britney Spears to crystal meth, has come under heavy fire from the former couple ... but she's not backing down, insisting K-Fed made the statement, despite his denial.

A spokesperson for Mail on Sunday tells us Daphne and her team spent months working on a documentary with Kevin, his family and Britney's two sons -- Sean Preston and Jayden.

The rep says, "Daphne Barak has assured us that the quotes attributed to Kevin and the family are accurate and fairly reflect the interviews conducted, in which Kevin expressed his fears that Britney might be using crystal meth to Daphne and to her producer Erbil Gunasti and members of the film crew. He did so clearly and repeatedly."

They continue, "Kevin also made it clear to Daphne that he hoped someone would expose the situation, as he saw it, because that would be the way to get help for Britney."

What's more -- they say they reached out to Britney's reps for comments on the meth allegation ... but got no response.

For his part, Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan tells us in response, "Mail on Sunday knows no more than what they were told by Daphne. Accurate reporting might mean they accurately took down what Daphne told them but in no way means what Daphne told them was accurate."

TMZ broke the story -- Federline went scorched Earth on The Sun and Daily Mail Sunday after a report claimed he stated about Britney, "I fear she's on meth – I've been praying someone would make it public and that she wakes up ... It's terrifying. She is the mother of my boys."

After the story came out, Kevin told us, "It saddens our family that Daphne Barak and Erbil Gunasti have decided to fabricate lies and publish the heart ache our family has endured, along with the trauma of our minor children."

Tyga and Travis Barker are linking up again and it has nothing to do with any old family ties ... the duo's actually getting ready to drop some new music.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Tyga and his buddy, Alexander "AE" Edwards, strolled into Travis' studio Tuesday in Calabasas ... something that's become a common sight lately.

Sources familiar with the situation say the rapper and drummer have been spending a lot of time together in the studio, and the tunes they're cooking up will be for an upcoming EP.

They plan to drop the project in the coming months.

The collab isn't all that surprising ... considering Tyga and Travis have worked on music together in the past. There's also some family history, of course.

You'll recall, Tyga dated Kylie Jenner many moons ago -- they were first linked when she was 17 and he was 24. As you know, TB married Kylie's sister, Kourtney Kardashian back in April 2022.

Travis has been rocking out with Blink-182 as of late, after sharing the stage at Coachella with his bandmates Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus -- their first shows in 9 years.

Tom Sandoval has been in a vortex of bad press these past few months -- all over his cheating scandal, of course -- and now ... his best bud's weighing in on the galactic fail.

Of course, we're talking about Tom Schwartz -- Sandoval's right-hand man in business and fellow costar on "Vanderpump Rules" ... who's had a front-row seat to all the drama unfolding of late. Naturally, seeing how he's close with Tom #1 -- Schwartz caught flak too.

Now, the dude's spilling his guts about it all in the aftermath -- as seen on FOX's new reality show, "Stars on Mars," on which TS is a contestant -- and it sounds like he wants to distance himself from Sandoval/his poor decision-making ... trying to get light years away.

BTW, if you think our space references are a bit much ... wait 'til you hear how Schwartz puts it. The guy's got a ton of creative ways to explain how out of this world Scandoval has been from his POV ... and this is just a taste. He'll dish even more on Monday's episode.

Also, if you're wondering what the "Stars on Mars" show is ... we'll tell ya. The series just launched and it's very much so in the vein of "Big Brother" -- only here, celebs are living together in a manufactured Mars-like environment ... competing against each other.

The other contenders run the gamut of stardom -- folks like Lance Armstrong, Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman are on ... as are Ariel Winter, Porsha Williams, Ronda Rousey and others. It truly is a who's-who of reality TV ... also, William Shatner's hosting!

Kevin Federline says he and his family have had to endure way too much over the years, and a recent report claiming those around Britney fear she's on meth is just too much to handle ... and he's fighting back.

The report, published over the weekend by The Sun and Daily Mail is from a series of convos journalist Daphne Barak says she had with Kevin. In one instance, Barak reports K-Fed told her, "I fear she's on meth – I've been praying someone would make it public and that she wakes up ... It's terrifying. She is the mother of my boys."

In response to the story, Kevin tells us, "It saddens our family that Daphne Barak and Erbil Gunasti have decided to fabricate lies and publish the heart ache our family has endured, along with the trauma of our minor children in the Daily Mail and The Sun. We did allow Daphne & Bill into our home because we trusted them, but that trust was lost and we severed ties back in March for many reasons we choose not to go into here."

K-Fed never specifically says which part of the story was fabricated, but the whole piece went in heavy on the meth allegation.

He continues, "It is very distressing that she continues to harass our family when we have repeatedly asked her to leave us alone.  As was previously published, our family did speak with Ms. Barak and Mr. Gunasti a few times, and this was done in a respectful way with love & compassion for Britney and the Spears family. Her lies and attempts to exploit minors is click bait and another repulsive example of where, unfortunately, certain journalism has sunk today."

Daphne's spent a lot of time with the Federline and Spears families, first linking up together last summer for a TV news special.

She reports one conversation with Britney's father, Jamie, where he allegedly stated he feared his daughter would wind up dead like Amy Winehouse if she didn't get proper care.

TMZ broke the story, Kevin's moving his family, including his teenage sons Sean Preston and Jayden -- who he shares with Britney -- to Hawaii. Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan fired off a legal letter to Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, to let him know about the move.

Kaplan had stated he was ready to go to court if Britney and Rosengart didn't approve of the move -- as Kevin's been the primary caregiver for the boys for years -- but in the end, Britney approved the move without issue.

One thing that remains to be seen, however, is whether or not the boys will see their mom before they leave for the island. It's been well over a year since they all spent time together.

The heated dispute between former NFL star Earl Thomas and his ex-wife three years ago did, indeed, involve a gun and a knife ... and the situation was terrifying -- new police video shows.

In the footage, obtained this week by TMZ Sports, you can see as cops responded to a disturbance at an Airbnb in Austin, Texas back on April 13, 2020 ... Thomas and his former partner, Nina Thomas, were arguing in a parking lot with weapons in their hand.

In Nina's grasp was a blade -- while in Earl's was a pistol ... and you can hear in the video, cops were desperate to get them to drop both when they arrived on the scene.

"Drop it now!" one officer said on the video while pointing his firearm at the couple. "Drop it!"

The footage shows both Thomases put their weapons down ... and then they both lay face-first on the asphalt.

Cops then slowly approached the two with their guns drawn -- imploring them to stay down.

"This is my wife," the former Baltimore Ravens safety can be heard saying in the clip. "She caught me cheating."

Added Nina, "I caught my husband cheating, officers."

"Whatever you do," one of the cops responded, "don't reach for that knife."

After a few tense moments, Nina was placed in cuffs without issue and taken to a different part of the parking lot for questioning. Earl, who was shirtless, was also put into custody without issue and moved away from Nina in the lot as well.

During ensuing questioning, Nina can be heard in the body camera video saying she and her sister-in-law had gone to the Airbnb earlier in the evening in order to confront Earl and his brother about cheating on them at the residence with other women.

"So," she said during the interview, "my husband has been leaving -- we've been having problems. He's been leaving off and on all weekend. And he said he was hanging with some buddies. And I didn't believe that, because we've had issues in the past. So I hacked his Snapchat and found his location here."

"I was calling, I was texting," she continued. "And I didn't know which room it was, and then from pictures, I recognized the lights inside. And I just so happened to turn the handle and the door was open."

Nina -- who had a cut on her hand -- also told the officers that she had brought Earl's gun to the location in order to scare him. She insisted it was not loaded while adding that she had grabbed the knife from the Airbnb during the dispute.

She said she and Earl had been involved in pushing and shoving during the altercation -- and told the cop, "My brother-in-law did get physical with my sister-in-law."

"I don't know exactly what happened because I was dealing with my own husband."

According to police documents, Nina also told cops at the scene that after she and her sister-in-law found Earl and his brother "naked in bed with other women," she pointed the gun at Earl's head, stating "that she took out the magazine thinking that the gun could not fire." But, cops said in the docs Nina was "unaware that the gun had a round in the chamber."

In the docs, officers said Earl was able to wrestle the gun away from her ... and eventually, the argument spilled out into the parking lot -- where cops intercepted them.

Nina was ultimately arrested and booked for burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon -- family violence. Earl was not arrested.

The former Seattle Seahawks star -- a Super Bowl champion and three-time All-Pro -- downplayed everything in a video in the days following the incident, saying, "Stuff like this happens." The two -- who were married in 2016 -- then continued to work on their relationship for several months ... before Nina filed for divorce from him later in 2020.

Naomi Watts is a married woman for the first time in her life -- 'cause she said "I do" to Billy Crudup ... who also walked down the aisle as a newbie.

The actress announced their marriage on social media Saturday, posting a photo of what appears to be her and BC standing on the steps of a courthouse -- where he's in a blue suit and she's in a white dress of some sort ... complete with a bouquet and everything.

Photos of them heading back to their NYC apartment Friday made the rounds ... everyone suspected they might've tied the knot, on account of their matching wedding bands.

Amid all the speculation, NW finally confirmed it ... simply writing, "Hitched!" She's been dating Billy since 2017 -- they met on the set of their shared Netflix show, "Gypsy." Like we said, neither Naomi nor Billy had ever actually been married before this ... although they did each have long-term relationships with other people, which resulted in children, etc.

Billy had been with Mary-Louise Parker and Claire Danes before this. Meanwhile, Naomi was with Liev Schrieber for a long time. Now, at their shared age of 54, they're man and wife.

Brian Austin Green is setting the record straight on a rumor -- regarding his ex-wife Megan Fox and their 3 children -- that's been circulating on Twitter.

First, here's what has Brian heated ... it's a tweet from a guy named Robby Starbuck -- a self-proclaimed "Free Thinker" who ran for U.S. Congress in 2022 -- who posted a pic of Megan and the kids, with the caption ... "These are Megan Fox’s sons. We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played at the park."

Starbuck adds, "I saw 2 of them have a full on breakdown saying they were forced by their mom to wear girls clothes as their nanny tried to console them. It’s pure child abuse. Pray for them."

Well, Brian tells TMZ ... "It’s a totally bogus story. There are only a few people in their world that can actually verify wether [sic] or not a story like this is true and I can tell you with absolute certainty it is not. This person trying to claim this is true is a perfect example of someone with selfish motives that does not care about negatively affecting a parent child relationship."

To Brian's point, Starbuck's motives in posting the phony claim do reek of political motivation, because he also said, "We knew California wouldn’t do anything about it because the state celebrates this stuff" -- and casually mentions he and his family moving to Tennessee.

Translation: He hates liberal CA, and hightailed it for greener conservative pastures in TN.

For the record, Megan has said she does not tell their children what to wear, particularly their eldest, Noah. Five years ago she did a few interviews saying, “If a boy loves princesses and a girl loves baseball, that’s not indicative of their sexuality. It’s indicative of their communication and creative expression. We can’t limit children by telling them how they should play.”

Lala Kent has no doubt the flame between Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss will die out sooner than later ... and she's confident Tom will be to blame for their eventual breakup.

We got the "Vanderpump Rules" star at LAX, where she echoed what many fans have said about Tom and Raquel -- the whole "Scandoval" was a fun, sneaky fling for them, but that doesn't mean they'll stand the test of time.

Lala thinks Raquel would be down to turn their affair into a long-term, committed romance -- but Tom's a different story. She adds, "Whoever marries Sandoval, I feel really bad for them."

As for Ariana, Lala says her big discovery on Tom's phone -- which exposed the affair -- was truly a blessing in disguise.

Kim Zolciak knows how to promote herself, teasing a comeback to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" on the heels of her divorce, but fans aren't gonna get the tea on her split ... TMZ has learned.

Kim shared a group pic Thursday with 'RHOA' OG cast members Sheree Whitfield, Lisa Wu and DeShawn Snow. "See you soon 🎥 @bravotv #RHOA". Of course, fans immediately began to speculate Kim was brought back on the show because of her divorce with Kroy Biermann.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us … Kim's got a cameo on the upcoming season 15 of the series, which is currently airing on Bravo. We're told Kim will appear on the show in a small capacity and when she filmed with the other ATL ladies, it was several months ago before the divorce.

Sources connected to the show tell us 'RHOA' is not currently in production and there are currently no conversations being had between Kim and producers to bring her on full-time or to cover the fallout between her and Kroy.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kroy filed for divorce after 11 years and 4 kids.

As we reported, the former NFL star accused Kim of having a gambling problem and she's accused him of being a pothead who needs to take a drug test. Remember, Kroy has asked for sole physical and legal custody of their kids while Kim is asking for primary physical custody.

On top of that, the estranged couple is dealing with financial issues ... deep in the hole, owing more than $1 million to the IRS.

Scheana Shay is shaming Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss for heating up their affair while they were in Mexico for her wedding ... claiming other guests picked up on the vibes.

We got the "Vanderpump Rules" star and her husband at LAX on the heels of the reunion show, and our photog asked if there were any surprises that came out of part two.

Scheana says they knew all the details of Tom and Raquel's scandal ... but tells us it's still pretty "disgusting" how they hooked up behind Ariana Madix's back at her wedding.

Remember ... Raquel revealed she and Tom banged multiple times during Scheana's August wedding in Mexico, which flies in the face of Tom claiming it was just a "one-night stand."

Scheana says when the cheating scandal broke, wedding guests started reaching out to tell her they noticed something strange going on between Tom and Raquel ... and everyone began connecting the dots.

A Kardashian coming-together went down this week that saw exes and former family foes in the same area for the same purpose ... celebrating their children's pre-K graduation.

Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott, Khloe Kardashian, Angela White (formerly Blac Chyna) and Tristan Thompson all attended a ceremony Wednesday in L.A. to celebrate their little ones' accomplishments... True, Stormi and Dream all finished preschool.

Remember, a lot of the Kardashian siblings have kiddos who are around the same age -- 4 years old or so -- so it makes sense to see the parents here. The interesting thing, of course, is that Khloe and Tristan as well as Kylie and Travis are no longer romantically involved, yet they all played nice in each other's company.

Eyewitnesses tell us that Khloe and Tristan -- who are clearly on good terms -- were interacting the most out of anyone ... just sharing friendly conversation. We're told Kylie and Travis didn't appear to interact, but his family also joined the celebration.

Lastly, Blac Chyna (now going by Angela White) was also in the mix ... although our eyewitnesses say she didn't touch base with any of the Kardashians. No word if her baby daddy, Rob Kardashian, was there or not ... but Mama Bear was on the scene.

While it doesn't seem like Kylie and Travis have much to say, Khloe and Tristan continue to prove they're in a great place as co-parents. Remember, amid their frequent hang-outs and speculation that they're back together ... we've been assured that's simply not the case.

Ariana Madix coming face-to-face with Raquel Leviss is absolutely bonkers ... and the f-bomb-heavy rant over the affair with Tom Sandoval finally plays out on tonight's "Vanderpump Rules" reunion finale.

In a preview of the episode, Ariana and Raquel argue back and forth about the 'Scandoval' before Ariana explodes ... "You had already f***ed him at that point so shut the f*** up!"

It doesn't end there ... Ariana gives Raquel this very graphic piece of advice, "Go f*** yourself with a f***ing cheese grater. F*** you. You f***ing suck."

Tom tries to defend Rachel Raquel saying, "We don't live our lives by logic," and that sets off wild laughter in his face from nearly the entire cast.

Round 3 of the 3-part reunion seems to pick up right where it left off ... you''ll recall, Tom got roasted by his castmates over his affair, and clearly they have a lot more to say to him and his partner in crime.

Expect both of them to play the role of piñatas for the rest of the show. Hopefully, Andy Cohen doesn't have too much trouble with the clean-up.

Matty Healy put Taylor Swift in a pretty sticky situation recently -- it involved a troubling podcast appearance he'd made -- but we've learned that controversy is NOT the reason they're no longer dating.

A friend connected to Matty's band, The 1975, tells TMZ ... Taylor was aware of Matty's remarks about Ice Spice on the podcast before she started dating him. While it's true her fans applied plenty of social media pressure over it, the friend tells us Matty and Taylor were used to the noise, and simply blocked it out.

ICYMI ... Matty went on the "The Adam Friedland Show" back in February, where Nick Mullen, Friedland and Matty openly laughed and made derogatory comments about Ice Spice ... even mocking her with Chinese and Hawaiian accents.

Amid Matty and Taylor's romance, the clip resurfaced online last month, along with a separate interview clip of Ice expressing her love for The 1975. BTW, all of this was brewing as Taylor and Ice prepared to release their collab, "Karma (Remix)."

Awkward timing to say the least, and although Matty ultimately apologized for offending Ice, some fans felt his mea culpa lacked sincerity. The podcast episode has since been scrubbed from several platforms.

Nevertheless ... we're told all the Swiftee angst over that is not at the root of them pulling the plug on their relationshp -- and, instead, it has more to do with the fact they simply don't have time for each other.

Everyone knows Taylor's Eras tour is packing stadiums across the U.S., and will for a few more months -- and Matty's friend points out The 1975 is in the middle of its European tour now.

We're told they still care for each other, even though things didn't work out romantically.

Matty Healy is a single man turning to some pretty conventional methods to cope with his split from Taylor Swift ... enjoying a flask and cigarettes in the middle of his latest concert.

His band, The 1975, performed in Vienna Monday night, and Matty appears to be back to his eccentric and carefree stage persona. There's no telling what he was tossing back from the flask -- but considering the concert came a few hours after TMZ broke the news of the breakup, a little booze to numb the pain wouldn't be outrageous.

Matty never mentioned his split from Taylor directly, but did a portion of the band's set from a chair while wearing an eye patch ... an accessory he ditched later. At one point, he thanked fans for holding a "You are loved" sign ... saying he appreciated the message, so it's possible the moment was split-related.

We were the first to report the end of Taylor and Matty's relationship, though it's still unclear what led to the decision. It was late last month when we last saw them together -- on a dinner date night in NYC.

Leading up to the breakup, things appeared to be going pretty well between the two -- with double dates, trips to recording studios, and even spending time at Taylor's pad in NYC.

As we reported -- Matty planted a huge kiss on a security guard over the weekend during one of his shows, and while that was kinda his schtick for a while, he said he was giving it up out of respect for Taylor.

Looks like Matty the showman is back.

Taylor Swift and Matty Healy are shaking it off when it comes to their relationship -- the singers have broken up ... TMZ has learned.

According to a friend close to the situation ... Taylor is in fact "single" again, although it's still unclear exactly why they've now split up.

It was a pretty whirlwind romance ... just last month Matty popped up at all 3 of Tay Tay's Nashville concerts, right on the heels of news she and Joe Alwyn had split after 6 years together.

From then on Matty and Taylor were pretty inseparable when she wasn't performing. We saw them out in NYC multiple times -- double dating with her friends, and hitting up a recording studio.

Matty was even spotted sneakin' into Taylor's NYC townhouse, and he hung out with Taylor's dad during her Eras Tour stop in Philly.

Although they just started dating, the artists have known each other since 2014 ... when Taylor went to a concert for his band, The 1975.

They haven't been seen in public together since May 25 when they were out on a dinner date.

We still don't know exactly when the breakup went down, but there was a big clue things were over when The 1975 performed this weekend in Denmark.

Matty had a history of kissing random people in the crowd, but during a January concert -- which Taylor was attending -- he said he was putting the kibosh on that move.

Well, lo and behold, during this weekend's concert he locked lips with a security guard. Talk about single and ready to mingle!!!
