Grimes is going from the partnered-with-billionaires club to the power-to-the-proletariat one in a flash after ending things with Elon Musk -- just check out her reading material!

The singer was spotted walking the streets of L.A. with Karl Marx's "The Communist Manifesto" in hand ... and a wacky D&D-esque outfit to boot. Grimes hammed it up for the cameras, it seems, as she posed alongside a fence, near a street sign and elsewhere.

It's the first time she'd been spotted out and about since she and her baby daddy announced they were going separate ways.

Seemingly having fun with photogs, Grimes writes, "paparazzi followed me 2 a shoot so I tried 2 think what I could do that would yield the most onion-ish possible headline and it worked haha."

So, yeah ... looks like she knew what she was doing by busting out that old book, the ultimate irony after being with EM for so long -- who's ridiculously wealthy (damn near $200 billion).

As for her out-there look, Grimes had this to say ... "taught myself to stop checking if other ppl think I’m socially acceptable a long time ago.  Worrying about being cringe is the enemy of art, failure tolerance is essential for creativity.  Deciding not to be mad at ppl enjoying life is ok White heart."

Omarion is getting what many consider a long-overdue apology from his B2K bandmate Lil Fizz ... for getting with his baby mama while about to go on tour with the guy.

Fizz issued his mea culpa Friday at the Forum while he and the rest of the lineup from the Millennium Tour made their stop in L.A. ... and as he performed alongside O and other B2K members. It was a big moment -- dude stopped the whole show to say sorry in front of everyone.

Check it out ... Fizz didn't say exactly what he was apologizing for, but everyone who's been following along knew what was up. He was seeking forgiveness for dating Apryl Jones a couple years back -- who's the mother of Omarion's kids -- and doing so very publicly.

You might recall ... Fizz and Apryl hopped on an Instagram Live feed looking cozy, and word was that they were screwing around -- right as the initial Millennium Tour Omarion worked hard to get together was about to hit the road, with none other Fizz joining as well.

It was awkward as hell ... and yet, Omarion told us at the time that he didn't really mind it, just so long as their relationship didn't interrupt business on the big stage.

Taryn Manning's engagement turned out to be short-lived ... TMZ's learned it's over after just 2 months.

Sources familiar tell TMZ ... Taryn and Anne Cline broke up in late August. We're told they tried to work it out but ultimately decided they'd be better apart.

A source close to Taryn claims she only said "yes" at the time because Anne put her on the spot ... and after being engaged it just was not the right relationship for her, so she ended it.

Fans had previously speculated they broke up when they stopped following each other on social media in September.

As for Taryn ... we're told she's since moved on from the relationship. In fact ... our sources say she's already seeing someone new. We're told she met a man on set who works in production.

We're told he's the guy in the driver's seat in that☝🏽 Instagram post Taryn posted about a week ago.

TMZ broke the story ... Anne got down on bended knee and asked Taryn to marry her.

The "Orange Is the New Black" actress was shocked when her singer-songwriter GF at the time stopped in the middle of her performance in Florida to pop the question.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were back to being Kimye ... at least for one night.

Kim and 'Ye reunited Thursday night for dinner at Nobu in Malibu. They weren't there alone. They joined by Kim's gal pal and CMO of SKIMS, Tracy Romulus, and her Grammy winning music producer hubby, Ray Romulus.

While she wasn't trying to keep a low-pro, Kim still looked kinda mysterious in her Balenciaga getup ... a purple gloved catsuit and a long maroon leather coat.  And, THAT has Ye written all over it.

We're told despite the way things looked (romantic dinner at Nobu?!?) things remain status quo -- they're still on good terms and trying to figure out their relationship.

Bow Wow says he's got no concerns seeing Diddy with the mother of his child ... and he sounds comforted by knowing -- or, at least, feeling like -- they won't last forever.

We got Bow Wow at LAX Thursday and asked him about Diddy's latest relationship ... with Joie Chavis. Bow Wow and Joie have a 10-year-old daughter, Shai, together.

There's a laundry list of reasons he's not threatened ... but it seems the top thing on his list is the strong feeling he has that Diddy and Joie won't be tying the knot.

Mr. Moss is drawing from his long history with Diddy here ... pointing out he's known Diddy since he was 13 years old, and it sounds like he has a good handle on how the Bad Boy mogul deals with the ladies.

He says he's hashed things out with Diddy and Joie, too ... and everyone is cool with each other in their triangle, of sorts.

Mama June broke up with her longtime boyfriend, Geno Doak, because she got sober and was over their former lifestyle, and he didn't deal with it well at all ... TMZ has learned.

According to sources close to the former couple ... June called it quits with Geno because they couldn't get on the same page when it came to sobriety -- she was clean, but he was drinking a lot.

Then she began seeing someone else. Our sources say Geno felt like June pulled the rug out from under him and took the breakup very hard. We're told he went to a dark place, which led to him being hospitalized earlier this month in Florida ... before heading to a rehab facility in South Carolina.

As we reported ... June revealed she was done with Geno in mid-August.

His current rehab stint is, obviously, a step in the right direction -- but Geno's legal issues aren't over.

He's still a wanted man in Alabama because the judge says he failed to comply with the terms of his sentencing in his crack cocaine case.

Elon Musk and Grimes are calling it quits ... they've broken up after 3 years of dating.

The SpaceX and Tesla honcho says he's "semi-separated" from Grimes ... though he says they are still on good terms and are co-parenting their 1-year-old son, the famously named, X Æ A-Xii Musk.

Elon reportedly told Page Six he and the Canadian singer still love each other and they are all living under the same roof, albeit in different rooms.

The former couple made a public appearance together at the Met Gala earlier this month, as well as back in 2018. It's unclear what exactly led to the split.

It's possible their careers are getting in the way -- Elon's busy running tech empire, which requires lots of travel to Texas and Europe, and Grimes is working in L.A. as a judge on the new FOX show, "Alter Ego."

As we reported ... Grimes gave birth to their baby boy in May 2020.

The day after Riddick Bowe was pulled from his fight with Lamar Odom, the former NBA star has a new opponent, and it happens to be a dude who knows what it's like to have an insanely famous wife ... 'cause he was married to J Lo.

TMZ Sports has learned 47-year-old Ojani Noa has agreed to fight the 41-year-old ex-hooper on October 2 at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, FL ... all part of a Celebrity Boxing card.

If you don't remember Noa, a former server, he was married to Lopez from 1997 to 1998 ... before they split.

Of course, Odom, the 2x NBA champ, was married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 to 2016.

Odom -- who beat pop star Aaron Carter via 2nd round TKO in June -- was originally scheduled to fight former heavyweight boxing champ, Bowe.

However, after 58-year-old Evander Holyfield recently lost to Vitor Belfort ... and didn't look great in the ring, everyone from Celebrity Boxing to the Florida state athletic commission thought it best to remove him from the match.

Riddick isn't totally off the event ... Paulie Malignaggi is also boxing Corey B on the card. Bowe will referee that fight.

Ojani was actually scheduled to step in the ring against a much shorter opponent last year ... having inked a deal to scrap with Joe Giudice. However, COVID screwed up those plans.

Angelina Jolie got what she wanted -- a judge just signed off on an agreement with her ex, Brad Pitt, to sell her stake in their rosé business.

We broke the story ... Jolie filed docs in July asking the court to lift a restraining order on the transfer of their assets -- which was put in place early in their divorce -- so she could unload her interest in Nouvel, LLC, their French winery company.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge signed off on Brad and Angie's agreement to lift the restraining order -- meaning they worked it out, and she has the green light to sell her part of the company to a third party.

And, it looks like that'll be it for Brangelina ... as far as their joint biz ventures are concerned.

BTW ... Nouvel is the LLC started to operate the Provence chateau and vineyard the former couple bought in 2011 for a reported $60 mil.

Unclear how much it's worth now, but we know Angelina has a prospective buyer on the hook for her portion of it.

Wack 100 says he has an unreleased sex tape belonging to Kim Kardashian and her ex, Ray J, that's never been seen before -- and he's weirdly offering it to ... Kanye West.

RJ's former manager spilled the alleged tea to Bootleg Kev on his podcast this week ... saying there was a "part 2" to the infamous sex tape that put Kim on the map in the 2000s. Unclear if it's just a continuation of the tape that's already out there, or a new one entirely.

In any case ... Wack says it's longer and more graphic, and on a laptop somewhere that he has access to. The strangest part is that he wants Kim's estranged husband to have it.

As for why, Wack seems to think it's a sign of respect to Ye to let him take ownership -- as she's the mother of his kids, etc. But, in the same breath, he suggests Kanye turn it into an NFT 😬. Of course, the one person he forgets to extend his offer to is ... Kim herself.

BK asks an important question ... how does Ray J himself feel about all this??? Wack says the guy wouldn't just put it out on his own because he himself is a father now, and wouldn't stoop that low. He also makes clear -- the video won't see the light of day (on their watch).

It's a strange claim -- but who knows ... maybe it's true. Kim and Ray were together for at least a couple years, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility there's other sex tapes.

Tana Mongeau could be the next big YouTuber to enter the boxing ring ... 'cause the social media superstar tells TMZ Sports she's gotten "crazy" offers to fight -- and she's definitely not saying "no."

The celeb boxing world has blown up in recent years ... with guys like the Paul bros., KSI and Austin McBroom cashing in on people wanting to see them take some punches.

But, there's been a MASSIVE lack of female representation in YouTube fighting ... and one name that's been rumored to change that is 23-year-old Mongeau, who has nearly 5.5 MILLION followers on the platform.

So, when we ran into TM at LAX recently, we had to ask if she was going to cash in and take a fight.

"We've had some crazy offers," Tana tells us. "A lot of the people who I want to fight don't wanna fight. Not that I'm scary, I don't know why but we're trying to figure it out right now for sure. It’s definitely not a 'no.'"

One person Tana says she wanted to face off against is her hated rival and ex Bella Thorne, but claims the actress wants nothing to do with it.

Speaking of exes, does this mean Tana wants to be the next Jake Paul of boxing?!? Not quite.

"I think comparing myself to Jake Paul is something I try to stay away from for my mental health," Tana joked.

But, don't get it twisted -- Tana says if someone backs up the Brinks trucks she will 100% start training and taking it seriously.

Britney Spears' fiance, Sam Asghari, finally hit the jackpot, but so did Brit ... so says his famous ex.

We got Sam's ex, Mayra Veronica, out in L.A. Friday and she had nothing but good things to say about him. She scoffed at social media haters who said Sam's in it for the money, saying he's a sincere, sweet guy. Not a bad review from an ex.

It's interesting she used the word "jackpot," but she clearly didn't mean $$$, and she also made it clear it goes both ways. Again, that's a raving review considering they broke up.

Now Mayra did throw some shade. Listen to what she says when our photog asked about the ring. Clearly not her style.

Mayra says she can relate to Britney, because when she dated Sam back in 2015 her management team was extremely controlling, warning her about Sam. She clearly didn't buy what they were selling, and is solidly in Sam's corner.

Mayra seems to think Sam's a stabilizing influence in Britney's life, given what she's been through.

Bam Margera's tough times aren't getting any better ... his wife's asking for custody of their 3-year-old son, but hasn't pulled the trigger on ending the couple's marriage.

According to court records ... Nicole Boyd filed docs Wednesday in Los Angeles seeking full custody of their child, Phoenix Wolf. She's willing to give Bam visitation, but only with a monitor -- whom he can select -- but she must approve.

It's interesting ... you usually see child custody issues attached to a divorce, but Nicole made custody a stand-alone. She did not file a divorce petition to end their 8-year marriage.

As you know ... the "Jackass" star has had an incredibly turbulent past couple years, which recently culminated with him suing Johnny Knoxville and several other members of the "Jackass" team for alleged "inhumane treatment."

This came well after Bam got booted from the fourth installment of the film franchise for failing to stay clear of drugs and alcohol, escalating attacks on the "Jackass" crew and rants about suicide. Things got so bad, director Jeff Tremaine got a restraining order against him.

Kaley Cuoco and her ex, Karl Cook, insist their pending divorce is anger and animosity-free ... and she's proving it with a pretty affectionate Instagram comment.

"The Flight Attendant" star offered some public support of her estranged hubby -- who's a professional equestrian -- on a post by Traverse City Horse Shows announcing Karl won a pair of tournament events Sunday in Michigan.

Kaley commented both heart and raised hand emojis ... signaling she's still rooting for him despite their split.

As we told you ... Cuoco filed for divorce from Cook earlier this month after 3 years of marriage. The ex-couple announced the decision was made after realizing they were going in opposite directions in life, but maintain they have an "immense amount of respect and consideration for one another."

In related news ... fans are speculating that Kaley's getting close to Pete Davidson, her costar in the upcoming rom-com, "Meet Cute." The 2 were together last month at Six Flags in New Jersey, but at the time there was no indication her marriage was on the rocks.

Things are moving in a positive direction for NBA guard Malik Beasley and his ex Montana Yao -- TMZ Sports has learned the former couple is working to mend their relationship every day ... but they are NOT back together.

Of course, Malik and Montana had a nasty and public breakup in 2020 ... after the hooper was spotted out in public with Larsa Pippen.

Montana filed for divorce in December 2020 ... and even claimed Malik abandoned his 2-year-old son, Makai, amid the drama.

We're told Beasley -- who just served 78 days in jail for allegedly pointing a gun at a family that was parked outside his house last September -- has been making things right with Yao after getting out of the slammer ... even personally apologizing for his previous actions.

Malik and Montana have recently been spotted out in public together and appeared to be in good spirits ... with some wondering if they've buried the hatchet and reconciled -- we're told that's not the case.

Speaking of relationships ... It's unclear if MB has moved on to anyone else, but sources say Montana is still focused on healing from what went down.

The Jenner family was out and about on opposite coasts Thursday night, looking stylish and celebrating friends' birthdays ... but Kendall Jenner's night included a close encounter of the EX kind.

Kendall and her BF, NBA superstar Devin Booker, hit up Lucali in NYC where they were attending the bday bash of their friend, model and DJ Fai Khadra. Not shockingly, Kendall was dressed to the nines in a skintight, and tiny, black dress. Hey, she is a supermodel!

But, here's the thing, Fai has another NBA-playing buddy by the name of Blake Griffin, and he showed up ready to party too -- although, not nearly as decked out as his ex-GF.

We don't know if Kendall and Blake actually saw each other inside, but they split way back in 2018. We're guessing everybody's cool by now.

Meanwhile, on the west coast, Kris Jenner was out at Craig's in WeHo for a birthday dinner for one of her gal pals.
