NFL's Lamar Jackson Memorabilia Value Explodes Rookie Game Jersey Could Fetch Fortune

Published

Lamar Jackson isn't just the hottest player in the NFL, he's the hottest name in sports collectibles ... with LJ memorabilia exploding in price over the past 12 months.

In fact, a Lamar Jackson game-worn rookie jersey from 2018 is about to hit the auction block ... and experts think it could sell for roughly 10 TIMES of its initial value!!!

We spoke with Ken Goldin from Goldin Auctions (one of the biggest names in the business) who tells us he bought Lamar's 2018 Game 7 jersey for $3,000 last year ... and expects it to sell for around $25k if the Ravens can win the Super Bowl.

I'M TALKIN' BIG MONEY

Goldin says the demand for LJ items is crazy right now ... obviously a result of Jackson's insane play on the field during his sophomore campaign.

Not only has Jackson led the Ravens to an impressive 9-2 record ... but he's established himself as the most electrifying QB since Mike Vick.

Goldin says his guys are now on a mission to track down as much quality LJ stuff (especially game-used stuff) as they can ... because they're confident it'll fly off the shelf as soon as they get it in stock.

Of course, the biggest name in the game is still Tom Brady -- he's the G.O.A.T. -- but Goldin says it seems Jackson has leapfrogged Pat Mahomes for 2nd place ... at least when it comes to the souvenir biz.

'Honey Boy' Star Noah Jupe Awards Season Could = Big Bucks ... Cashing In on 'Ford v Ferrari' Too!!!

Published

Christmas might come early for the kid who plays the young version of Shia Labeouf in "Honey Boy" ... if he lands some major award nominations, and he's already got the buzz.

Noah Jupe -- the 14-year-old costar of the film based on Shia's life -- didn't get paid much for working on the movie, by Hollywood standards anyway. According to his minor's contract -- obtained by TMZ -- he only made $6,570 for 3 weeks on the job ... but there's a huge upside.

Jupe can pocket an additional $25,000 if he's nominated for a Golden Globe for acting when the noms are announced December 9. If he wins ... he gets $50k. Talk about a stocking stuffer!

It's even better for The Academy Awards -- Noah gets $50k if he's nominated for an acting Oscar and $100k if he takes it home.

More good news for Jupe -- he's also got a big role in the hit movie, "Ford v Ferrari" ... and we know he banked on the blockbuster that's currently in theaters.

According to his contract, Noah got paid $200k to star as Christian Bale's son ... and can earn up to $200k in bonuses based on box office milestones. Considering the film's already earned millions more than its budget in just a couple weeks ... seems like good odds he'll score some bonus cash.

All in all, Jupe's dual starring roles in theaters right now should make for a very happy and rich holiday season ... and did we mention he's only 14?

Mohamed Hadid Company Files For Bankruptcy ... After Being Ordered To Demolish Mansion

Published | Updated

Mohamed Hadid has declared bankruptcy on behalf of his company that owns his mansion ... this after a judge told him he's gotta tear down his $100 million Bel-Air home.

Mohamed's company, 901 Strada LLC, filed docs in federal bankruptcy court the day before Thanksgiving, declaring he has between $10 million and $50 million in debt.

According to the docs, Mohamed says his Bel-Air mansion needs immediate attention -- it needs to be physically secured or protected from the weather.

That's notable because as we've reported ... a judge says Mohamed's gotta demolish the 30,000-square-foot crib because it's unsafe for a myriad of reasons and the property is a "clear and present" danger to Hadid's neighbors.

You'll recall ... Mohamed's neighbors and the city are concerned the mansion is on an unstable hillside and wasn't built to safety standards.

In the docs, Mohamed says he's over $386,000 in debt to a design and management company and over $200k in debt to a building materials company. He says he owes over $93k to a demolition company and owes over $35k to plumbers.

The bankruptcy filing raises the possibility that if Mohamed does not pay the estimated $5 million to demolish the mansion, local taxpayers would then have to foot the bill.

Hailey Bieber One-Ups Justin's Bday Gift for Her ... Here's a $90k Necklace!!!

Published | Updated

Hailey Bieber is very quick to return a favor, because just days after she turned 23 ... the missus got her hubby something arguably nicer than the birthday gift he gave her.

Justin's showing off this new iced-out necklace he just got from L.A. jeweler Jadelle Beverly Hills. Even in the dimly lit pic, you can see just how damn blingy the chain is -- and we've learned Hailey actually picked it up for her groom.

The timing is interesting because Hailey's birthday was just 5 days ago, and the Biebs got his wife a glimmering diamond watch ... which we're told set him back $70k.

Justin Bieber
THE ICY BLING

Our sources say Hailey turned around and one-upped her man on Tuesday with the chain -- which is similar to a traditional Cuban link, but Justin's is thinner and lighter.

As for the specs ... white gold covered in VVS super white diamonds, and valued at $90k. For the record, it's nowhere near Justin's bday.

Our sources say Hailey reached out to Jadelle -- a favorite shopping spot for the couple -- and surprised Justin with it in Miami, where they're currently on a working vacay. As you can see, Hailey's the one working..

Happy husband, happy wife ... and REALLY happy jeweler!!!

John Boyega Losing 'Skywalker' Script's No Biggie ... J.J. Should Get Over It!!!

Published | Updated

John Boyega's not dwelling on his epic screw-up that resulted in the "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" script landing on eBay -- and he's urging the film's director to let it go too.

We got John -- AKA Finn in the latest 'Star Wars' trilogy -- Wednesday outside ABC in NYC and he defended his confession about accidentally leaving his script behind at his apartment. His cleaning lady found it and eventually posted it on the auction site.

Boyega tells us it was an accident, and even though he knows J.J. Abrams is peeved about it ... John puts a positive spin on the snafu. He thinks Abrams should "get over it" because of the old adage -- there's no such thing as bad pub.

(And, for the concerned fans out there, don't worry -- Disney execs noticed the listing of the script and got it removed from eBay.)

John also weighed in on the current debate over who's cuter in the 'Star Wars' universe -- Baby Yoda from "The Mandalorian" ... or the Porgs from 'The Last Jedi.'

Finn's pretty emphatic about his decision ... check it out.

James Wiseman Suspension Upheld 'Sometimes Bad Things Happen To Good People'

Published | Updated

It's officially official -- Memphis Tigers superstar James Wiseman will have to serve his full 12-game suspension after his appeal was rejected, the NCAA announced Wednesday.

Memphis and Wiseman had been fighting to allow the 18-year-old phenom to play for weeks ... but their attempts failed and the org. decided to uphold the ban.

"This morning, the NCAA's Committee on Student-Athlete Reinstatement upheld the conditions of reinstatement for men's basketball student-athlete James Wiseman, who will be eligible to return to competition Jan. 12," Memphis said in a statement.

"Although disappointing, we look forward to a promising season."

Wiseman -- the projected #1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft -- was declared ineligible after the NCAA found proof Tigers head coach Penny Hardaway gave his family $11,500 to cover moving expenses in 2017 (before he took the Memphis gig).

Wiseman addressed the news on Twitter ... saying, "Sometimes bad things happen to good people. God has never left me nor forsaken me throughout this process!

"God knows my destiny and I feel that even though hardships may be upon me! It too shall pass in the Grace of God. My journey isn’t finished, and this too shall pass."

The 7'1" center has been a monster on the court in the 3 games he was able to play in so far this season ... averaging 19.7 points and 10.7 rebounds.

UPDATE

7:45 AM PT -- As for the NCAA's involvement, one source tells us the NCAA allows schools to conduct fundraisers for student-athletes and their families, "for extreme circumstances that are extraordinary and outside the student-athlete’s control (like natural disasters)."

UPDATE

We're also told, "The proceeds may go directly to the student-athlete and his family, however, the school has to track it and keep record of expenses."

UPDATE

"Excess funds must be given to a charity."

Right after SFA hero Nate Bain hit the game-winner to beat Duke -- fans hit his GoFundMe with $30k in donations to help his family rebuild from the devastation of Hurricane Dorian.

AMAZING STORY!!!

Bain fought back tears during his postgame TV interview -- talking about how much the victory at Cameron Indoor meant to him ... especially after the disaster in the Bahamas.

"My family lost a whole lot this year," Bain said, holding back tears. "I'm not going to cry on TV."

Officials at Stephen F. Austin State University had set up an NCAA approved GoFundMe for Bain back in September ... saying Bain's family saw "nearly everything of value destroyed by Hurricane Dorian."

"Bain's father -- a minister -- watched as his church suffered extreme damage from the storm as well."

The good news ... EVERYONE learned about Bain's story after watching SFA take down Duke and fans flocked to the GoFundMe in droves to help out, donating roughly $30k!!!

And, it's not just SFA people opening up their wallets, fans from UCONN, Michigan State, UNC ... and yeah, even some Duke-haters are pitching in.

Incredible story ... but what's even cooler is how Bain was able to celebrate the moment with his teammates -- 'cause the guys went INSANE after his legendary layup!

Kevon Harris

You can see in locker room video shot by Bain's teammates ... there were water shower celebrations, Gatorade ice baths and a whole lot of flexing and screaming!!

Fat Joe Rollin' Up in My New $500k Rolls ... Custom Job All the Way Up

Published | Updated

Fat Joe had an all or nothing approach to his new ride -- a one-of-a-kind Rolls that needed a few tweaks before it could hit the streets ... which now have it valued at nearly half a mil.

The New York rapper just picked up a 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan fresh off the lot in honor of his new album, "Family Ties," dropping on Dec. 6 -- kinda like a celebratory gift to himself. Of course, it wouldn't be a Fat Joe car without a Fat Joe custom job done first.

So, that's exactly what he did ... and now, we're told his vehicle is worth about $500,000 -- up nearly $150k from what the average sticker price is for this thing ... around $350k.

Fat Joe
THE CUSTOM WHIP

As for what Joe had done ... he brought it into Will Castro of the TV show, "Unique Rides," and had all the bells and whistles added on that he wanted. That includes a 2-tone matte blue color with a white wrap, as well as a matching interior that had to be installed as well.

On top of that, we're told Joe got 24-inch forged rims to go along with his Nitto tires. Oh, and he got mini TVs installed on the backside of the front seats ... can't forget those. The car itself already comes with some great features ... massage seats, night vision with pedestrian recognition, etc.

In other words, Joe's rolling in a pretty sweet set of wheels -- and cash has got a lot to do with it. Luv too, probably ... who wouldn't like this whip???

NFL's Jake Ryan Claims Injury Insurance Owes Me Millions ... After ACL Tear

Published | Updated

NFL linebacker Jake Ryan says an injury insurance company is trying to weasel its way out of paying him MILLIONS after a 2018 ACL tear ... and it's all in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

27-year-old Ryan was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 4th round of the '15 NFL Draft -- and went on to become a solid NFL player.

In fact, Ryan says he was expecting to sign a massive contract around the 2018 season, the final year of his rookie deal ... and bought injury insurance through Lloyds of London in case he got hurt.

In his suit, Ryan says the coverage package he bought would pay up to $5 mil in "loss of value" coverage in the extent his earnings over the next 4 years were less than $24 mil ($6 mil a year).

Ryan claims he had a deal in place by July 25, 2018 and even got documentation in the mail on July 28 -- but then tore his ACL in training camp on July 30, 2018.

Ryan claims the injury ruined his chances of a massive new contract and reportedly had to settle for a measly 2-year, $7.5 mil contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019.

He was expecting Lloyds to kick in what they promised -- but claims the insurance company reneged on their obligations, insisting the deal wasn't officially done by the time he tore his knee.

In fact, in his the suit, Ryan admits he didn't fork over the $150k initial payment until the day after his knee injury -- though he claims the deal was already in place anyway.

Now, there's a war over MILLIONS -- and it seems it's all going to boil down to timing.

As for Ryan, he still hasn't played a down for the Jaguars this season.

Damon Dash Finishes What He Started in Depo ... Blasts Other Side in Movie Suit

Published

Damon Dash wasn't done getting stuff off his chest after his deposition ... and took the opportunity to spell out all the ways he thinks the lawsuit filed against him is BS.

We got the Roc-A-Fella cofounder the day after he sat for a 50-minute depo in the case, and after he learned the court hit him with sanctions because of his "repeated disregard of court orders and highly inappropriate conduct."

Dame tells us he specifically got chastised for making fun of the plaintiff's attorney, Christopher Brown ... whom he calls a "cornball." That insult's pretty tame compared to what Dash said to Brown in his depo.

We broke the story ... Damon blasted the lawyer for being a "culture vulture" and said he was disgusted by him. He added that Brown will never be a lawyer again and said, "I'm just giving you rope to hang yourself."

Dash has been ordered to pay all costs and fees from the depo that were incurred by the opposing side because of his behavior.

Regardless ... Dame's not backing down from laying out his case in the suit. He tells us the director and producers of the film, "Dear Frank," actually stole his movie and are spinning a web of lies to rob him of "a masterpiece."

As we reported ... Damon's had his share of legal woes and financial difficulties lately, and it seems like this lawsuit and his beef with Christopher Brown has pushed him over the edge.

Kim Kardashian West SKIMS Will Be My Billion $$ Baby

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian West is confident her SKIMS Solutionwear brand will revolutionize its industry ... and customer response has indicated it's on pace to become Kim's billion-dollar brand.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Kim's massive restock release on Wednesday was actually more successful than the initial launch ... netting millions in just minutes. We're told that over a million people were on the wait list for the restock, and that almost instantly ... the most popular sizes and styles sold out.

Like we said, nearly the entire new batch of SKIMS left the digital shelves like hot cakes, and Kim issued an apology to those who were once again left empty-handed.

We're being told part of the reason it takes a while to get more SKIMS products out to the world is because Kim and co. produce their own fabric that is exclusive to the line -- which is why SKIMS-wear is so unique and somewhat difficult to churn out at the rate people want it.

Kim's cosmetic and perfume collections have also generated a massive response this year, and  SKIMS has been so successful, there's been a push for a male line.

Our sources say there's plenty more to come from SKIMS -- Kim also released body tape -- and they'll continue to introduce new products.

If SKIMS does hit the billion-dollar mark, she'll join some very familiar company. Kanye's Yeezy brand with ADIDAS is valued at over a billion ... and Kylie was named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes earlier this year. Kylie also just sold 51% of her cosmetics brand for $600 million.

With Christmas quickly approaching, we're told Kim and team are gearing up for yet another massive push, and aren't expecting anything less than a total sell out.

Michael Strahan Wants Ex to Go Halvsies ... For Parenting Helper

Published

Michael Strahan and his ex-wife hired someone to help them work through their conflicts so they can parent better together ... but now they're squabbling about that.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the NFL Hall of Famer and talk show host reached an agreement with his ex, Jean Muggli Strahan, in February to use a parenting coordinator ... and he'd cover 90 percent of the bill.

Michael claims she's abusing the arrangement by engaging in a "pattern of conduct designed to increase unnecessarily the involvement of the PC and to significantly increase the fees charged by the PC."

For example ... Michael says Jean threw a wrench in their plan for their teenage twin daughters -- Sophia and Isabella -- to attend a school in North Carolina, so the PC had to step in and tell her to stick to what they already agreed on.

Michael says another example is Jean being uncooperative in scheduling his visitation with their girls, which again required the PC to intervene. According to the docs ... the PC informed them she would simply have to make the visitation schedule for them because the situation had become "time-consuming, full of conflict, and unrealistic."

There's more -- Michael claims Jean accused the PC of working as his assistant and siding with him because he pays 90 percent, something Michael now wants to rectify.

According to him, the PC recommends the parents pay a 50-50 split to prevent this issue ... but Jean has declined that arrangement.

Michael now wants the court to step in and make them go halfsies ... especially since he believes Jean is not acting in good faith to minimize the use of the coordinator.

We broke the story ... Jean has her own issues with Michael regarding child support, and it looks like they're on their way to another face-off in court.
