UFC's Justin Jaynes 'No Regrets' After Betting, Losing Fight Check ... 'F*** It, Let's Run It Back'
UFC fighter Justin Jaynes bet his entire $25K fight purse on himself and LOST ... so, instant regret, right??
Nope ... 31-year-old JJ tells TMZ Sports he'd do it all over again -- and that's exactly what he wants to do.
"I really don’t have any regrets man. I live a high risk, high reward kind of lifestyle."
Of course, Justin famously gambled his fight check ... and ended up losing a 3-round split decision to 34-year-old Charles Rosa at UFC Vegas 30.
Truly betting on himself 😤

(via @JustinJaynesMMA)pic.twitter.com/q72WxCqiyM
And now, he wants that cash back -- and he's willing to fight Rosa again.
"F*** it, let’s run it back, double or nothing," Jaynes says.
"I need to get my money back anyways man. It’s just one of those things, like I said I trained very, very, very hard. It was my motivation, there was a lot on the line going into this fight."
Even with the hit to his bank account (which sucked) ... Justin says he can still support his family -- and that's what really matters.
"It didn’t feel great, but it’s not going to put me in a position to where I can’t take care of myself," Jaynes says.
"Like I said, super bummed about the outcome, but I fight for a living. It’s MMA there’s been worse decisions, there’s been better decisions, it is what it is and we’re on to the next."

'Bachelor' Stars Got PPP Loans During Pandemic ... Tayshia, Colton Respond to Criticism
-
Exclusive Details
Several big names from "The Bachelor" franchise are catching flak for receiving money from the government's Paycheck Protection Program during the pandemic ... but 2 of them, so far, are defending it.
If ya don't know ... the PPP loans were meant to aid small businesses and allow them to keep their workforce employed during the COVID crisis, and new public records revealed companies associated with 'Bachelor' stars like Tayshia Adams and Arie Luyendyk received loans in the past year in the amounts of $20,833 and $20,830 respectively.
The companies that actually received the PPP loans are interesting -- Tayshia named her company Tayshia Adams Media LLC ... and Arie's is called Instagram Husband LLC. Yeah, fans are having a field day with that one.
Another notable one is the Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation, which received an $11,355 PPP loan. Dale Moss also applied for a $20k loan, but it doesn't look like that one has been disbursed yet.
Social media controversy about all this is picking up. The big question being ... why should these reality TV stars and influencers be granted PPP loans?
For her part, Tayshia insists her company's PPP loan was totally on the up and up.
Her rep tells TMZ ... "The primary purpose of the [PPP] Loan is to help business owners retain their existing employees and to create jobs for Americans who are financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a business owner, television and podcast host, and brand ambassador, Tayshia obtained a PPP Loan that enabled her to hire an employee, to whom she offers market-based pay and benefits."
We're told the employee Tayshia hired with the PPP money was previously laid off from a media company at the start of the pandemic.
The rep adds ... "Since exhausting the PPP Loan funds, but in light of the growing economy, Tayshia has committed to retaining her employee for the foreseeable future."
Likewise, Underwood's rep tells us ... "Colton's nonprofit filed for the PPP loan after their annual fundraising events were cancelled due to COVID. None of the PPP went directly to Colton. In fact, Colton has never received any form of payment from the foundation, all of the proceeds go directly to people living with cystic fibrosis."
Nevertheless ... the backlash online has begun. Even former 'Bachelor' Nick Viall is weighing in by saying the loans might be perfectly legit, legally speaking, but to him at least ... something seems "s**tty" about it.
A rep for Arie had no comment. So far, no word back from Dale's rep.

Jamie Lynn Spears is breaking her silence about her sister's conservatorship battle, saying she fully supports Britney -- and she's offended Brit's fans might be thinking otherwise.
Jamie Lynn explained why she waited a bit to speak on Britney's court hearing last week, saying she didn't feel it was her place until Britney had the chance to publicly say everything she wanted.
Now, she's voicing her support clearly, saying she's always loved, adored and supported her big sister and is only concerned about her happiness.
Jamie Lynn also seemed to distance herself from the rest of her family -- specifically those involved in Britney's conservatorship -- by saying, "I've made a very conscious choice in my life to only participate in her life as her sister."
She adds that she's always had Britney's back, despite what folks online have speculated. JL seemed to reference Brit saying she wants to sue her whole family ... when she said, "I'm not my family -- I'm my own person. I'm speaking for myself. I'm so proud of her for using her voice."
Regarding the conservatorship ... Jamie Lynn claims she encouraged Britney to hire a new counsel years ago, and says if Britney wants to end the conservatorship ... she fully supports it.
As you know, Britney made it very clear last week during her court hearing that she wants out, and also wants to take legal action against her family. She specifically railed on her father, Jamie, and her management team for alleged mistreatment, torment, abuse of power and other disturbing claims.
The day after Britney spoke publicly about her conservatorship case, she hopped on a private jet with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, to Hawaii to get away from it all.
She's been quiet on social media during the trip, but you gotta figure she's seen Jamie Lynn's post. Question is ... will she react to it, publicly?

In a matter of weeks, Richard Hutchins went from homeless to hosting his own art gallery show/auction in Beverly Hills ... and, pretty soon, he'll be coming to a theater near you.
Richard -- an artist who spent years living on the streets in L.A. after his art studio burned down -- joined "TMZ Live" on Monday alongside Charlie Rocket ... 2 Chainz's ex-manager who met Richard by chance on Easter Sunday in a grocery store parking lot.
The story's a rags-to-riches tale akin to the Golden Voice or "The Soloist" -- Charlie discovered Richard's an uber-talented artist, who in his heyday had been commissioned to do work for Muhammad Ali, Richard Pryor and Marvin Gaye, among others.
Richard had been down on his luck for years, but fast forward to last week ... when he was lauded as he strolled into his own gallery/auction featuring his work at the Sofitel. Around 500 people attended the shindig, including Damon Dash.
After Charlie got to know Richard, and his artistic skill, he helped set up Richard's art website so he can sell prints ... and Richard tells us he's hauled in more than $200k.
In fact, 2 Chainz was one of the first customers, and Steve Harvey also bought a painting for a cool $3,000.
So, what's next? Richard says he's already gotten an acting offer for a role as an artist. He also wants to give back now that he has the resources ... and tackle Skid Row.
It's a wild, interesting and inspiring story.

Kanye West Walmart Pulls Foam Runner Knockoffs ... But Lots of 'Em Still Online
-
Exclusive
- 1.3K shares
Kanye West's legal team has a lot more work to do if they want to rid the online market of imitation Yeezys -- while Walmart halted sales on its site, hundreds more still exist on others.
West's Yeezy Foam RNNRs have taken the market by storm, so it's no surprise copycats tried to capitalize. However, as of Friday, Walmart had removed all the knockoffs from its online store.
TMZ broke the story ... Kanye and Yeezy filed a lawsuit against the retail giant, claiming its $25 faux RNNRs had the potential to cost Ye "hundreds of millions" of dollars in sales of his $75 original design.
For its part, Walmart said the online listings were from a third party.
You'd think the lawsuit would scare away others, but we discovered hundreds of other listings on sites pushing what appear to be more wannabes. Friday, Etsy still remained a hotspot for them, with pairs running anywhere from $30-$60, one listing calls the shoes "Yeezy Inspired," but they look like exact copies.
We've reached out to Kanye's team to figure out if they have any plans to go after the remaining listings like they did Walmart. Nothing's been filed yet.
One thing is for sure, Yeezy shoes have made Kanye a VERY rich man, with his recent net worth reported to be in the multi-billion dollar range.

Ex-Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh Estate Hit With $40,000 Bill ... Pay Up for Brain Art!!!
Ex-Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh is getting dogged in death by a huge bill ... and it's all over a very strange unique piece of art.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tony's estate just got hit with a $40,000 bill for the delivery and installation of a custom sculpture of a human brain at Hsieh's Park City, Utah mansion.
In the docs, a Las Vegas company claims it hauled the huge piece of art to the mountains and installed it above a ceiling fan inside Tony's crib back in July 2020 -- but the company claims Hsieh never paid. Now, they're going after his estate for the $40k, plus interest.
As we reported ... Tony was only 46 when he died in November after sustaining injuries suffered during a house fire in Connecticut.
According to the docs, the company claims Tony's estate confirmed the unpaid balance and told them the payment is being processed. Not fast enough, apparently, since they've now run to court to get the dough.

Travis Scott Back From Paris ... What's in the Bag?!?
Travis Scott knows when you take a trip to Paris, you gotta bring back some goodies for your GF ... we're guessing that's what he did, but it's not for sure.
Travis landed at the Van Nuys Airport Saturday and deplaned with a boatload of luggage and bags, including some bearing the name "Givenchy." The bags are huge, and what's inside may rival the cost of flying private across continents.
Now Givenchy sells both men's and women's duds, so it's unclear if these are presents for Kylie. As we reported, they've rekindled their romance, so at least SOME must be for her.
Travis was in Paris for the unveiling of his Cactus Jack Dior line at the Dior fashion show. 500 folks watched the men's runway show ... the first in-person event of its kind in a year-and-a-half because of the pandemic.
The 29-year-old beat a hasty retreat from the airport in a Maybach minivan -- yeah, Maybach and minivan don't really belong in the same sentence, but there it is.

Jodie Sweetin Ex-Hubby Wants Full Payments ... She's Still Making Bank!!!
-
Exclusive
- 1.4K shares
Jodie Sweetin's still making plenty of money to support her kid with her ex-husband, or at the very least -- she has much fuller pockets than him ... so he claims in new legal docs.
The "Fuller House" star's ex, Morty Coyle, is firing back at her request to reduce child support payments to him because she claims her income dropped due to the pandemic and her show getting canceled. The ex-couple shares custody of their 10-year-old daughter, Beatrix.
According to the docs ... Morty claims Jodie's request should be denied because she's continued to work as an actress and made at least $200k last year.
He's also accusing her of not disclosing her financial situation accurately, and calls BS on her claim to have no "foreseeable work" in the future -- even noting she makes additional money from sending messages to fans on Cameo.
Morty claims Jodie is currently working on a TV show in New York ... while he's been taking care of their daughter.
He also says he's been impacted by the COVID pandemic because he works as a DJ ... which led to him relying on unemployment checks. Morty says any reduction of child support would have a negative impact on their child, so he's asking the judge to deny her attempt to lower payments.
We broke the story ... Jodie was ordered to cough up $2,800 per month to Morty in late 2017, after their divorce was finalized a year earlier.

Britney Spears Rocked Album Sales in 'Diva Pop' ... Even Amid Conservatorship
Britney Spears was at the top of her game -- and at the top of album sales in her respective category -- before she was in a conservatorship, and even during ... which mucks up the argument of whether the apparatus was hindering her career in any real way.
Somebody posted a video of a graph over time, depicting Britney's album sales compared to her contemporaries between 1999 and 2017 ... and it's clear that she was the queen of "Diva Pop" during that run, a good chunk of which was during her court-ordered conservatorship.
"I wasn't good, I was great" - Britney Spearspic.twitter.com/Ba1TpYNKBS
— Shady Brian (@FramingBritney) June 25, 2021 @FramingBritney
Remember, Britney splashed onto the scene in the late '90s ... and was a tour de force-type artist in the early-to-mid 2000s. But, after 2008 -- around the time Britney's conservatorship was put into place -- she was STILL the reigning queen in album sales (worldwide) when stacked up against fellow singers like Shakira, Christina Aguilera, P!nk, J Lo, Gaga, Beyonce ... and eventually, the one female pop star who came along to overtake 'em all -- Adele.
BTW, we checked the numbers here ... and this video appears to be fairly accurate as far as who was on top and when -- again, relating to worldwide album sales in this respective window. Even as late as 2017, Britney was beating out the competition ... which is wild.
So ... what does this all mean??? Depends on who you ask, we suppose. On the one hand, you could argue the conservatorship hasn't really harmed her professionally -- as she was clearly very successful even after being placed in it. In fact, we've heard her father, Jamie Spears, say he actually helped whip her finances into shape again following her breakdown.
With that said, it's become obvious that Britney wants out -- she said as much this past Wednesday -- and seems to be putting her professional life on hold until she gets her way.
The court still needs to go through a strenuous process to see if she's truly up for that. But, based on these numbers, it would seem people are going to listen to (and more importantly, buy/download) Britney's music no matter what. Perhaps even more so, after this saga.

Collapsed Miami Condo Building 'Major Structural Damage' Throughout ... 2018 Report Notes
-
Breaking News
- 2.9K shares
The Miami condominium building that partially crumbled to the ground -- leaving at least 4 dead and dozens of others unaccounted for -- seemed to be an accident waiting to happen ... at least that's what an engineering report suggested as early as 2018.
The city of Surfside -- where this awful tragedy happened -- released a number of docs related to the building, known as Champlain Towers South, and its architectural history ... and one report from engineering firm Morabito Consultants has some potentially damning findings.
According to the study, the experts found "major structural damage" to a concrete structural slab below the building's pool deck -- where the waterproofing had been laid flat as opposed to at an angle (which would help drain water from the place) ... something MC thought needed to be addressed, and which would require extensive and costly repairs.
Here's what the engineers thought could happen if this wasn't nipped in the bud ... "The failed waterproofing is causing major structural damage to the concrete structural slab below these areas." They add ominously, "Failure to replace the waterproofing in the near future will cause the extent of the concrete deterioration to expand exponentially."
There's more ... the report also found "abundant cracking and spalling" in the concrete columns, beams and walls in the parking garage. Not just that, but what cracks had been found before were apparently repaired with shoddy labor, including slapping epoxy on top.
We should note ... it's unclear if these issues had any direct impact on the building caving in on itself, but you could imagine people living there might feel that way. That coupled with reports of residents claiming to hear creaking in different parts of the building over the years, and finding random flooding underneath the ground-level surface ... is not good.

Jeff Bezos Sues Girlfriend's Brother ... Fork Over the Cash, Dude!!!
The war between Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend's brother is far from over, because the Amazon chief has just sued Michael Sanchez for allegedly hiding money to avoid forking over some serious cash.
As we reported, Lauren Sanchez's brother had sued Bezos for defamation for allegedly smearing his name by accusing him of leaking intimate text messages to the media before his relationship with Lauren became public. A judge threw out the case and ordered Sanchez to pay the legal bills of Bezos and his P.I., Gavin de Becker. That bill came to $254,404.
Apparently, that bill has not been paid ... so Bezos is now suing Michael, claiming he's intentionally secreting assets to avoid forking over the loot.
Bezos claims after Michael lost the case, he transferred ownership of his $2.5 mil home in WeHo to a shell company ... allegedly to avoid having the proceeds seized by the Amazon honcho.
Michael's rep told the Seattle Times that Bezos’ suit is classic “bullying.” Sanchez's Attorney, Tom Warren, tells TMZ "The world has been accusing Mr. Bezos of not paying his fair share of taxes, exploiting Amazon employees, and spreading fake conspiracy theories about the future king of Saudi Arabia. You can now add bullying his future brother-in-law to the list."
He continues "As Mr. Bezos well knows, Mr. Sanchez’ attorneys are aggressively pursuing an appeal of the anti-SLAPP judgment. If successful, Mr. Sanchez will owe Mr. Bezos nothing. Nevertheless, earlier this week, Mr. Sanchez authorized his team to coordinate with Mr. Bezos’ counsel concerning payment of the judgment. Had Mr. Bezos’ attorneys bothered to reach out to Mr. Sanchez’ counsel before filing a lawsuit against him, they would have known that to be the case."
Thanksgiving's gonna have an empty chair, for sure.

Tristan Thompson's paternity accuser is on the verge of losing a lawsuit against the NBA star, which could mean coughing up a lot of dough ... much of which she could raise at a strip club.
Kimberly Alexander, who claimed Tristan fathered her 5-year-old, is hosting an upcoming event at Larry Flynt's Hustler Club New York ... and the club tells us her appearance fee might be enough to pay off the nearly $53k she could soon owe TT.
TMZ broke the story ... Tristan sued Alexander last year for libel, claiming her baby daddy allegations hurt his rep and cost him endorsement deals, and now the court is leaning toward awarding him a chunk of cash.
We're told Alexander's July 1 hosting duties will include photo ops and meets and greets ... and she's going to get on stage with porn star Alexis Monroe and several strippers. Oh, and the club says she'll also get the "royal treatment" with bottle service and private dances. Y'know, fringe benes.
Of course, Tristan is a single man these days after his latest split from Khloe Kardashian, but don't expect him to roll through the Hustler Club when Alexander's hosting.
Talk about a bad look.

Law enforcement sources tell us it all went down on June 17 ... when the Lakers guard was in his driveway at around 4 a.m. talking with friends.
Our sources say a car pulled up and three men then exited the vehicle with guns drawn.
We're told the men demanded KCP and his friends hand over their stuff ... which included a fancy Rolex watch, jewelry and an iPhone.
In total, our sources say the thieves made off with about $150,000 worth of loot.
We're told KCP was NOT injured in the incident, however.
We reached out to the 28-year-old's camp for comment, but so far no word back yet.
Our sources, meanwhile, say the LAPD is currently investigating it all.

Prince Handwritten Notes for 'Nothing Compares 2 U' Fetch $151k at Auction!!!

Some Prince superfan just nabbed an incredible piece of memorabilia ... the handwritten lyrics to "Nothing Compares 2 U," and it wasn't cheap.
The folks over at Boston-based RR Auction sold the awesome rock artifact for a cool $150,986. The notebook paper -- with lyrics written out in cursive (there's a lost art) -- has a back story that goes beyond Prince writing one of his biggest hits.
The fan who forked out the dough also got a detailed letter of provenance from Prince's former assistant, Therese Stoulil, explaining how she came into possession of the lyric sheet.
She says, "There was a knock on my door, and I looked out the bedroom window and saw a black BMW in my driveway and immediately recognized it as Duane's, Prince's half-brother."
Therese adds, "I went downstairs opened the door, and he only said 'this is from Prince' then he got in his car and left. Once I realized what Duane delivered, I was both stunned and humbled."
The sheet still has the white console marking tape Prince use to tape the lyrics to his mic while recording the track!
Although Prince wrote it, "Nothing Compares 2 U" was first recorded by The Family -- a group he formed -- for their 1985 self-titled debut album. Most famously, Sinead O'Connor covered it 5 years later and it became Billboard's "No. 1 World Single" of 1990.
Prince would play the track live in concert, and in 1993 he released his own rendition ... featuring Rosie Gaines.
