Worry not Laker fans ... Halsey thinks Kyle Kuzma will hold the fort down while LeBron is out ... and we gotta admit, the singer really seems to know her basketball.

The whole sports world held their collective breath when LeBron injured himself on Christmas day and, now that we know he's gonna be out a while, the question is how will the Lakers respond?

We got Halsey at LAX and she has all the faith in the world in the young guys, saying they played the second half beautifully without LBJ, and she expects more of the same, especially from one guy.

"I think they did fine in the second half. I think Kuzma's a star."

Kyle Kuzma is BALLING this season ... averaging 18 points a game and providing the second guy LeBron has needed for the turnaround season.

Halsey seems to think he can now be the MAIN guy, and with LeBron sidelined for at least a couple games, he's gonna get his chance.

Justin Bieber is now free to return to Argentina after the country reversed its "No Biebs Allowed" policy ... so all you Beliebers in Buenos Aires can rejoice.

TMZ has learned JB can finally go back to Argentina without fear of being arrested for his alleged role in a beatdown of a photog way back in November 2013.

It's been a long and winding road in the legal system. A trial judge found Bieber guilty, but the case was appealed several times and ultimately the Argentinian Supreme Court reversed the conviction and cleared him.

A "Document of Resolution" was filed December 18 ... officially ending Justin's ban.

As you'll recall ... Bieber was indicted in December 2016 for allegedly ordering his bodyguards to assault a photog as he was leaving a club and take the guy's money and gear.

Chris Brown might be better off with cats and dogs, because he just got slapped with criminal charges over his pet monkey ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney is charging CB with two counts of having a restricted species without a permit. The crimes carry a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail.

As you'll recall ... Chris got himself a baby capuchin monkey named Fiji, and he started taking major heat after posting a video of his then-3-year-old daughter, Royalty, playing with the exotic pet. People thought the wild animal posed a danger to his kid, but Chris told everyone to take a chill pill.

Our law enforcement sources say folks notified the California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, who launched an investigation.

Breezy didn't have a permit for the monkey, so authorities got a search warrant and planned to raid CB's home, but he voluntarily agreed to surrender the exotic pet.

Chris is due in court Feb. 6.

The house of All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert -- located on the property where he was mysteriously found dead -- might be on the foreclosure market soon.

As we reported ... the body of the heavy metal band's co-founder was discovered in a pond near his Connecticut home on October 16. Cops were dispatched to his residence after his wife reported him missing, and after searching the area ... found Herbert reportedly facedown in inches deep water at the edge of the pond.

According to reports ... the rocker hadn't paid the mortgage on his $132k home months before his death and, in June, docs were filed as a notice of foreclosure. Herbert didn't contest it, and last week attorneys for the mortgage company filed docs to immediately repossess the home.

His wife, Elizabeth, reportedly still lives there.

Herbert's death was ruled "undetermined" by the state's Chief Medical Examiner, who said it would remain that way unless new information is revealed.

Cops are still investigating.

Herbert was one of the founders of ATR and was their lead guitarist for 20 years at the time of his death. The band announced they'd likely name his permanent replacement in 2019.

Oli was 44.

Miley Cyrus just broke her silence on the rumors that she and Liam Hemsworth got married over the holidays -- it looks like a confirmation ... sealed with a kiss.

The singer shared a few intimate pics Wednesday of the happy couple at what's believed to be their wedding ceremony last weekend in Tennessee. One of the photos is of the presumed bride and groom kissing, and there are a few more of the couple embracing.

The pics come with the caption, "10 years later ....." -- which lines up with when the 2 would have met as they began filming the 2010 Nicholas Sparks movie, "The Last Song."

Sparks even commented on the news by congratulating the couple saying it makes him so happy ... and Miley replied with 3 heart emojis.

And check it out ... Liam's got a wedding ring on.

As we reported ... photos surfaced of a party Sunday night that appeared to be a wedding reception, including one of Miley and Liam cutting what looked like a wedding cake.

There's also video of the Hemsworth bros doing celebratory shots ... with "Mr" and "Mrs" balloons in the background.

And, now it seems like all the clues were legit -- so CONGRATS!!

Drake's son has some creative talent, and the proud papa wants the world to see.

Drake posted this pic of his son Adonis' handiwork ... an abstract in blue, green, yellow and red paint with some telltale handprints!!!

The one-year-old's papa captioned the pic, "Adonis > Picasso don't @ me."

Drake became a first-time dad last year, confirming during the Summer he had a son on his album, "Scorpion" ... although pretty much everyone knew by then anyway.

Rapper Juelz Santana hasn't started his prison sentence yet but he already knows what's waiting for him after he gets out ... several drug tests.

We got our hands on the terms of Santana's supervised release and he'll have to submit to a drug test within 15 days of tasting freedom ... according to the docs. He'll also have at least 2 more drug tests to complete ... the timing of those will be determined by his probation officer.

We broke the story ... the Dipset MC was sentenced to 27 months behind bars in his airport drug case. In addition to the testing, Juelz will have to enter a drug treatment program once he gets out.

K. Michelle says she's moving past her beef with Meek Mill and wants him to make the most of his newfound freedom ... but she's not singing the same sweet tune when it comes to Nicki Minaj.

The singer and 'Love & Hip Hop' star sat down with Raquel Harper for a recent episode of "Raq Rants" on BET, and Michelle says she forgives Meek for replacing her with Nicki on their hit song, "Buy A Heart," a decision she considered total betrayal.

Remember, K. Michelle says the song was intended for her ... before it landed on Nicki's record, featuring Meek -- back when they were still banging. KM's always blamed Nicki for shady music biz deals.

Michelle wishes Meek well and encourages him to keep making a positive impact in the community, warning him to stay outta trouble so he doesn't end up back in jail.

As for Nicki ... Michelle says they'll never be friends, because Nicki tried to snatch her Dreamchasers chain.

LeBron James not getting fined for his "Jewish Money" post was the right call ... so says NBA agent Daniel Hazan who is also Jewish.

We got the super agent out Monday night in NYC and had to ask him about LeBron's XMAS Eve Instagram post that sparked backlash. ICYMI ... LeBron posted a pic on IG with the caption "getting that Jewish money" which he THOUGHT was a compliment to Jews. It's not, so LeBron apologized.

Hazan -- the CEO and founder of Hazan Sports Management -- dropped a little knowledge on us about the term and why it's seeded with anti-Semitism. Hazan also explains what he thinks LeBron was trying to convey with the message. Bottom line ... LeBron shot and missed with his post but Hazan does give LeBron credit for one thing.

12/25 -- 21 Savage has also apologized ... saying, "the Jewish people I know are very wise with [their] money so that's why I said we been gettin Jewish money. I never thought anyone would take offense. I'm sorry if I offended everybody. Never my intention. I love all people."

LeBron James busted out a big "Sleecha" to Jewish people on Sunday -- after posting a photo on Instagram with the caption, "Getting that Jewish money."

Long story short, LeBron says he thought it was a "compliment" to Jews.

James was actually quoting a lyric from the 21 Savage rap song "ASMR" -- but there was a backlash online from people who felt someone as famous and powerful as LeBron shouldn't be pushing old Anti-Semitic stereotypes.

"Apologies, for sure, if I offended anyone," James told ESPN ... "That's not why I chose to share that lyric. I always [post lyrics]. That's what I do. I ride in my car, I listen to great music, and that was the byproduct of it."

"So, I actually thought it was a compliment, and obviously it wasn't through the lens of a lot of people. My apologies. It definitely was not the intent, obviously, to hurt anybody."

Despite LeBron's intent, there have been hundreds of books and articles written over the years about why the "Jews and Money" stereotype is a dangerous one.

Quite simply, it's been used a rallying cry to fuel anti-Semitism for hundreds of years.

Post Malone took advantage of some deep, deep discounts hours before Christmas Day ... hitting up a Target and getting some super sweet deals.

P.M. had his eyes on electronics at the Salt Lake City store ... just after 4 PM on Xmas Eve. He was there with a woman ... eyewitnesses say it's his GF.

Post was the beneficiary of the last-minute sales and plunked down more than $200 on stuff.

Diddy and his daughters posed for a super sweet pic, showing the strength of their family bond in the wake of the terrible tragedy that befell them.

Diddy and 12-year-old twins Jessie James and D'Lila Star mugged for the camera. Diddy's words ... "L O V E MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOURS."

TMZ broke the story ... the twins' mom, 47-year-old Kim Porter, died last month at her L.A. home. She had been battling the flu, although cause of death is still pending.

Safaree surprised his girlfriend, Erica Mena, with an early Christmas present ... because he dropped down on one knee and proposed with a beautiful engagement ring!!!

We're told the proposal went down Christmas Eve at Erica's house in Atlanta, where friends and family surrounded the happy couple. The 'Love & Hip Hop' stars started dating earlier this year, and they're already taking the next step!

A rep for Safaree, KD McNair, tells TMZ ... "2019 is the year of new beginnings and it's safe to say our guy Safaree stepped up and put a ring on it."

We're told Safaree dropped $175,000 on the engagement ring, which features 14 carats in platinum and was personally designed by Safaree and Trax NYC.

Our sources say Safaree surprised his girl with 20,000 rose petals surrounded by 200 candles before popping the question. Safaree pulled out all the stops, because 112 was in the house singing "Cupid" and "Crazy Over You" in front of a full, live band in her living room!

After Erica said yes, a firework show started outside the house!

Travis Scott is really feeling his Astroworld tour ... because the "SICKO MODE" rapper is immortalizing his set design with an insane new piece of bling!

We're told Travis dropped around $450,000 on this incredibly detailed chain and pendant. It's pretty much the bling equivalent of his concert layout, complete with his mug in the middle of a Ferris wheel and the tracks of his roller coaster stage design.

These ain't space rocks. Our sources say the pendant and chain feature 150 carats of VS diamonds and over 1,000 grams of gold!

Travis commissioned Eliantte to design and create the sick bling, and the celeb jeweler personally delivered it before Travis' show at The Forum. That's the kind of customer service $450k gets ya!

As you can see ... the diamond and gold chain forms the tracks of the roller coaster Travis rides at his shows. The piece even has a diamond rocket ship, and it opens!

Safe to say Travis is gonna be the biggest baller at the Super Bowl!

It looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got hitched.

Photos have just surfaced of a party Sunday night ... check out Miley and Liam cutting into what appears to be a wedding cake.

Liam, along with his 2 brothers Chris and Luke, are doing shotskis. Check out the balloons in the background ... "Mr." and "Mrs."

Miley's wearing a white dress. And, look closely out the door. There are lights and it looks like there's some sort of formal party outside.

Miley's mom, Tish is also there. We don't see Billy Ray.

Miley and Liam met in 2010 on the set of the Nicholas Sparks movie, "The Last Song." They got engaged in 2012 but broke up 2014. They reconnected the next year and got engaged again, but as we reported they were in no hurry to tie the knot.

Jamie Foxx made sure his guests had a helluva time at his holiday party ... because he tore it up on the dance floor and got everyone involved.

Check out this video we've obtained from inside Jamie's holiday bash Sunday night at his home in Los Angeles ... he's clearly having a great time, moving and grooving to some Drake before pulling in 2 ladies who looked like they needed to cut loose.
