Party All The Time

Offset looked like a dude who hadn't seen much sleep as he capped off his birthday weekend with a final club stop ... and it also seems like he had Cardi B on the brain.

We got the Migos rapper heading into the Argyle nightclub in Hollywood Sunday night -- day 3 of this birthday festivities -- and our photog tried peppering him with questions about Cardi and his failed attempt to publicly get her back during her Rolling Loud set.

He stayed mum, but his face says a lot here ... I'M F***IN' TIRED, BRO!!! That's what we're seeing, anyway. Makes sense -- he's been partying since at least Friday.

Just the day before, he was covered in a diamond-crusted face mask and surrounded by his best pals at another venue ... this right after he'd ambushed his wife onstage. And, of course, Offset was also celebrating the day before that too (his actual birthday) ... rounding out the trifecta.

As tired as he appears, we're gonna take a leap and say he might've also been feeling bummed about the Cardi sitch, for which he got dragged online after many folks accused him of hijacking her moment to selfishly satisfy his agenda ... begging for forgiveness.

Offset kept the party going after crashing Cardi B's set with a second birthday bash for himself, where he covered up his face ... but not in shame or anything. Quite the opposite.

After ambushing Cardi's Rolling Loud set Saturday and begging for forgiveness -- which he didn't seem to receive in the moment -- the Migos MC rolled on over to the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in L.A. ... where he was decked out in all gold and a diamond-crusted face mask.

He seemed to be in good spirits too, underneath all the headgear -- showing nothing but smiles as he performed despite the awkward run-in he'd caused just hours earlier.

If Offset was trying to shake off any bad vibes, he certainly had enough pals around to help him forget. Eyewitnesses tell us tons of other rappers were there celebrating with him -- Kodak Black, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Yachty and 21 Savage just to name a few.

And if the homies weren't enough, his label even gifted him a brand new Rolls Royce as part of the festivities. Funny enough ... Cardi gave him something similar last year.

It's like they say ... lucky at cars, unlucky in love. Or, something like that ...

Diddy was all about celebrating his family Friday night ... the twins and his beloved Kim Porter.

Diddy threw an early birthday bash for his twins, D'Lila and Jessie, who will turn 12 on December 21. Waiting for the actual day would be dicey since people flee for the holidays.

The 80's-themed party looked awesome. It went down in L.A. at World on Wheels. The girls were dressed in neon outfits and Diddy was rocking a neon "Sean C" sweatshirt.

This has gotta be a tough time for the family. Kim Porter's birthday 48th birthday would have been Sunday. TMZ broke the story, Kim was found dead at her home last month. The L.A. County Coroner is still trying to determine cause of death.

Diddy paid tribute to Kim, declaring it Kim Porter Day WORLDWIDE.

We got Diddy and the girls coming in and leaving the party. They seemed in good spirits.

Look out Mrs. Claus ... because Michelle Obama is cuttin' a rug with your hubby, and she does it just like a pro!!!

The former First Lady/best selling author visited Children's Hospital in Denver Thursday and made the event unforgettable for the kids. Check out the video ... she reads an Xmas tale to the kids and then invites them -- and Santa -- for a little dancing.

Brett Rossi is finally putting the kibosh on her split with Charlie Sheen ... because now that her lawsuit against him has been dismissed, Brett's planning a massive party to celebrate the end of the Charlie chapter.

Hillary Clinton's one big party animal -- it's just what it takes to hang when you're attending a traditional Indian wedding ... that costs $100 million!

The former Presidential nominee just arrived at a wedding reception Wednesday evening in Mumbai for the ongoing celebration of Isha Ambani's nuptials. The bride's father, Mukesh Ambani, is the richest person in India with a reported net worth of around $42 billion. The Clintons are friends of the Ambani family, but Hillary attended with Huma Abedin ... not Bill.

As we reported ... Beyonce performed at the shindig earlier this week but attendees didn't just get down to Bey. A lot of Bollywood music was blaring, which brought out Hillary's best moves. Former Secretary of State John Kerry (who clearly didn't get the memo on attire) also joined the fun.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were also seen arriving at this reception. Remember, traditional Indian wedding celebrations can last up to a week. Priyanka and Nick survived theirs -- we're guessing the Ambani fam will too.

Ever seen a championship trophy get a lap dance before?!!

Well, the guys from the ATL United soccer team made it happen Monday night -- taking the MLS Cup to the legendary Magic City booty club just days after winning the title.

Cup got lit -- getting pulled onstage where it got an up-close and personal twerk session from one of the dancers while people in the crowd made it rain.

Some of the players who accompanied the trophy to the club included Chris McCann, Miles Robinson and Jeff Larentowicz.

The team had a championship parade in Atlanta on Monday -- after beating the Portland Timbers in the MLS championship game on Saturday.

It's ATL's first MLS cup -- in just their 2nd season in the league -- so, why not go big?!

Magic City is probably the most famous strip club in America -- having hosted huge stars like Jermaine Dupri, T.I., Usher, Drake, Future and more.

Alvin Kamara was singing -- and the girls were swooning ... 'cause after the Saints beat the Bucs on Sunday, A.K. hit up a restaurant party and SLAAAYYYYED some R. Kelly!!

It all went down at Morrow's in New Orleans -- where Kamara popped by after taking down Tampa Bay to get on the mic for some karaoke.

9:40 AM PT -- Sources close to Nipsey tell us the men he was fighting first attacked him because they thought he was someone else. We're told the men accused Nipsey of starting a fight earlier in the night inside the club, but Nipsey had nothing to do with it. The whole thing was started as a result of mistaken identity and Nipsey was only defending himself.

Nipsey Hussle was smack in the middle of a crazy clash where punches were thrown and tasers were pulled ... all on the heels of celebrating Nipsey's GF's birthday.

The intense melee went down late Sunday night in the parking lot of Nightingale in WeHo. You can see the Grammy-nominated rapper and his crew throw haymakers with a couple of guys that had confronted them earlier that evening.

We got the rapper and his GF, Lauren London, arriving at the club. O.T. Genasis was also there and it was shortly after that when our camera catches the first face-off ... it's at the very end of the clip. Less than an hour later, the brawl started.

You can see Nipsey in the middle of it all ... throwing several punches as valet workers scurry to get away from the chaos. Nipsey eventually cools down but things quickly escalate again. Moments later, someone -- presumably security -- pulls out a taser and things finally de-escalate.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops showed up to the scene but everyone involved had already left. No arrests were made.

Wiener-eating champ Joey Chestnut chugged beer and slammed some dude through a table Sunday ... officially becoming a new member of #BillsMafia -- and the video is epic.

It all went down in the New Era Field parking lot before the Bills took on the Jets -- when Chestnut showed up to the most infamous tailgate in the NFL.

J.C. -- who crushed 74 dogs at the 2018 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest -- was clearly wasted ... but that didn't stop him from pounding a Bud Light and throwing a grown man through a plastic table.

And, we have a winner -- Lil Wayne and Kanye West snatched the prize for dopest nightclub appearance in a weekend filled with celeb appearances in Miami.

The hip-hop legends came together Saturday night at Story Nightclub, and the crowd was as hyped as you'd expect. Weezy was the scheduled performer, but fans got a bonus rap genius when Ye showed up to kick it for a while in VIP.

Sooo ... what do 2 gods talk about? Not a hell of a lot, it turns out.

The duo mostly nodded their heads to the beat. Who can hear anyone over the music, anyway, right?

But, Kanye -- who performed Thursday night in Miami at an XXXTentacion tribute show -- was smiling and seemed to enjoy himself. Wayne was puffing on a blunt and looked chill as ever.

Cardi B's not crying a river -- publicly, anyway --- after breaking up with Offset ... she's too damn busy getting that money.

We got the rapper at E11EVEN nightclub Wednesday night in Miami where she showed off some very colorful locks (very Tekashi-esque of her) and a super tight, see-through dress. Cardi grabbed the mic and did her thing ... showing no signs of a heartbreak. Sorry, Offset.

Life in the single lane seems to suit her well ... she's taking selfies, yukking it up and making it rain out there. Bad Bunny and Teyana Taylor also showed her some love at her table.

You can also see Cardi rapping to her track, "Money" ... and even when "Drip" featuring Migos started blaring through the speakers, things did NOT seem to get awkward. She kept her cool.

Keeping it cool seems to be her thing. As we reported ... Cardi cut Offset loose on Tuesday and said the two remain good friends and business partners. But, as we first reported ... the fact Offset tried orchestrating a threesome with a Cardi wannabe hit too close to home.

Home might be where the heart is ... but Miami's definitely where the money is.

Ramona Singer and Harry Dubin are just friends -- friends who had one drunken makeout sesh -- but we're told they're definitely not banging ... not at this point.

The legendary rapper dropped in for the Bay Area gig to help convicted drug dealer Darryl Reed celebrate the big 5-0 last weekend. MCH danced and rapped his hit, "Pumps and a Bump" with the same tireless effort as he had back in '94.

Folks inside the bash at Yoshi's jazz club in Oak Town tell us Hammer surprised everyone right after they finished singing 'Happy Birthday' to Darryl.

He did a couple songs -- not 'Can't Touch This' -- took some photos and bounced.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are STILL turning up after saying "I Do" ... twice.

The newly-married couple is in Delhi, India still celebrating their nuptials. The whole fam bam -- including his big bro, Joe Jonas, and his fiancee, Sophie Turner -- is at a reception ceremony that was also attended by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Yes, Priyanka's a big deal in India.

As we reported ... Nick and Priyanka's multi-day party included a traditional Christian wedding ceremony as well as a Hindu wedding ceremony that included an intense dance-off and fireworks over the Jodhpur Palace.

The festivities started with a pre-wedding ritual called puja -- like a prayer service -- at Priyanka's parents' house. It was followed by a seemingly endless party all over the Indian country. Tons of guests too ... reportedly more than 200 guests got treated to the wedding of the year.
