Chris March, a costume designer who appeared on "Project Runway" -- and dressed huge stars like Beyonce and Meryl Streep -- is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to Chris' family tell TMZ ... he died Thursday afternoon at 1:45 PM from a heart attack. We're told Chris had been in and out of the hospital for the last year, but the heart attack came as a surprise to doctors and relatives.

Despite his medical battles -- related to a nasty fall he suffered 2 years ago -- we're told Chris was still designing dresses until the end.

Chris was a finalist on season 4 of "Project Runway" ... he also appeared on "Project Runway All Stars" and had his own show on Bravo called "Mad Fashion." He also made cameos on "The Real Housewives of New York City" ... helping find elaborate costumes for Sonja Morgan.

Known for his avant-garde style, Chris had major A-list clients. He designed for Madonna, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Coolidge and, as we said, Bey and Streep. He was responsible for Meryl's 2010 Golden Globe and Oscars gowns.

Chris also designed costumes for Cirque du Soleil and a slew of Broadway performances.

He had struggled to fully recover from a June 2017 fall in his apartment where he'd hit his head. Chris laid there for 4 days, finally woke up and called 911 before being rushed to the hospital.

He had to be placed in a medically induced coma, and suffered organ failure ... including a collapsed lung.

Chris was 56.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's ex has it twisted, he couldn't have cheated 'cause there was never a so-called mystery girl -- she was just a friend ... according to people close to Ronnie.

Sources close to the 'Jersey Shore' star tell us the girl Jen Harley accused Ronnie of cheating with ... is a friend he was hanging out with Monday during a boat party. Our sources insist it was NOT a cheating sitch -- still, Jen went off Thursday night in a series of IG Sory posts. She's since deleted most of them, but left one about her and Ron's 1-year-old daughter, Ariana Sky.

We've also learned the on-again, off-again couple has been broken up for a little over a week now. TMZ's confirmed Jen moved out of Ronnie's Vegas crib. Our Ronnie sources say he's got just one priority right now ... Ariana. And, he's completely focused on her well-being.

ICYMI ... Jen posted this Story showing a girl and Ronnie on a boat. You can see her hand is on his back as they look into the horizon. Jen asked in a poll, "Is this love???!!" She claimed it was Ron "with another girl again." That girl? We're told it was a friend consoling a bummed Ronnie.

Jen made other claims ... pointing to Ronnie's short-lived relationship with Malika Haqq as proof Ronnie's the problem when it comes to relationships and not her. She also alleges he's abusive and a bully, who MTV protects because he's one of the network's "assets."

As we've reported over and over and over again ... Ronnie and Jen have had major issues and multiple breakups. She was busted back in May for allegedly chucking an ashtray at Ronnie's face, but prosecutors dropped the case because Ronnie wouldn't cooperate.

He also accused her of punching him and giving him a black eye back in October. He was told, if he wanted her arrested, he needed to press charges in the state where the alleged attack went down, but it appears Ronnie never did.

Kanye West is not just a Wyoming visitor anymore, because we've learned he just bought a massive property.

Kanye plunked down some serious money for a property called Monster Lake Ranch. The asking price was $14 million for the huge chunk of land outside Cody, Wyoming.

The Ranch itself has 8 lodging units and is known for "monster trout" fishing. It has 2 fresh water lakes, a restaurant, an event center and meeting facilities. And -- it's a ranch, right -- so there are lots of horse barns, corrals and lots of horsies. Fun fact ... Cody is known as the "rodeo capital of the world." Imagine Sunday Service at the rodeo?!?

We're told Kanye did not pay full price but we don't know exactly how much he plunked down. The property itself is more than 9,000 acres! He now owns 4,500 of those acres, and the rest is leased from the federal government.

Kanye is there now ... earlier this week, he was tooling around his new property on an ATV.

We're told Kanye is currently there ... finishing up his new album, which has a heavy religious theme. As you know, his Sunday Service has become a thing, and now he's going into the studio to put finishing touches on the album that's expected to come out Sept. 27.

Our sources say in the last few days Pusha T joined Kanye in Wyoming. Remember, Pusha was also there when Kanye was working on the album "Ye." He spent a lot of time in Wyoming at the Aman resort putting pen to paper to finish that album.

Dog the Bounty Hunter is about to be a first-time viewer, just like Joe Q. Public, of his new reality show ... and he nearly broke down as he told us why.

We spoke to Duane "Dog" Chapman on "TMZ Live" about Wednesday night's debut of "Dog's Most Wanted" and he broke some interesting news. Dog says he has NOT seen the final edit of the of show -- which is not his normal process.

Dog said he usually weighs in on edits of the show, but after his wife, Beth Chapman, passed in June ... things changed for him.

Dog says it was too difficult to watch footage of Beth, and therefore ... he stayed out of how the show was cut. As far as what's documented though -- Dog tells us the show captures Beth's final days before she passed away in June, including one final ass-kicking moment in the field.

We also asked Dog for an update on the break-in at his Colorado storefront last month, in which crooks made off with some of Beth's personal belongings. The investigation is ongoing, but he opens up about what local police begged him to do ... or NOT do.

As we reported ... Dog had a hunch the crime was an inside job based on what a psychic told him, who claimed she'd spoken to Beth from the great beyond.

He admitted it wouldn't be pretty if he ends up getting a hold of the culprits.

'Real Housewife' Gina Kirschenheiter's husband just got nailed by the Orange County D.A. with 2 felony charges related to an alleged domestic violence incident.

The D.A. is charging Matthew with domestic violence and false imprisonment of Gina back in June. According to docs, the incident went down on June 22. We know the 'RHOC' star had filed for a restraining order against Matthew back in June ... and it appears the charges stem from that same incident.

Matthew allegedly "inflicted corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition" upon Gina. The D.A. doesn't list details about the false imprisonment charge ... but often in domestic violence cases, it means the defendant prevented the victim from leaving a room or their home.

Matt was arrested back in June, but prosecutors didn't charge him until today.

Gina had filed for divorce in April 2018, and will be officially single on Jan. 1, 2020.

Kyle Richards says Camille Grammer's dead wrong by suggesting she shut out CG for another season of 'Real Housewives' -- however, we're sensing there's no love lost here.

We got the 'RHOBH' star Tuesday night as she left Craig's in WeHo, and our camera guy asked Kyle straight-up ... was Camille's non-vite back for Season 10 Kyle's doing, as Camille herself claimed on Twitter just last week? Kyle shoots down that notion completely.

She tells us that she doesn't know why Camille might've said that, as Kyle claims there isn't any bad blood between the two of 'em. Kyle also denies that it's "her show" now.

We ask a follow-up question about Garcelle Beauvais being cast for the forthcoming season -- and becoming the first black woman to star on 'RHOBH' -- and Kyle says she couldn't be more thrilled ... adding that she's gonna kill it as a main housewife.

It's interesting ... rumors have circulated that during the taping of Season 9's reunion show earlier this year, Camille made some eyebrow-raising comments that didn't air, including an alleged comment about not having to apologize for being a white woman.

Not saying one thing might have to do with the other, but the timing of everything certainly makes you wonder if that might've been tied to Camille not being asked back.

Judge Mathis won't face criminal charges for allegedly spitting on a parking valet, and the alleged victim is clamming up ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... the valet, who claimed the judge actually spit on him twice during a heated confrontation, will not press charges against Judge Mathis.

The Detroit Police Department tells TMZ ... just after last month's incident at Flood's Bar and Grille, police contacted the valet and asked if he wanted to press charges, and the valet told cops he needed to consult his attorney.

Since then, we're told police have made several attempts to follow up with the valet, but have not been able to make contact ... and, without cooperation from the valet, police can't make a case against Judge Mathis.

We obtained security cam footage of the incident, which shows Judge Mathis berating the valet as he sits in a Jeep. Mathis lunges his head forward into the car window -- the moment the valet claims the judge hocked a loogie right in his grill.

Judge Mathis denies spitting on the valet, who he claims kept him waiting outside the restaurant for 40 minutes. The guy accidentally left Mathis' keys in his pocket while he was parking another car.

The valet clamming up is an abrupt change of course ... as we reported, he initially wanted a DNA test to prove Mathis spit on him, filed a police report for assault and his legal team claimed there were at least 2 witnesses who can back up his story.

Amber Portwood is vehemently denying her boyfriend's claim that she went after him and their 1-year-old son with a machete ... she says his version of events makes him sound "insane."

Amber finally opens up about her domestic violence arrest on the 'Teen Mom OG' reunion show, telling Dr. Drew her side of the story and ripping her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon.

In this clip from the special, which airs tonight on MTV, Amber says Andrew's clearly off his rocker for trying to make her out as some sort of machete-wielding maniac.

TMZ broke the story ... Amber was busted for domestic violence July 5 after Andrew contacted cops and claimed she struck him with a shoe while he was holding their child, James.

We later learned Amber also allegedly wielded a machete and struck a door with Andrew on the other side.

But, Amber says Andrew's allegations simply don't add up ... she says she's kept her nose clean since choosing prison over rehab back in 2012, and there's no way she would jeopardize everything she's worked for by allegedly running after Andrew and their boy with a machete.

Dog The Bounty Hunter is still hurting months after losing his beloved wife -- not to mention all the other unfortunate events that happened soon after ... but he's got a plan to move forward.

We got Dog out Thursday in NYC and asked him how he's doing these days. He didn't cover up the pain ... Dog says each day is a challenge. He described how he's feeling using a 1 to 10 scale. It's a struggle, for sure.

Dog says he's relying on friends and family as he continues reeling from losing his wife, Beth Chapman to cancer back in June. Adding insult to injury ... crooks broke into Dog's shop not long after, and he suspects it's an inside job. Then there's the scam Dog nearly got wrapped up in. Yes, it's been a rough 2019.

But, there's a new case that fell on Dog's lap and he's more than ready to pounce. He says getting back in on the action will really help him grieve. Sounds like a solid plan.

Mama June was living in such squalor before fleeing her house, it had to be totally gutted by the new owner ... and we've got pics of the shocking conditions.

Neighborhood sources tell us there's been constant demolition at June's house over the last week to clear it out. You can see from the pics ... everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms has been torn apart. Some rooms are stripped down to the drywall and subflooring.

Our sources say a family with 4 children is getting ready to move into the house, and it was so filthy they've decided to rip it up and start all over.

TMZ broke the story ... June and her boyfriend, Geno, recently left the Hampton, GA home and have plans to buy an RV and tour the country.

As a result, her daughter, Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- is now living with her big sister, Pumpkin.

Alana turned 14 on Wednesday, but it doesn't appear June was part of the celebration. June's family issued her an ultimatum last month, choose Geno or Alana. So far, she's sticking with her BF.

Judge Mathis denies spitting on a parking valet, despite the valet's accusations ... well we got the video, and you can judge for yourself.

Security cam footage of the incident -- obtained by TMZ -- shows the TV judge looking like a spitfire as he approaches a vehicle with the valet sitting inside. As we've told you ... the guy had Mathis' keys in his pocket, which kept him from retrieving his Rolls-Royce. Mathis says he waited a full 40 minutes.

You see hizzoner storming at the car and leaning in to berate the valet, and after a couple seconds ... lunges his head forward into the car window. This is when the valet alleges Mathis hocked a loogie right in his face.

Spit or no spit -- it's difficult to tell, even with the video zoomed in and slow-moed -- Mathis sticks around to yell and point at the valet a little more ... and makes one more mini-lunge toward him before a man comes and pulls him away.

We broke the story ... the valet claims the judge actually spit on him twice -- the second launch ended up on his shirt -- and he now wants a DNA test to prove his point. He also claims to have witnesses who can confirm the spit attack.

Judge Mathis denies launching any spit at the valet, and he gave us the reason for his frustration -- a long, long wait.

The 64-year-old grandmother whom Kim Kardashian West helped free from prison is now the face of the launch campaign for Kim's SKIMS Solutionwear.

Alice Marie Johnson is making her on-camera debut, pushing Kim's new product ... and the theme is freedom. Alice talks about her experience in prison and how Kim went to war to get her out -- she calls KKW her "war angel."

Johnson says Kim's product is a metaphor for freedom ... it allows her to go to the store and pick up something she'd normally never wear, thanks to SKIMS.

Alice was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1997 on money laundering and drug conspiracy charges ... her first offenses. Kim made headlines after meeting with President Trump, who then championed her cause and Alice was released shortly afterward.

The two developed a serious friendship ... and Alice has praised Kim's efforts ever since. This is a big moment for Kim ... she's found a way of merging her beauty brand with her social activism.

Alice's testimonial will kick off the SKIMS campaign, and we're told Kim's sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie have also all shot for the brand.

Judge Mathis' altercation with a valet just got a spittle more interesting -- the man claiming he was spat upon by the judge believes DNA will crack the case.

Mathis strongly denies spitting on the valet, who kept the TV judge waiting -- he says for 40 minutes as the valet ran errands with the Judge's Rolls Royce keys in his pocket -- but the valet's lawyer, Karri Mitchell, tells us the loogies are going to the lab.

Mitchell claims Mathis didn't just spit in his client's face -- he also launched some saliva on the valet's shirt with separate spit. Even worse, the lawyer alleges Mathis walked over to some people nearby and bragged about what he had just done.

The lawyer says there are at least 2 witnesses who can back up the valet's story. The valet filed a police report for assault and Detroit detectives are investigating.

Feel free to raise a glass in honor of Luann de Lesseps reaching the end of her 1-year probation, but forgive her if she doesn't join you -- she's planning to stick with the sober life.

The 'Real Housewives of New York' star was on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to talk about her milestone. The judge ordered her to stay off drugs and alcohol during probation, and Luann told us it's had a profound impact on her life.

Yeah, she could be celebrating with champagne -- we know she's down with mimosas -- but Luann says she's now enjoying sobriety.

As you know ... she'd been on probation from her Christmas Eve 2017 arrest after an alleged drunken dispute with cops in Palm Beach, FL. Video from inside the patrol car showed Luann going nuclear ... threatening to kill an officer.

Luann didn't hold back, btw, when we asked her about her sometimes-nemesis on 'RHOC,' Bethenny Frankel, quitting the show this week. For those expecting a "ding dong the Wicked Witch is dead" kinda moment -- watch the clip.

Judge Mathis might have to go in front of a judge himself because he allegedly lost it on a valet and spit on him ... and TMZ's learned the guy's lawyered up.

Sources connected to the valet tell TMZ ... the TV judge valet parked his Rolls Friday at Flood's Bar and Grille in Detroit, but when he left the joint ... things got hot quickly.

We're told a valet had Mathis' keys in his pocket and was out on a run to retrieve another car, and was gone 10-15 minutes. Our sources say when his client finally returned, JM chewed the guy out in a profanity-laced schooling ... in front of coworkers and customers.

Mathis allegedly became even angrier when the valet explained he had to travel a long way to get the other car and apologized for accidentally taking his keys.

The parting shot ... the valet told cops Mathis spit on him and then beat it.

The valet filed a police report alleging criminal assault. The cops are investigating.

We're told there were multiple witnesses to the incident.

BTW -- the judge has presided over some cases where spitting was an issue ... and his take is pretty interesting.

We've reached out to Judge Mathis ... no word back, so far.
