NeNe Leakes is being hauled into court by her boyfriend's wife for allegedly sleeping with her man, causing her marriage to collapse ... this according to new legal documents.

Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh claims in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, NeNe and now-BF Nyonisela Sioh hooked up while he was still married to her.

Malomine says NeNe posted picture after picture of her and her new man ... humiliating Malomine and cratering her relationship with her husband.

Malomine claims she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection. In case you're wondering, North Carolina is one of 7 states where a person can sue a spouse's extramarital partner for alienation of affection. Most states have disallowed such suits, because it's really just the game of love. Malomine is gunning for more than $100K.

NeNe is no stranger to lawsuits  ... as we reported, she recently accused the 'Real Housewives' team of being a toxic workplace.

She claimed the show ignored her complaints about years of racist remarks hurled her way by fellow cast member Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

Bam Margera's fall at a skate park -- which has his wrist currently in a cast -- was painfully and very clearly captured on video newly obtained by TMZ ... and just watching the wipeout is gonna make ya go ... ouch!!!

Bam's tumble went down at the Hobbit Skate Park in Delray Beach, FL ... as you can see, the trick he tried to land didn't work out as planned, slamming him to the ground, right wrist first.

Stephanie Matto's newest business venture, selling jars of boob sweat, has come to a screeching halt after a bear ventured onto her property, making production way too life-threatening.

The "90 Day Fiancé" star tells TMZ she's been bottling up jars of mammary sweat for the past two weeks ... laying by her new pool to build up enough sweat to fill bottle after bottle.

She says her boob sweat was selling like hotcakes -- from between $300-$500 a pop. She says she was averaging $5K a day before the black bear made its presence known in the yard.

Stephanie's now sweating, but not in a productive way. She can't lay by the pool and sweat, so she's now thinking of investing in a sauna.

This isn't her first time cashing in on her bodily functions -- Stephanie started selling her farts in jars last year and says she made more than $100K.

While it sounds like easy money, Stephanie told us back in December she ate way too many fiber bars and it nearly sent her to the emergency room!

Kim Kardashian did, in fact, go to town on Beyond Meat products ... a point she really wanted to prove in a newly surfaced video from a recent commercial she did for the company.

ICYMI, Kim K came under a lot of fire for an advertisement she recently did for the plant-based meat substitute. In it, Kim said she'd been named the company's new taste consultant ... yet people online noticed the ad never showed Kim actually taking a bite of any of the items she was holding.

Kim attempted to quiet all the trolls Tuesday, posting a ton of outtakes from the commercial where she bites into tenders, sausage and even a burger -- though she ditched the top bun to cut carbs.

The son of "90 Day Fiance" stars Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee has been diagnosed with leukemia.

3-year-old Taeyang was diagnosed with b-cell quite lymphoblastic leukemia last week -- a type of blood cancer that's more common in young children ... Deavan's publicist, Lindsay Feldman of BrandBomb PR, tells TMZ.

He's been in the hospital ever since and is expected to stay there a while ... he's already started chemo treatments and is awaiting further procedures. Deavan was told this will be a long two-year process, with a high success rate of full recovery in five years.

According to the GoFundMe page started by Deavan's mother, Taeyang took countless trips to the ER before a specialist told them he had cancer cells. The family is looking to raise $50K to cover expenses.

We're told Deavan attempted to contact Jihoon about their son's diagnosis but has been unsuccessful ... he has her and her family's numbers, emails and social media blocked. She even tried contacting Jihoon's father but was unsuccessful.

Master P is mourning the death of his daughter, Tytyana Miller.

The 52-year-old rapper took to social media Sunday night to announce his 29-year-old daughter had passed away.

"Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my daughter Tytyana," Master P wrote on Instagram. "We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve. We appreciate all of the prayers love and support."

He continued ... "Mental illness & substance abuse is a real issue that we can't be afraid to talk about. With God, we will get through this. #MyAngel."

Master P's son, and Tytyana's older brother, Romeo Miller also took to Instagram to mourn her death.

"Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my little sister Tytyana. We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve."

He went on ... "We appreciate all of the prayers, love, and support, and although this is sad times, I'm forever grateful for the memories I did have with my amazing sister. Love on your loved ones, life is short. The silver lining, I know she's in a way better place and finally at peace and free. God Bless. - RM"

The cause of death has not been revealed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... paramedics got an emergency call around 2:30 AM Saturday and responded to a home in the San Fernando Valley. It appears she was pronounced dead on scene -- she was not taken to a hospital.

Tytyana is one of MP's middle children -- she's also one of 4 daughters.

She's been featured on the family's reality show, "Growing Up Hip Hop," and her struggles with substance abuse have been well-documented ... including a dramatic moment where Romeo and P were encouraging her to enter rehab.

As for Tytyana, she had pursued an acting career, and appeared in "A Mother's Choice."

Tytyana was 29.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are more than ready to show the world -- they're in love.

They posted vid Sunday ... matching from head to toe. They both have bleached their hair blonde and are decked out in black outfits. And, then ... they kiss for all to see. And, then show a little tongue!

The war's been raging for a few months now, and Val says it's hard for people to stay focused on supporting Ukraine relief efforts ... given all the turmoil and daily struggles that most folks here are dealing with.

Val's got his own foundation building homes for refugees over in Europe ... and he says it's sometimes even hard for him to reach out to his own supporters to rally around Ukraine.

It's an interesting perspective from Val ... he's thankful for all the support so far, and the pledges going forward, but knows lots of folks are struggling to keep their heads above water and understands it's not realistic for everyone to put all their focus on Ukraine.

Joe Exotic's estranged husband, Dillon Passage, has filed a prenup in their divorce case, and Joe's lawyer tells TMZ, it's actually a money grab and the prenup is fraudulent.

On the surface, this seems weird, because you'd think Joe would be the one who would want a prenup, but his lawyer, Autumn Blackledge, says there was never such a document.

Dillon's lawyer filed the prenup Friday, which keeps the property and assets each brought into the marriage and the property and assets they acquired during the marriage separate.

Blackledge says Joe never signed such a document and she believes this is a stall tactic on Dillon's part to delay a final divorce decree, so he can continue to make money off his relationship with Joe.

She goes on to allege Dillon has been on a tear, selling some of Joe's personal items for personal gain while Joe sits behind bars ... speaking of which, Blackledge claims Dillon has never visited Joe in prison.

According to the document, Joe's deep in financial debt. She says his assets total $65,000 and his debts are an astonishing $100,052,000. She says his annual income is $7,800.

According to the document, Dillon owes $20k in student loans and has $110 in his checking account, with a net worth of $20,110.

Sounds like neither has anything to speak of, yet Blackledge claims Dillon has made more than $1 million off the 'Tiger King' franchise.

Joe filed for divorce in March after 4 years of marriage.

Dillon’s lawyer Parastoo Majd says, "The prenuptial agreement was entered into legally by both parties and I will have a full statement after the holiday weekend."

Josh Duggar was just slammed by his sister and brother-in-law ... calling his prison sentence for child porn God's vengeance.

Jill and Derick Dillard posted, "The Bible clearly states that God effects justice and vengeance through the governing authorities. Though some believe Josh should have received a greater sentence and still fewer believe he should have received a lighter sentence, God has carried out his vengeance today for his unspeakable criminal activity."

Jill and Derick says 12 years, 7 months behind bars and 20-years probation thereafter is the only way Josh can rehabilitate himself, "to the point he can safely live in society again."

They went on ... "Hopefully, Josh can actually begin to get treatment and begin to work toward a lifestyle where he is less likely to reoffend. If for nothing else, the notoriety of this case has hopefully contributed to the deterrence of potential offenders and will help protect children by decreasing the demand for' child pornography."

Josh's lawyer, Travis Story, tells TMZ they will fight the conviction on appeal.

Pete Davidson has ventured West -- no, not THAT West -- after his exit from 'SNL.'

Pete's back in L.A. with GF Kim Kardashian. Kim was doing a photo shoot for SKIMS at her office — and Pete was hanging out.

Pete was decked out in a shower cap -- covering his bleached mane -- while KK rocked a pretty snazzy bodysuit.

The decks are now cleared for Pete to move to L.A. He hasn't said where he'll land, but he wants to do more movies so the City of Angels seems to be the place that makes the most sense.

Also, it's now undeniable -- his relationship with Kim is super serious, so enough of the bicoastal crap already.

If Pete does move to L.A. ... it's unclear where he'll live, but he DOES have options.

"Little Women: Atlanta" star Ms. Juicy is on the mend after suffering a serious stroke.

She says she's out of the hospital and back home, but still not 100%. She confirmed what we've reported ... that she suffered a stroke and was in intensive care for days.

Ms. Juicy Baby and her team haven't given any medical updates on what doctor's say triggered the stroke or the impact it had on her physical and/or mental functions, but it was clearly serious.

Ms. Juicy's sister, Tanya Evans, had been crowdsourcing for medical bills she says have been piling up since Juicy's stroke ... with a GoFundMe seeking $25,000.

"Alaskan Bush People" star Bear Brown could have a clean slate when it comes to the assault charge he's facing, but he's gonna have to put some serious work in over the next 6 months to make it happen.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Bear has agreed to satisfy a bunch of conditions before his next hearing in November -- and if he's successful, the charge will be dismissed.

As for the conditions -- he's gotta let the court know if he changes his address, pay a total of $270 in fees, and ditch all of his firearms. Of course, he also can't get arrested, violate any criminal laws, or commit any acts of violence/harassment to another person.

If he can check all those boxes, his domestic violence assault charge will be thrown out.

TMZ broke the story ... Bear was arrested and booked for 4th-degree domestic violence last month, after an argument with his wife Raiven Adams. Raiven claims things escalated and he pushed and pinned her down on a bed ... though Bear insisted he just tried to grab her phone and never got physical.

Cops claimed the only injury they observed on Adams was a scratch ... but it was enough to make an arrest.

The two tied the knot in January after getting engaged in 2019, the relationship has been rocky at times, but the couple ultimately decided to stay together.

"Selling Sunset" fans keep showing up at The Oppenheim Group real estate office, peering in the tinted windows and taking pics out front ... so much so, agents now have signs on the door.

Lisa Vanderpump is going all out to celebrate some four-legged friends by hosting her 6th annual 'World Dog Day'!

The 'Real Housewives' star (and her pup) joined "TMZ Live" to give us the lowdown on this weekend's festivities in West Hollywood, which raises awareness about global dog abuse.

Lisa tells us, "World Dog Day' is a real feel-good factor ... especially coming amid some very tough times in America, around the world ... and even for Lisa's charity Vanderpump Dog Foundation.

From the sounds of it, it'll be a whole 'lotta fun ... Lisa says, they're doing it big for all the furry folks -- live music and a DJ, vendors with doggy treats ... also a dog water park, pie-eating contest and even a fashion show with dog models!

While the foundation puts on a great show for pleasure, it also gets down to business too. The org has rescued and adopted over 2,300 dogs domestically and hundreds internationally ... even more of a reason to celebrate!
