A woman in search of something thinks she may have found it in cosmetic surgery -- all in an effort to look like Barbie ... a journey that's not complete without tweaks to her vagina.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Nannette Hammond is set to appear on a reality show called "Lookalike Love" -- which documents her plans to transform (yes, even more so than where she's currently at) into a de facto human Barbie doll.

Here's just a smidge of what we're told Nannette is getting done ... a bigger butt (via implants) as well as having her vagina tightened (labiaplasty) -- procedures that'll cost somewhere in the ballpark of $75k to $90k. No word on who's actually footing the bill, BTW.

As for why she's looking to get her lady parts cinched ... our production sources say it has to do with the fact Nannette's had 7 kids and is looking to spruce things up so she can feel (and look) young again ... a la Barbie. Production isn't underway yet due to COVID, but we're hearing the cameras should hopefully be rolling again soon to capture all this.

We should also note ... this isn't her first rodeo under the knife -- Nannette has spent upwards of $500k on surgeries, all for this seemingly never-ending desire to be an actual Barbie. That includes 3 boob jobs/lifts, lip fillers, veneers and semi-permanent makeup.

As for the Barbie obsession ... our sources say Nannette just loves the idea of Barbie, and always has since she was a kid. She says she won't stop going down this rabbit hole until she's at least 70 ... which, if true, she's got a ways to go. The woman's just 47.

Todrick Hall told cops he's the victim of a home burglary where crooks made off with at least five figures in valuables ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers received a report thieves broke into the "American Idol" and "RuPaul's Drag Race" star's home recently, smashing a back window to gain entry.

We're told one of Todrick's friends came home to discover the break-in, and cops were told around $50,000 worth of handbags and personal property were taken.

We're told the total loss could end up being even more ... Todrick still needs to go through the rest of his stuff to see what else might be missing.

Todrick's a fixture on 'Drag Race' and he's also known for working on music videos with his close friend, Taylor Swift.

NBC is running from its reality show "Ultimate Slip 'N Slide" ... after a bunch of folks on the crew experienced explosive runs themselves.

The network put the show on ice after members of the production staff experienced diarrhea ... apparently from some sort of parasite called Giardia.

The show was being shot in the San Fernando Valley and almost reached the finish line with 1 week of production left, but it was too much. After multiple crew members got sick, production was indefinitely shut down.

Neither of the hosts -- Bobby Moynihan and Ron Funches -- came down with the runs.

An environmental lab tested the water used in the competition, along with restrooms and other facilities, and initially results came back negative, but they got a positive result last month. So, with 7 weeks in the can (sorry) and one week left to go, the door was slammed shut ... this according to PEOPLE.

The show was set to premiere August 8 after the closing ceremony of the Olympic Summer Games.

Josh Duggar's child pornography case looks like the final nail in the coffin for his family's TV show ... TLC's canceling it after 11 seasons.

The network announced it will no longer be producing "Counting On," the family reality series that's a spin-off of the popular "19 Kids and Counting" ... which ended its run back in 2015.

TMZ broke the story ... Josh -- one of the stars of '19 Kids' -- was arrested by the feds in late April and charged with 2 counts of child pornography. He's accused of knowingly receiving child porn in May 2019 and knowingly possessing images of child pornography ... including images of minors below the age of 12.

TLC makes it clear ... the case is why it's pulling the plug, saying it "feels it is important to give the Duggar family the opportunity to address their situation privately."

Addressing the case in any way on the show would have been a legal risk for Duggar ... while not addressing it would mean producers were ignoring the biggest elephant in the room.

Kim Kardashian knows how to steal the show -- even when she's visiting the home of the Pope -- and an eye-catching lace dress will do the job. Every time.

Kim did the opposite of blend in as a tourist Monday as she checked out Vatican City with Kate Moss and her daughter, Lila Grace. Kim was dressed in a striking off-the-shoulder white lace dress ... sure to make a nun or 2 blush.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ she's in Italy for business meetings this week along with her biz partner Tracy Romulus, makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic and hairstylist Chris Appleton ... so it's no wonder she looks fab.

There are no exceptions to the strict dress code in the Sistine Chapel though, so we're told KK fully covered up her dress with a leather jacket when she went inside Pope Francis' residence.

And, we know what you're wondering, but no ... she did not have an audience with His Holiness, Pope Francis.

Along with the Sistine Chapel, Kim also took in a tour of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican and visited the Colosseum in Rome on Sunday.

'90 Day Fiance' star Deavan Clegg claims Jenelle Evans is spewing lies about her since their podcast project went south, and she's lawyering up to take the former 'Teen Mom' to court.

Deavan's planning to file suit against Jenelle for defamation and cyberstalking ... according to her publicist, Lindsay Feldman of BrandBomb Marketing. As for how their relationship got this nasty ... it's a bit complicated, but the gist is a few months ago they teamed up for a podcast called "Girl S#!t" -- along with Gabbie Egan, and when it didn't work out, the mudslinging began.

Deavan accused Jenelle and Gabbie of bullying and ganging up on her, and Jenelle accused Deavan of spreading lies.

It all came to a head recently though, with Jenelle posting a 44-minute video explaining her side -- but also dropping an allegation that after a weekend with Deavan, Jenelle's supply of anxiety meds for her esophagus problems turned up missing. Deavan later alleged the medication Jenelle seemingly accused her of taking was Xanax.

Deavan vehemently denies that, and it's one of the main reasons she's threatening to sue Jenelle.

While she's at it, we're told she's also considering legal action against Gabbie for allegedly violating an NDA related to the podcast.

Several big names from "The Bachelor" franchise are catching flak for receiving money from the government's Paycheck Protection Program during the pandemic ... but 2 of them, so far, are defending it.

If ya don't know ... the PPP loans were meant to aid small businesses and allow them to keep their workforce employed during the COVID crisis, and new public records revealed companies associated with 'Bachelor' stars like Tayshia Adams and Arie Luyendyk received loans in the past year in the amounts of $20,833 and $20,830 respectively.

The companies that actually received the PPP loans are interesting -- Tayshia named her company Tayshia Adams Media LLC ... and Arie's is called Instagram Husband LLC. Yeah, fans are having a field day with that one.

Another notable one is the Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation, which received an $11,355 PPP loan. Dale Moss also applied for a $20k loan, but it doesn't look like that one has been disbursed yet.

Social media controversy about all this is picking up. The big question being ... why should these reality TV stars and influencers be granted PPP loans?

For her part, Tayshia insists her company's PPP loan was totally on the up and up.

Her rep tells TMZ ... "The primary purpose of the [PPP] Loan is to help business owners retain their existing employees and to create jobs for Americans who are financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a business owner, television and podcast host, and brand ambassador, Tayshia obtained a PPP Loan that enabled her to hire an employee, to whom she offers market-based pay and benefits."

We're told the employee Tayshia hired with the PPP money was previously laid off from a media company at the start of the pandemic.

The rep adds ... "Since exhausting the PPP Loan funds, but in light of the growing economy, Tayshia has committed to retaining her employee for the foreseeable future."

Likewise, Underwood's rep tells us ... "Colton's nonprofit filed for the PPP loan after their annual fundraising events were cancelled due to COVID. None of the PPP went directly to Colton. In fact, Colton has never received any form of payment from the foundation, all of the proceeds go directly to people living with cystic fibrosis."

Nevertheless ... the backlash online has begun. Even former 'Bachelor' Nick Viall is weighing in by saying the loans might be perfectly legit, legally speaking, but to him at least ... something seems "s**tty" about it.

John Langley, the creator of the hit TV show "Cops" has died.

Langley's reps confirmed the news to Variety, saying he passed away Saturday in Baja, Mexico of an apparent heart attack -- this while the guy was involved in an off-road race ... and was actually on the track himself. Word is, he was with his son, Zak, at the time.

He's obviously best remembered as the brains behind the long-running, real-life, crime-fighting reality show on FOX ... which aired 32 seasons and over a thousand episodes between 1989 and 2020. The series was canceled last year amid social unrest after George Floyd's murder.

Prior to that though ... "Cops" was a cultural hit, and some say it served as a giant blueprint for reality TV shows to come. Crazy as that sounds -- it IS reality TV ... just not in the way we're used to seeing it now. All the same, Langley was a trailblazer in the subgenre.

There were other law enforcement-type shows and projects JL was involved in over the years as well -- including EP titles for series like "Jail," "Vegas Strip," "Undercover Stings," "Las Vegas Jailhouse," "The Tony Rock Project" and pretty much all of the "The Amazing Video Collection" spin-offs that surfaced in the late '90s.

He also had a hand in movies and made-for-TV documentaries -- such as "Brooklyn's Finest," "Leaves of Grass," "Tiptoes," "Hollywood Vice," "Wildside," "American Expose: Who Murdered JFK?" and his first on-camera project from '83, "Cocaine Blues."

Langley was well decorated as a TV vet -- having won the American Television Award and four Emmys for his work on "Cops." He's survived by his wife, Maggie, and their children.

He was 78.

Henry "Nacho" Laun -- the extreme eating star of "Wahlburgers" and one of Mark Wahlberg's OG entourage members -- died after a cocaine overdose ... according to his death certificate.

TMZ has obtained the doc from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and it lists "complications of acute cocaine intoxication" as the immediate cause of death. The manner of his death is listed as accidental.

Nacho died on June 1 at 2:33 PM at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA. He's listed as never married and his occupation as "TV Personality/Entertainment." The death certificate also shows Nacho was cremated on June 19.

TMZ broke the story ... Nacho was found unconscious in his vehicle at a gas station while on a road trip from Boston to Cape Cod in mid-May. While at the hospital he had been placed on life support because he couldn't breathe on his own.

Family and friends were holding on to hope he'd pull through after showing some signs of recovery ... but unfortunately, Nacho passed away.

Nacho was a fan favorite on the hit A&E show, known for never shying away from an eating challenge. In fact, Mark once brought Nacho with him to an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" ... where he drank Tabasco sauce and ate wasabi, to everyone's horror and delight.

"Duck Dynasty" star Kay Robertson needed medical attention after being attacked by her own dog ... and the pup ripped off a piece of her lip.

Miss Kay, the family matriarch, was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after being attacked at home by her dog, Bobo ... according to Phil and Jase Robertson.

Phil shared the dog attack story on their podcast, "Unashamed" ... and he says he was awoken in the middle of the night by a bleeding Kay, who had a rag over her mouth as she told him she needed to get to a hospital STAT.

Phil says the dog split Kay's top lip in two, with the gash about a quarter-inch deep. He says she was bleeding all over the place and there was a notable chunk missing.

According to the family, Miss Kay was going in for a goodnight kiss when Bobo snapped back ... Bobo was already sleeping and she woke him up, and the pooch is not getting the blame.

The ink's barely dried on Christina Haack's divorce papers with ex-husband Ant Anstead and he's already moved on to a big-time Hollywood star ... Renee Zellweger!!!

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... Ant and Renee met earlier this month when they filmed an episode of his new Discovery+ show "Celebrity IOU Joyride."

Well, as luck would have it ... we're told after Ant and Renee filmed their episode she actually returned to the set at some point to drop off some work boots for Ant. It's unclear when exactly they decided to go out, but our sources say they're doing exactly that now.

The dating news comes just days after we first reported Christina and Ant's divorce was finalized. They'll share custody of their 1-year-old son, Hudson, and Ant has 2 kids from a previous relationship.

"Celebrity IOU Joyride" is a 6-episode series where Ant and co-host Cristy Lee help celebs give one of their loved ones a one-of-a-kind car transformation. Some of the other celebs include Mary J. Blige, Tony Hawk, Octavia Spencer, James Marsden and Danny Trejo.

The series is a spinoff of "Property Brothers" twins Drew and Jonathan Scott's HGTV hit show "Celebrity IOU."

As for Renee, she's been married once ... to country star Kenny Chesney. They married and split in 2005, and more recently, she was linked to musician Doyle Bramhall II.

Jenn Harley's side hustles on Instagram are evaporating faster than her neighbors can call 911 on her ... and it all stems from her domestic violence arrest.

A rep for Bellesa -- a sex toy and porn company that caters to women -- tells TMZ ... the company's cutting all ties with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's ex-GF, saying it's appalled by the news she allegedly pointed a gun at her new BF, dropped the n-word and threatened to kill him.

Jenn's partnership with Bellesa called for her to promote one of its sex toys on IG. For instance, on Mother's Day weekend she posted, "Moms deserve to relax too!" ... and alerted followers to hit her up for a free toy or gift card.

Her deal to pimp the famous Bentley Trike (stroller/bike) is also in jeopardy -- a rep for Posh Baby and Kids, the distributor, says they've suspended the partnership, and will terminate Jenn's contract if the allegations prove true.

Company prez Deepak Raghavan says "These incidents go against the values of our company. We don't condone this behavior."

As we reported ... Jenn and her BF, Joseph Ambrosole, recently got into a heated argument in Vegas that included her leaving him stranded on the side of the road before things allegedly got so much worse when they got home.

According to the arrest report ... Jenn pointed a gun and threatened to shoot Joseph while dropping the n-word. Cops say Joseph told them that Jenn said "I'll shoot you n***a," and "I'll kill you right f***ing now," before cocking the gun.

She was ultimately arrested and booked for domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon.

'Bad Girls Club' star Judi Jai hates karaoke ... just ask her neighbor who told cops she smashed his karaoke machine in a booze-fueled rampage that ended with her behind bars.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops got a call Saturday morning about "shots fired" at her Atlanta-area home. When they arrived, cops were greeted by Judi, and after running her name ... found an active warrant for her arrest.

We're told she was wanted for allegedly making terroristic threats about shooting a cop.

Cops detained her while they investigated her allegations ... which included accusing her neighbor of shooting his firearm at her home and shattering her front window. She also claimed the neighbor shot her, but cops say they didn't see any wounds to back that up.

One totally relevant sidenote ... cops say Judi admitted "she had been drinking Don Julio and that she was drunk." That might explain what the neighbor told cops went down -- that while he was on his front porch listening to music, Judi allegedly walked out of her place, grabbed his karaoke machine ... and then banged it against her own front window until it shattered.

Cops say they saw pieces of his karaoke machine on her living room floor, but they did not see any shell casings ... just the shattered window.

Cops ultimately cited her for criminal trespass and hauled her away. She posted bond the next day. It's not the first time booze has been linked to problems for Judi. As we reported ... she blamed alcohol for her suicidal tweets in October, 2020.

As for this weekend, Judi's sticking to her story, telling TMZ ... her neighbor smashed her window with a bat. She says she initially thought the glass shattered due to him firing his gun.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have broken up, and TMZ's learned the split happened shortly after allegations spread last month that he cheated on her again.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell us ... they called things off a few weeks ago, not long after a woman named Sydney Chase claimed she and Tristan had sex after he had reunited with Khloe.

As we told you ... Tristan shot down the claims and threatened to sue Chase, but he didn't go through with it. However, we're told he maintains her allegations were untrue ... but acknowledges the breakup with Khloe occurred after the claims went public.

Our sources say Khloe and Tristan are still communicating, however, they are committed to co-parenting their 3-year-old daughter, True. We're told Tristan spent Father's Day with her, as well.

Worth noting, though ... is the timing of the news of this latest breakup. It comes on the heels of a Daily Mail report that Tristan was spotted entering a room with 3 women at a party Friday night ... emerging about a half hour later looking "disheveled."

Christina Anstead is officially back to Christina Haack (again) -- because her divorce from Ant Anstead is finalized ... TMZ has learned.

According to a legal filing, obtained by TMZ, the "Flip or Flop" star is single once more in the eyes of California. After filing for divorce in late 2020, a judge just signed off on the dissolution.

We're told she and Ant are going to be sharing custody -- both legal and physical -- of their 1-year-old son, Hudson. Christina has 2 other kids with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.

Our sources say neither Christina nor Ant will have to give the other any dough going forward. It also seems they've privately hashed out who gets what assets and property.

Like we told you, Christina and Ant announced they were separating in September, before Christina formally pulled the trigger a couple months later with divorce papers. They first linked up in 2017 -- while she and Tarek were going through their own split at the time.

There wasn't anything scandalous that caused this break-up -- our sources had previously told us Christina and Ant had simply drifted apart ... so no harm, no foul, it seems.

Obviously, this is the bow tie on their relationship -- but things have been moving behind the scenes while this divorce got buttoned up with the courts. Remember, Christina already unloaded the Newport Beach home she and Ant were sharing during their marriage ... snagging a cool $5.3 mil for it after asking for about $6M at first.

Kendall Jenner wants to kill the "Kardashian Curse" narrative once and for all ... saying their exes need to own up to their problems and stop letting the KarJenner family take all the blame.

As legend has it ... anyone who dates a Kardashian/Jenner is overcome with bad luck after getting tangled up in their spotlight -- no matter if it's an athlete or a musician.

Kenny unleashed on the notion Sunday night during a Q&A on the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Reunion on E! ... saying the whole idea is bogus.

"What I don't like about this narrative is that the blame is on us," Jenner told Andy Cohen. "I think the men need to take that responsibility."

"I think that we're all extremely giving and caring and loving women. And, when there is a man in our lives we like, give everything to them and as a family, we all love them so much."

"It's almost offensive, personally."

The KarJenners have dated an all-star roster of athletes over the years -- from guys like Reggie Bush to Kris Humphries to Lamar Odom to Tristan Thompson to James Harden to Ben Simmons to Jenner's current boo, Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker.

Kris Jenner defended their family name -- pointing out there's a Super Bowl champ (Bush) and two NBA champions (Lamar and TT) on that list ... and Kanye West and Travis Scott ain't doing too bad for themselves right now, either.

On top of that, Booker is 3 wins from making the NBA Finals this year ... so, yeah, doesn't seem too cursed to us (knock on wood).

"Of course, factually, it doesn't add up," Kendall added.

Speaking of, Jenner finally spoke publicly about her boyfriend for the first time, saying keeping their relationship private is what's best for them ... and she certainly seems happy!!!

And, if that's not enough Kardashian sports news for the day, Kendall also revealed what she would be doing with her life if it weren't for being a massively successful supermodel ... and she believes she would be an Olympic horseback rider!!!
