Lamar Odom Brothel Owner Tried to Kill Me ... In 2015 Incident
9:32 AM PT -- We spoke with Odom on the way out of "The View" and asked him why he thinks Hof tried to kill him. Odom says he's still trying to find the answers.
9:03 AM PT -- Lamar Odom claims the late owner of the Nevada brothel where he OD'd in 2015 tried to kill him ... and Odom says his legal team already has proof to back up his claim.
Odom just appeared on "The View" where he said Dennis Hof -- who owned the Love Ranch -- "tried to kill me."
Long story short ... Odom is adamant he did not intentionally consume any drugs -- including cocaine -- on the day of his overdose and he believes Hof (or someone working for Hof) poisoned him.
"Dennis Hof, I don't know what he had against me but I didn't do drugs that night," Odom said.
"I don't know what he had against me ... he tried to kill me."
Odom says his attorney has already investigated the allegation and found workers at the brothel who back up his claim.
Hof died in October 2018 -- but in 2016, he told TMZ Sports he was a fan of Odom and invited him back to the Love Ranch for the VIP treatment.
5/16/16
We've reached out to Hof's reps regarding Odom's attempted murder claim -- but so far, no comment.
As we previously reported, police who investigated the 2015 overdose say prostitutes at the Love Ranch told them they had heard Odom snorting substances before the OD and had a "vague knowledge of him using illegal narcotics."
Investigators later confirmed the presence of cocaine in Odom's system -- but clearly, Odom says he did NOT knowingly take drugs that night.
Lamar Odom says he believes his wild life story is fit for the big screen -- and he's already had talks about turning his new autobiography into a movie.
Odom was arriving to "The View" in New York on Tuesday to promote his new book, "Darkness to Light" -- in which he talks about everything from drug addiction to sex addiction to his failed marriage with Khloe Kardashian.
Odom says he's already spoken with people about turning his story into a movie but didn't say who those talks were with.
He's not wrong ... Odom went from being an NBA superstar to a reality star before hitting rock bottom ... when he overdosed at a Nevada brothel in 2015.
Odom suffered several strokes and heart attacks and doctors didn't think he'd fully recover.
But, Odom beat the odds and now he's getting ready to play professional basketball again with the BIG3 league.
It's an amazing story ... and it seems like it's only a matter of time before it gets the full-length feature film treatment.

Ellen DeGeneres I was Sexually Assaulted as a Teen ... By My Stepfather
Ellen DeGeneres revealed she's a victim of sexual assault ... and hopes her story helps other victims who are afraid to come forward.
The famed talk show host opened up on season 2 of David Letterman's Netflix show, 'My Next Guest Needs No Introduction' ... about her mother, Betty DeGeneres, marrying a "very bad man" who took advantage of Ellen when she a teenager.
She claims her stepfather waited until her mom was out of town and told her he needed to feel her breasts because he'd found a lump in her mom's breast and needed to check hers.
Ellen says she was 15 or 16 when it happened, and she's still angry at herself because she was too weak to stand up to him. She says ... "It's a really horrible, horrible story and the only reason I'm actually going to go into detail about it is because I want other girls to not ever let someone do that."
Ellen adds ... "We [women] just don't feel like we're worthy, or we're scared to have a voice, and we're scared to say no ... That's the only reason I think it's important to talk about it because there's so many young girls and it doesn't matter how old you are."
She says she's angered when victims do come forward and aren't believed, because women don't just make stuff up ... but feels it's time for women to have a voice, and have power.

Mario Batali Pleads Not Guilty in Boston To Alleged Groping, Kissing
5/24 9:30 AM PT -- Batali appeared in court and pled not guilty. He was released on his own recognizance but ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the alleged victim. His next court date's in July, but he does not have to be there.
Mario Batali allegedly forced himself on a woman in a Boston restaurant -- kissing and groping her without consent -- and now prosecutors are charging him.
The disgraced chef and restaurateur was hit with indecent assault and battery charges for the alleged incident in March 2017. He's expected to be arraigned in a Boston courthouse Friday.
As we've reported ... several women came forward last year and accused Batali of sexual harassment and other misconduct. He's already had three other cases dropped in NYC due to insufficient evidence.
Batali's denied claims of sexual assault, but the series of allegations led to him getting cut from his business group and surrendering all of his restaurants. He was also axed from the show "The Chew."
Along with the new criminal charge, he's facing a sexual assault lawsuit from a woman named Natali Tene who claims Batali kissed and groped her against her will in a Boston bar.
It's unclear if Tene is also the alleged victim in the criminal case -- the name has been redacted in court docs. However, there are reports she is.

Kellen Winslow Jr. Second Rape Accuser ... He Threatened to Murder Me Too
A second woman just testified that ex-NFL star Kellen Winslow Jr. threatened to murder her while raping her in 2018 ... echoing allegations from another woman who testified Tuesday.
The 58-year-old woman -- identified as Jane Doe #2 in court -- alleges Winslow picked her up on May 18, 2018 in the San Diego area in order to take her on a coffee date.
But, instead of getting drinks at a nearby cafe ... she says Winslow pulled over on the side of the road in a remote area and raped her.
She claims during the act, he put his hands around her neck and said, "'If you scream,' I don't know if it was, 'I'll choke you to death' or 'I'll murder you.'"
The woman says after Kellen was finished ... he drove her away from the area and again threatened to kill her "if you tell anyone."
The woman says she thought she was going to die multiple times during the encounter, telling the court Wednesday, "I was very afraid. The whole time I thought I was never going to get out alive."
Remember, on Tuesday, another woman using the alias Jane Doe #1 told a similar story -- claiming Winslow picked her up while hitchhiking in 2018 and violently raped her before threatening to kill her if she told anyone.
Winslow has been in court all week facing his accusers -- he's been charged with multiple felonies including kidnapping and forcible rape. If convicted on all counts, he faces life in prison.
For his part, Kellen has denied all of the allegations.

Kellen Winslow Jr. Rape Accusers Testify 'He Threatened to Kill Me'
The first accuser in the Kellen Winslow Jr. rape case is on the stand -- telling the court in graphic detail how the ex-NFL star raped her and then threatened to kill her in a supermarket parking lot.
The woman -- identified only as Jane Doe #1 -- is one of 3 accusers claiming she was raped by Winslow. Two other women in the case claim Winslow exposed himself in front of them.
During Tuesday's hearing, Jane Doe #1 -- a 54-year-old woman -- says she was hitchhiking in San Diego in 2018 when Winslow picked her up in a nice Jeep and took her to a Vons supermarket parking lot.
The woman says 35-year-old Winslow essentially mounted her in the car and forcibly raped her, causing her to bleed all over the place.
She claims Winslow eventually let her go but threatened her -- saying, "I'm going to f*cking kill you if you say anything and I'm going to kill you."
She added, "He threatened to kill me, and I really believe he would have."
Winslow is sitting in the courtroom and facing his accuser. He has previously denied ALL of the allegations ... insisting, "I am an innocent man."
He's facing multiple felony charges including kidnapping and forcible rape. If convicted on all counts, he faces life in prison.
Winslow was initially arrested back in June 2018. Officials say he kidnapped and raped 2 transient women. A 3rd woman claims Winslow raped her 15 years ago while she was unconscious.

D.L. Hughley Rips Abortion Bans ... Same States Where They Raped Slaves
D.L. Hughley is noticing a clear correlation between the states passing new laws to virtually ban abortions ... and the states with brutal histories of raping slaves.
We got the comedian at LAX and asked him if it's fair to compare the plight of women today to that of African-Americans in the Civil Rights movement.
D.L. says the two battles are one and the same, because women are having reproductive rights stripped away in the same states where those in power have always felt they had ownership over other people's bodies.
As you know ... 9 states have recently passed strict abortion bills -- Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio and Utah -- with some even outlawing abortion for rape and incest.
Tons of celebs have already come out against new efforts to overturn Roe vs. Wade ... with Leslie Jones going nuclear on 'SNL' and Alyssa Milano calling for a "sex strike."
Check out our clip ... D.L. thinks it's no coincidence the restrictive new laws are largely being passed in former slave states, and he's railing on state governments for essentially preventing women from having a seat at the table.

R. Kelly Accuser Faith Rodgers ... Testifies Before Federal Grand Jury
One of R. Kelly's alleged victims secretly testified against the singer in front of a federal grand jury that could indict him for tax evasion and sex trafficking.
Sources close to the case tell TMZ ... Faith Rodgers recently testified for a grand jury convened by U.S. Attorneys in the Southern District of New York, and we're told more witnesses are expected to provide testimony against Kelly soon.
No way to know what Faith told the panel -- federal grand jury proceedings are notoriously top secret -- but she's previously alleged Kelly gave her an STD and sued him last year for false imprisonment and sexual battery.
Faith was also featured in the Lifetime docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly" ... and afterward she claimed Kelly posted private photos of her and sent a notarized letter threatening to reveal details of her sex life in retaliation for her talking publicly.
As we've reported, there are 2 Kelly probes currently underway in New York -- one by the Eastern District and another by the Southern District -- which is in addition to another case the feds are building in Illinois.
We're told next week witnesses will testifying for a federal grand jury in Illinois, where Kelly is being investigated for tax evasion, obstruction of justice and sex trafficking.
We reached out to the U.S. Attorney's Office, but it declined to comment. Faith's attorney, Gloria Allred, would not confirm or deny her client testified.
Kelly's crisis manager, Darrell Johnson, says ... "Mr. Kelly feels like the devil is working overtime in effort to try to destroy his musical legacy for selfish, personal enrichment. We feel everything will line up right on track when it is all said and done."
Johnson added, "Mr. Kelly is not where he wants to be in life at this present moment. However, every indication shows that he is headed in the direction of a positive outcome. He feels that when you are very focused people try to take you down. He’s very confident that in the end he will be proven innocent.’’

Lamar Odom I'm a 'Sex Addict' More Than 2,000 Women
Lamar Odom says he's addicted to sex -- and claims he's bedded more than 2,000 women ... including strippers and prostitutes.
Odom comes clean about his sex life in his soon to be released book, "Darkness to Light" -- where he says, "I have been obsessed with sex for as long as I can remember."
"There were too many strippers to count,” Odom said in an excerpt first provided to People ... "It wasn’t a big deal, but often I would pay them. I never thought less of them."
In the book, Odom also admits he cheated on Khloe Kardashian during their marriage -- and she found out.
"I was shocked and embarrassed,” Odom told People ... "I wanted to take it back, but you can’t. [I] wanted to hide it. But that sick sin was hard for me to hide ... I had a problem."
Odom and Kardashian were married in 2009 -- and even though they separated in 2013 ... they weren't officially divorced until 2016.
Odom also says porn addiction was a major issue for him -- and he was so obsessed with X-rated videos, "I ran out of porn to watch! That’s how you know when you are going a little overboard."
The 39-year-old also admitted to People that sex would trigger his drug use because it would allow him to "double up on that good feeling."
Of course, Odom's vices all came to a head at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada in 2015 -- when the ex-NBA star overdosed during a cocaine and booze-fueled binge.
Odom says he still considers himself an addict -- but recently told TMZ Sports he feels like he's winning the battle.

Patricia Arquette To Fight Bad Abortion Laws Don't Bang These Types of Guys!!!
Patricia Arquette thinks Alyssa Milano's heart is in the right place with her so-called sex strike -- but she thinks it needs to be narrowed a bit to battle harmful abortion laws.
The outspoken actress spoke with us Tuesday at LAX about the newest hot-button issue surrounding a controversial law in Georgia that just passed, and Alyssa's call-to-arms to fight it ... women to withhold sex from men until the Peach State reverses course.
Op-ed on the #SexStrike for your reading pleasure.
@Alyssa_Milano
Co-written by @iamwaleisah. Thank you for your insight and guidance, Waleisah. 🥰 https://t.co/kZToaZB12L
Patricia agrees the Georgia law poses a serious danger to women, but worries the strike might cast too big a net.
Check it out ... Patricia agrees something's gotta be done to ensure women have autonomy over their bodies
On the blanket solution of a #sexstrike for all though, Patricia doesn't think most women will go for that. Unless, of course, you start to divvy up the potential recipients of said strike into blue or red, and where theses fellas fall in the voter's box.
Now you got something effective -- according to her, anyway.

Anthony Weiner Free Man Again ... I'm Glad This is Behind Me!!!
Anthony Weiner is officially a free man, after doing the remainder of his time at a halfway house for prison inmates ... and he's elated.
The disgraced former Congressman walked out of a residential re-entry center in NYC Tuesday morning, where he's been since February after transferring there from a Massachusetts federal prison.
Weiner, who was barely holding back a smile, said it's good to be out, adding ... "I hope to be able to live a life of integrity and service. I'm glad this chapter of my life is behind me."
Now that he's free, Weiner will be under supervised released for 3 years and will have to register as a sex offender. He's also on the hook for a $10k fine.
Weiner began serving a 21-month prison sentence in November 2017 after pleading to sexting a 15-year-old girl. He served about 15 months of it before being transferred to the halfway house in February ... receiving a shortened sentence for good behavior.

Robert Kraft Judge Blocks Spa Massage Video ... Tossed from Prostitution Case
The Patriots win ... again, and this time it's their owner, Robert Kraft, who gets to spike the football -- the judge says police video of him inside the Orchids of Asia spa can't be used in the case.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge had big problems with the search warrant that was issued, allowing police to plant cameras and secretly record Kraft and others inside the spa. The judge said police didn't minimize their recordings -- meaning they didn't do enough to protect people who were inside the spa getting perfectly legal massages.
The judge also said the police didn't do enough to minimize the impact of recording female customers inside the spa.
Detectives who testified in recent weeks said their only direction while monitoring the cameras was to "look for illegal activity." The judge said that's not nearly specific enough ... they needed to have written guidelines as to when to turn the cameras on and off.
In his ruling, the judge said, "The fact that some totally innocent women and men had their entire lawful time spent in a massage room fully recorded and viewed intermittently by a detective-monitor is unacceptable."
The bottom line for Kraft is ... the video can't be used as evidence in his prostitution case. Also, the traffic stop police made as Kraft left the spa has also been tossed from the case.
Aside from greatly reducing the chances Kraft can even be prosecuted ... the judge's suppression ruling also means there's almost no way the spa video will ever see the light of day. If it's not legally obtained evidence ... there's no justification for releasing it to the public.

Prez Candidate Tulsi Gabbard Alyssa's #SexStrike is on Point ... Plus a 'No Fear' Take on Surfing with Sharks!!!
Alyssa Milano's protest of Georgia's anti-abortion law is exactly the kinda political pressure that's needed ... according to Presidential candidate and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who's fully in her corner.
Rep. Gabbard was on "TMZ Live" Monday, and rallied behind Alyssa's call for a sex strike in the wake of Georgia's governor signing a bill that would ban abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected. It's now the 6th state to enact such a law.
While Alyssa's sex protest is drawing some backlash, Gabbard told us the actress is shedding light on a critical debate -- something she believes more people like Alyssa should be doing.

R. Kelly Victims Hotline Abused ... By Sex Braggarts
R. Kelly's ongoing criminal case and assortment of legal issues aren't stopping him from getting action ... at least according to several callers who want it to be known.
Sources close to the case tell TMZ ... the hotline Kim Foxx set up in January for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office -- so alleged Kelly victims could report their claims -- is being exploited by folks who want to report something else -- their sexual experiences with him.
We're told the hotline has gotten dozens of calls from mostly women, who phone in to inform prosecutors they slept with Kelly ... with some bragging about it or detailing multiple trysts.
Our sources say some men called in as well ... to gossip about women they know that allegedly banged Kelly.
We're told the volume of calls coming in from people with R. Kelly sex stories has been staggering to some involved with the case, but at the end of the day ... they are irrelevant.
Obviously, a person can have lots of consensual sex and still be guilty of sexual assault charges. Still, it's just another strange and unexpected aspect of Kelly's ongoing legal drama.
As we reported ... he just avoided another trip to jail by ponying up the back child support he owed his ex-wife Wednesday, and he's getting a do-over in a sexual abuse lawsuit he initially lost by not responding.
Of course, all of this is going down as he waits to stand trial on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving underage girls.
We reached out to the State's Attorney's Office and Kelly's lawyer, Steven Greenberg ... both declined to comment.
