3:45 PM PST -- Kim's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "The lawsuit filed against Kim Kardashian is ridiculous and absurd. The parties entered into a binding settlement agreement 2014 in which Kim gave up multi-million dollar claims against Mr. Liebensohn and his partners. Mr. Liebensohn waited more than 4 years to claim the agreement wasn't binding on him. Kim commenced an arbitration in December 2018, and after Mr. Liebensohn was unsuccessful in stopping the arbitration he filed this meritless lawsuit. We feel very confident we will get the case dismissed."

Kim Kardashian West launched her popular Kimojis with the help of an app developer, who says she left him high and dry and screwed him out of serious cash ... as in 9 figures!

David Liebensohn claims he and his business partners created an app called CensorOut that caught the attention of Kim, and they eventually agreed to team up on Kimojis ... the animated emojis and GIFs of the Kardashian clan.

According to docs ... Kim agreed to cut Liebensohn and his partners in for 60 percent, and they agreed on a deal in 2014. He claims Kim insisted she would file the trademark paperwork for "Kimoji" to cover the cost and make things simple ... but they were in it together.

That's when it gets weird. In his lawsuit, Liebensohn says in August 2014 -- right around when Kim filed for the trademark -- she informed him one of his partners had shared some of her personal information ... so she was backing out of their deal.

Liebensohn claims Kim and co. lawyered up and tried to pressure him into dropping the case, but he refused. He also says Kim already knew about the alleged sharing of her personal info before they struck a deal ... and simply used it as an excuse to cancel it.

He's suing Kim for at least $100 mil for breach of contract, fraud and for the profits he believes he's lost by being left out of the Kimoji biz.

We reached out to Kim ... no word back yet.

Blac Chyna's response to her mother accusing her of being an unfit parent can be summed up in just 4 words: new number, who dis?

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... BC and her mom, Tokyo, haven't seen each other in at least 2 years so it's impossible for her to have a clue about how she parents Dream ... much less who should have custody.

TMZ broke the story ... Tokyo told us Rob Kardashian deserved to get custody of Dream until BC gets her s*** together. She thinks Chyna's series of bad choices -- as in this, this and this -- show she's not mommy material right now. So much for blood being thicker than water.

Ironically, our sources say Chyna thinks it's Tokyo's bad life decisions that drove a wedge between them years ago -- although they wouldn't say exactly what Tokyo did wrong ... in her daughter's eyes.

We're told Chyna's not the least bit worried about her mother's opinions, because she provides for her 2 kids, protects them and hires round-the-clock nannies to help care for them.

BTW -- Stormi's bday was actually February 1, but the family was a little busy with Scott performing in the Super Bowl, so they just did a mini rainbow-themed party last weekend ... and saved up for the big one.

Kourtney Kardashian's dialing her fashion all the way back to the Renaissance period ... a shout out to Leonardo da Vinci that may or may not have him rolling in his grave.

The reality star stepped out Friday in NYC wearing this catsuit with the famous image of Mona Lisa plastered from neck to toe. She also flaunted some old-school Doc Martens. So, maybe she's going for a grunge look ... elevated even further by a trench coat.

Danielle Bregoli's star continues to rise, because her Snapchat series is bringing in tons of eyeballs to the screen, and she's looking to parlay the early success into even more projects.

Snapchat tells TMZ ... Danielle's new Snap Original, "Bringing Up Bhabie," generated over 10 MILLION unique views in the 24 hours after its Monday debut. We're told the first-day numbers give Snapchat tons of confidence that the show's a hit.

Look out Kardashians ... a rep for Danielle points out 'KUWTK' gets 1.5 million viewers per episode, adding, even though they're not in competition, Bhad Bhabie's numbers are WAY bigger.

Danielle's first-day viewership makes for one of the most successful premieres for this type of series, which started launching back in October. Snap honchos are super happy with the direction of their original content -- thanks, in large part, to Bhad Bhabie.

As you know, Danielle has been rapidly expanding her empire with a 25-city tour, a certified gold single, a futuristic billboard ad, and a lucrative beauty and makeup endorsement deal.

Taking into account all of her revenue streams ... Danielle's reps tell us she should easily surpass yearly earnings of $10 million.

So, what mountain will Danielle climb next? We're told she's looking for TV and movie roles.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are back in the luxury real estate market, because the couple is pulling out of a $14 million deal for a super exclusive Miami Beach condo.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Kim and Kanye are no longer going through with the deal after deciding their money would be better spent on a piece of property that's more private and secluded.

We're told Kim and Ye are looking into real estate in the Bahamas and other tropical destinations ... and they want something the whole family can enjoy.

There aren't exactly gift receipts for $14 million condos ... and we're told Kim and Kanye are losing their $600,000 down payment.

As we reported ... Kanye surprised Kim with a condo in an uber-exclusive building, dubbed "Billionaire Beach Bunker," as a Christmas present.

But, after they were photographed on their new condo's balcony, we're told Kim and Kanye realized the place wouldn't be right for them, because it lacked privacy for them and their fam.

The super-rich are getting super-richer ... the Kardashian sisters are celebrating like Tom Brady Monday morning after winning $10 million in a legal war over a cosmetics line ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian emerged victorious over Hillair Capital Management ... which had sued the sisters nearly 3 years ago. As we first reported, Hillair claimed the sisters didn't hold up their end of a licensing deal ... after it sunk $10 mil into a "Kardashian Beauty" line with Haven.

The K sisters didn't take that lying down -- insisting they had nothing to do with "Kardashian Beauty" -- and the case ended up in arbitration. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, a 3 judge panel completely rejected Hillair's claims and ordered the company to pay Kim and co. nearly $7.4 mil. It also has to fork over another $3.2 mil in interest.

The Kardashians' attorneys don't think Hillair will just cut a check. They've filed the arbitration decision in L.A. Superior Court to get the $10 mil award locked in, but according to the docs ... they fully expect Hillair to fight the decision.

Blac Chyna's ex-boyfriend, rapper Kid Buu, was once charged and convicted of child abuse after cops say he punched his baby mama in front of their kid.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a then-19-year-old Kid Buu (real name Markquez Santiago) was busted in Florida in 2008 after he got into a fight with his girlfriend and baby mama, who was a minor. Their daughter was 2 years old at the time.

Cops say the squabble started over the girlfriend wanting to cash a check, which he snatched out of her hands while leaving their apartment. The GF told cops he later returned and found her in their bedroom, at which point she threatened to call 911.

Police say, at this point, he punched her in the face with a closed fist ... all while their then-2-year-old was present. According to legal docs, he then pulled out a gun and told her he'd "kill the cops" if they came.

She fled the home and called the police using a security guard's phone, and Kid Buu was eventually arrested after refusing to cooperate. He denied the allegations, and no gun was ever recovered.

Per court records, he pled guilty to charges of child abuse (without causing great bodily harm), intimidation, robbery by sudden snatching, and criminal mischief. He said he pled guilty "for my own convenience and to move on with life."

Kid Buu was sentenced to two years probation, which he completed in 2010.

This could have been problematic until recently, because Kid Buu was dating Blac Chyna. If Rob Kardashian knew about Kid Buu's conviction he might have pitched a fit because we're guessing he wouldn't want him around Dream.

9:00 AM PT -- Kylie was apparently screwing with people, because she just commented back to someone who asked if she was pregnant, "no lol."

Kylie Jenner may be telling a joke about being pregnant, but maybe she isn't.

Kylie posted this pic of her and Travis Scott embracing with the caption, "Baby #2?"

It could be a joke, but the timing of the post is curious. Kylie announced she had given birth to Stormi on February 4 last year, during the Super Bowl game.

The new post is 2 days shy of the exact one-year mark of the birth announcement.

What's more, Stormi just had her first birthday last Friday.

And, there's this ... Travis is about to take the stage in ATL during the halftime Super Bowl show ... and an announcement would then go out to the world.

Then again ... she could just be screwing with everyone.

Kid Cudi was the life of the party when some very famous pals gathered around him to celebrate the rapper's birthday.

Cudi was surrounded by Kanye West, Pete Davidson and Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet Wednesday night at Nobu in Malibu in honor of his 35th. Kim Kardashian was also there ... she's the one who snapped the pics.

Odd/diverse group for sure, and super talented. Looks like Pete and Kanye have made nice.

Remember ... Pete trashed Kanye's 'SNL' appearance last October, but the comedian changed his tune on the rapper a few months later, thanking him for standing up for those who suffer from mental health issues.

Kylie Jenner is just like you when it comes to grub on the go -- she orders from Postmates -- but, like, A LOT more than us ... as in $10k a year!!!

Kylie is set to be featured on Postmates' series The Receipt and, based on her order history ... KJ has crept up to be one of its top customers, especially early in the morning. Most of her orders were placed around 10 AM every other day for the past year, or so. We're told she placed 186 Postmates orders in 2018.

Her food runs ranged from a bottle of Don Julio Añejo 1942 Tequila to a lone carrot (more on that later).

Blac Chyna thinks Rob Kardashian was making a big stink over her trip to Hawaii because he's upset she was with a new man ... although, that relationship has clearly gone down the toilet.

Rob was super pissed Sunday after he couldn't get a hold of anyone to drop off Dream ... because Chyna unexpectedly booked it to Hawaii. Sources close to Chyna say Rob's anger is rooted in good old-fashioned jealousy over Kid Buu.

TMZ broke the story ... cops rushed to a Honolulu hotel Monday after Chyna and Kid Buu got into a violent argument where she allegedly scratched him, and he allegedly threw her against a wall and choked her. It seems that their relationship is now over and out.

We're told Chyna insists at least one of her nannies was at her L.A. home, and Rob did NOT try reaching out like he claims he did. If Rob would've just texted or gone there and knocked on the door ... he could've left the baby with Chyna's employee -- something she says he's done before.

Our Chyna sources say she's been absent during her time with Dream in the past, and notes there's nothing in their current custody agreement that requires her to be there all the time when it's her turn to care for Dream.

Speaking of that custody agreement ... sources familiar with the negotiations tell TMZ there's a new deal on the horizon, which will see Rob paying significantly less than his staggering $20k/month in child support. We're told it could be cut in half if things go according to plan.

As for Chyna's explanation for why she jetted off to Hawaii without telling Rob ... we're guessing he won't be happy to hear it. And, a judge might not be either.

Rob Kardashian got some unexpected QT with Dream when he learned Blac Chyna had jetted off for an island getaway without telling him ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Rob was preparing to drop Dream off Saturday for her scheduled time with Mom but quickly realized Chyna was off the radar ... as he couldn't get a hold of her or her nanny. Remember, nannies handle their baby exchanges these days because Rob and Chyna don't get along.

We're told Rob reached out to the nanny, Chyna's team and even Chyna herself through a texting app they only use for emergencies. Bupkis.

It soon became clear where the hell Chyna was ... on vacation with her new boyfriend, Kid Buu -- in Hawaii, no less. The dude was posting social media videos of the two of them "hanging out."

Our sources tell us Rob was not given any type of warning Chyna would be unavailable to care for Dream, and he was pissed ... not because he had to care for their kid longer, but because she was missing crucial Mommy time.

There have been questions about Chyna's parenting abilities lately, especially after cops paid a visit to her L.A. home when an anonymous caller claimed she was drunk and neglectful.

11:15 AM PT -- The Game's brought Kylie Jenner into the mix, too ... and apparently did it on the same track.

DJ Akademiks shared another clip of Game's song Saturday, in which he raps about taking care of Kim's youngest sister. The lyrics go ... "Her sister made a billion in makeup. I used to make her Frosted Flakes when she wake up."

Still no response from Kanye or anyone in the Kardashian-Jenner clan ... but now there's another layer.

The Game had plenty of people in his ear telling him to drop the graphic lyric about sex with Kim Kardashian West ... but the rapper stuck to his guns, despite risking very personal relationships with the Kardashians.

Sources close to Game tell us ... the single he just unveiled was wrapped weeks ago. The line that's causing friction ... "I held Kim Kardashian by the throat, n****. I made her swallow my kids until she choked, n****."

We're told before debuting the track, Game had both close friends and business partners urge him to 86 the Kim lyric -- because of a possible/likely ferocious reaction from Ye -- but he wouldn't budge.

Our Game sources say he was advised, at the very least, to reach out to Kanye before dropping the track, but Game didn't feel a heads-up was necessary. We're told that, at the end of the day, Game chose to rap his truth regardless of the consequences.

You'll remember ... Kanye came down hard on Drake and Nick Cannon last year for bringing up ANYTHING about Kim Kardashian.

Can't imagine the Game lyric is sitting well with Ye. So far, no reaction.

The Game gets very graphic about his sexual history with Kim Kardashian West on a new track, and even includes an apology to Kanye.

The rapper held a listening party Thursday night for a new album which includes a song with these lyrics -- "I held Kim Kardashian by the throat, n***a. I made her swallow my kids until she choked, n***a."

The lyrics are gonna be a big deal -- not just because Kim might be pissed, but because Kanye will almost definitely go nuclear. We already know he doesn't take kindly to other dudes talking about his wife ... especially in a sexual manner.

Last year, he blasted Nick Cannon for doing it during an interview, and called out Drake for not squashing speculation she was Keke in "In My Feelings."

Game's lyric about Kim is followed by the line, "I should apologize cause Ye my folks, n***a."

Based on his history, we're guessing Ye won't give a crap about that apology.

For the record, Game and Kim did date in the past. He once claimed, on a track, to have banged all 3 Kardashian sisters, but they said he's lying -- he's only 1 for 3.

Kanye West says he plans to run for President in the 2024 election, and it seems like he's got at least one big supporter who can't wait for his White House bid ... Khloe Kardashian!!!

Khloe and big sis Kourtney Kardashian were filming scenes for "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Thursday afternoon at Topanga Canyon Mall ... and Khloe showed off a new baseball cap pushing Yeezy for Prez.

Forget Kanye's beloved MAGA hat ... looks like Khloe is jumping in on the political hat game with her "Kanye For President" lid.
