The legendary Bahamian beach bar where Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin partied after their engagement is now a shell of its former self ... the party spot got wiped out by Hurricane Dorian.

Nipper's Beach Bar & Grill in the Bahamas was decimated by the Category 5 storm ... it's now all but ruined.

As you see ... there were several roofs, but no more. Trees are downed, fencing is mangled and some of the structures are ripped apart. A grim scene, for sure.

It's a stark contrast to July 2018, when Justin and Hailey raged at the famous watering hole after the singer proposed to the supermodel.

Justin and Hailey weren't the only ones who loved having a good time at Nippers ... the establishment was popular among celebs, tourists and partygoers. The place had been around for over two decades, staying open from dusk to dawn, 364 days a year.

This is the end of Jonah Hill's bachelor life, and he looks pretty darn happy about it ... even in crappy weather.

The "21 Jump Street" star and his girlfriend, Gianna Santos, are reportedly engaged ... and the couple made the most of a rainy Labor Day in NYC by busting out the umbrellas and grabbing a nice brunch.

Jonah and his new fiancee were spotted at The Smile cafe in the Soho neighborhood, and Gianna showed off her sparkly new engagement ring as they left.

That's quite a moneyball on her finger.

The 2 were first seen together in August 2018 and have reportedly been dating for a little more than a year.

Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry are official now -- the longtime couple tied the knot in paradise, and from the wedding ceremony to their baller reception ... it was a full day and night of partying.

The Oscar nominee and his model bride -- who've been together for 6 years -- got married Sunday in a Catholic Church on Maui in front of an intimate group of about 70 family and friends ... including Nina Dobrev, her BF Grant Mellon and Rebecca Rittenhouse.

The freshly wed couple pulled away from church in a vintage Porsche Roadster ... and then it was time to party on the beachfront at the Ritz Carlton.

Keleigh and Miles didn't settle on just any DJ or just a band -- instead they got DJ Kygo to spin at their reception, AND they also hired a 12-piece band for the festivities!!! Why choose when you can have both, right?

Their first dance was to Vince Gill's "If I Didn't Have You" ... but they also had a romantic twirl when the band played Berlin's "Take My Breath Away." Very appropriate since that was the love theme to "Top Gun" ... and Miles is starring in upcoming sequel.

BTW, all the guests in super colorful attire was totally called for ... the reception's theme was tropical jungle.

Not that anyone needs a special reason to walk down the aisle in Hawaii, but Keleigh grew uip spending summers there with her family, so ... there ya go.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Jennifer Lopez asked her an interesting question ... what's the secret to a happy marriage??? Well, RBG had an answer.

The Supreme Court Justice shared the sweet story Saturday at the 2019 Library of Congress National Book Festival in D.C., where she was onstage being asked questions by a moderator. Justice Ginsburg says J Lo hit her up about a month ago, seemingly out of nowhere, to say she wanted to meet, and that she wanted RBG to meet A-Rod.

Well, that's exactly what happened. J Lo and A-Rod went to RBG's chambers -- presumably in D.C. -- and had a face-to-face, which the Justice described as a very nice visit.

Then, according to Ginsburg, Jennifer asked for the key to a long and healthy marriage. Remember, J Lo and A-Rod are recently engaged ... so they're set to wed any day now.

As it turns out, Ruth knew exactly what to say ... and it sounds like she imparted that onto the soon-to-be-married couple.

RBG says that on her wedding day, her mother-in-law took her aside and wanted to tell the secret to a happy marriage ... saying, per RBG, "It helps, sometimes, to be a little deaf." Who knew?!! It's as simple as that.

Justice Ginsburg was happily married to her husband, Marty Ginsburg, for over 50 years before he passed away in 2010 from cancer. They had two children together, Jane and James.

Here's hoping J Lo and A-Rod heed her advice. If anyone would know how to keep it together, it'd be RBG.

Ellie Goulding just tied the knot with Caspar Jopling, and her wedding was a who's-who of British stardom -- plus one famous American who squeaked in ... Katy Perry.

The English pop star said "I do" Saturday at the York Minster cathedral all the way across the pond, where tons of famous Brits flocked in to witness the matrimony. We're talking Royals, folks -- Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice and Sarah, Duchess of York, were there.

No sign of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle here -- Ellie used to date Harry a little while back. Seems like she left on good terms with some of the Royal Family though!!!

There were other UK-born celebs who got an invite as well -- Sienna Miller showed up with her BF, Lucas Zwirner, as did James Blunt with his wife, Sofia Wellesley.

Orlando Bloom and Katy also walked into the church hand in hand -- he's English too, of course, so it looks like KP was among a few notable Yankees who made the cut. Then again, that might just be a coincidence ... Ellie and Katy are longtime pals.

Justin and Hailey Bieber want their formal wedding celebration to be a religious affair because they feel bringing God into their marriage will make their union stronger ... this according to Stephen Baldwin.

Stephen was on his way to the New York State Fair -- where he's launching a new initiative for veterans called Ready Vets Go -- when he filled us in on the motives behind his daughter and the Biebs' formal wedding party.

Justin's father-in-law says the happy couple understands weddings and marriages are supposed to be a holy commitment, and they feel a religious ceremony will go a long way towards finding peace and happiness together.

Stephen says he's proud of Justin for taking some time away from music to be a family man ... and he feels JB has made leaps and bounds in the past year as far as making sure he's spending time with Hailey and having a blast.

Justin and Hailey enjoyed a fancy lunch together Thursday at E Baldi ... so ya can't argue with Stephen, they're definitely having fun!

As we first reported ... Justin and Hailey are going to say their "I dos" again in a place they've fallen for ... South Carolina ... and they recently sent out their save the dates. Hailey's dad tells us they're still deciding between a couple venues.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is axing her plans for a prison wedding ceremony -- the convicted murderer is breaking things off with her fiance.

Gypsy, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence for the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, called off her engagement to Ken ... her pen pal-turned BF. A family source tells TMZ ... the couple mutually agreed to break up less than a month ago. They had posed for this pic with Gypsy's father and stepmother just a couple months ago -- and planned to tie the knot in January.

You'll recall ... Gypsy's former boyfriend, Nick Godejohn, admitted to murdering her mother back in 2015 to help Gypsy escape Dee Dee's clutches.

As you know ... Gypsy's mother infamously forced her daughter to pretend to be disabled for years, even tying her up in bed and holding her hostage. Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen by proxy -- a mental disorder where a parent fabricates illnesses in their child for sympathy or attention.

Gypsy's highly disturbing upbringing was the subject of the HBO documentary, "Mommy Dead and Dearest," in 2017. More recently, Hulu turned her story into the scripted series "The Act."

Cassie and her fiance, Alex Fine, won't be having one of those long-drawn-out engagements ... TMZ's learned the clock's already ticking fast on their big day.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Diddy's ex-girlfriend and her beau obtained their marriage license last week, and word is they're speeding toward a wedding celebration.

At the very latest, Cassie and Alex have 90 days to tie the knot ... that's the expiration date for Cali marriage licenses.

We're told she'll be taking his last name and go by Cassie Fine ... which has a nice ring to it.

The pregnant "Me & U" singer just revealed she and her personal trainer BF got engaged over the weekend, via a video of the proposal. Cassie captioned it, "My favorite day ever!" and added the date, "8.24" and "#MrsFine."

Considering the marriage license was obtained before that date and the highly-produced vid, it seems it wasn't much of a surprise ... still beautiful, though.

As we've reported ... Cassie and Alex announced they were expecting their first child together in June, about 8 months after she and Diddy broke up.

Our sources say Diddy felt betrayed -- he hired Fine to be Cassie's personal trainer after all.  Nevertheless, he took the high road and congratulated the couple on the pregnancy and wished them love and happiness.

Looks like his wish came true.

Lindsey Vonn hit the MTV VMAs with a brand new accessory ... her massive new emerald engagement ring!!

The legendary skier just got engaged to her hockey superstar boyfriend, P.K. Subban, last week but she kept the ring on the down low ... until Monday night.

As you can see, the stone itself is BIGGER THAN HER KNUCKLE ... and while the price of the ring is still unknown, safe to say it ain't cheap! Good thing Subban is in the middle of an 8-year, $72 million contract!

Subban previously told Vogue he picked the emerald because green is Lindsey's favorite color -- and it also happens to be his birthstone ... so it all worked out.

Plus, it matches an emerald green necklace he gave her for Christmas.

As for the wedding, Vonn has said the two are in no hurry ... this could be one of those super long engagement things, but both seem to be okay with that.

DeMarcus Cousins didn't let a torn ACL hold him back on the biggest day of his life ... so says Matt Barnes, who tells TMZ Sports the NBA superstar was dancing and in great spirits at his wedding over the weekend!!!

The 29-year-old Lakers center married his longtime girlfriend, Morgan Lang, in Atlanta on Saturday -- just 2 weeks after seriously injuring his left knee in a Vegas training sesh.

The event looked like NBA All-Star Weekend with huge stars like Barnes, Anthony Davis, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala and more in attendance.

As for the dancing, Boogie didn't do anything stupid -- he was cautious -- and left the wild dance moves to his new wife!!!

You can see in the footage ... Cousins was moving nice and slow during his first dance with his wife. There will be plenty of time for Boogie to boogie after he gets healthy.

We talked to Barnes about DC's morale during his big day ... and while Matt says he's sure the guy is frustrated about the recent bad luck, Cousins didn't show it on Saturday.

"He's been through a lot of late, so I'm happy to see him smile, be able to take his mind off his injury and enjoy his day," Barnes told us at LAX.

BONUS -- Matt Barnes had a BIG problem on the day after the wedding ... he had a bunch of weed but didn't want to take it to the airport.

One of the biggest power couples in sports is taking things to the next level ... Lindsey Vonn is engaged to NHL star P.K. Subban.

The two went public with their relationship back in June 2018 -- when they hit the CMT Music Awards in Nashville together. They've been practically inseparable ever since.

34-year-old Vonn is widely considered one of the greatest U.S. skiers of all time. 30-year-old Subban is one of the Top 10 defensive players in the NHL. He's currently in a 8-year, $72 MILLION contract!

This will be Lindsey's 2nd marriage -- she was previously married to U.S. Ski teammate Thomas Vonn, but they divorced in 2013.

After the split, Lindsey dated Tiger Woods and then moved on to NFL wide receivers coach Kenan Smith. When that ended, she moved on to Subban and it's been a fairy tale ever since!

WWE superstars Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are both officially off the market ... the wrestlers just got engaged!!!

Seth and Becky announced the big news Thursday over social media ... with Becky calling Seth's beachfront proposal the happiest day of her life.

The super cute couple is definitely moving fast ... they started seeing each other earlier this year, and in May they finally went public with their relationship. Seth and Becky were friends for a while before things turned romantic.

These are some kickass couple ... Seth is the WWE Universal Champion and the WWE RAW Tag Team Champion, while Becky is the WWE RAW Women's Champion.

Looks like Becky is in it for the long haul ... she says they're going to be together for the rest of her life. Seth's been engaged before, but he never tied the knot, and this will be Becky's first marriage.

Brody Jenner's not even trying to play it cool -- he's way past his breakup with Kaitlynn Carter and is full steam ahead with Josie Canseco ... in fact, he may tie the knot with her.

Brodes was out celebrating his 36th bday Wednesday night in Hollywood, and we got him entering and leaving TAO with Josie by his side. If there was any doubt they're officially an item, Jenner squashed it ... telling the paps single life no longer applies to him.

Josie really seems to like his answer, which is good news ... because later he says she's "absolutely" the type of girl he'd like to marry. Never too soon for marriage talk in Hollywood.

Brody got an interesting gift earlier in the day ... from his ex, Kaitlynn, and her new main squeeze, Miley Cyrus. Looks like there's no bad blood between the 3 of them.

As we reported ... the couple split because Brody didn't want to give her 2 things -- a legal marriage or a baby. He's said they continue to be best friends though ... so maybe it's all good.

You'll recall ... this is Justin and Hailey's 4th attempt to get their wedding party on the books -- and it looks like the couple has finally settled on a time and place to pull the trigger.

Now, on the face of it, ya think ... what gives? Justin and Hailey have no special connection to the Palmetto State. The Biebs has nothing but Canadian roots, and of course, the Baldwins are New Yorkers through and through.

So, it appears their choice boils down to nothing more than -- WE LIKE THIS PLACE!!!

Justin and Hailey were spotted last week around Palmetto Bluff -- a gorgeous waterfront area on the May River, which is a major tourist attraction. Bieber's also been there before, on tour and otherwise, and seems to dig it.

The southern charm must have rubbed off on Hailey too. Truth is, South Carolina's known for stunning wedding venues, so it's not as odd a venue as you were thinking.

DMX has a surefire way of guaranteeing your girlfriend/fiancee takes you back after a bad fight ... just propose to her again in front of lots of people. Trust, it works.

The Dog recommitted to his most recent baby mama, Desiree Lindstrom, this weekend at their son Exodus' 3rd birthday party at Sky Zone. It's kinda funny and super sweet ... X turned a same-day breakup into a renewed engagement. And, she said yes!!!
