Britney Spears' big day is finally here -- and wedding prep continues -- with a massive tent popping up, where she'll say her "I do's" to fiancé Sam Asghari.

Check out the photos ... you can see crews hard at work outside the L.A. location while they put some of the finishing touches in place. The white tent appears to be there for max privacy, with a staircase leading to the entrance. You can imagine there are plenty of flowers, tables and chairs being packed inside as well.

TMZ broke the story -- Britney and Sam will get married Thursday in an intimate ceremony of about 100 close friends and family members. We're told Britney's brother, Bryan, will be there ... but her sister, Jamie Lynn, and her parents were not invited.

It's also still not clear who will give Britney away at the altar -- or if they'll even have a traditional ceremony.

Britney Spears is all set to walk down the aisle and marry her fiancé Sam Asghari in an intimate ceremony.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ the pair are getting married Thursday in front of a very-exclusive and small guest list of about 100 people. We're told Britney's brother, Bryan, is expected to be in attendance -- but her mom, dad and sister, Jamie Lynn, will not be there.

Our sources say it's not yet been decided who will give Britney away at the altar, as final details are still being worked out.

BS posted a video of herself with Sam Wednesday and her nails were certainly looking wedding ready as she and Sam rode around town sipping champagne in a Rolls-Royce.

The wedding's been in the works for months ... remember, Sam popped the question back in September, not long after he was spotted shopping for rings.

Britney and Sam have been living it up during their engagement ... jet setting to Cabo, Cancun, Las Vegas and Hawaii ... where they were riding jet skis, booking lavish suites and dining in the trendiest restaurants.

Unclear what Britney will wear for the big event, but she documented a visit from Donatella Versace in March -- so that could've been a big hint on who designed her dress.

Britney made it clear she wanted to get married, buy a house and have kids following the end of her conservatorship ... so she's close to checking off a significant part of that list.

While Britney and Sam announced she was pregnant back in April, she says she tragically suffered a miscarriage ... though BS says the couple is still trying to have a baby.

The couple met way back in 2016 on the set of Britney's music video for "Slumber Party" and have been smitten with one another ever since.

This will be Britney's third time walking down the aisle -- she was previously married to Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline -- and the first for Sam.

Odell Beckham doesn't need a damn invite to have a good time -- the NFL superstar straight-up crashed Sean McVay's wedding over the weekend ... and the Rams coach loved every second of it!!

McVay got hitched to his longtime GF, Veronika Khomyn, at an incredible ceremony in Beverly Hills ... but while on the "I Am Athlete" Sirius XM radio show, coach explained the guest list was kept pretty short, so only a few current Rams players made the cut.

"So, I just invited the captains from last year's team and then there was a couple of other guys that are retired players that you still have great relationships with," McVay said on the pod.

But, that didn't stop the free-agent receiver from popping up unexpectedly ... with McVay saying OBJ pulled off his best Owen Wilson/Vince Vaughn and crashed the party.

"Only in Odell's fashion could he be the wedding crasher at our wedding," coach added. "So, O showed up, crashed the wedding and I loved it that he was still there."

As it turns out, OBJ's appearance came with a cost -- 'cause coach joked the Super Bowl champ now has to re-sign with the Rams this offseason!!

Another interesting note ... McVay says Odell -- who tore his ACL during the Rams' win over the Bengals -- was looking smooth on the dance floor ... even to the point where the team doc had to tell him to chill out.

Two of the best moments in Sean McVay's 2022 have now featured a Lombardi Trophy ... 'cause just four months after he lifted the prize at the Super Bowl, he ate a cake in the shape of one at his wedding!

The L.A. Rams head coach finally tied the knot with his longtime model girlfriend, Veronika Khomyn, with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in Beverly Hills this weekend ... and, at one point during the proceedings, he got to munch on a Lombardi cake!

The 36-year-old, wearing a sweet white tuxedo, took a big bite out of the pastry -- and then the crowd around him cheered as he fist-pumped.

As for the rest of the wedding, it looked amazing -- Khomyn walked down the aisle in a beautiful white gown, while dozens of guests looked on.

At the reception, McVay and Khomyn danced the night away ... and the two even jumped onstage and sang with the live band.

The good-looking couple met way back when McVay was working for the Commanders ... and she was a student at George Mason University.

McVay proposed to Khomyn in 2019 prior to becoming the youngest coach to win the Super Bowl in February 2022.

"I've watched this guy grind nonstop. Day in and day out. No breaks," Kohmyn said on IG after the Super Bowl LVI win.

"He always puts everyone else first, and winning this Lombardi trophy for his team, his family, his friends… is a dream come true!!!"

"I love you babe, you deserve this times a million. Victory tastes pretty damn good!"

Disney apparently hates love ... is what a lot of people are saying after seeing this -- one of their employees playing super cop at a park over a proposal that was almost awesome.

Check out this insane interaction between a Disneyland Paris staffer -- who's all decked out in ears and everything -- literally intercepting an engagement ring as a man gets on bended knee ... about to pop the question to his significant other. Dude needs an NFL contract!

He comes out of nowhere just before the woman is about to accept the ring -- and say yes, we imagine -- pointing them down to a lower level of the platform ... right this way, please.

The guy seems to try and reason with the over-zealous employee -- word is, he'd actually gotten permission to propose there from another worker -- but Mouse Man isn't having it ... telling him, you can do it over here just the same. Too late though ... the mood was ruined.

BTW ... there have been reports of other moments like this, including an instance here in the States (L.A., specifically). This incident apparently went down earlier this year in March, where another man was trying to become a husband-to-be ... only to be escorted away.

Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of Elvis, says she wasn't in on any convos leading up to the recent booting of impersonators from Las Vegas wedding chapels ... in fact, it's all news to her.

We got Priscilla in WeHo as she was leaving The Ivy, and she made it as clear as she could -- "That has nothing to do with me."

PP actually looked pretty shook up (sorry, had to do it) when our photog told her what was going on, like she was unaware of the corporate decision.

As we've been reporting ... Authentic Brands Group, which handles all licensing of Elvis' likeness and merchandise, fired off cease and desist letters to Las Vegas wedding chapels last month -- warning them about unauthorized uses of "The King."

Luckily, it seems Priscilla and Elvis impersonators -- who are understandably stressed -- might not have much to worry about. ABG released a follow-up statement Friday, calling the entire thing a miscommunication.

They apologized their talks with "a small number of Las Vegas-based chapels" caused concern, and say they are actively working with them to make sure Elvis' name, image and likeness are keeping up with his legacy.

Take notes, fellas ... AEW superstar Sammy Guevara popped the question by proposing to his pro wrestling star girlfriend, Tay Conti, at the Eiffel Tower in Paris -- and she said YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guevara, 28, asked Tay, real name Taynara Melo de Carvalho, to be his wife with one of the world's most iconic (and romantic) structures as a backdrop.

In classic, old-school fashion, Sammy got down on one knee before asking Conti -- who he's been dating since December -- to marry him.

26-year-old Conti wore a mauve pink, rose-gold colored dress ... while Sammy sported a green suit, white shirt and a paisley green tie. They looked stunning!

Of course, Tay managed to show off the new rock her future hubby got her, while Sammy held the Brazilian wrestler in his arms with a massive smile.

Sammy and Tay are regularly paired together on AEW programming ... and it appears they have undeniable chemistry both on and off-screen.

The licensing company gunning to kick Elvis impersonators out of wedding chapels is making an epic blunder ... so says a couple of look-alikes that aren't ready to leave the building.

Jesse Garon and Dean Diamond, both of whom have worked countless weddings over the years, say Elvis would roll over in his grave if he knew what Authentic Brands Group, which handles all licensing for the Elvis estate, is trying to pull off.

They say Elvis was a giving man and would've been humbled knowing his legacy lives on through their work, so this is a slap in the face to those trying to keep his spirit alive.

Their circle of impersonators has been huddling over the next steps. Dean says the city of Vegas has their back ... as does the Nevada Governor. Jesse wants to get his fellow look-alikes together and picket the new Elvis biopic to send a message.

These guys aren't strangers to the big-name wedding game ... Jesse was the one that married Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner back in 2019, while Dean's the guy who "married" Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker a couple months back.

Sorry, impulsive lovebirds -- looking at you Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker -- you're gonna have to help falling in love without Elvis Presley, because corporate is blocking those famous Las Vegas chapels from using his image.

In a move that's gotta have the Vegas wedding biz all shaken up ... Authentic Brands Group is playing the Scrooge, if you will, of love. The company, which handles all licensing for the Elvis estate, fired off cease and desist letters last month to all Vegas chapels.

Make no mistake, quickie nuptials are big money makers for Sin City -- generating about $2 billion each year -- and city officials say "The King" plays a role in a significant number of those ceremonies.

Just ask the newlywed Mr. and Mrs. Barker ... who threw their own Elvis-themed "wedding" back in April. Yes, it turned out they did it just for the pics -- a sort of dry run for their actual wedding(s) -- and the camp of it all, but you get the point. Who doesn't love Elvis-hosted love???

The answer is, apparently, Authentic Brands Group ... which basically said it's now or never for the chapels to knock off all unauthorized use of "Presley's name, likeness, voice image, and other elements" of The King's persona because all of that stuff is trademarked.

If you're wondering ... any Elvis-themed stage productions are still in the clear -- live performances with impersonators are protected under Nevada's right of publicity law.

Jennifer Lopez is finding all sorts of ways to show off her love for her soon-to-be husband Ben Affleck … just ask her manicurist.

J Lo just got a set of fresh nails ... which included the initials "J" and "B" on her ring finger and a heart on her middle finger … courtesy of celebrity manicurist, Tom Bachik.

And, if it wasn't already obvious, Tom let folks on social media know exactly what it stands for in his caption. He wrote, "If you know… then you know 🏹 Jen and Ben forever #couplegoals for the boss @jlo #nailsbytombachik".

Of course, J Lo's huge green diamond ring was the perfect touch to the nail art in the photos.

As we've told you, J Lo announced that she and Ben got engaged (again) back in April --  nearly 20 years after he first asked Jen for her hand in marriage. We spotted that she had been wearing her massive diamond on her ring finger a little before ... and lo and behold!

The longtime lovers first got engaged in 2002, but called it quits in 2004, before they got married. They ended up rekindling about a year ago and the rest is history.

Surely, they have a lot on their plate as they hunt for a house to blend their families together ... and get ready to say "I do".

It pays to have friends in high places -- just ask Ari Emanuel, who got a gaggle of celebs to flock out to the South of France for his wedding ... with Larry David doing the honors!

The co-founder and top dog at WME -- one of the biggest talent agencies in town -- said "I do" to his now-wife Sarah Staudinger in a big bash out in St. Tropez this weekend ... which included family and friends, several of which were A-list celebs that run the gamut of stardom.

As you might imagine ... Ari's got a lot of pals in Hollywood, and many of them are in fact celebs -- either as clients or just as people he's met over the years and gotten cool with.

Kawhi Leonard isn't getting a ring this season, but his girlfriend certainly did -- the NBA superstar's lady was spotted wearing a massive rock on THAT finger at the airport on Tuesday.

Which begs the question -- did the longtime couple get engaged?!?

TMZ Sports has obtained pictures of the Klaw and Kishele Shipley arriving at LAX ... and the mother of two had a shiny, new accessory on her left ring finger.

Leonard and Shipley have been dating forever -- they first met at San Diego State and have been inseparable ever since. They have two children together, born in 2016 and 2019.

In other words, if wedding bells are ringing ... it shouldn't come as a surprise.

What's interesting -- we caught up with Kawhi and Kishele shortly after the pics were taken ... and it appears she removed the ring from her hand.

Kawhi missed the whole 2021-22 season with an injury ... so if they are, in fact, engaged, it's nice to see he made the most of his time off the court.

Caitlyn Jenner didn't intentionally skip out on Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's wedding, fact is, she just wasn't on the guestlist ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us Caitlyn never got an invitation for the weekend affair in Portofino, but the couple has no hard feelings toward her. We're told Kourtney and Travis wanted a very small and intimate ceremony, and Caitlyn simply didn't make the cut.

Our sources say it's not that Kourtney and Caitlyn don't have a relationship -- they do, but don't see or speak to each other all that much, so Kourtney didn't feel the need to invite her.

As for what Caitlyn did over the weekend while the rest of the fam was celebrating the newlyweds? She was busy cheering on her newest passion, Jenner Racing. Driver Jamie Chadwick won her 5th W Series race in a row, taking the prize in Barcelona.

Shortly after Chapman's victory, Caitlyn tweeted a photo of the driver with the caption, "Win! Win! Win! No matter what!" So, she still found plenty of joy, just not wedding-related.

It's worth noting, Caitlyn did attend Kim and Kanye's wedding in Italy back in May of 2014 -- the year after splitting from Kris Jenner, and the year before announcing her transition.

Kourtney Kardashian's telegraphing a not-so-subtle reminder to the world she's a Barker now -- and it's written all over her and Travis Barker too ... in case you've been under a rock.

The newlyweds were still in Portofino, Italy Monday night, and rocked matching white leather jackets -- one embroidered with "Mrs. Barker" on the back, and the other with "Mr. Barker."

As we've told you, Kourtney was quick to take Travis' last name on Instagram ... changing her profile Monday evening to Kourtney Kardashian Barker.

One thing that hasn't changed is their penchant for serious PDA!!! Trav and Kourt were still all over each other during their evening outing -- just a day after saying their "I Dos" before family and friends.

Their over-the-top wedding -- their 3rd one -- was held at the stupidly scenic seaside compound of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

While we don't know if Kourtney's planning to legally take Travis' name, the jackets and IG change are strong hints she will do exactly that -- if they ever come back from Italy.

Scott Disick sure knows how to distract himself ... while his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, and Travis Barker were celebrating their marriage in Italy, Scott was hitting a packed NYC strip club.

Sources inside Sapphire New York tell us Disick rolled in with a group around 2:30 AM Monday, and headed straight to the VIP section. We're told he was low-key, only chatting with his immediate crew ... he didn't even interact with any dancers.

Our sources say Scott's group included an almost equal split of men and women, but there was one woman who he spoke with most of the night.

In all, we're told Disick was only at the club for about an hour before taking off.

Scott wasn't the only celeb at Sapphire Sunday into Monday -- Pusha T performed to promote his latest album, but our sources don't believe Lord Disick caught that show, as it ended shortly before Scott arrived.

As we reported, things across the Atlantic at Kourtney's wedding were over the top. She and Travis exchanged vows at the Dolce and Gabbana Estate in Portofino before heading to Castello Brown for the reception, which featured an Andrea Bocelli performance.

Hey, Kourt and Travis enjoyed their form of art, world-class singing ... and we're sure Scott enjoyed his too!

Nick Cannon's done enough trial and error in relationships to know marriage just isn't for him -- but he's not completely closing the door on it happening again.

The "Wild 'N Out" creator and host sat down with the host of the "It's Tricky with Raquel Harper" podcast, and gave her some insight into why his ex, Mariah Carey, will most likely be the only wife he ever has.

Nick says he's onto a new journey in life, one that doesn't include marrying any romantic partners. As he put it, he'd have to be "presented with something that I've never seen before" if he were to even consider another marriage.

So, technically, he's saying there's a chance -- but watch the clip, sounds like a pretty slim one. While Nick did tell Raq he loves all of his 8 children, he also said he's had enough experience to know tying the knot just isn't his thing.

As we've reported, Nick had a gender reveal, back in January, with Johnny Manziel's ex-wife, Bre Tiesi ... for his 8th child. While they appeared to be very much together, romantically, that's clearly not the case now.

Just a month prior, Nick shared the tragic news his 5-month-old son Zen, with model Alyssa Scott, died after a battle with cancer.

Zen was Nick's 7th-born child.

Four of Nick's kids were born within an 18-month span, so he's been busy.
