Bravo allowed its "Real Housewives" stars to get way out of control -- fueling them with booze and a party environment -- which allegedly led to a man hired as a butler to be sexually abused ... according to a lawsuit he's brought against the network.

The guy, Marco Vega, says he was hired on during season 2 of "Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip" as a butler at Dorinda Medley's Blue Stone Manor in Massachusetts the cast visited in September 2021. Vega says the women were drinking heavily -- shots of bourbon and cocktails included.

He says at one point, a woman came out to perform a strip tease for the housewives, and once that stopped, show producers told him to, "go over and get the women dancing!"

In Vega's lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he claims during the dancing, Phaedra Parks slapped him on the butt and Brandi Glanville ran over to him, pulled him over to her by the back of his shirt and ripped it off ... exposing his bare chest.

Vega says Glanville yelled, "Earn your money, Marco. Take your shirt off. Do something!"

Vega says after the wild party, he returned to his hotel -- and filled his wife in on the night. Vega claims she was very upset, and the whole thing has caused him some serious marital issues.

Marco's suing Bravo because he says the network has a pattern of encouraging the housewives to engage in sexually inappropriate behavior. He's not suing Brandi or Phaedra.

Marlon Wayans says he should have never been hit with a citation for disturbing the peace at an airport earlier this year ... claiming it should be thrown out because his reaction was justified after being racially targeted.

The comedian's attorney filed to dismiss the case Thursday, saying the United Airlines agent at the Denver airport targeted him back in June based on his race.

Remember, Marlon wasn't allowed to board his flight to Kansas City with 3 bags, and was removed from the aircraft after getting into it with the agent while trying to consolidate to 2 bags.

His attorney also said several white passengers with 3 bags were allowed to board the plane while his client was receiving the heat.

Marlon was hit with a citation for disturbing the peace ... but his attorney says Denver prosecutors would be turning a blind eye to blatant racial targeting if they don't dismiss the case.

Marlon joined us on "TMZ Live" just days after the incident, breaking down what happened from his perspective -- and telling us the company did reach out to him, but only to back their own policy.

There's a chance Danny Masterson will never see life outside prison walls again, and he agrees, unsurprisingly, that Bijou Phillips should have custody of their 9-year-old daughter.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Danny agrees to give his estranged wife, Bijou, both legal and physical custody of the couple's daughter, Fianna. He asks for visitation, but obviously, that'll be done under the supervision of prison officials if it's granted.

Danny lists the couple's date of separation as September 15 -- just one week after he was sentenced to 30 years to life -- for two counts of forcible rape. The two were married for 11 years, tying the knot in October 2011.

Bijou's filing came as a bit of a surprise considering she'd stuck by Danny's side throughout his criminal trial and even the retrial.

In the filing, Bijou's attorney, Peter A. Lauzon, tells TMZ, "Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter."

The statement continues, "This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter."

Kim Kardashian has been in court this week -- not as a lawyer or litigant, but as a prospective juror in a gang murder case ... TMZ has learned.

Kim was at the Van Nuys Courthouse all week, as part of a jury panel in a case where 2 men have been charged with murdering another man in a gang-related crime. We're told she was there 4 days in total, from Monday to Thursday.

Our producer was in the courtroom during voir dire -- where prospective jurors were questioned by the prosecutor and defense lawyers.

Kim made herself part of the group ... eating snacks in the courthouse hallway during the breaks with other prospective jurors. She dressed fancier than the others Thursday, wearing leather pants, high boots and a sleeveless white blouse.

Late Thursday, the lawyers agreed on 12 jurors and 4 alternates ... before Kim was ever questioned, so she was dismissed and left the courthouse ... having concluded her jury service.

In true Kardashian form, there were cameras from her Hulu show in the parking lot as she jumped in her SUV and left the courthouse.

Our producer says, at least on Thursday, the other prospective jurors were not particularly starstruck ... they treated her like one of them.

During the court session, Kim's bodyguard was seated right next to her in the front row of the peanut gallery.

As you know, Kim's gunning to become a lawyer. She's passed the California "baby bar" and is studying to take the actual bar exam for real.

Jussie Smollett's timing to enter rehab is peculiar ... at least according to the Osundairo brothers, whose testimony was critical in convincing a jury to convict him.

Abimbola "Bola" and Olabinjo "Ola" Osundairo tell TMZ ... if Jussie really had a problem that required treatment from rehab, he could've checked himself in a long time ago ... but he waited until an appeals court was ready to rule on his conviction for faking a hate crime.

Ola and Bola believe Jussie realizes his chances of having the conviction overturned are remote, and he may be trying to create sympathy so he serves time under house arrest and not in jail.

Jussie appears to be in rehab for substance abuse other than alcohol. He was spotted Monday with a fresh haircut ... clutching a "Narcotics Anonymous" book.

Bola had previously admitted he scored Jussie drugs but denied he ever sold them to the actor.

Regardless, the bros are hoping Jussie gets the help he needs ... but Bola adds, "Truth will set him free."

As we reported, Jussie was sentenced to 150 days in jail after being found guilty of lying to police about an alleged attack by 2 Trump supporters in 2019 -- he was released shortly after he began serving his sentence, pending the appeal.

Since then, he's been spotted working on set in California and even hanging out with his former "Empire" costar Taraji P. Henson.

Matthew McConaughey has been granted a 5-year restraining order against a woman he claims has been bothering him for years ... most recently showing up at his book event.

A judge granted the order Thursday in court -- the woman was not present and asked for a continuance but was denied because the judge had already granted her more time and didn't find any good cause to delay the hearing further.

As we reported, Matthew claimed in legal docs that he was bombarded with "unhinged letters, emails, and frivolous lawsuits designed to lure me into court" by the woman since April 2022. She also allegedly believed the two were in a relationship.

The actor said things escalated last month when he learned she'd bought a ticket to a photo op event in Los Angeles for his children's book, "Just Because." Matthew claimed it was alarming she'd planned to travel hundreds of miles just to see him.

Sources close to Matthew say he knew children and families would be at the event, and he wanted to keep everyone safe ... so that's why he finally decided to file for the restraining order. Turns out, she did show and was promptly greeted by cops and escorted out.

Tori Spelling and her kids had a terrifying Wednesday after a SWAT team looking for a man with an assault rifle turned her block upside down.

Tori and co., along with her neighbors, were ordered to evacuate, and no one needed any encouragement to skedaddle.

Witnesses say the talk on the block was that a man next door to Tori's rental house was barricaded inside with an AR-15. Police took one man into custody.

Tori appeared visibly upset as she raced home in a full sprint ... frantically looking for her children. The actress and her family were in the thick of the action.

Tori stood behind the yellow police caution tape as the standoff played out ... and she was talking with neighbors and taking phone calls.

7:00 PM PT -- Trey Songz's attorney, Michael Freedman, tells TMZ, "This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California's constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court."

Trey Songz is being sued by two women who claim they passed out at his house party only to wake up to him forcing himself on them with nonconsensual sex.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the women are accusing Trey of sexual assault and battery for an alleged 2015 incident at his Los Angeles-area estate.

In the docs, the women say they first met Trey in June 2015 when they went to his concert and got invited to an after-party he was hosting. They say subsequent interactions led them to be invited to his home in August for his birthday party.

The women claim they took an Uber to Trey's home and were forced to give a password and turn over the phones to gain admittance. Inside, they say it was mostly women and only a handful of men, and the ladies were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

In the suit, the women say they suddenly felt overwhelmingly intoxicated, despite drinking what they felt was a modest amount ... and believe they were drugged.

They claim they sat on a couch by the pool and that's when Trey swooped in and led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out with their clothes on.

The next morning, the women say the woke up naked ... with a naked Trey forcing himself on them.

One woman claims Trey was giving her nonconsensual oral sex. She says she tried to resist but he overpowered her.

The other woman claims she woke up to Trey biting her nipple and forcing his fingers inside her vagina.

In the suit, the women say Trey demanded they take a shower with him after the alleged sexual attacks ... but they say they refused and he became enraged, yelling at them ..."You are little f****** girls, get the f*** out of my house."

The women say they grabbed their clothes and tried to leave, but Trey refused to turn over their phones. Eventually, they say a security guard intervened, gave them their phones from a safe, and they called an Uber.

In their suit, the women say they've suffered lasting injuries from the alleged incident ... and they're going after Trey for damages.

We reached out to Trey's camp ... so far no word back.

The chiropractor to a ton of Hollywood stars -- ranging from the Kardashians to Logan Paul and Kevin Hart -- won't be providing services any time soon ... cuz he's now behind bars.

Dr. Patrick Khaziran is famous for appearing on "The Kardashians" and working with huge names like Jamie Foxx and Diddy ... but he got busted for his role in a fraud scheme with former NBA players and is now locked up at USP Lompoc in California.

Known as "Dr. Pat" to the Kardashians, he's featured on the latest episode of the famous family's Hulu series ... getting high praise from Khloe, who is trying to sell him as the answer to Scott Disick's lingering back problems from a 2022 car accident.

In the episode, Scott and Khloe pay Dr. Pat a visit at his chiropractic office in Los Angeles ... which prosecutors claimed was at the center of a scheme to defraud the NBA's health plan out of millions.

The feds say Dr. Pat created fraudulent invoices former NBA players used to bill the league's healthcare plan for medical services that were never actually provided.

The FBI says Dr. Pat was part of the fraud scheme from at least 2016 to 2019 ... during which the feds say he cost the NBA health plan $1.3 million in losses, pocketing $439K for himself and splitting the rest of the dough with former NBA players.

Dr. Pat, who is also a favorite of current NBA players Tristan Thompson and Justise Winslow, was ultimately convicted ... and in February he was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Natalee Holloway's life was ended in a sick and brutal way after she refused sexual advances from her killer, Joran van der Sloot.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, van der Sloot admits to killing Holloway in a transcript of a confession made to his attorney ... where he lays out the final minutes of her life.

Joran says he and Natalee were walking along the beach in Aruba after a late night out at a local bar. He says the two found a space on the sand, laid down, and started to kiss. Joran tells his attorney, "I start feeling her up again and she tells me no. She tells me she doesn't want me to - to feel her up. Uh, I insist. I keep feeling her up either way."

Angered by his advances, Joran says Natalee then knees him in the crotch ... and he stands up and kicks her "extremely hard" in the face and knocking her out.

In a sickening confession, van der Sloot then says he grabs a nearby cinder block and smashes her in the head with it ... "I smash her head in with it completely."

Unsure of what to do with her body, van der Sloot says he then carries her into the water, walking until he's about knee-deep and pushes her out into the water to be carried away.

As we reported, van der Sloot was in court in Alabama Wednesday where he entered a guilty plea to charges of wire fraud and extortion after telling the family he'd give up details of her death for money.

Shockingly enough, van der Sloot offered up an apology to the family Wednesday, saying he'd found religion ... but that didn't work with Holloway's mother, Beth, who said he'd always be a killer.

The mystery over Natalee Holloway's famous disappearance was cleared up once and for all -- because the prime suspect just admitted he killed her and attempted to defraud her family.

Joran van der Sloot appeared in an Alabama court Wednesday, where prosecutors told the court van der Sloot had confessed to Holloway's parents that he'd taken her life ... apparently, he bludgeoned her to death after she refused his sexual advances -- this according to Holloway's mother, Beth, who also spoke.

She said, "You didn't get what you wanted from Natalee, your sexual satisfaction, so you brutally killed her" -- adding that he "terminated her dreams, her potential, her possibilities."

Beth says van der Sloot admitted to killing Natalee on the beach and putting her body in water.

Van der Sloot entered a guilty plea to charges of wire fraud and extortion that he was facing here in the U.S. case -- while indirectly tied to Holloway's death -- was inextricably linked to her disappearance.

Interestingly enough, van der Sloot expressed remorse for the killing, saying he'd become a born-again Christian -- but Holloway's mother, as she told him that he'd always be a killer ... no matter what.

While van der Sloot might've copped to killing Holloway -- that's not what he'll be punished for here in the U.S. The case is somewhat convoluted -- especially since she first vanished almost 20 years ago on the island of Aruba -- but basically ... officials in America ended up charging him for attempting to sell information to Holloway's family about where her remains are ... which Beth says she actually paid for out of desperation.

As part of this plea deal he struck with the prosecution, van der Sloot was forced to finally clear up the details of Holloway's disappearance in 2005 ... and now he has.

Holloway -- who was 18 -- was on a high school graduation trip in the Dutch territory ... and witnesses say they saw her leaving a bar with van der Sloot and two other men, who have long been suspected to have been involved in whatever it is that happened to her.

The 3 men were arrested a couple different times over the years in connection to Holloway's disappearance -- but they were also cut loose over a lack of evidence. Van der Sloot, however, is the one who's fallen into the crosshairs of the U.S. ... as they indicted him in 2010, alleging he'd tried extorting and defrauding the Holloway family.

While he was charged in America well over a decade ago, he hadn't gotten extradited until just earlier this year -- as part of an agreement with the Peruvian government. You see, he's actually serving a prison sentence there for an entirely different case ... where a court found him guilty of murdering a different young woman, Stephany Flores.

Anyway, once this is dealt with, he'll reportedly be shipped back to Peru to finish his sentence -- and, after that, presumably return to America to start serving whatever punishment he receives as part of this case.

The Holloway story was one of the biggest disappearance cases in recent memory -- and her family had her declared legally dead in 2012 after many years of going without answers.

10/18 9:23 AM PT -- PD Beats tells TMZ Hip Hop the lawsuit is simply "an effort" to be in front of his business more ... as he hopes he and producers like Chicago's J Craig get their "just due."

Juice WRLD remains one of the top-streaming artists, even in death, but one man claims he co-wrote one of his hit songs and is now suing for his cut of the profits.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained a new lawsuit filed by Pierre DeJournette a.k.a. PD Beats ... one of the writers credited -- along with Dr. Luke and others -- on the 2021 Juice Wrld track "Not Enough."

The song was released posthumously as part of JW's "Fighting Demons" album, but PD is claiming his repeated attempts to get recognized as a co-author, and to get paid for his work have failed. So, now he's taking the matter to court.

In addition to suing Juice Wrld's estate, PD is going after Interscope Records, KBeazy, and others who apparently contributed to the track.

PD seems to believe everyone's getting paid 'cept him!!! 😩

The track is a big hit on Spotify ... 59 million plays and counting, a testament to the musical legacy JW left behind after his 2019 death from a fatal overdose.

PD is requesting the courts officially declare him a co-writer on the song, and he wants a full accounting of the profits ... so he can claim his piece.

We reached out to Interscope for comment but haven't heard back yet.

Kim Zolciak is finally responding to Kroy Biermann's divorce filing, and she has some demands of her own ... including primary physical custody of their kids.

The 'RHOA' star filed her counterclaim in court, obtained by TMZ, and she makes no bones about who their 4 children should live with going forward. Kim is asking a judge to grant her primary physical custody of the kids -- but says legal custody should be shared between Kroy and herself.

Kim doesn't get into details about why she deserves to have her children with her full-time ... the only thing she points out in her docs is that she's "a loving, fit and proper parent." She does say Kroy should be granted "liberal visitation" with the kiddos.

Kim also says she's dependent on Kroy for support and maintenance -- which is why she's asking the judge to grant her temporary and permanent alimony, on top of child support.

Keep in mind, this flies in the face of what Kroy asked for in his most recent divorce filing ... where he asked for sole physical AND legal custody -- plus child support, alimony, etc.

In terms of their shared property and assets ... Kim's asking the court to equitably divvy that all up. She also points out they have their Georgia mansion together. As we previously reported, they just listed it on the market for a cool $6 million.

Alec Baldwin might be put through the legal wringer again -- because prosecutors are zeroing in on him again ... a move his legal team thinks is complete BS.

The Santa Fe District Attorney's Office announced Monday that they'll convene a grand jury in the near future to consider whether to refile an involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin ... saying they feel it's appropriate for ordinary citizens to decide if the case against him should be revived.

Baldwin's attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro of Quinn Emanuel tell TMZ ... "It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court."

Remember, the D.A. dropped this same charge against Baldwin just earlier this year ... this after making a big show of filing charges in the first place. While they seemed to close the book on his role in the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins -- they did say at the time that they reserved the right to recharge him if new information came to light. Apparently, it has.

Prosecutors reportedly decided to send the case back to the grand jury after submitting the gun for further analysis, which they claim contradicts Baldwin saying he never pulled the trigger.

This latest news comes on the heels of a ruling in the pending case against the armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed just last week -- when a judge decided that the production companies involved in "Rust" had to fork over correspondence and other docs pertaining to the film's pre-production.

The implication ... prosecutors wanted to see what, if any, role Alec had as a producer of the film as it pertains to allegations that corners were cut when it came to gun safety and training -- something Gutierrez-Reed has claimed took place in defending herself.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason could soon be facing charges of assault and neglect in the ongoing saga with Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they expect they'll wrap their investigation very soon, and just interviewed Jace this past week. Our sources say at this point, it appears charges will be filed for both neglect and assault.

What hasn't yet been determined, we're told, is whether both Jenelle and David will get hit with charges ... or if only one of them will face legal repercussions.

TMZ broke the story ... cops started treating Jace's situation as a possible case of neglect after the young teen ran away from home for a third time in about a month.

Cops say Jace told officers David had assaulted him and appeared to have visible marks on his neck and arm, making the investigation that much more serious. What's more, we’re told there's video of the alleged assault and cops have it in their possession.

David Eason is Jace's stepdad … Jenelle regained custody of the 14-year-old from her mother, Barbara, earlier this year. Barbara had stepped in years ago to take custody of Jace after Jenelle was unable to properly care for her son.

A Minnesota man who apparently didn't know right from wrong now knows witch from witch ... because he's about to fess up that he stole Dorothy's ruby red slippers.

76-year-old Terry Jon Martin, who pled not guilty to stealing maybe the most iconic piece of movie memorabilia ever, is expected to change his plea to guilty Friday, because he had a crisis of conscience.

The shoes -- central to the plot of "The Wizard of Oz" -- were ensconced in the Judy Garland Museum in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, until 2005, when someone stole them. It was a big enough case for the FBI to jump in, and the feds recovered the shoes in 2018.

The case went unsolved until this year, when Martin was arrested and charged with theft of a major artwork.

Martin's attorney, Dane DeKrey, says his client -- who is in failing health -- has decided to come clean and confess, saying, "I think Terry is facing his own mortality and I think when people are reaching that point in their life, they cut through the pleasantries and talk turkey."

The shoes, which had magical qualities in the 1939 musical, were insured for $1 million, but valued at an estimated $3.5 mil.
