Home Depot We Didn't Donate to Herschel Walker ... As Calls for Boycott Grow

The internet is up in arms about Home Depot after reports it allegedly donated serious dough to Herschel Walker's U.S. Senate campaign -- and while the company tells us it didn't happen, it's also clarifying where the wires got crossed.
A rep for Home Depot tells TMZ the claims just aren't true ... specifying, "Home Depot's PAC (political action committee) hasn't donated to Walker's or (Raphael) Warnock's campaigns."
We're told the connection to the company likely came out because Home Depot's co-founder, Bernie Marcus, did donate to Walker's campaign. The company rep points out Marcus left the company more than 2 decades ago, adding "his views do not represent the company."
People online have been calling for a boycott of Home Depot following the reports claiming the company donated more than $1 million to Walker's campaign.
The rep says Home Depot is "working on correcting misinformation online now."
As we reported, the ex-NFL star and Senate candidate has been getting dragged over his "pro-life" beliefs ... in light of a woman coming forward and insisting Walker got her pregnant and paid for her to have an abortion in 2009.
Walker's conservative son, Christian, posted a video shortly after his dad denied the abortion claim ... accusing his father of, among other things, threatening to kill him and his family in the past.

President Biden Putin Could Start Nuclear 'Armageddon' After Setbacks In Ukraine
President Biden put the nation on red alert Thursday, announcing nuclear "Armageddon" is a real possibility given Russia's recent setbacks in its 8-month war in Ukraine.
At a Democratic fundraiser hosted by James Murdoch, Biden characterized Russian Czar Vladimir Putin as "a guy I know fairly well" -- and added, Putin was "not joking when he talks about the use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons."
Biden went on to say, "We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis." He also implied the threat from Putin is tangible "because his military is -- you might say -- significantly underperforming."
The Cuban Missile Crisis was a 13-day showdown in 1962 born out of the Soviet Union's deployment of nuclear weapons in Cuba ... prompting the Kennedy administration to launch a naval blockade of the island.
As far as the public knows, it remains the closest the U.S ever came to a nuclear war.
Biden says he's still "trying to figure" out Putin's "off-ramp" in Ukraine. Where does he find a way out?" Biden asked. "Where does he find himself in a position that he does not not only lose face but lose significant power within Russia?"
Despite Biden's chilling warning, U.S. officials have NOT seen Russia change its nuclear posture to launch an imminent attack.
Small victory ... for now.

Kanye West Fashion Industry's Manipulating Kim ... Crossing Lines With Nudity!!!
6:40 PM PT -- Kanye talked about Kim, saying she's being pimped out by the fashion industry to sell sex even though she's a successful businesswoman with a billion dollar empire.
The way Kanye sees it ... his ex-wife is essentially being manipulated by the fashion industry to cross lines regarding nudity. He hints at some malicious intent, pointing out Kim has four Black children with him.
Ye also went after the media for daring to criticize him for buying the house next to Kim. He says he just wants to be closer to his kids and bristles at accusations of stalking Kim and Pete Davidson when they were dating.
Kanye also turned his ire on Corey Gamble and Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson ... saying they are a problem for Kim and accusing them, and others, of telling KK what to fear.
Ye says he respects people like Russell Brand and Candace Owens for being unafraid to speak their minds and go against mainstream narratives.
Kanye West says he was told his life and career would be in jeopardy for supporting Donald Trump ... and says it's happening all over again with his "White Lives Matter" shirt.
Ye sat down with FNC's Tucker Carlson, claiming he faced death threats over wearing a red MAGA hat to a 2018 meeting with Trump at the White House.
Kanye says his "so-called friends slash handlers" told him his career would be over if he supported Trump ... and warned, "I would be killed for wearing the hat."
Ye says the "White Lives Matter" shirt he debuted this week at his YZY fashion show has triggered similar threats.
Kanye claims someone called him recently and said anyone wearing a 'WLM' shirt will be "greenlit" to get beat up ... but Ye says he has no problem wearing a literal target on his back.
Ye's full interview with Tucker is airing now on Fox News ... and we'll keep you posted on what else he says.

Kanye West has done plenty to air his grievances on social media, and now he'll be doing it in interview form with Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Ye landed in L.A. from Paris Thursday and almost immediately went to meet up with Carlson and team at his office in L.A. We're told the two had a lengthy chat, which mostly focused on the recent attention Kanye's generated through wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt at his Yeezy fashion show.
Among some of Kanye's talking points -- he says he feels he's been perceived as a bully, and doesn't think that's true. He also says people believe he's bullying black women, another point he refutes ... and talks about how Hollywood "bullies" him.
We're told Kanye also took some time to show Tucker some of his clothing designs around the office.
Of course, Kanye took a lot of heat for attacking Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson after she posted her thoughts on the Yeezy show and Kanye's choice of wardrobe.
Kanye West Calls 'Black Lives Matter' a Scam After Wearing 'White Lives Matter' Shirt
Kanye took to Instagram to slam Gabriella and her own clothing -- but celebs like Gigi Hadid came to the Vogue editor's side ... defending her against Ye.
For what it's worth ... Kanye and Gabby sat down for 2 hours after the nasty back-and-forth to talk about their disagreements.
We're told the Tucker interview will air tonight.

President Biden I Don't Think Having Weed Is a Crime ... Pardons For Possession
President Biden is making a big change in how the feds view marijuana ... because he's going to pardon thousands of folks with federal convictions for simple possession of weed.
Biden made the landmark announcement Thursday, calling it an end to what he sees as our nation's failed approach to ganja.
POTUS says he's pardoning all prior offenses for simple possession of marijuana under federal law, a decision the White House says will affect at least 6,500 people, and he's calling on governors to do the same at the state level.
Biden is also urging the Attorney General and the Department of Health and Human Services to review how marijuana is scheduled under federal law ... currently, weed is classified in the same category as heroin and is considered more serious than fentanyl, which, Biden says makes no sense.
POTUS says there still needs to be limitations on trafficking, marketing and underage sales of marijuana.
Biden says the pardons will help folks get education, housing and jobs ... but there's not a clear timeline for when the pardons will occur. The White House says the Justice Department will create a process for making it happen.
Bottom line for Biden ... "sending people to jail for possessing marijuana has upended too many lives."

Meghan Markle Mirror Image Of Divorced American Actress ... Who Married a King forced to Leave Royal Family
Meghan Markle not only mirrors a woman in the royal family with MANY similarities ... she even dresses like her!
Photos surfaced this week of Meghan looking shockingly like Wallis Simpson. For those who don't know, Wallis Simpson was a divorcee and American actress who married King Edward VIII back in 1937. Edward had to make an incredibly hard choice, because the royal family did not allow members to marry divorcees, so he had to choose, and he chose love, abdicating the throne and leaving the country.
Sound familiar? Meghan was a divorcee and an American actress who married Prince Harry, and after it became unbearable for her to the point she was considering suicide, Harry left the royal family and left the country.
Oh yeah, King Edward VIII was Harry's great-granduncle!
Of course, Meghan's fashion choice could be coincidental, but we don't think so. The style of Meghan's dress is a dead ringer for Wallis', her hair is pulled back just like Wallis', and the bunched-up fabric around their necks -- identical.
Edward and Wallis was a true love story ... they were married until Edward died in 1972.
This isn't the first time Meghan has drawn up fashion comparisons to Wallis. In the infamous interview with Oprah, Meghan wore an Armani dress similar to a dress Wallis wore in a portrait.
We get the message.

President Biden Tells Fort Myers Beach Mayor ... 'No One F***s with a Biden!!!'
President Biden had another one of those moments, where he became so engrossed in a convo he forgot there was a hot mic ... and it was something!
The Prez was in Florida to survey the damage from Hurricane Ian, and had just held a joint news conference with FL Governor Ron DeSantis. He was talking to Fort Myers Beach Mayor Ray Murphy. It's unclear what the 2 were chatting about, but at one point the President blurts out, "No one f***s with a Biden." The Mayor responds, "You're goddamn right!"
Biden then says, "You can't argue with your brother outside the house." The Mayor says, "That's exactly right."
It seems -- SEEMS -- they may be talking about the fact Biden and DeSantis -- who could end up going head-to-head in 2024 -- shared the stage and came together to deal with the disaster, but we don't know.
It's reminiscent of Biden's famous f-bomb that he dropped when he was Veep, turning to Barack Obama near a hot mic after their health care reform victory, saying, "This is a big f***ing deal!"
At any rate, it's good to see opponents coming together -- at least for a time -- for an important purpose.

Queen Elizabeth II Death Certificate States Obvious ... It Was 'Old Age'
Queen Elizabeth II might have been one of the most complex, dynamic and beloved figures of the 20th century ... but her death certificate is simple, perhaps oddly so.
The official document was filed this week, revealing she passed at 3:10 PM local time on September 8 at Balmoral Castle in Scotland -- and the 96-year-old monarch's cause of death is listed as "Old Age."
That's it.
We gotta say, it's the first time we've seen a death certificate with so little information -- typically, there's something more medical listed ... like cardiac arrest or multiple organ failure. Then again, we haven't seen many any of these for British monarchs who sat on the throne for 70 years. The physician who declared her dead was Douglas James Allan Glass.
Queen Elizabeth II Dead at 96
Interestingly, her only daughter, Princess Anne, is listed as the "informant."
Lack of detail aside, the certificate says Elizabeth Alexandra Mary -- her full given name -- was the widowed daughter of King George VI and Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon ... aka The Queen Mother.
RIP QE2.

6:21 PM PT -- MTG's estranged husband, Perry Greene, tells TMZ ... "Marjorie has been my best friend for the last 29 years and she has been an amazing mom! Our family is our most important thing we have done."
Perry adds ... "As we go on different paths we will continue to focus on our 3 incredible kids and their future endeavors and our friendship."
Marjorie Taylor Greene is not being re-elected at home ... because her husband just pulled the plug on their marriage.
MTG's husband, Perry Greene, beelined it to court Tuesday and filed to divorce the Congresswoman from Georgia after 27 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
Marjorie and Perry tied the knot back in August 1995 when she was still in college at the University of Georgia ... and they had 3 children together, who are now all over the age of 18.
It's unclear what led to the split, but in the docs, MTG's husband says they have previously separated ... and he wants the court to split up their assets and debts equally.
MTG tells TMZ ... "Marriage is a wonderful thing and I'm a firm believer in it. Our society is formed by a husband and wife creating a family to nurture and protect. Together, Perry and I formed our family and raised three great kids. He gave me the best job title you can ever earn: Mom."
She adds ... "I'll always be grateful for how great of a dad he is to our children."

Ted Cruz Says Chrissy Teigen's Lying ... Claims She Had Miscarriage, Not Abortion
Senator Ted Cruz claims to know what happened in Chrissy Teigen's body better than she does -- he's insisting she actually had a miscarriage, NOT an abortion as she recently stated.
Cruz made the controversial comments on his podcast "Verdict with Ted Cruz" ... in response to Chrissy saying she now realizes it was an abortion back in 2020 when her son, Jack, died after she suffered placental abruption at 20 weeks.
At the time, she'd said it was a miscarriage, but a year later she says she processed it differently ... especially because doctors were certain Jack wouldn't survive.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Lose Third Child
Ironically, the guy who got the label "Lyin Ted" is now calling Chrissy a liar -- on the podcast, he said, "If there’s a medical procedure in that context, it’s not an abortion ... nobody argues that when the woman’s life is in danger, that you can’t take extraordinary medical steps to preserve the mother’s life."
His take seems to be ... if the procedure is done to save the mother's life, then it's not an abortion -- even if doctors know the fetus will die.
Cruz thinks Chrissy's only calling it an abortion now to make a political point about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. He says, "She may want to characterize it as abortion in this political context, but she described it at the time as a miscarriage. And it certainly sounds like that was an accurate description."
Of course, he's gotten a ton of backlash for inserting himself in this manner ... however, Chrissy has yet to respond.

Roger Stone Pre-Election Day 'F*** the Voting' ... 'Let's Get Right to the Violence'
Some of Donald Trump's cronies were dead set on contesting the 2020 election results long before the polls closed -- so much so, Roger Stone boldly advocated for violence on camera.
CNN obtained a clip from Danish documentary filmmakers, and one excerpt -- which was also shared with the Jan. 6 House Committee -- shows Stone interacting with people and openly calling for ditching election protocols (like vote counting) and throwing punches.
1/6/21
One line from him is telling ... "F*** the voting, let's get right to the violence." He goes on to say they should "shoot to kill" if they see Antifa members. This was reportedly recorded the day before the election in November, and it's part of a movie called 'A Storm Foretold.'
Another clip shows Stone talking to 2 guys and saying he suspects the election results will be "up in the air," and then says regardless of who wins ... they should declare victory early, even if it's not true. He's obviously talking about his longtime pal, Trump.
Stone says possession is "nine-tenths of the law" -- not a fact, but whatever -- and goes on to act out a near-future scenario where he's telling opponents Trump actually won -- with some colorful language to boot.
Like we said, this clip (and others apparently) were handed over to Congress ... and this stuff might well be discussed during the final public Jan. 6 hearing on Wednesday.
Turns out, Stone's game plan was embraced by Trump ... who insisted the election results were rigged and is still refusing to accept them.
As for this November 2020 footage, Stone denied it was a smoking gun -- saying he felt it was severely edited and illegally released. He also added ... "How ironic that Kim Kardashian and I are both subjected to computer-manipulated videos on the same day."
Stone finishes by saying ... "The excerpts you provided below prove nothing, certainly they do not prove I had anything to do with the events of January 6th. That being said, it clearly shows I advocated for lawful congressional and judicial options."

Bill Maher Who Doesn't Believe in America? Lots of Republicans and Democrats
Bill Maher has a hot take on people who love America and people who don't ... and he says lots of folks on the right and the left are as anti-American as they come.
As the "Real Time" host plainly puts it ... "You don't love America if you hate what it stands for," and B.M. has receipts.
Bill asks, how Republicans can say they believe in America when they support a president who tried to pull off a coup? How can Republicans who won't accept election results say with a straight face they believe in America?
He's got another great example using Colin Kaepernick ... just watch.
How can Republicans, he asks, say they believe in America when they get downright underhanded to restrict the right to vote?
There's more ... Republicans used to support law and order ... but now, when it comes to the Capitol Police or the FBI, their mantra is "F*** the police!"
And, of course, there's Donald Trump, who mused out loud he wished generals in the United States military were more like Nazi generals.
It gets downright absurd ... Congresswoman Lauren Boebert complained, "I'm tired of this separation of church and state junk that's not in the Constitution." Well, it is stupid.
But then on the other side, he says lots of liberals seem to see nothing redeemable about the United States of America ... just shame. Congresswoman Cori Bush said, "This land is stolen land and Black people still aren't free." Bill has some choice words for that.
Congressman Jamaal Bowman said, "I believe our current system of capitalism is slavery by another name." Again, Bill has feelings.
There IS one group Bill says has the best perspective on what America really is all about ... and they're people who are getting flown to places like Martha's Vineyard.

War in Ukraine Russians Searching How to 'Break Arm At Home' ... Trying To Avoid Deployment
Russians are not on board with Vladimir Putin's plan to amp up the war in Ukraine -- and Internet searches prove they're ready to go to extremes to avoid stepping onto the battlefield.
"How to break an arm at home" started catching serious buzz amongst Russians in search results -- and the frantic Googling came just 2 hours after Putin told the nation Wednesday he'd deploy up to 300K citizens to Ukraine.
The specific search quickly jumped from 0 to 38 out of 100 according to Newsweek -- data also showed a serious spike in searches for Aviasales ... the most popular flight booking page in Russia.
The site has been completely sold out of flights to Turkey and Armenia -- 2 places where citizens can go without a visa -- through Sunday.
The search results also come as the country's started to lose ground in the war ... Ukrainian soldiers recently forced a Russian retreat, and they also took back the Kharkiv province this month.
Several protests were held after Putin's announcement, with hundreds arrested in the hours that followed.
If searches for DIY plaster casts go up, Putin might wanna take notice.

Donald Trump Where's The Beef? Judge Asks On Claim FBI Planted Evidence
Donald Trump's legal headaches keep piling up and now he has another one ... the special master in his classified documents case just ordered 45 to prove his assertion FBI agents may have planted evidence at Mar-a-Lago.
Court-appointed Special Master Raymond Dearie has requested that DT put his money where his mouth is. In a filing Thursday, Judge Dearie ordered Trump to submit a sworn declaration itemizing “inventory” of materials seized from his Palm Beach, FL estate that were NOT actually recovered during the FBI search. In other words, Dearie is calling DT's bluff about the FBI's alleged shenanigans.
You may recall Trump went ballistic after the feds raided Mar-a-Lago on August 8 and carted off more than 11,000 sensitive government docs the former president had allegedly swiped from the White House.
Trump fired off a message on his social media platform, suggesting FBI agents did something sketchy during their Mar-a-Lago search. "Planting information anyone?," Trump asked. He also went on Sean Hannity's show this week and insinuated the feds had dropped evidence "into those piles" of secret documents taken from his resort. Even his lawyers have gotten into the action by hinting the feds were up to no good that day.
But, not one of them has coughed up a shred of evidence to support their incendiary claims.
Speaking of unsubstantiated claims ... Trump told Hannity that as President he had the ability to declassify the sensitive docs just by thinking about it -- and that's just plain ridiculous.
As you know, Trump's been trying to put the brakes on the Justice Department's criminal probe. He asked for a fair and impartial review of the classified documents by a Special Master to determine what federal prosecutors can use in their case. But, the federal court of appeals has ruled in favor of the DOJ, which can now have access to the documents and won't have to wait for the Special Master to finish his review.

Donald Trump Ok, So How's this ... I Can Declassify Documents Just by Thinking About it!!!
Donald Trump doesn't have a leg to stand on when it comes to pilfering classified documents from the United States government -- the Special Master has already made that pretty clear -- so he's resorting to an almost unbelievable fallback -- a President can declassify docs just by thinking about it.
Trump was on Sean Hannity's show Wednesday and said, almost unbelievably, "If you're the President of the United States, you can declassify just by saying, 'It's declassified," even by thinking about it." The absurdity continued ... "There doesn't have to be a process, there can be a process, but there doesn't have to be," adding, "You're the President, you make that decision."
As you know, Trump took around 100 classified docs to Mar-a-Lago where they sat in a basement and other unsecured places. The FBI raided the joint in August and seized 11,000 documents.
FBI Agents Raid Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump Says They Broke Into His Safe
Trump's been trying to block the Justice Department's criminal investigation and insisted on having a Special Master appointed to determine what is fair game for prosecutors. However, the federal court of appeals has ruled the government can have access to the documents immediately, and will not have to wait for the Special Master to finish his review.
BTW ... the Special Master has already made it clear, Trump's argument over classified documents is ridiculous.
If Trump's last stand is the "I thought to declassify it and that makes it so" ... his case will go down in flames.
It was only after the raid that the former president said he had declassified them.
"You can't have your cake and eat it," Judge Raymond Dearie, a longtime Brooklyn federal court judge, said at one point during his first public hearing since being appointed Special Master.

Queen Elizabeth Funeral Ratings Far Below Diana's ... But it's Apples to Oranges
Queen Elizabeth's funeral doesn't hold a candle to Princess Diana's when it comes to TV ratings -- in the U.S. and the UK -- but the reality is it's kinda hard to compare the events.
Indeed ... the TV ratings for QE2's burial ceremony Monday are in, and they pale in comparison to how many folks watched Diana's service in 1997 ... drastically so when it comes to us Yankees.
The Nielsen numbers are striking ... an average of 11.4 million viewers watched the Queen's state funeral -- this next to the 33.2 million people who watched Diana's funeral more than 2 decades ago in the States.
It was a little closer among the British -- about 27 million British people watched the monarch's final send-off, slightly less than the 32 million who tuned in for Di.
The one thing that's not accounted for here with the Queen's figures is that her procession was being live streamed across various digital platforms, and those numbers don't count in the Nielsen ratings. So, it's quite possible she did have a bigger raw number of worldwide viewers.
It's also unfair to compare just about ANY TV program today to one from 25 years ago ... the advent of streaming services has dramatically lowered TV ratings for even the biggest shows. And, ya can't ignore the facts surrounding both women's deaths -- Diana died in the prime of her life in a tragic car accident, as compared to the Queen ... who, while being widely beloved, was also 96 years old.
One other interesting tidbit ... Prince Harry and Prince William getting hitched was apparently more must-see TV than their grandmother's funeral. Their nuptials raked in 29.2 million and 22.7 million U.S. viewers, respectively ... which wipes out QE2's numbers by a lot.
