Adele is living her best life on vacation right now, but even as she tries to unwind -- fans continue to be overly concerned with her appearance ... now saying she's too thin.

The singer was spotted hitting the beach Saturday in the Eastern Caribbean -- specifically, she was in the British territory of Anguilla with none other than Harry Styles and, apparently, James Corden as well. Quite the trio of talent, we must say ... especially with A and HS.

As excited as many fans were to see the two artists hanging -- with the possibility of a future collab looming in their minds -- some folks simply couldn't resist piping up in on Adele's body ... a topic of much discussion and scrutiny over the years for her.

Now, people are saying she looks too skinny -- and are openly wondering whether fans should be worried. One user tweeted, "IS THIS ADELE?!?! someone feed her pls she looks so skinny and not really that healthy .... we should be worrying about her omg."

The guy who got jumped and robbed by DaBaby and his crew plans to lawyer up and file suit against them.

The victim -- who TMZ learned is a concert promoter named Kenneth -- tells us ... multiple attorneys have reached out to him to offer their services -- as in suing DaBaby.

Kenneth says he'll be going after the rapper and everyone involved in the brutal incident ... which he claims left him with cuts and bruises on his face.

As for what went down ... Kenneth says he was hired to put on a birthday party for rapper Stunna 4 Vegas at a Florida nightclub Thursday night and made a deal with DaBaby to host. He claims it was for a discounted rate of $30k because the rappers are friends.

Kenneth tells us he showed up with $20k and promised he could get DaBaby an additional $10k from his artist YC Woody ... but the rapper and his crew got pissed, and it quickly turned violent.

The promoter says he had to get checked out by a doctor because his injuries were so bad. He says video of the assault is difficult for him and his loved ones to watch. Kenneth also claims DaBaby's team made off with the $20k and hasn't returned it.

We broke the story ... DaBaby was initially detained and later arrested for battery in connection with the incident. According to the police report, Kenneth was robbed of $80, a credit card, an iPhone 7 and then doused with apple juice. It's certainly possible authorities will add a robbery charge.

Harvey Weinstein will go on trial next week for sexual assault, and as fierce as the prosecutor has been ... Weinstein's lawyers have their counterattack planned.

Weinstein's lead attorney, Donna Rotunno, tells TMZ, the defense will attempt to pick apart the testimony of the alleged victims by making what she calls a "common sense" argument -- that people who get assaulted don't maintain contact with the perpetrator. Rotunno says she has text messages and proof of subsequent interactions that support their position.

We know prosecutors will call a psychiatrist who will testify that it's common for sexual assault victims to delay in reporting the crime and they will often continue to interact with their assailant.

Luke Evans was hotter than the Miami sun Friday ... and people noticed.

The "Murder Mystery" star had something to celebrate with his buds as he emerged from the water in mythic form. As we reported, "Murder Mystery" was the most-watched show on Netflix in 2019.

The "Beauty and the Beast" actor was with rumored boyfriend Rafael Olarra. They frequently post pics of the 2 of them on Instagram.

As we reported, Nikki announced Friday she's engaged to her "Dancing with the Stars" partner, Artem Chiqvintsev. Turns out they've been engaged since November ... when he popped the question to her in France.

John and Nikki broke up in 2018. They were together for 6 years, but the subject of having children seemed to torpedo the relationship.

Sean Stewart is not worried about his arrest New Year's Eve -- along with the arrest of his dad, Rod Stewart -- because he says the guy they allegedly attacked was the instigator.

We got Sean Friday night leaving SHU restaurant in L.A. ... and he was not sweating the incident that will land them in a Florida court next month. As we reported, they were at the Breaker's Hotel in Palm Beach celebrating the new year with the fam, when a security guard named Jessie Dixon tried to block the Stewarts from entering the children's area of the hotel.

Dixon told cops the Stewarts got super loud and refused to back off. He said Sean then got nose-to-nose with him and shoved him backward. Dixon says Rod then threw a punch, striking him in the rib cage area.

Dixon said he wanted to press charges, so both Sean and Rod were charged with misdemeanor battery.

A mysterious new twist in the Antonio Brown paternity case ... and this one involves allegations of domestic violence -- but it's unclear if AB is the alleged assailant.

Here's the deal ... Brown has been wrapped up in a paternity dispute with Chelsie Kyriss since 2017 in Broward County, Florida. They have 3 children together.

We've been routinely checking the court records to monitor any developments in the case -- and in late December, the docket showed a new "related case" has been added to the record.

We pulled the file for the related case which is listed as a "Domestic Violence" matter. It was filed on Dec. 26 and is currently being handled in family court.

The issue ... the case is currently under seal -- which means the important details, including the people involved, are not being made public so we don't know if the matter is "related" to Brown or Kyriss or both.

We reached out to lawyers for Brown and Kyriss but neither side would comment.

We've also made calls to various law enforcement agencies but so far we haven't found a police report.

Brown and Kyriss have had a terrible relationship for years and it's well documented. Brown has previously accused of Kyriss of being a terrible, neglectful mom and in 2018, made a push to get sole custody of their kids.

Most recently, Brown filed a lawsuit against Kyriss claiming she refuses to leave his Florida home despite serving her with eviction papers.

In fact, things are so bad between the two, Kyriss called police in mid-December to monitor a clothing handoff at Brown's home so she could get various items from him that belong to their child.

William Shatner pulled a Christmas surprise out of his stocking for some hungry cops stuck working on Xmas ... filling their bellies with a tasty holiday spread.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 'Star Trek' legend paid a visit to his local police station on Christmas day, pulling up with trays of corned beef and pastrami sandwiches and contributing the grub to a potluck for police.

Our sources say William also came bearing other tasty gifts from Brent's Deli -- bagels, lox and cream cheese. All part of a complete breakfast!!!

Captain Kirk kept spreading holiday cheer with the LAPD ... we're told William thanked those on the force for working on Christmas and also left behind a nice holiday card for the station.

All told, our sources say William dropped a few hundred bucks to feed the guys.

Pam Grier is a cancer survivor, but isn't in the middle of another battle, despite some recent rumors online.

Posts on social media began to surface this week saying that Pam was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and in a fight for her life. A rep for Pam tells us the rumors are bogus ... she's as healthy as ever.

Pam's rep says Grier will be headed to work tomorrow on season 3 of her ABC show, "Bless This Mess." Pam puts in 8-10 hour days when she's working.

Grier was diagnosed with stage-4 cervical cancer in 1988 and given just 18 months to live. Through tough treatment, she made a recovery and has been in remission ever since.

Pam has had a career in Hollywood that dates back to the 70s, starring in films like "Jackie Brown" and in shows like "Linc's."

Trump has kept a close eye on LSU so far in the CFP ... with Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron saying he got a personal call from the president after trampling all over Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl.

"I was very honored to get a call from President Trump," Coach O told reporters.

"He was very pleasant to talk to. Very complimentary of our football team, our coaching staff. Complimentary of the way the state of Louisiana has rallied around us. Was complimentary of the way we played all year and wished us good luck in the game."

The Royals just released the epic photograph of a smiling Queen Elizabeth with Their Royal Highnesses -- Prince Charles, his son Prince William, and his son Prince George -- all gathered together in the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace.

The pic -- which features 4 generations of potential Heads of State in the United Kingdom -- was snapped by Ranald Mackechnie.

Of course, there's speculation the Queen wants to bypass Prince Charles for king and crown the Duke ... but those are just rumors. The Prince of Wales will likely get his time at the top.

Another interesting note -- the Royal portrait appears to have been taken the same day as the Queen's Christmas lunch, in which the foursome also made pudding together.

That was the same day Prince William and Kate Middleton rode in separate cars to the event, resulting in more bad optics for the couple and fueling intrigue that there's trouble in their marriage.

Turns out ... it may have just been because Will and George had to go early for the now-famous photo.
