Future Sued He Tried To Make Me Out To Be a 'Hoe'!!! ... Allegedly Made Threats to Coerce Abortion

Published | Updated

Future allegedly tried to smear his baby mama's name in an effort to make her look like a woman who sleeps around, and made threats in hopes of getting her to have an abortion ... so she claims in new legal docs.

Eliza Seraphin is countersuing the rapper claiming Future's made tons of false allegations against her including saying she sleeps around for financial gain, has a mental health disorder and calling her a "hoe" after he claimed she "stole my last name."

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Eliza says Future sent her a text saying "let your lawyers speak for u at this point! u bogus, stole my last name now u want to b relevant jus fall back off the net trying to to prove a point."

She claims he also texted her, "TMZ this bitch stole my last name I think that's what i heard! I will never respect a clout chasing bitch NEVERRRRRRR FOH."

Eliza claims she and Future carried on a relationship for 2 years and engaged in unprotected sex during that time ... leading to the birth of their daughter. Earlier this month, the paternity suit was resolved when DNA results showed Future is the baby daddy.

Still, Eliza claims Future's made this a living hell for her ... claiming he continually made her out to be someone who sleeps around with various men in an attempt to get pregnant for her own personal financial gain.

And, get this ... Eliza claims Future's made various threats -- even allegedly threatening to have her killed -- while she was pregnant "in an attempt to coerce her to terminate her pregnancy." Eliza claims she took these threats seriously enough to report them to police.

She's suing Future for libel, slander and emotional distress. We've reached out to Future for comment, so far no word back.

NFL Player Suing United Airlines ... You Let Me Get Sexually Assaulted On Plane!!!!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

10:32 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained a statement from United ... which says "The safety and well-being of our customers is always our top priority."

UPDATE

"In this instance, the customer involved was moved to a different seat. Because litigation is now pending, we’re unable to provide further comment."

An anonymous NFL player says he was sexually assaulted on a United Airlines plane and claims flight attendants didn't do much to stop it -- and now, he's suing.

The player -- using the alias "John Doe 1" in the new lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports -- says on Feb. 10, 2020 ... a woman "sexually harassed, assaulted, abused, and violated" him during a flight.

The unidentified footballer says the trip -- a cross-country, red-eye ride from LAX to New Jersey -- was a complete nightmare ... and it was all made worse by United staffers.

In the suit, the man says he took his place in a middle seat ... and when a woman sat in the window seat next to him -- he claims he was immediately harassed over the safety mask he was wearing.

The football player says he told her it was because of the growing coronavirus pandemic ... but claims the woman hit and elbowed him and demanded he move seats nonetheless.

The man says he and his friend, identified as "John Doe 2" in the suit, observed the woman taking pills -- and believed her to be under the influence.

In the suit, the NFL player claims Doe 2 got up to tell flight attendants about the woman harassing Doe 1 ... but says they did nothing about it.

The NFL player claims the woman then sexually assaulted him ... groping and massaging his knees and thighs. He claims Doe 2 got up again to inform flight attendants, but says they still did nothing.

In the suit, the NFLer claims the woman began to "intensify" her sexual assault, "grabbing and groping his quads and then stroking her hand across his lap towards the inside of his leg near his genitals."

He claims he immediately got up and pleaded with a flight attendant to get the woman to stop ... but he says the United employee did nothing more than issue a verbal warning to the woman.

The NFL player then says the woman grabbed his penis and ripped off his face mask -- causing him to jump away and run toward flight attendants.

While he was up, Doe 2 says the woman slid over into the middle seat and began sexually assaulting him as well.

Finally, the NFL player claims United flight attendants came over and moved the woman to another row without passengers.

The NFL player says both he and Doe 2 were given $150 vouchers for their troubles ... but they're now suing and seeking damages for negligence, infliction of emotional distress, and more.

We reached out to the player's attorney in the case -- who would not confirm the NFLer's identity.

The attorney, though, did issue a statement, saying, "Those who report assaults should not be ignored, but believed, their claims investigated and appropriate action taken where warranted."

We reached out to United for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Domino's Pizza Guy Explodes in Anger 'I Don't Make F'ing Money If I Don't Get Tipped'

A Domino's Pizza delivery guy let frustration get the best of him over a zero-tip order ... with video showing him going off on a couple of teenagers, but their dad tells us it was all just a huge misunderstanding.
I GOT A TIP FOR YOU!!!

A Domino's Pizza delivery guy let frustration get the best of him over a zero-tip order ... with video showing him going off on a couple of teenagers, but their dad tells us it was all just a huge misunderstanding.

The father of the 2 teenagers tells TMZ ... he was recently out of town when his 13-year-old daughter back home in Albuquerque called him, asking if she could place a sandwich order with Domino's.

The dad said sure, and he gave her his credit card info over the phone. He says she placed the order, but when the delivery arrived, the teen signed the receipt and left the tip amount blank ... thinking the delivery charge was the driver's tip.

That's where the video starts. The dad said it was his daughter's first time signing for a credit card and clearly she was just confused. He says she handed the receipt to his older teenage son, who then handed the receipt to the delivery man wearing a protective mask ... 'cause, y'know, the pandemic and all.

You can see the delivery guy -- unclear if he's a teenager himself or an adult -- sarcastically tell the teenage son, "Thanks for the tip." The teenage boy shrugs him off, but this appears to set off the delivery guy who calls the teenage son a "douchebag" and tells him, "f*** you, bro."

The teenage son laughs but reiterates he didn't place the order and appears to shift the blame to his sister. The delivery guy claps back, "Well, tell her. I don't make f***ing money if I don't get tipped ... I just brought you your [order] with my gas."

The kids continue laughing, but the dad makes it clear -- especially in these times it's important to tip service workers. The dad said, "On top of all this, the order was wrong. She ordered a sandwich but received cheese bread. Go figure."

You be the judge.

Sia I Adopted Two Teenage Boys

Published | Updated
Sia Twins
mom of the year

Sia put guardianship to good use for a couple of young guys who were on the cusp of adulthood, and getting tossed out of foster care ... but instead, she gave them a home.

The elusive singer made the revelation this week during an interview on SiriusXM, where she said she'd recently become a mother to TWO "children," so to speak. She says they were actually 18-year-old boys at the time of adoption last year, and were aging out of the foster care system in which they were living at the time.

They're both 19 now, and Sia says she loves 'em both very much. When asked how they're holding up during quarantine, she said one's doing better than the other under the circumstances -- but added they're both learning a lot indoors.

Now, if you're raising an eyebrow at the idea of adopting adults ... you shouldn't be. Not in California, anyway, where Sia has at least one home and seems to reside permanently. You can adopt 18-year-olds here -- there's a whole process, and it's not all that uncommon.

Congrats to Mama Sia!

The surprise celeb encounter went down on "The Relunchables" podcast, while Saff was being interviewed by the host, Jordan Holtzer.

Saff's made no secret about wanting former Disney Channel star Brandon Baker -- star of '90s classics "Johnny Tsunami" and "The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story" -- to play him on the big screen. As you know, everyone's expecting Joe Exotic's tiger tales to become a feature film.

So, when Saff sat down for the podcast, he got a big surprise -- Jordan hooked it up and got Brandon to join the Zoom call, and Saff went full fanboy. His initial reaction is priceless!

Brandon and Saff chatted for about 20 minutes, and while Saff is clearly a "Johnny Tsunami" superfan -- turns out Brandon's a big 'Tiger King' fan too.

So, yeah ... sounds like he has the inside track for a 'TK' movie role, if it happens. Ya know it's gonna.

Eric Bischoff Rodman Provoked Malone During '98 Playoffs ... to Promote WCW

Published | Updated
Eric Bischoff Main
ORCHESTRATING THE MOMENT

We all thought it ... but now some confirmation -- Dennis Rodman intentionally went after Karl Malone during the 1998 NBA Playoffs to help push a pro wrestling storyline involving both NBA stars.

... this according to former WCW president Eric Bischoff.

Remember, Rodman famously slapped Malone on the ass during Game 6 of the NBA Finals, Bulls vs. Jazz.

Of course, both NBA stars would clash at the WCW pay-per-view event, "Bash at the Beach," just a short time later ... begging the question, was the in-game altercation scripted beforehand?

The answer ... sort of.

Bischoff admits he encouraged Rodman to mix it up with Malone -- but not in any way that would affect the outcome of the game.

"Now, what I said to Dennis, not to Karl was, 'Hey Dennis, if anything were to happen off court while there's a timeout, while there's no gameplay ... so that the feud between Karl Malone and Dennis Rodman is real, on a kind of a 360-degree basis, not just what happens on our TV show,' that wouldn't piss me off at all."

In other words, Bischoff says he didn't give a direct order -- but didn't talk Dennis out of it either.

Bischoff also tells TMZ Sports he made sure both his boss at Turner Sports and the NBA knew that the Rodman vs. Malone story "didn't interrupt the gameplay."

Bischoff says he LOVED how it all played out during the game -- "I chuckled like a little kid because it accomplished so much."

"As a wrestling producer, to be able to create a moment ... that played out on a platform so huge as the NBA playoffs was really satisfying."

So, how did the wrestling match turn out?

Rodman and Hollywood Hulk Hogan went on to defeat Malone and Diamond Dallas Page in a tag-team match.

The situation was featured on the ESPN docuseries, "Last Dance" -- which also touched on the time Rodman skipped out in a Bulls practice between Games 3 and 4 of the NBA Finals to appear live on WCW Nitro.

Eric Bischoff Sub
DON'T UNDERESTIMATE HIM

"I certainly didn't expect Dennis to skip practice and participate in Nitro," Bischoff says ... "That decision was all Dennis."

Bischoff still considers Rodman to be a "good friend to this day" -- and "someone who I have a lot of respect for in many different ways."

Jaime King Files for Divorce ... Husband Speaks Out

Published | Updated
UPDATE

4:53 PM PT -- 5/19 -- Kyle just broke his silence after Jaime's divorce filing.

UPDATE

His spokesperson tells TMZ ... “Kyle was deeply saddened by Jaime’s attempt to obtain court orders based solely on false claims without providing him any opportunity to respond. As a result, he was extremely pleased that the judge nevertheless permitted their children to remain in his care."

UPDATE

The statement continues ... "As Kyle continues to solo parent, as he has done throughout this pandemic, he remains entirely focused on putting the children’s stability and welfare first. Kyle wants nothing but the best for his whole family and hopes that Jaime can find the peace and help she needs.”

Jaime King wants out of her marriage -- she's just filed for divorce, and based on the documents it doesn't appear to be an amicable split.

TMZ's learned the model/actress filed legal docs Monday in L.A. to divorce her husband, director Kyle Newman, to whom she's been married to since 2007. It's unclear what led to the divorce filing, but we know this ... Jaime is also requesting a restraining order against him. The nature of her request or whether it was granted are not known at this time.

Jaime and Kyle have two sons together ... a 6-year-old and 4-year-old, whose godmother is reportedly Taylor Swift. Jaime and Kyle met while working on "Fanboys" which Kyle directed.

The news comes almost 8 months after a man who terrorized Jaime for months -- including a bizarre attack in Bev Hills -- was sentenced to nearly 5 years behind bars for felony stalking.

We mention that only to point out ... Jaime's had a rough go of it lately, and now apparently feels she needs court-ordered protection from her estranged husband.

'Empire' Star Bryshere Gray You and Your Pooch Were Terrors ... Landlords Claim Thousands in Damages

Published

Bryshere Gray's in the dog house ... his landlord claims the "Empire" star's dog caused tons of damage in his apartment, and now he's suing the actor for the cost of the repairs ... but a rep for the actor says the suit's unnecessary, because he'll take care of it.

Vinod Venugopal and Payal Shah sued the actor -- AKA Yazz, AKA Hakeem Lyon on the FOX show -- in Chicago, claiming Gray and his pooch were terrors in the building.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the landlords say they rented Gray a condo inside their four-unit Chicago complex back in August 2019. They claim Gray, among other things, left his dog inside the condo for extended periods of time. They also claim the dog was left unattended in common areas in the complex and urinated and defecated all over the place.

The landlords claim the urine and feces significantly damaged the hardwood floors, stairs and other parts of the property. What's more ... the landlords claim Gray jumps in and out of windows, clogged the toilets by flushing down condoms, smoked weed in the place when smoking's not allowed under the lease, and engaged in unsanitary activity including, but not limited to, eating breakfast in one of the bathrooms.

There are pictures attached to the lawsuit showing the alleged damages, including the alleged plate of breakfast in the bathroom.

The total cost of repairs ... the landlords claim $26,120. The landlords say they reached out to Gray's team to settle the dispute but claim their demands fell on deaf ears. So, they're now suing for the damages and want $7,000 on top of that to cover their attorneys' fees.

We've reached out to Gray's team and his manager, Charlie Mac, tells TMZ ... Gray was diagnosed with ADHD some years ago "and unfortunately this [is] a result of that." Mac goes on to say, "He's a great person and it will be taken care of. It will be handled."

Mac added, "There is money inside of his security deposit that should rectify whatever issues the landlord has. [It's] sad that the landlord has chosen this way to handle this but we will do what is needed to make sure it is taken care of."

The "Game of Thrones" star is used to riding stallions with his Dothraki warriors, but Jason's gotta helluva lot more horsepower with this Harley.
