12:30 PM PT -- According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Michael and Jennifer want joint physical and legal custody of their 16-year-old daughter. It appears they'll work out dividing their assets privately including a couple vehicles and several bank accounts.

8:38 AM PT -- Michael tells us the decision to split with Jennifer was an amicable one and they went to court to file the docs together. They've been in the process of splitting amicably since June 2017 but that was delayed when production on "Roseanne" abruptly stopped.

Michael Fishman, famous for playing Roseanne Barr's TV son, is on the road to ending his marriage with wife Jennifer Briner after more than 19 years of matrimony.

Jennifer filed docs Thursday for legal separation. The couple tied the knot in 1999, when Michael was a teenager, and have two children together. It's unknown what led to the split.

Michael played D.J. Conner as a child actor on "Roseanne" from 1988-97, and reprised the role for this year's reboot.

We got him back in October outside NBC Studios in NYC where we asked him about Barr's departure from the show, and he called continuing the program without her "bittersweet."

As you know, Roseanne's character was killed off the show by an opioid overdose during the season premiere. Ratings for the reboot's second premiere were significantly less than the first ... (10.8 million vs. 18.2 million).

Actor Forest Whitaker is ending his marriage with wife Keisha Nash Whitaker after more than 20 years of matrimony.

Whitaker filed docs Thursday in Los Angeles to call it quits. The two got married in 1996 and have 3 adult daughters together. It's currently unknown what led to the split.

Whitaker cites irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition. There are no minor children, so no custody issues. He's also asking the court to terminate any spousal support ... but this is done a lot when there's already an overriding property agreement in place.

Forest and Keisha met on the set of "Blown Away" in 1994 and started dating shortly after ... they had their wedding in Jamaica.

In an interview with Ebony a few years ago, Keisha said of Forest, “I had seen him in ‘A Rage in Harlem,'" and “Right away, I thought Forest had a gentle soul and a nice spirit.”

Paris Hilton's not mincing words anymore -- she says the $2 million engagement ring she got from Chris Zylka is hers to keep ... and he didn't spend a dime on it, anyway.

We got Paris at LAX Wednesday and asked her to clarify recent comments she made, suggesting the jeweler who provided the ring got millions in free publicity ... so it's going to stay with her.

Now she's going a step further, emphatically telling us ... "It's mine." She also says it was free in the first place ... implying Chris didn't actually buy it so he has no claim to it.

As we've told you ... after Zylka proposed to Paris, the story was he bought the ring -- which features a massive 20-carat diamond that took about 4 months to cut.

But, Paris now says that was never the case, and according to her ... she's paid for the ring via social media promotion and whatnot.

Not sure that will hold up in the court of law, but until we hear more from Zylka or the jeweler ... we know where to find the ring.

Jenji Kohan, the creator of "Weeds," "Orange is the New Black" and "Glow" is ending her marriage, and it sounds like an expensive proposition.

Kohan just filed for divorce against Christopher Noxon, citing irreconcilable differences.

Here's the thing. They've been married for 20 years, before she became famous and super rich, so there's no prenup. Translation -- 50/50.

Kohan's worth a fortune. She signed a deal with Netflix last year to create a number of shows.

Noxon, a writer, who's repped by attorney Lisa Helfend Meyer, is asking for spousal support. Kohan, who's repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is asking to deny him support.

That sounds like a fight, but there are signs it's actually amicable. Noxon filed his response to the divorce at the same time Kohan filed her docs. That's a strong indication they're working together and the divorce is actually amicable.

Ariana Grande's putting a tumultuous week behind her ... and getting back to business.

The pop star was spotted at a home in the Hollywood Hills Friday, all glammed up to shoot a music vid. Ariana's back to her classic look too -- a sexy black getup ... to go with her long ponytail.

As we've reported ... it's been topsy-turvy times lately for Grande. Not long after the release of her massively successful "Thank U, Next" video, she got into it with Kanye West on Twitter and subsequently offended her ex-fiance, Pete Davidson, with a comment about mental health.

After Pete posted an ominous note suggesting he was suicidal, Ariana rushed to check on him at 30 Rock ... but he refused to see her.

Cardi B shook things up in a big way Friday night, and Offset was right there with her.

Cardi rocked the house at the Convention Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Offset was cheering her on. We got this video of Offset in a mask leaving the backstage area after Cardi's set. He watched the entire concert from that area.

The video shows Cardi chillin' at one point and Offset is near her in the orange pants.

Goes without saying ... the concert was sold out.

Earlier in the day, we got Cardi and Offset having a blast on a jet ski ... she was in the back holding on tight.

Pete Davidson's life is on the line and Ariana Grande is putting it at risk by trying to contact him ... so says Dr. Drew.

Drew was in Culver City Thursday and he railed on the trolls who have been attacking Pete, calling them "evil." He says Pete is in a super delicate state after a gut-wrenching breakup with Ariana, and people need to get off his back ... because, at this point, his life depends on it.

As we reported, Ariana rushed to see Pete at 30 Rock Saturday after he posted apparent suicide threats ... something that was triggered by one of Ariana's posts in which she went after Kanye West, saying "stop weaponizing mental health. everyone." Pete, who suffers from mental health issues, took it in a deeply personal way.

Bottom line ... Dr. Drew says Pete needs some space to heal.

Vincent LaRusso -- best known for his role as star player Adam Banks in "The Mighty Ducks" -- and his wife have filed for divorce.

Vincent married Kathryn Elizabeth Everard in 2015, and Thursday they filed docs to end things. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the couple never had kids and they don't list any community property.

Vincent starred in all 3 'Mighty Ducks' movies ... and you probably remember him as the Ducks' best player, who transfers to the makeshift team from the rival Hawks, after Emilio Estevez's character discovers Adam's home address falls inside the Ducks' district boundaries.

Since his recurring role in the 'Mighty Ducks' trilogy, Vincent has appeared in a handful of TV shows and short films, plus the 2008 action-comedy, "Superhero Movie."

As for Vincent's marriage ... it's unclear what led to the split, and the couple says they have been separated since March.

Offset kept the party going after crashing Cardi B's set with a second birthday bash for himself, where he covered up his face ... but not in shame or anything. Quite the opposite.

After ambushing Cardi's Rolling Loud set Saturday and begging for forgiveness -- which he didn't seem to receive in the moment -- the Migos MC rolled on over to the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in L.A. ... where he was decked out in all gold and a diamond-crusted face mask.

He seemed to be in good spirits too, underneath all the headgear -- showing nothing but smiles as he performed despite the awkward run-in he'd caused just hours earlier.

If Offset was trying to shake off any bad vibes, he certainly had enough pals around to help him forget. Eyewitnesses tell us tons of other rappers were there celebrating with him -- Kodak Black, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Yachty and 21 Savage just to name a few.

And if the homies weren't enough, his label even gifted him a brand new Rolls Royce as part of the festivities. Funny enough ... Cardi gave him something similar last year.

It's like they say ... lucky at cars, unlucky in love. Or, something like that ...

Offset needs to shout from the mountaintops he wants Cardi B back ... so says Tank, who offers a very interesting if not accurate view of human nature.

We got the rapper Saturday night in the ATL, at the State Farm Arena for the V-103 Winterfest when he threw down his game plan for Offset ... shout out to the world that you want your wife back. "Be Loud, be apologetic with everything you do until you get your wife back," he says.

Tank doesn't know if his plan will work, but that leads him into a super interesting view of human nature. He's not buying the whole, give-him-a-second-chance thing, because Tank thinks humans are so flawed -- so imperfect -- that sometimes people should get 4th and 5th chances.

Sounds like Offset is heeding his advice.

21 Savage teamed up with his boy Offset ... to help him in his quest to win back Cardi B.

The rapper was performing at the Rolling Loud Festival in L.A. Friday and Offset joined him on stage. That's when 21 got the whole crowd to make a pitch to Cardi on behalf of her estranged husband ... and just take him back already.

As we reported ... Offset celebrated his 27th bday at the club later in the evening without Cardi, but wanted to let her know he's still shining brightly.

Earlier in the night, though ... he was begging for his wife to take him back, making it clear his birthday wish is forgiveness and reconciliation.

10:09 AM PT -- Roger tells us he did record Jenni on his phone, but only because his attorney advised him to do so. He also says he's trying to level the playing field with her -- because he says she has 5 Nest cameras around their home recording at all times, but she's the only one who has access to the footage.

He claims Jenni throws that fact in his face, threatening to edit the footage and using it to disparage him.

8:35 AM PT -- Snooki posted surveillance video recorded in JWoww and Roger's home, showing JWoww speaking to police. The audio is low, but from what we can make out ... Jenni is making the point to officers that she wants Roger to be able to see their kids.

She flat-out says, "He should be allowed to see them ... He's not a bad dad."

The officer tells Jenni she's going to have to make that distinction -- keeping Roger away from her, but not the kids -- to a judge when she gets a court hearing in 3-7 days.

In her IG post, Snooki claims Roger was taunting Jenni by recording her on his phone "trying to get a rise out of her to use it for court."

JWoww's estranged husband is out on his ass after cops hauled him out of their home early Friday morning ... for absolutely no reason, he claims, other than Jenni blowing things out of proportion.

Roger Mathews says the 'Jersey Shore' star got a restraining order against him late Thursday night after they had what he calls a "disagreement." Roger got his side of the story out quickly by recording a video -- from the back of the police car -- describing the night's events.

Roger claims JWoww got "completely, uncontrollably emotional like she always does" and threatened to call cops -- but he went to police first to file a report, preemptively informing them about their argument.

He says he went home, went to sleep and was awakened by cops at 2:30 AM ... telling him he had to get out of the house due to the restraining order. Roger wasn't arrested, cops just drove him to a friend's home.

Roger continued pouring out his emotions from the friend's couch, and ripped into Jenni for not being able to see their 2 kids. He claims she exposed them to their fight, saying things like ... "Your father's a piece of s**t, he's out of here. I'm sorry I ever had children with him."

He maintains he did nothing wrong, and Jenni was so out of control he feared she would beat herself up and accuse him of abuse.

Remember, JWoww filed for divorce back in September ... but Roger said he wasn't giving up, and wanted to save the marriage. That seems like a tall order now.

Cardi B just seems over it ... 10 days after announcing she's calling it quits with Offset.

Cardi was walking through JFK Airport in NYC Thursday night looking kinda down and exhausted while talking on her phone. Girl was still rocking her Balenciaga, though.

You can understand why she might be feeling run down -- she's been on the go almost nonstop since the breakup -- performing a bunch of shows, while also dealing with all the drama involving her estranged husband. Traveling during the holidays can't help either.

We broke the story ... Offset wants to spend Christmas with Cardi and their baby girl, Kulture, and hopes to bring lots of presents for his girls to help smooth things over. We're told Cardi hasn't decided yet whether or not to allow it.

Offset's made it crystal clear he wants his wife back, but so far Cardi's standing her ground.

Brett Rossi is finally putting the kibosh on her split with Charlie Sheen ... because now that her lawsuit against him has been dismissed, Brett's planning a massive party to celebrate the end of the Charlie chapter.

It's all going down Friday at Scores Gentlemen's Club in Las Vegas, where we're told Brett will be eating cake with her friends and turning up with comp bottles all night!!!

The whole separation bash is Brett's idea ... and she's had plenty of time to mull it over, seeing as they called off their engagement way back in 2014. The split was dragging on, though ... with Brett suing Charlie, claiming he bullied her into getting an abortion because he has HIV.

Brett's lawsuit was dismissed two weeks ago, and now she's ready to put Charlie in the past for good with a boozy bash.

Brett wants Charlie to know exactly what he's missing out on ... because we're told the porn star plans to take the stage with her friends and strip!

Oh, to be a fly on the wall (or pole).

Cardi B and Offset might officially be on the outs, but Daddy wants to come home for Christmas.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Offset wants to spend the holidays with Cardi and their little girl -- specifically, Xmas Eve and day as well as a few days leading up to that. We're told Offset knows how important spending Kulture's first Christmas with his daughter will be, and wants to be there.

Our sources also say Offset won't be coming over empty-handed. As a notoriously generous gift giver, we're told he'll have lots of presents for his new baby ... and, of course, some things for Cardi as well (assuming she accepts them, and we're guessing she will).

Sources close to Cardi tell us the "Bodak Yellow" rapper hasn't yet made up her mind if she'll allow Offset to celebrate the holidays with her as a family ... and the plans haven't been discussed.

We're told Offset plans on seeing his other kids too -- he's got 3 others from previous relationships. In other words, Papa will be on the move.

As we've already told you ... Offset wants Cardi back, plain and simple. He feels like his haters are standing in his way ... but he's determined to win back her heart. That feeling might be mutual. We're told Cardi still feels love for him, despite her publicly saying otherwise.

No word on whether they'll rekindle their relationship and stave off a divorce, but our sources say that people close to both of them think there's a reasonable shot they can work it out.

There's no better time for some magic like that than the holidays. Ya listening, Santa?

Ciara says she's had it up to here trying to work out a new travel schedule with Future for their son, so she's calling on a judge for backup.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ciara's legal team is asking the court to force Future to enter mediation ... so they can hammer out a new travel itinerary for 4-year-old Future Jr.

If the judge won't force Daddy Future into mediation, Ciara wants a trial to settle the matter.

As we reported ... Ciara claims Future's been terrible at keeping his daddy appointments -- allegedly breaking scheduled visits fairly often -- and tends to hand the kid off to the rapper's mother or grandmother without spending much time with him.

Ciara also said the constant back-and-forth was weighing on their son, and it was important they figure a better schedule for the kid's sake.

Her camp says they've been trying to figure this out without a judge stepping in, but to no avail.
