Ben Affleck I'm a Real Climber!!!

Published | Updated

Ben Affleck doesn't need silly things like house keys or a gate code to get into his home ... as long as he's got his limbs and agility, he'll be just fine.

Ben had to channel his inner 'Batman' -- sorry for the bad memory -- when he arrived home Thursday following a dog walk with GF Ana de Armas, only to find they were locked out ... so he scaled the security fence and saved the day.

Check out the gallery ... it's not every day you see a huge celeb breaking into his own home.

Ben shimmied up the gate with relative ease, then hopped down on the other side and stuck the landing like a Russian gymnast. Ta-da!!!

Next thing you know, Ben's opening the door from the inside like a gentleman, and whisking Ana and the pups back inside.

We've seen Ben go the extra mile for Ana before, like the time he played Instagram boyfriend down in Costa Rica ... so she's got herself a keeper.

Kelly Clarkson Lists Her L.A. Home for $10 Million ... So Movin' On, Yeah, Yeah!!!

Published | Updated

If you wanna live like a true "American Idol," Kelly Clarkson's got you covered!!! But, first ... you got $10 mil in the bank, right?

Kelly's listed her San Fernando Valley-area home for $9,995,000 and the 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom crib. It is a beaut, but get this ... the lucky buyer gets a sweet 2-residences-for-1 deal -- there's also a 2-level guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths of its own.

The main house is 9,839 square feet, and it sits on a lot that's just a tad over half an acre ... offering tons of privacy and some serious sprawling room to play. There's a huge backyard with tons of greenery, swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ station.

Inside, the house has a kitchen that's a total chef's dream with not one ... not two, BUT THREE islands. You can really fire things up with a ritzy La Cornue range stove. Oh, you fancy, huh Kelly?!

If this house is a little too rich for ya, check out the crib she's unloading in Tennessee. It's slightly cheaper at just $7.5 million. Pocket change.

Kelly's repped by Chris Corkum and Lisa Brende of Compass Real Estate.

Kylie Jenner She's Got the Dirt!!! ... $15 Million Record Land Purchase

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner has just added another 5 acres to her real estate portfolio, and this one goes in the record books.

She just plunked down $15 million for a vacant lot in Hidden Hills. We're talkin' 5 mostly-flat acres. It's a record for the area.

The land has some Hollywood history attached to it. Miley Cyrus bought the property back in 2015 and kept her horses there. She sold the place 3 years later and the new owner razed the house and never built a home on it.

Kylie's been scooping up property like a baronial Pacman ... she bought a lot in Palm Springs near her mom's house in Palm Desert. TMZ broke the story that she just closed on a $36.5 million Holmby Hills estate. And, she owns other properties in Hidden Hills.

As for this lot, it will support a massive compound, and given its incredible location, this may be where Kylie ultimately sets down roots. She won't find another lot in the area like this one.

Variety first reported the story. Marc Shevin and Angel Salvador of The Agency had the listing.

NFL's Jason Witten Unloading Gigantic Texas Mansion ... Waterslide & Diving Board!!!

Published

Everything's bigger in Texas ... including the mansions -- just check out the place Jason Witten is trying to sell!!

Now that the former Dallas Cowboys tight end is playing for the Las Vegas Raiders, he's parting ways with his 8,800-square-foot estate ... and this place is SICK!!!

We're talkin' 17 ROOMS -- including 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, wine cellar, movie theater, game room and wet bar!

OH, AND THE POOL AREA LOOKS LIKE A RESORT!

Waterslide? Yep. Diving board? OF COURSE!

It's all located in a very exclusive guard-gated community on a golf course in Westlake, Texas ... about a 30-minute drive from Dallas.

The neighborhood is also packed with other NFL and MLB players. Glenn Beck is also a neighbor.

Got guests? There's an 828-square-foot guesthouse too!

The property, listed by Engel & Volkers, sits on 1.2 acres of land. Asking price -- a cool $4.6 MILLION!

37-year-old Witten just wrapped up a 15-season run with the Cowboys -- he made over $70 million in contract money alone.

Now that he's playing in Vegas, seems he's ready to part ways with his longtime pad.

Don't worry, bet he finds a dope place there too!

Tom Brady No Park, No Problem ... Takes Workout To Jeter's Backyard!!!

Published

Tom Brady doesn't need access to Tampa Bay parks to keep his G.O.A.T. bod in shape ... the dude's taking his workouts to his backyard now -- IN FULL PADS!!!

TB12 was forced to move makeshift gym locations after local authorities gave him the boot from closed Tampa-area parks last month ... and the QB has clearly learned Derek Jeter's mansion can work just fine.

Brady posted video of his workout from the pad he's renting from the Yankees' legend on Monday ... and it doesn't seem the 42-year-old is missing anything.

Tom showed off some solid footwork and lateral movement ... all while he donned a helmet, shoulder pads, cleats and a knee brace.

Seems his Buccaneers gear still hasn't made its way to his doorstep, though -- 'cause his helmet still looks a hell of a lot like Patriots colors to us.

Then again, it's probably best Tom waits for the pirate swag to arrive at his place rather than going to get it himself ... remember the last time he ventured out in Tampa to get new Bucs stuff??

By the way, Brady's still mixing in some pleasure with work ... getting in a little family jetskiing after his morning sweat.

Yup, still great to be in shape AND rich!!

Elon Musk Imagine There's No Real Estate ... It's Easy If You Try

Published

Elon Musk seems super serious about selling off almost all of his physical possessions and not owning a home ... because he just put a pair of mansions on the market.

The Tesla honcho listed two of his Bel-Air estates for sale Sunday, this only days after telling the world he would shed most of his possessions and own no home.

Elon's seeking a combined $39.5 million for the properties -- listing a massive 16,251-square-foot estate for $30 mil and a home previously owned by the late Gene Wilder for $9.5 million.

And, get this ... Elon's selling without a realtor. The homes are both for sale by owner.

Gene's former haunt is a quirky, unique and charming ranch-style property overlooking the stream, trees and white sand traps of the 13th green and 14th fairway on the Bel-Air County Club Golf Course. The 5-bedroom, 2,756-square-foot home comes with an oval pool and private guest cottage.

Elon says there's one stipulation for buying Willy Wonka's old house ... "It cannot be torn down or lose any of its soul."

Elon's other listing sits on a private knoll overlooking the Bel-Air Country Club, with sweeping views of the city and Pacific ocean. It's a sprawling property with 6-bedrooms, including a master suite with separate dual closets and baths.

The crib is decked out with a family wing, 2-story library, 2-room guest suite, theater, wine cellar, gym, lighted championship tennis court, pool and a fruit orchard!

Plenty of room to park those Teslas in the motor court with a 5-car garage.

Elon ignited the selling spree Friday with a Twitter storm ... announcing, "I am selling almost all physical possessions. Will own no house." Elon says "freedom" is behind the sale.

Musk bought the two properties for about $24 million combined back in 2012 and 2013 ... and the homes are part of a six-house collection Elon owns outside Bel-Air Country Club.

BTW ... Forbes estimates Elon's net worth at $37.9 billion.

Eminem Home Intruder Tried This Before ... B&E at Old House Too!!!

Published | Updated

Eminem's face-to-face with an alleged intruder was a long time coming ... because TMZ's learned the same guy tried to track him down last summer.

Matthew David Hughes, the suspect arrested in last month's breaking and entering case at the rapper's Detroit-area home, was busted in June 2019 for trespassing on 2 properties as he hunted for Eminem -- and the second place had indeed been owned by Em ... this according to police reports.

Hughes allegedly first hit up a house in Rochester Hills, MI after 2 AM and woke up the homeowner by throwing a rock through the front window. When deputies arrived he was gone ... but the homeowner told cops he later returned, knocked on a window and said he was "looking for his brother, Marshall."

Officers came back, but say Hughes had already moved on to another home nearby in Oakland Township ... one previously owned by Marshall Mathers.

He allegedly got past security fencing and a gated entrance and was walking the property around 4:30 AM looking for Eminem. Cops say he then rang the doorbell and asked where the rapper was.

According to the report, the homeowner told Hughes Em didn't live there and he needed to leave because he was trespassing. Hughes walked off, but when cops arrived ... they say they found him hiding under a bed on the second floor of the property's gatehouse.

Hughes was arrested for breaking and entering, and upon further investigation, cops realized he was the perp who broke the window at the other home ... so he got hit with a malicious destruction of property charge, as well.

He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fines totaling nearly $1,400 but failed to pay by the deadline, so he was slapped with an arrest warrant.

Of course, now Hughes is in trouble again for allegedly breaking into Eminem's house last month -- he's being held on the warrant at the Macomb County Jail.

As we first reported ... Hughes has been booked on charges of first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of a building -- both felonies.

Calvin Harris Sued By Neighbor ... Quit Muddying Road to My House!!!

Published

Calvin Harris is allegedly a terrible neighbor who refuses to fix a steady flow of gross, disgusting water pouring from his house ... at least that's how one pissed off neighbor sees it.

Julie Opperman is suing the famed DJ ... claiming Calvin's Bel-Air property leaks and leaks and leaks filthy water that's coating a driveway and access road to her house. She says it's so bad, car tires spin in the muddy slime.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Calvin's downhill neighbor claims the sludgy mess has been oozing for nearly a year, and it's only a matter of time before it causes an accident.

Opperman says the city has cited Calvin twice for the mess, but she claims all he did was throw down some sandbags to block the flow ... and it was a band-aid fix at best.

The alleged leak isn't the only thing pissing off Ms. Opperman ... she says Calvin has also failed to fix some hefty fissures in his giant retaining walls directly above her property, thereby placing her in constant peril of serious injury. She claims the wall could collapse at any minute and crush anyone beneath it.

Opperman wants the judge to force Calvin to stop the smelly flow permanently, and build a new retaining wall. She's also suing for damages for mental and emotional distress, and loss of property values.

We reached out to Calvin's camp, but no word back yet.

Eminem Confronts Home Intruder

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:28 AM PT -- Two of our sources contacted us after posting the story to say when they said security was "sleeping" they meant figuratively. We're told his security team was on the front of the property, and the intruder snuck through the back.

Eminem came face-to-face with a home intruder who slipped past his own security -- which was sound asleep -- and the guy made it into his living room.

Police sources, as well as sources connected to Em, tell TMZ ... the break-in went down earlier this month at around 4 AM at Em's Detroit-area home in a gated community.

According to law enforcement ... the suspect, 26-year-old Matthew David Hughes, used a paving stone to smash a kitchen window and climbed inside the house.

We're told an alarm went off and it woke Eminem. Em got up and found the intruder in his living room. The intruder was detained and the guards came a-runnin' and grabbed the guy.

Police were called and rushed to the home ... Hughes was taken into custody and booked on charges of first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of a building -- both felonies.

It didn't appear the intruder was trying to steal anything ... seems he wanted a face-to-face with Em.

Hughes is still being held on a $50k bond at the Macomb County Jail.

Published | Updated
UPDATE

8:42 AM PT -- Commish is giving an even deeper look into his draft setup ... and it's filled with wires, several tv screens and cameras.

UPDATE

"This will be my home for the next 3 days," Goodell says. "Can't wait. Draft Day 2020 ... much different than we ever imagined, but it's gonna be fun."

UPDATE

Wanna see what Roger Goodell's "man cave" looks like?

Great, because he's finally giving the world a glimpse into his Westchester County home ... where he'll be conducting the NFL Draft.

"We're right here in what we affectionately call in they Goodell family ... the man cave," Roger said on "Good Morning America."

Roger says he and his wife Jane Skinner have twin girls -- and the room was formerly used as a storage space for their dolls, but that's been changed for a more football-strong look.

"We've turned this into a mini studio. There will be 3 people in here with me [during the NFL Draft]."

So, what's in Roger's man cave? Some football books, football bobbleheads, old cleats, signed footballs, an American flag.

Rog says he's been testing out his Internet connection and his technology and insists "it worked pretty well last night."

There's more ... Roger was also asked if the NFL season is in danger of being canceled.

"One thing I've learned about what we're going through as a country is you can't tell a week from now, much less 3 months from now. Our job is to be ready. We'll be ready to make alternatives ... we'll be putting public safety #1 as we always do and make sure our fans, our players, everyone are able to be in a safe environment."

Translation -- who knows?!

As for the tradition of booing Goodell at the NFL Draft -- Roger says he "loves" it (yeah right!) and insists the NFL is figuring out a way to incorporate boos into the Draft broadcast.

'Million Dollar Listing' Josh Altman Everyone Wants to Rep Harry & Meghan ... I Suggest Security First

Published

Josh Altman -- one of the many realtors to the stars in Hollywood -- says Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are cream of the crop clients every agent is clamoring for right now -- but if they were under his wing, he'd have one key piece of advice for them ... gated or bust.

The 'Million Dollar Listing' star tells TMZ ... everybody in the real estate game in L.A. knows someone who knows the Sussex couple -- and every big shot realtor wants a bite at the Royal apple now that they're officially doing some home shopping in the City of Angels.

Josh says he isn't repping them himself, but if he was their agent, he'd strongly suggest getting a house that's tucked away and firmly secure, to keep paparazzi and other crazies away. He's got a neighborhood in mind for reference, which has two exits out of the gated community ... something he thinks they want.

As we've seen in the recent past ... Meg and Harry value their privacy, and have at times gone to great lengths to close themselves off -- even making threats when they feel it's being violated. It'll probably only get worse in La La Land, so maybe listen to Josh here.

TMZ broke the story ... sources with direct knowledge tell us Meghan and Harry are looking in Bel-Air and their range is $12 to $18 mil. It's unlikely they'd end up in a gated community in Bel-Air, but they'd almost certainly have a gated estate with security.

BTW, JA also talks about the housing market and what he thinks is going to happen once the coronavirus pandemic is under control. Long story short ... it's a great time to buy, so that means it'll probably be properties galore for the newbies in town too.
