Rudy Giuliani's seen the writing on the wall -- about President Trump possibly rolling over on him -- and it makes him laugh, because he insists he has an impeccable track record.

We got Trump's attorney Monday evening at Reagan National, and remained defiant after the reports of a new federal investigation into his consulting biz. There's also been a buzz POTUS might throw him under the bus to save his own hide.

Hizzoner told us he's confident his nearly 30 years of friendship with Trump means there won't be any double-cross. Giuliani added he's got 50 years of "ethical, dedicated practice of the law."

The former NYC Mayor also had a brash message for the feds -- come get me!

Rudy said, "the people pursuing me are desperate, sad, angry, disappointing liars" ... and made it clear, in his eyes, they'll have egg on their faces if they try to take him down.

Offset plus a new bright red Ferrari on the streets of L.A. has to add up to a run-in with cops and a big fat ticket, right? Well, that equation is half right.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Migos rapper was pulled over Monday in WeHo by sheriff's deputies after they stopped him for speeding in a red Ferrari Superfast ... yes, that's the name of the model. Thing is, we're told he wasn't going much faster than the posted speed limit ... which is a paltry 35 MPH.

Our sources say Offset was cooperative, and ultimately he was let off with a warning after getting out of the vehicle and having a chat. The cop just told him to slow down a bit, and we're told they even hugged it out.

From the pics we got, it appears Offset was almost saying "My bad" on the scene. If he did ... the polite approach definitely worked.

Besides crushing his insurance premiums, a speeding ticket would've been a sort of christening. Offset just bought the Superfast last week to celebrate the Grammy nom he and Cardi B got for Best Rap Performance.

Tekashi 6ix9ine has at least one legal woe off his plate -- his mall attack case out of Houston has been tossed out ... and the reasons for doing so are interesting.

The State of Texas formally requested to have Tekashi's assault charges stemming from an alleged 2018 altercation completely dismissed, and a judge signed off on it Monday.

As for why it got tossed -- first, the state says the complaining witness -- or the alleged victim in this case -- requested it be so ... which we already knew. The kid who allegedly got choked out by Tekashi later showed up to one of the rapper's court hearings in the matter and posed with him.

You'll recall ... the whole thing started over the kid, Santiago Albarran, recording Tekashi against his wishes, which allegedly resulted in Tekashi putting his hands around SA's throat.

At the hearing, Santiago told Tekashi's attorney that he wanted to drop the charges, and also apparently said he'd expressed that to the prosecution too. Looks like they listened.

Tekashi's attorney, Carl A. Moore, tells TMZ, "“Mr. Hernandez has not been notified yet of the dismissal. We plan to notify him today. I am happy the prosecutors handling this case did what was fair and just today in Dismissing the charge against Mr. Hernandez. We hope that getting this case behind him will assist in him moving forward with his career.”

There's one more reason the state cited for wanting the case dismissed ... prosecutors say moving Tekashi to Texas is a "security risk" now that he's cooperated with the feds in NYC. Of course, they're referring to Tekashi69's snitching ... in which he testified against alleged former associates.

Bill Cosby says he's got no issue rotting in prison, even if that's for the rest of his life, because he's never going to show a bit of remorse for his crime.

The 82-year-old comedian -- who was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault and sentenced to 3 to 10 years -- gave his first prison interview to Black Press USA, and said, "I have 8 years and 9 months left. When I come up for parole, they're not going to hear me say that I have remorse. I was there. I don't care what group of people come along and talk about this when they weren't there."

In other words, he's doubling down on maintaining his innocence and throwing away any possibility of an early release. Parole boards typically want inmates to show some remorse. Cosby also claimed his trial was a complete sham.

There were some other nuggets that came of the interview -- notably, the fact Cosby seems to be somewhat enjoying himself at SCI-Phoenix ... a max security penitentiary. He says he helps teach and mentor inmates through a program called Mann Up.

Cosby also says he's a "privileged man" behind bars, going on to refer his cell as "my penthouse." He didn't get into the deets on how his cell is any different, though.

Cosby added, he's very much concerned for black America ... arguing drugs were a big cause for the community's issues. He also tried to make a connection between women and how folks buying drugs should consider the pain of mothers.

He says he recently dedicated one of his prison speeches to women, in honor of his wife, Camille.

Bebe Rexha's former producer just got slapped with a stiff prison sentence for fraudulently using her credit card and racking up thousands of dollars in charges.

The guy's name is Anthony Evans, but he goes by Devine Evans in the music industry. He's worked with tons of artists and is apparently a Grammy winner too.

Devine was sentenced Monday in L.A. to two years in federal prison after he pled guilty to one count of aggravated identity theft. According to the feds, Devine was milking Bebe's Amex card to book flights and other travel for himself and his family back in 2017.

Prosecutors say this went on for damn near a year, and he ended up charging more than $37k to Bebe's account. Eventually, the singer's business manager caught wind of it and reported the suspicious transactions. Obviously, he got caught up in the whole thing.

It looks like the "Serial" book on Adnan Syed's case has officially been closed by the Supreme Court ... which just denied him a new trial.

The convicted murderer, whose case was famously scrutinized on the viral podcast, was shot down by the highest court in the land after several unsuccessful appeals in lower courts.

A Maryland state court reopened Syed's case in 2015 after new info came to light on the podcast -- namely, that his original lawyer didn't question a key witness who would have corroborated the Syed's alibi and possibly gotten him acquitted.

The witness, Asia McClain, spoke on "Serial" and said that she had seen Syed in the school library at the time he was allegedly supposed to be murdering the victim.

However, the state appealed and successfully argued that a different lawyer would not have changed the facts of the murder case -- which they believe definitively prove Syed did, in fact, strangle high schooler Hae Min Lee in 1999.

He'd been handed down a life sentence, but after taking it all the way to the Supreme Court ... it seems like he's run out of options. Seems.

NFL linebacker Jake Ryan says an injury insurance company is trying to weasel its way out of paying him MILLIONS after a 2018 ACL tear ... and it's all in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

27-year-old Ryan was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 4th round of the '15 NFL Draft -- and went on to become a solid NFL player.

In fact, Ryan says he was expecting to sign a massive contract around the 2018 season, the final year of his rookie deal ... and bought injury insurance through Lloyds of London in case he got hurt.

In his suit, Ryan says the coverage package he bought would pay up to $5 mil in "loss of value" coverage in the extent his earnings over the next 4 years were less than $24 mil ($6 mil a year).

Ryan claims he had a deal in place by July 25, 2018 and even got documentation in the mail on July 28 -- but then tore his ACL in training camp on July 30, 2018.

Ryan claims the injury ruined his chances of a massive new contract and reportedly had to settle for a measly 2-year, $7.5 mil contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019.

He was expecting Lloyds to kick in what they promised -- but claims the insurance company reneged on their obligations, insisting the deal wasn't officially done by the time he tore his knee.

In fact, in his the suit, Ryan admits he didn't fork over the $150k initial payment until the day after his knee injury -- though he claims the deal was already in place anyway.

Now, there's a war over MILLIONS -- and it seems it's all going to boil down to timing.

Damon Dash wasn't done getting stuff off his chest after his deposition ... and took the opportunity to spell out all the ways he thinks the lawsuit filed against him is BS.

We got the Roc-A-Fella cofounder the day after he sat for a 50-minute depo in the case, and after he learned the court hit him with sanctions because of his "repeated disregard of court orders and highly inappropriate conduct."

Dame tells us he specifically got chastised for making fun of the plaintiff's attorney, Christopher Brown ... whom he calls a "cornball." That insult's pretty tame compared to what Dash said to Brown in his depo.

We broke the story ... Damon blasted the lawyer for being a "culture vulture" and said he was disgusted by him. He added that Brown will never be a lawyer again and said, "I'm just giving you rope to hang yourself."

Dash has been ordered to pay all costs and fees from the depo that were incurred by the opposing side because of his behavior.

Regardless ... Dame's not backing down from laying out his case in the suit. He tells us the director and producers of the film, "Dear Frank," actually stole his movie and are spinning a web of lies to rob him of "a masterpiece."

R. Kelly's live-in girlfriend/alleged sex slave has reportedly gone on to make even more bombshell claims against him -- which run the gamut of alleged abuse.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times -- which says it has read Joycelyn Savage's latest Patreon posts since Saturday -- R. Kelly allegedly once impregnated Joycelyn and then forced her to have an abortion procedure in his own home ... this according to Joycelyn, supposedly.

Per CST, Joycelyn wrote that by late 2016, she became aware that she was knocked up -- going to describe it as "I realized I was pregnant by this monster ... Eventually, I ended up getting an abortion I was forced to get the surgery done at his house."

On another alleged occasion, Joycelyn reportedly writes on Patreon that she called R. Kelly "babe" instead of "Daddy" or "Master," and as a result ... she was allegedly attacked by him. She writes, "He grabbed me and choked me until I blacked out."

There's more, per the Chicago Sun-Times, Joycelyn reportedly went on to describe being peed on by R. Kelly "numerous times" and also allegedly being used as a "punching bag."

She also reportedly describes being constantly monitored by R. Kelly's handlers, including during media interviews ... as well as around the house, including while she showered. Joycelyn reportedly says she was once starved for days to rehearse for an on-camera statement.

Joycelyn also goes on to describe other women R. Kelly would allegedly bring home that stayed there "just like me, and they were definitely younger then me" ... per the Sun-Times.

One of R. Kelly's alleged sex slaves/live-in girlfriends is breaking her silence on the nature of her relationship with the jailed singer ... and it seems she's turning on him.

Joycelyn Savage -- whom her family believes has been under R. Kelly's control for years now -- posted on Instagram Saturday, saying that she's partnered with a paid-content site called Patreon to put out her side of the story, despite breaking an NDA she says she's signed.

JS's IG caption read, "I am risking my life for many others. ‪This story is 18+ and only for mature audience. I want to make sure my story is very detailed as I can remember." She also used Lizzo's "Truth Hurts" to tease her new venture ... pretty telling if you ask us.

It looks like the first chapter -- "Where It All Started" -- is out. According to the Daily Beast -- which says it's read Joycelyn's debut Patreon post -- Joycelyn seems to be throwing R. Kelly under the bus in her initial recounting and is airing his dirty laundry.

She gets into how she met him at a concert when she was 17, going on to say that it was a fun experience that left her with "mixed emotions." Joycelyn also reportedly added that R. Kelly promised her a music career, allegedly saying he'd make her the next Aaliyah.

Joycelyn then goes on say that she dropped out of college and moved in with him, but says things turned ugly fairly quickly ... as she claims he became incredibly controlling.

For example, Joycelyn reportedly writes ... "After these couple of months Robert started giving me commands, and making sure I call him by certain names. Like 'Master' or 'Daddy' which I didn’t really care for at the time." She continues, "If I wasn’t getting paid or pursuing my dream I would’ve went home, but all of that didn’t stop just yet."

Joycelyn adds, "But It started getting worse by day by day, he would raise his voice at me if I didn’t call him by those two names. If Robert called me I would have to reply with ‘Yes, daddy’ or 'Please daddy' he was so controlling."

She then claims R. Kelly threatened to torpedo her career if she ever left him or tried talking to her parents in private. Joycelyn claims R. Kelly said, "All this can stop today, you want a career? Or do you want to live a normal life."

R. Kelly is currently incarcerated and facing several sex abuse charges from different states.

Jane Fonda's seventh straight "Fire Drill Friday" climate change protest has led to more arrests ... and some new big names have been added to the list.

Diane Lane, Piper Perabo, and Amber Valletta joined Jane's force of environmental protesters in Washington D.C. Friday for a demonstration at the Supreme Court building ... and got hauled off in cuffs after refusing police orders to move.

Before they were taken away, Diane and Amber told us it was their first time being arrested ... number 2 for Piper. "The Good Place" actor Manny Jacinto was also on hand but didn't get arrested.

Neither did Fonda -- for the third straight week. As you can see ... she scurries away when she starts feeling the heat from police.

As we reported ... Jane's been arrested 4 times, but last Friday when the cops moved in she moved to higher ground and chanted with her comrades from a balcony in the Capitol.

We're told the folks behind FDF with Fonda are making sure she avoids her 5th arrest because it could result in serious consequences ... and they want her to be able to remain the weekly face of the movement.

The D.C. Attorney General's office declined to charge her for her previous 4 arrests ... but the 5th could be the one that lands her some significant jail time.

Jeremy Meeks will be back in court soon, and in a very strange coincidence ... the same man who was busted with him when he became hot mug shot guy is mixed up in this too.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Meeks is being sued by WeHo Auto Rental, Inc. along with Terry Joe Bailey, Jr. More on him later.

WeHo Auto alleges Meeks rented a 2016 Porsche Cayenne and a 2019 Mercedes-Benz in September ... and both vehicles were involved in separate car accidents.

The rental company claims one accident occurred on Sept. 5 and the other on Sept. 10. Based on photos we obtained of Meeks at one of the crash scenes ... the Porsche wreck went down on the 10.

Here's where it gets even more interesting -- when cops in Stockton, CA busted Meeks back in 2014 on felony weapon charges ... Bailey was arrested with him on the same charges.

This arrest led to Meeks' mug shot going viral and eventually helped launch his modeling career ... which led to him dating and having a child with Topshop heiress Chloe Green.

Bailey didn't get that kinda fame, but now he's back -- as a codefendant in this lawsuit. It's unclear what his alleged role was in the accidents, but maybe this is his second shot.

Ex-'Law & Order: SVU' star Diane Neal claims her ex was a manipulative, abusive scumbag who hurt their dog, but he and his attorneys are firing back -- claiming SHE threatened to kill HIS dog -- and releasing intense audio as alleged proof.

Pro magician JB Benn makes the bombshell claims about Diane in a new lawsuit he's filed against her which, at its heart, is about money he claims Diane owes him for a property they shared. The real nasty part of the suit, though, are his allegations about Diane's threatening behavior -- especially during one particularly vicious tirade which he recorded.

Diane unloaded in March 2018, yelling at JB ... "You are the least fun person I have ever met. You don't think it's about connections because you refuse to be connected with anybody. Even me! Which is why I am going to punish you with death and kill your f**king dog."

She also eviscerates him for not giving up his mobile phone's security code. Listen to it, 'cause on a scale of 1 to 10, it's an 11. In docs, obtained by TMZ, JB says he often recorded their arguments because he feared she'd eventually blame him for any "misfortune" in their relationship.

The recording is an exhibit in his lawsuit which comes on the heels of Diane suing him last week -- alleging JB is a fraudster who swindled her out of millions, and allegedly abused her physically and emotionally.

Antonio Brown is countersuing the woman accusing him of rape -- claiming Britney Taylor is LYING and has "all but ruined Brown's career."

The NFL star filed documents Wednesday lashing back at Taylor who sued Brown back in September. In her suit, Taylor claims AB sexually assaulted her 3 different times ... including a violent rape in 2018.

31-year-old Brown has previously denied the allegations -- but now he's going after Taylor for defamation.

"In summary, after enduring a failed business endeavor and also failing to gain the relationship status she desired with Brown, Taylor began a vicious campaign of lies and deceit targeting Brown both personally and professionally," Brown's says in docs obtained by ESPN.

"Taylor's acts have all but ruined Brown's career, causing him to lose a number of substantial and lucrative business contracts, and impacting the public persona in such a manner as to cause Brown and his family significant personal and financial harm."

Brown has claimed Taylor -- a former gymnast -- only filed the suit to punish him for refusing to invest $1.6 million in a gymnastics "business project" back in 2017.

Taylor's attorney David Haas has issued a new statement in response to Brown's countersuit, saying, "Antonio Brown countersued the woman he raped and blamed her for the self-destructive conduct that led to the demise of his NFL career."

"In the past, Defendant Brown has used intimidation to avoid responsibility for his actions. However, Ms. Taylor will not be bullied and remains steadfast in holding Defendant Brown accountable."

Taylor and Brown met at Central Michigan, where they were both student athletes. After Brown went pro, both sides say Taylor worked for AB as a personal trainer. AB claims they DID have a sexual relationship but he's adamant it was consensual.

Taylor had filed her lawsuit AFTER the New England Patriots signed him to a $15 million contract and stuck with him for more than a week after. The team finally cut him after he sent menacing text messages to a different woman who had publicly accused him of sexual misconduct.

BEFORE the lawsuit was filed, the Oakland Raiders had released the WR after feuding with the team's general manager over fines.

Brown has been on a mission to get back in the NFL -- just this week, he publicly apologized to Patriots owner Robert Kraft after making light of his prostitution scandal.

"Entourage" star Kevin Dillon's ongoing divorce drama is finally over, and although he probably won't be shouting, "VICTORY!" ... it seems like a pretty good deal.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on a final judgment in Jane Stuart's divorce from Kevin, ending a process that started way back in 2016.

Kevin and Jane get joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Ava -- and he'll pay child and spousal support. According to the docs, Kevin will pay $1,823/month for Ava and $2,100/month to Jane.

As for big-ticket items ... Kevin keeps their house in Malibu as well as his New York residence and another pad in L.A., along with a motorcycle and NINE cars -- including a couple classic Corvettes and Camaros. That "Entourage" dough is loooong, yo!

Meanwhile, Jane gets their Ford Escape, but Kevin also has to make equalization payments to her totaling $1,705,594 and owes her an additional $242,411 for her share of a brokerage account.

As we reported ... the now-official-exes have squabbled for years over issues like their date of separation, the amount of temporary support he was paying (before this settlement), and the cost of their daughter's tuition.

Josh Duggar has Homeland Security crawling around the car dealership where he works in Arkansas, and it's related to a federal investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Agents went to the dealership in Springdale, AR in connection to a federal probe ... according to sources close to the situation. There were reports the feds had raided the Duggar family home, but we're told that's not the case. Agents have only been at Josh's place of employment ... at least for now.

It's unclear exactly what the nature of the investigation is, or if Josh was the target. A Homeland Security spokesman would only confirm agents were at the dealership.

The Duggars rose to fame thanks to a pair of reality shows, '19 Kids' and "Counting On." But, as we reported, TLC eventually pulled the plug on '19 Kids' in 2015 following Josh Duggar's child molestation scandal.

Josh's only current legal dispute, that we know of, is a lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud.

A Duggar family spokesperson says it's not true "any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind." The spokesperson added, "Living a life in the public's eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of 'fake news' that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so."
