Once the deal is made and the keys are handed over, the buyer will definitely be able to let his/her hair down -- the place has a ton of zen.

Might we add, it also comes with a pretty amazing view that overlooks a portion of L.A.

BTW, 22-year-old Brooklyn's mom and pop, David and Victoria Beckham, have already snagged a penthouse in Miami ... and Nicola has some family in Palm Beach. So, the South FL move will put them closer to family.

The couple got engaged back in July 2020 and moved into the mansion back in summer 2021.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... based on Kanye's schedule, which involves significant global travel, the typical custody arrangement spells out in detail who gets the kids and when is simply impractical.

For instance, they've attended birthday parties and other functions together as a family, without any kind of formal structure. It's possible they'd create a structure for XMAS, Thanksgiving and other holidays, but Kanye is a global traveler because of his various businesses, so planning ahead may be unrealistic.

Our sources say as crazy as the divorce has been, the custody issues for the most part have been handled peacefully. Whenever Kanye's in L.A. and wants to see the kids, Kim has facilitated it. For example, the other day Kanye wanted to take one of the kids to a basketball game, and Kim gladly obliged. In other words, there's an open-door policy when it comes to custody.

Kanye also typically gets the kids every Sunday for his Sunday Service.

It's been a bitter pill for Kim to swallow at times. You may recall, when Kanye took Saint and North to the Super Bowl a few weeks ago -- in full mask -- there were some boos, which isn't great for the kids. Nevertheless, it never became an issue for either Kim or Kanye.

Paris Jackson is about to go on tour for the first time ever ... one of her stops is being promoted by the same company behind her dad's last tour ... cut short before it began because of MJ's death.

Sources close to Paris tell TMZ ... Michael's daughter is hitting the road this month, marking her debut tour as a solo artist. We're told she'll be jetting off to Paris this weekend for a show ... one that's going to be promoted by AEG, which is interesting. More on that in a bit.

Anyway, later in March ... Paris will be coming back home for a string of gigs in the States alongside musician Patrick Droney ... with whom she'll tour and perform concerts in cities like Vegas, L.A., Seattle, Portland and others.

That's all well and good ... but back to AEG, which she's teamed up with for her Paris gig ... which also has a rocky history with the Jackson family.

Jesse Williams and his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, have reached a child custody agreement -- one that allows for him to do a Broadway play, and also gives him veto power on COVID-19 issues for their 2 kids.

According to docs, the exes were in court last week when the judge signed off on a few custody modifications. Although Aryn and Jesse maintain shared legal custody ... the judge denied her request to reduce his physical time with the kids -- presumably because he's gonna be spending a lot of time in NYC.

The former "Grey's Anatomy" star was hanging at a Knicks game back in January, but he'll be working in the Big Apple soon ... starring in the Broadway production, "Take Me Out" from March thru June.

As a result, the judge is now giving Jesse 4 consecutive days with the children -- 8-year-old Sadie and 6-year-old Maceo -- in NYC each month, and 2 of those days can be weekends.

Talk about a sign of the times ... the agreement also addresses how they will handle COVID disputes. The judge granted Jesse "tie-breaking authority" for 2022 if, for some reason, he and Aryn can't agree on things like vaccinations or face masks for the kids.

One more thing ... no flip-flopping on parenting time for Jesse. At Aryn's request, the judge agreed the actor can't cancel and then "uncancel" his scheduled daddy time.

Prince Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt is doubling down on his decision to un-adopt Kevin Feucht ... and now thinks the answer to his problems is adopting an adult woman.

We got Zsa Zsa Gabor's widower leaving Cafe Roma Thursday in Bev Hills ... hours after news broke A&E canceled his show, "Adults Adopting Adults." As we first reported, von Anhalt's decided to reverse the adoption of 27-year-old Kevin -- saying he'd only done it for the show, anyway.

Even without the cameras, though, Prinz tells us he's still in the market for an heir ... or, we should say, an heiress!!! Check out his explanation for why he thinks an adult daughter would be more attentive than a son ... or at least better than Kevin. It's all about trust.

He also told us why he stands by his decision to drop Kevin. Besides the TV show, his main issue was his adoptive son's jet-setting ways.

Now, he is leaving the door slightly cracked for Kevin, saying there's a way his son can fix things -- but he's gonna have to redeem himself before boarding a plane for yet another trip.

BTW ... Anhalt tells us he broke the reverse adoption plans to Kevin in a pretty harsh way -- he texted him a link to TMZ's story detailing his reasons for wanting to ditch him.

Bronny James isn't just following in his father's footsteps on the basketball court ... he's also inherited pops business acumen -- the high school phenom just landed a deal with PSD underwear, and will release a signature collection later this year.

LeBron James' oldest son -- who has ambitions of playing in the NBA one day -- isn't wasting any time securing the bag.

PSD announced news of the huge signing on Thursday ... officially welcoming Bronny to their family.

FYI, 17-year-old Bronny Jr. -- a star on the Sierra Canyon basketball team -- is the youngest athlete entrepreneur to partner with the underwear company, according to PSD.

And, the partnership just makes sense ... Bronny says he's been rockin' PSD's draws for as long as he can remember.

Bronny now joins a star-studded roster at PSD -- Ja Morant, Deebo Samuel, Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, and Bubba Wallace are already affiliated with the brand.

Now, the plan is for Bronny to link up with the company's design team and create signature pieces that'll be available in stores in spring.

Jennifer Lawrence's motherhood journey starts now, 'cause TMZ has learned she recently delivered her first kid.

According to public records ... JLaw gave birth in L.A. County, but we don't yet know the gender of the baby or the exact date of birth.

Jennifer sparked rumors she might be pregnant last summer, when she was photographed in NYC -- and, as you know, those rumors turned out to be true.

We haven't seen much of her since then. One of the last times she was out and about was right before XMAS, and she seemed far along in the pregnancy. We're also told she had a baby shower at the end of January.

This is the first child for both JLaw and her art dealer husband, Cooke Maroney. We've made repeated calls to Jennifer's rep, but she hasn't responded.

Jennifer and Cooke got hitched back in 2019 with a small ceremony in Rhode Island.

Seems like just yesterday that JLaw was coming up as a star in the 'Hunger Games,' and now she's a mom! Time flies.

OBJ said the baby, Zydn, was born on Feb. 17 -- just four days after the L.A. Rams wideout won Super Bowl LVI.

"THE biggest blessing I've ever had in my life arrived here on earth!" Beckham wrote in a lengthy social media post.

"The words, I can't even put together for the overwhelming emotions that ran thru me … a moment I will never forget and cherish forever. Zydn was born n at that moment I knew my life changed for the better."

Beckham, who also praised Wood in the message, attached several adorable pictures of him and Wood cuddling with the baby.

The two -- who have been dating for several years -- announced the pregnancy back in November.

Beckham also announced he underwent successful surgery on Tuesday to repair the ACL he tore during the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals.

OBJ said the road to recovery has already begun -- and then he promised to return in 2022 "better than ever before."

Wolf Webster's birth certificate, obtained by TMZ, is pretty standard. But, notice Wolf's middle name -- Jacques. It's actually Travis' birth name -- Jacques Webster.
