Daddy Long Neck's baby boy is out of the hospital and is on the mend ... this after the BF of the kid's mom was arrested for allegedly abusing the kid so badly he ended up there.

Long Neck tells TMZ ... his 9-month-old son, David Alfredo Samuelson Lopez, was released last Saturday from the hospital and is currently with a foster family -- and we're told the kid's doing way better.

Long Neck says David's off the feeding tube and is eating and drinking on his own ... he's even been giggling more and is a lot more active with his hands. He says doctors still aren't sure if there'll be any lasting effects from the ordeal, but he is improving every day.

As we reported, baby David went to the hospital last month after suffering skull fractures and brain bleeding.

The Montebello Police Department says officers ended up arresting Long Neck's ex's bf, Daemien Obeso, and booked him for child abuse causing great bodily injury. He'll be arraigned September 28.

American actor Daniel Benson was just 20 years old when he was cast as Zeke Beakerman -- the exceptional student and cheerleader at Tribeca Prep -- in Disney's 2007-2012 series "Wizards Of Waverly Place."

Khloe Kardashian has given everyone the first peek at her baby, but she dropped some info about Tristan Thompson and the child he had with another woman that is really messed up.

The cameras were rolling at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center July 28 when Khloe and Tristan were able to hold their newborn for the first time. TMZ broke the story that they had the baby boy via surrogate.

Now here's what's messed up. In Season 2 of "The Kardashians," which dropped on Hulu Thursday, Khloe says Tristan knew he was having a baby with another woman when he pressured Khloe to have another child with him.

She says Tristan found out Maralee Nichols was pregnant with his child in July 2021 and afterward put the heat on Khloe to have their second child. She says just before Thanksgiving, an embryo was implanted in the surrogate.

Then, in December, Khloe found out about Maralee's pregnancy.

Khloe made it clear on the show, she never would have gone down this path had she known about the other baby before committing to another child of their own ... "Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with someone else? I'm not that much of a sociopath. I'm a lunatic, but not that f***ing deranged."

As you know, Tristan and Khloe are co-parenting 4-year-old True. His involvement going forward was not discussed on the show.

Khloe Kardashian clearly had a tough time dealing with the revelation Tristan Thompson had a baby with another woman at the same time she and Tristan were expecting a child of their own.

Khloe broke down in tears as she described the pain in a promotional video for the show. Kris Jenner followed suit with her own tears.

It's gotta be painful for sure, but it's also content for season 2 of their show, so clearly anything goes.

TMZ broke the story back in July ... Khloe and Tristan were expecting a boy via surrogate ... as stories surfaced Tristan just had a baby with personal trainer Maralee Nichols last December.

'RHOBH' Star Diana Jenkins just got a BIG green light in her hunt to find who was behind a racist Instagram attack -- a judge has granted her the ability to subpoena Meta, so she can hopefully identify the user who targeted her costar Garcelle Beauvais' son.

Court docs, obtained by TMZ, reveal the judge is allowing Diana to issue a subpoena to Meta and seek info they have on the accounts that recently sent hateful and threatening social media messages to Garcelle's 14-year-old, Jax.

As we reported, Diana was accused of instigating hate towards Garcelle's kid while the feud between them on the show was raging.

Diana denied any association with the comments, and even filed a lawsuit this month against the anonymous person or people she claims are behind the attack.

She went back to court last week with her legal team, claiming the real culprit created multiple Instagram accounts -- potentially over 20 of them -- to pull off the nasty campaign against Garcelle's son ... and asked the judge for permission to issue the subpoenas to Meta, which is Instagram's parent company.

Nick Cannon has welcomed baby #9 into the world … and a few more kids are on the way. So we spent some time creating a family tree, so brace yourself!

But wait, there's more! Onyx Ice Cole was born Wednesday. It was a surprise to just about everyone BUT Nick, who announced the birth on social media. This time around with new mom and former "The Price Is Right" model, LaNisha Cole.

Nick's still going full bore ... he and Brittany Bell are expecting a 3rd kid together in August ... and Abby De La Rosa announced she's pregnant again with Nick, and she's intimating that she might be carrying another set of twins.

The pop star posted a clip of herself at the crib Tuesday, where she was spinning around to some earthy tunes playing in the background. Nothing really new there -- except this time, she started weeping toward the end ... kinda out of nowhere.

Now, it appears BS knew people might be alarmed by her crying, because she got ahead of it ... noting in her caption that she was not having a breakdown here, per se, but simply letting out emotions.

Brit said, "It’s been a while since I’ve cried on camera !!! It’s not a breakdown assholes, it’s a release that I’ve needed for a very long time now !!! Spiritual experience for sure !!! I think I need to do that way more 🌹🌹🌹 !!! Psss… bawling."

Unclear if Britney was moved by the music/dancing ... or if it's related to her conservatorship, or even both. What we do know is she's aware there are more eyes on her now as she continues to feud with her sons ... while also taking shots at contemporaries of hers, like Christina Aguilera -- who she kinda fat-shamed this week.

You might've heard about this one too ... Britney posted a quote from Rodney Dangerfield on IG that read, "I found there was only one way to look thin: hang out with fat people." She furthered that thought by name-dropping Christina and her backup dancers, saying if she had those same peeps in her orbit during the peak of her fame ... she'd look "extremely small."

Britney caught A LOT of backlash from that, with many taking it as body shaming ... but she defended herself in a follow-up post by insisting she wasn't trying to put anyone down, and that she'd been misunderstood. In any case, Christina unfollowed her as a result.

Britney Spears seems agitated/remorseful/hurt over the estrangement of her 2 sons, and is blaming it on Kevin Federline doing a TV interview.

Britney hopped on social media Saturday and said at one point she had physical custody of her kids more than Kevin -- when they were 6 through 9 years old.  She says she had them 70% of the time.

As we reported, the 2 kids -- 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James -- have not seen their mom going on 6 months, and Britney says, "Since they've been gone I've honestly felt like a huge part of me has died."

This is an about-face from the anger she directed at her kids on social media, calling them "hateful," which triggered backlash.

She also said they were money-grubbing since child support payments were going to stop in a few years ... insinuating that's why they went on TV.

Custody of the 2 children has been a centerpiece of the family conflict. Before the conservatorship was established, a family law just stripped Britney of all custody and gave her supervised visitation conditioned on random drug testing.

Once the conservatorship was created and things became stable, she regained custody and it was about 50/50. Over the years, that began to wane and the kids spent way more time with Kevin than Britney.

Britney went on ... "Like literally I have no purpose anymore -- they were my joy, they were my everything. I look forward to seeing them."

The death of Queen Elizabeth II has caused confusion in America, because apparently lots of folks were wiping away tears thinking another queen had passed.

Queen Latifah is been trending for more than a day, according to Hip-HopDX   ... because lots of folks thought she was the one who left this earth.

Think about it ... if you were playing "Family Feud" and the clue was "Most Famous Queen," the #1 answer would clearly be QEII but Latifah would come in a strong second.

According to the outlet, the whole thing started after someone tweeted, “I told my mama the Queen died, she talking about ‘LATIFAH ????'” It became a game of telephone, and the rumor spread like wildfire!

Another group tried to reassure the panicked that the beloved, 52-year-old actress/rapper was alive and well.

Funny enough, Latifah told James Corden awhile back, after her 1996 hit, “Set it Off,” she put a “no death” clause in her acting contracts so she couldn’t get killed off in future flicks ... “When I first started doing movies, I always had these death scenes … and apparently I died too well. And then I caught on, like wait a minute, if I die in these movies, I can’t be in the sequel!”

There's a massive cloud hanging over The Royal Family regarding the "dark skin" comment that was allegedly made about Harry and Meghan's son Archie, and if it's not addressed soon, it could spell the beginning of the end of the monarchy ... according to a royal expert.

As you know, it remains a mystery who within the family raised concerns about how dark Archie's skin would be when Meghan Markle was pregnant -- a stunning revelation she made in an interview with Oprah. Most experts say the likely suspects are Charles, Camilla or William.

Royal expert Kinsey Schofield tells us she believes unless the issue is ironed out privately and also explained to the public, it could cause folks to push away from the Royals.

Schofield says supporters really started to question the morals of King Charles, Prince William and Queen Consort Camilla after Meghan made the allegation. Schofield says disappointment in The Royals still looms, but could be lessened with a proper explanation.

In order for things to turn around, Schofield believes people need to know exactly who made the comment, how it was said, and if it was done with malicious intent.

Of course, if it turns out there truly was racist intention behind the comment, things will go bad quickly ... but Schofield believes the only way for The Royal Family to continue on without issue is for the comment to be aired out once and for all.

Nick Young is doing his best full-court press on LeBron James' son, Bronny -- telling TMZ Sports the basketball phenom should play college ball at USC instead of Ohio State.

The NBA superstar's oldest son had the sports world buzzin' after posing in a Buckeyes uniform this week ... just days after the James gang hit up the OSU-Notre Dame football game on Saturday.

Bronny has made it clear he still hasn't committed anywhere, but he seemed to embrace wearing the Scarlet and Grey ... evidenced by how happy he and his parents were during the photoshoot.

Young -- who suited up for the Trojans from 2004-07 -- says he has a better idea in mind for Bronny ... telling us the senior guard should stay close to his second home in sunny California.

"Back home!" Young said. "I went there. Plus, it's in L.A., it's in California. Why leave and you already out here comfortable? Dad's here. Dad can come watch you play. Mom can come watch you play."

Swaggy P even came up with a nickname for 17-year-old Bronny as part of his sales pitch ... saying James should go by, "Swaggy Bronny."

We also asked Nick if he thinks Bronny has a shot of ending up with his dad on the Lake Show ... and Young thinks it's a real possibility they could play together in the NBA someday.

While many families come together in a moment of healing after the death of a loved one, the mountain of anger between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and The Royal Family is just too much to overcome.

Queen Elizabeth acted as a sort of bridge over the years, with The Sussexes on one side and Prince William and King Charles on the other. Now, that bridge is gone.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield tells us there's a chance things could get even worse between the rivals in the coming months ... namely because of projects Harry and Meghan have on the horizon.

Harry's upcoming memoir -- set to drop in November -- allegedly contains some damning info about the strained relationship, including parts that could be damaging to Queen Consort Camilla.

Remember, many believe it was either Camilla or King Charles that made racist remarks about the skin color of Harry and Meghan's son, Archie, which have never been cleared up privately or publicly.

Schofield also believes Meghan's new podcast, which has 12 pre-recorded episodes set to drop weekly, will also take digs at the Royals ... causing further division. Given the fact the memoir is already written and podcasts recorded, Schofield says there's no turning back.
