TMZ Sports has learned the wrestling legend tied the knot with longtime fiancee Wendy Barlow on Wednesday at a dope resort in Rosemary Beach, Florida.

We're told it was a low-key deal ... but The Undertaker, Charlotte Flair and Dennis Rodman were there and, for some reason, Dolph Ziggler walked Wendy down the aisle.

The wedding is Ric's fifth -- but he and Barlow have been dating for over six years ... and have known each other since she worked as Fifi the Maid in Flair's WCW days.

Flair credits Barlow with sticking by his side -- and helping save his life -- after nearly dying last August.

Remember, Flair was hospitalized for several weeks after his intestine ruptured ... and had to be placed in a medically induced coma for 11 days. He was in critical condition and on the verge of dying.

A year later ... Flair strolled down the aisle to Migos' "Ric Flair Drip" ... and, in case you were wondering ... we're told The Nature Boy DID rock a custom suit.

Here's Tim Tebow hittin' the Big Apple with a woman whose looks are out of this world ... and she also just happens to be his girlfriend.

The minor league baseball superstar and Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters -- Miss Universe 2017 -- were spotted out in New York on Wednesday ... fresh off the couple officially meeting each others' parents earlier this week.

The big meetup appears to still be going on ... with Tim and Demi-Leigh's parents joining them on their day out in the city.

Tim first acknowledged the relationship with the 23-year-old to ESPN back in July ... saying "She is a really special girl and I am very lucky and blessed for her coming into my life."

Things sure looked pretty G-rated for the couple on Wednesday, though ... no PDA at all.

But, meeting the parents is a big step for the couple ... soooooo, engagement coming soon?

9/12 11:13 AM -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Fred says they split on July 31. He doesn't want to pay his ex spousal support.

4:00 PM -- Kseniya filed docs asking for spousal support.

The nookie days are apparently over for Fred Durst and his wife -- the 2 are getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

The Limp Bizkit frontman filed for divorce from Kseniya Durst after about 6 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs filed Tuesday in L.A.

The ex-couple don't have any kids together.

We broke the story ... Fred and the Ukrainian makeup artist tied the knot back in 2012, but kept their nuptials secret for years. We got suspicious in June 2015 when we saw them out together and she was rocking a giant ring.

9/13 -- A rep for Amanda tells TMZ that the whole event was a misunderstanding. Amanda had a few drinks and gave Bobby what she thought was a playful shove in front of hotel security, who then called police.

The rep says "Amanda is embarrassed and ashamed this happened and sincerely apologizes to hotel security and the Las Vegas Police Department," and no hard feelings for everyone doing their jobs.

'Bachelor' and "Bachelor in Paradise" fan favorite Amanda Stanton has been arrested for domestic battery after a drunken post-bachelorette party incident with her boyfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with what went down tell us Stanton was partying with friends at The Encore for a co-ed bachelorette event. We're told Stanton's bf, Bobby Jacobs, was there too ... and everyone was celebrating in a room at the hotel.

Law enforcement tells us security came to the room for a noise complaint, and Bobby was talking to the guard. We're told that's when an apparently boozed up Amanda tried to intervene, and shoved Bobby in the process.

We're told the shove was hard enough for security to call cops, who arrested Amanda for misdemeanor domestic violence. She was released Monday.

Sources close to Amanda tell us she and Bobby are still together, and they both think someone slipped something -- a drug, presumably -- into her drink.

Stanton was a fave on Ben Higgins' season of "The Bachelor" ... finishing 4th. She went on to appear on season 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise" and got engaged to Josh Murray, but things went south quickly.

We reached out to Bobby and Amanda ... so far, no word back.

5:40 PM PT -- Dustin has responded to the affair and breakup speculation, tweeting ... "Every relationship goes through its ups and downs, but most importantly, we love each other very much and are committed to being a family."

Couple developments in the rumored Paulina Gretzky, Dustin Johnson split ...

1) A deeply connected source tells us they're NOT broken up.

2) The alleged mistress is adamant she NEVER hooked up with the PGA superstar.

Here's what we know ... Paulina ignited the breakup rumors after wiping all traces of Dustin from her Instagram page (don't worry, her bikini pics are all still there).

Reports surfaced shortly after that a woman named Yassie Safai was "at the center" of the split -- the insinuation was that Dustin had an affair with her behind Paulina's back.

But now, Yassie has broken her silence ... saying, "I am not in a relationship with Dustin Johnson. Nor have we had any prior relationship."

She explained, "I met Dustin Johnson at Sherwood Country Club. I have run into him at Sherwood maybe 4 times since then and yes briefly spoke with him, like I'm sure any avid golfer and member would."

"I am sure he is a great person but we do not have a close friendship. I have never met Paulina Gretzky and do not know the Gretzky family, but again, I am sure they are great people."

"I have no insight into the rumors around Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky's relationship. I wish them nothing but the best. I just want to go back to living my normal life."'

One source extremely close with the Gretzky family tells us Paulina and Dustin are still together but would not expand when asked why he has disappeared from her IG page.

8:57 AM PT -- Okay, maybe another turn. Apparently Winnie Harlow might be dating Wiz Khalifa. So, what we know now ... is who the hell knows who Lewis is actually banging these days.

6:37 AM PT -- Okay, everyone calm down. Turns out, Lewis' rumored girlfriend Winnie Harlow was also there!

Lewis and Winnie have reportedly been dating since 2017 though they've never really confirmed the relationship. But the fact she was there with Lewis and Nicki probably means they're together and Nicki was just tagging along.

Still, Nicki's pinky finger seems to be loitering on Lewis' lap. Just sayin' ...

Justin Bieber and Stephen Baldwin are showing nothing but love for each other in the Wolverine State ... proving in-laws CAN get along.

The Biebs and Stephen spent Monday in Grand Rapids, Michigan where the future father/son-in-law duo hit up a music festival. On their way back to the hotel, they had a touching moment -- placing their arms around each other. That oughta put a smile on Hailey's face.

As we first reported, Justin and Hailey are engaged, but in no hurry to get married. We're told they're thinking about tying the knot sometime next year ... they're in no rush.

Julie Chen is taking time off her gig on CBS' "The Talk" to be with husband, Les Moonves, who just resigned from heading up the network amid sexual misconduct allegations, and Sharon Osbourne says people at CBS -- including the ladies at "The Talk" -- are fearful of losing their jobs.

Julie is still featured in the opening of the show, but when the remaining 4 women walked out onstage, Sharon began by saying it's the first time on the show she's been nervous.

She explained Julie has been there for her over the last 9 years since the show debuted, and then walked a tightrope, saying she now believes the stories of Moonves' accusers are strikingly similar and credible.

Sharon then suggested her own show might be on the chopping block because there's now a new regime at CBS ... and not just her show -- all shows.

Julie issued a statement saying she will be appearing on "Big Brother" this Thursday, adding, "I am taking a few days off from 'The Talk' to be with my family. I will be back soon and will see you Thursday night on 'Big Brother.'"

There was speculation Julie might also leave the network, but so far no evidence of that.

Nobody was happier to see Aaron Rodgers' insane comeback Sunday night than Danica Patrick ... 'cause she showered her man with praise after the win -- calling him the greatest of all time!!

The ex-NASCAR driver had a luxury box seat to Rodgers' rollercoaster ride against the Bears ... with cameras showing her nervous during Aaron's injury and shock during his comeback.

When the game was over -- and the injured QB had led his team from down 20-0 to a 24-23 win on one healthy leg -- she took to social media.

The pic was of a Lambeau Field T.V. -- complete with a goat emoji and the words, "Unreal baby."

Ryan Lochte was sweatin' it out at his wedding over the weekend ... but it was probably more because of the 108 degree weather than nerves.

The 6-time Olympic gold medalist and ex-Playboy Playmate Kayla Rae Reid exchanged "I Dos" in Palm Springs on Sunday in front of 100 of their closest friends.

Lochte sported a tan suit and a bunch of sweat ... while Reid didn't let the heat keep her from looking incredible.

We broke the story -- Lochte and Reid got hitched back in January after announcing their engagement in October 2016.

Denise Richards is the newest cast member on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but she's already getting the most attention ... thanks to her wedding!!

Denise -- rocking a stunning, leggy dress -- tied the knot with actor Aaron Phypers Saturday in Malibu in front of family, friends ... and the cast and crew of 'RHOBH.' The couple's big day was filmed for the upcoming 9th season of the show, which Richards will be joining.

So obviously, guests in attendance included housewives like Lisa Vanderpump and Camille Grammer ... along with other familiar faces like Rebecca Romijn and her hubby, Jerry O'Connell.

As for Richards' new husband, we broke the story ... he's fresh off his divorce from "Desperate Housewives" star, Nicollette Sheridan, even though she filed for it back in 2016.

Denise and Aaron began dating in September 2017, recently announced their engagement ... and they already have their TV wedding.

No word yet if Charlie Sheen was there, but he too might make an appearance on Season 9 of 'RHOBH.'

Dale Earnhardt Jr. just got REAL candid about his relationship with his wife -- admitting they were crashing and burning in a big way ... until they started going to couples therapy.

"Every day was like grinding gears,” Earnhardt said about his relationship with Amy Reimann ... "Just a lot of tension and disagreement and misunderstanding."

Dale and Amy started dating back in 2009 -- and got married in 2016 -- but it wasn't always sunshine and rainbows.

"There were great times -- and then there were days when we would both sort of withdraw and get frustrated with each other and not communicate and hold grudges and, 'I'm gonna show you!'”

Dale fought back tears as he opened up on "In Depth with Graham Bensinger" -- explaining how things finally turned around when they sought professional help from a woman named Jane.

The couple just welcomed their first child -- a baby girl named Isla Rose -- back in May ... and Dale says even though they still get regular checkups with their therapist -- they're a very happy family now.

Pamela Anderson broke things off with her soccer star boyfriend just days after he proposed the idea of marriage to her ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Anderson tell TMZ she's called it quits with Adil Rami after dating the World Cup champ for over a year. We're told he gave her a Cartier ring after winning the soccer tournament as a precursor to a proposal ... and recently talked about popping the question, but Pam said no.

Pam's still in France after moving out of the home the couple shared.

Pam and Adil's relationship seemed to be healthy when he met Pam's mom in July, but apparently that wasn't enough to get them through the summer.

As for the ring ... our sources say Pam's given that to her oldest son, Brandon.

Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner and Cardi B weren't literally rocking baggage at New York Fashion Week events ... but they did bring enough beef to create palpable tension.

The model and rappers were just a few of the celebs flocking to NYC for the NYFW spectacle -- Bella and Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and the list goes on and on.

But, it's interesting to see Nicki, Kendall and Cardi all in the same city with so much drama surrounding them. As you know ... Cardi's been dissing Nicki, who went after Kendall's sister.

And then there's Kendall ... who just last month said she's "selective" about the runway shows she chooses and blasted others, saying, "I was never one of those girls who would do like 30 shows a season or whatever the f*** those girls do." Awkward.

It's unclear if the trio came close to coming face-to-face. They were at different events -- Cardi was at Tom Ford's show, Nicki at ELLE & IMG's party and Kendall at 1 OAK.

Matt Barnes has just obtained a temporary restraining order against his baby mama, Gloria Govan, in the wake of her arrest at their kids' school, TMZ Sports has learned.

As part of the court order, Govan must stay at least 100 yards away from the kids. She can see the kids once per week for 4 hours but a professional monitor has to be present -- and Gloria must foot the bill for the monitor.

Gloria is allowed to be near Matt to get the kids, but she must be peaceful.

Gloria is also not allowed to take the kids outside of L.A. County during her visitation unless she gets written permission from Matt.

Matt's attorney, Samantha Spector, tells TMZ Sports, "Today wasn't about Matt or Gloria. It was about the children and their safety. This was a good day for those kids, and that's all that matters."

The next hearing is scheduled for the end of Sept. -- where Gloria can argue to change the arrangement.

As we previously reported, cops arrested Govan on August 31 after she allegedly blocked Matt from picking up their 9-year-old twin boys on Matt's scheduled custodial day.

Matt claims Govan used her car as a weapon against him -- and claims he feared for his life (and the lives of his kids) and Gloria punched the gas in her Escalade and "[barreled] toward me."

"I am ever thankful that no child or parent was hit by Gloria and her 17-foot-long Escalade as she endangered every child's and adult's safety when she plowed through the parking lot."

In court docs, Matt claims Gloria put their children and other kids at the school in physical danger -- and Matt claims the twins have been traumatized by Gloria's actions and subsequent arrest.

Matt and Gloria got married back in 2012 but split almost 2 years later. Their divorce wasn't finalized until 2016.

Jay-Z's no Instagram hubby, but he's playing one for Beyonce in Italy.

Jay and Bey are in Sardinia Wednesday, the day after her 37th birthday. They jumped on a boat and headed to a hotel restaurant for a lil chow down. On the way there, Jay admired the picturesque views. Italy looks good too.
