Machine Gun Kelly's guitarist is calling BS on reports she had a romantic liaison with MGK ... after folks online claimed she's the reason for the singer's alleged breakup with Megan Fox.

The management team for guitarist Sophie Lloyd spoke out about the recent allegations ... telling Page Six she's "been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media."

Her team went on ... "Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue."

MGK and Sophie have been rocking together on tour, starting back in May of last year ... but fans started speculating they were an item.

As we reported, Megan scrubbed all photos of her and MGK off her IG over the weekend, while posting pics of an envelope burning with the caption, "You can taste the dishonesty it's all over your breath" -- a song from Beyoncé's Lemonade album, "Pray You Catch Me" ... the album which chronicles Jay-Z's alleged cheating.

She ended up deleting her account altogether ... but with cheating allegations in the air, fans are pointin' fingers at Sophie -- who's also in a relationship.

MGK and Megan were spotted together on Valentine's Day ... so all this hoopla might just be a bump in the road ... maybe they're working things out.

Prosecutors said Wednesday afternoon they are dropping the domestic violence case against former Univ. of Texas men's basketball head coach Chris Beard.

Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza made the announcement in a statement ... saying that after reviewing all of the facts of the case and speaking with the alleged victim, "our office has determined that the felony offense cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt."

A motion to dismiss the case was formally filed earlier Wednesday, Garza said.

Beard was initially hit with a charge of assault by strangulation/suffocation -- family violence ... over his alleged role in a heated confrontation with his fiancée, Randi Trew.

According to court docs, Trew said Beard hit, strangled, and bit her during a Dec. 12 argument in Austin, Texas. Police said they saw visible teeth marks and redness on her arm and an abrasion on her face and leg. They also said she had a cut on one of her thumbs.

Trew ultimately walked back the allegations in a public statement .... saying, "Chris has stated that he was acting in self-defense, and I do not refute that."

She also added, "I do not believe Chris was trying to intentionally harm me in any way. It was never my intent to have him arrested or prosecuted."

Despite the retraction, UT fired Beard on Jan. 5.

Beard, who was 29-13 with the Longhorns after coming over from Texas Tech in 2021, was "crushed" by the decision, according to his attorney.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are proving their devotion to one another ... by getting inked up.

Jen just revealed the recently married couple's new tattoos ... as part of a Valentine's Day post to her husband.

J Lo is sporting some new ink on her rib cage ... an infinity symbol with an arrow cutting straight through the middle.

The tattoo looks fresh, Jen still has a bandage on the ink, which makes it hard to make out the wording, though it appears both of their names are present.

Ben's tatt is a little bit different ... but it still incorporates Jen and their marriage. He's got a pair of intertwined arrows along with their initials "J" and "B."

Jennifer captioned the post "Commitment" and that seems to be a big theme here ... she included four hashtags ... #CommitmentIsSexy #ThisIsUsThen #ThisIsUsNow #ThisIsMeNow ... along with a photo dump.

The photos are super cute too ... Jen included a bunch of shots of her and Ben kissing and cuddling in different locations, including a yacht.

Cardi B and Offset are spendin' Valentine's Day together at the golden arches for the unveiling of their collab meal, and they certainly weren't alone ... because a MASSIVE swarm of fans met them there.

The happy couple hit up the Times Square McDonald's Tuesday, and if ya didn't know that location is one of the busiest in the world ... you'd definitely know it after seeing the scene the couple created.

The entire staff was eagerly waitin' for them too, cheering them on as they walked up to the counter to get their grub bags.

They also had a kiss cam in the building for Cardi and Offset to snap some pics -- and they even ended up on the Jumbotron outside the restaurant for all of Times Square to see!

TMZ broke the story ... sources connected to the couple told us they shot their Super Bowl ad around Christmas time, and the final product introduced the couple's new meal to millions of viewers on Sunday.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly may or may not be riding together until the wheels fall off -- but on the heels of their possible breakup, they're at least driving around together.

Megan and MGK were spotted in his Escalade Tuesday morning ... he was behind the wheel while she rode shotgun as they left his L.A. area home.

It's significant because it's not any ol' Tuesday -- the engaged couple is spending  Valentine's Day together just a couple days after Megan strongly hinted on social media they're done.

You'll recall, she dropped a series of photos over the weekend, where she appeared to be burning something, and wrote, "You can taste the dishonesty it’s all over your breath" ... a caption she snatched from Beyoncé's song "Pray You Catch Me".

This obviously set off alarms for fans, considering that song is from Bey's Lemonade album, which is allegedly all about Jay-Z cheating on her.

MF also unfollowed all but 3 people -- Timothee Chalamet, Harry Styles, and Eminem, who has major beef with MGK ... before deleting all posts with her fiance, and then her IG page altogether.

The two got engaged back in January 2022 and seemed to be getting on just fine ... at least, up until their Super Bowl weekend in AZ.

The Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan relationship is getting more and more serious by the minute ... the two just penned sweet messages to each other for Valentine's Day, with Larsa now calling Michael Jordan's son her "forever" mate.

Pippen, 48, shared her love letter to Marcus on Tuesday on her Instagram page, posting a photo of the couple holding hands on a sandy beach.

"My forever Valentine ❤️," Pippen said in the caption.

Marcus, 32, responded in the comment section echoing her thoughts ... writing, "4eva ❤️‍🔥"

Marcus also took to his own IG to make sure Larsa felt the love there ... posting a photo of her with two bouquets of flowers while saying, "🌹Happy Valentines Day, Babe❤️‍🔥"

Larsa then reshared the post, droppin' the L-word in a "my love" comment on top of it.

It's all just one more sign that these two are way more than "just good friends" -- as they initially claimed to be -- as the sappy messages come just days after the two were seen sharing a secret handshake, sealed with a kiss.

Sorry, ladies -- Jake Paul is already moving on from Julia Rose ... the Problem Child is spending his Valentine's Day on a romantic date.

The 26-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer poked some fun at his love life by sharing a hilarious photo shoot on Tuesday ... showing him wining and dining some Everlast mitts.

Of course, Jake and Julia were off and on for years ... but seemingly ended things for good sometime around December 2022, when Paul posted a pic with a flower in his mouth, saying, "Picked the wrong Rose."

It's unclear when they actually officially called it quits, 'cause Julia was present for Jake's win over ex-UFC champion Anderson Silva in October. They've since unfollowed each other on Instagram ... and ya know what that means.

Patrick Mahomes' Super Bowl celebration went from hanging with some Chainsmokers to livin' it up with a mouse ... 'cause the champ and his crew were treated like royalty at Disneyland on Monday -- and TMZ Sports has the video!!

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar and his wife, Brittany, brought Sterling and Bronze for the family-friendly fun ... and they were escorted through the theme park in a car as a ton of fans lined up to get a glimpse of the quarterback.

Of course, it's a quick turnaround -- the crew was raging into the early morning just hours ago ... but it's a tradition, and Patrick and Brittany will have to nurse their assumed hangovers with "It's a Small World" blaring in their ears.

Chiefs star Mecole Hardman has a lot to be thankful for ... after watching his team erase a 10-point halftime deficit to win the Super Bowl, his girlfriend delivered their first child!!

Ahead of the big game, Hardman announced his GF Chariah Gordon's water broke hours before the Chiefs and Eagles were about to play in Super Bowl LVII.

The 24-year-old Chiefs wide receiver did not play in the game due to injury ... but he was locked in with his squad, actively tweeting throughout the night as the action happened.

Well, after Mahomes and the Chiefs defeated Philadelphia, 38-35, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ, Hardman's night got even better -- he became a father!!

Hardman posted a pic on Instagram from what appears to be a hospital where Chariah gave birth ... saying, "He's here."

Mecole and Chariah announced last October they were expecting a child (a baby boy) and posted a pic during the holidays, saying, "Last Christmas we have to ourselves."

Rihanna shocked the world Sunday by announcing her pregnancy during her Super Bowl performance -- but it was a well-kept secret even among people who were part of the show.

Super Bowl sources tell TMZ ... most of her backup dancers -- upwards of 280, as we came to find out -- had no idea RiRi was preggo before she hit the stage this weekend, and that's due in part to the baggy clothing she'd been rocking during all the rehearsals.

Our sources tell us Rihanna was wearing very loose-fitting outfits both on Saturday and on Sunday as she was practicing her set. It wasn't until showtime that anyone involved saw her final costume, which seemed designed to show off her belly.

In other words ... Rihanna covered her bases here, not letting anyone involved with the halftime production get a whiff of her pregnancy before she could show it off to all.

Remember, Rihanna was also seen publicly a couple days before the Super Bowl, when she did an interview talking about the different setlists she'd created ... and there, too, RiRi seemed to be trying to hide her bump -- wearing a big furry jacket and other fluffy garb.

Of course, you could even trace this cover-up back to the Golden Globes in January ... where Rihanna and A$AP Rocky showed up in person, with RiRi again wearing a loose-fitting outfit and keeping her purse in front of her stomach throughout much of the broadcast.

A$AP Rocky must've been on cloud 9 after Rihanna's Super Bowl performance AND her pregnancy reveal ... because he took to the club to party it up after the big game.

The rapper hit up E11EVEN Miami's Big Game Weekend Pop-Up at Maya Nightclub in Scottsdale Sunday night, after the Chiefs took down the Eagles ... clearly in great spirits as the night went on.

Rihanna wasn't with A$AP ... but he was still in good company, spending time with French Montana, Kevin Gates and YG.
