Debra Tate Manson Family Killer Should Stay Behind Bars ... Do the Right Thing, Governor!!!
Sharon Tate's flesh and blood is not down with the California Parole Board's recommendation to free Manson Family member Leslie Van Houten, but she's hopeful Cali's new Governor will do the right thing.
Debra Tate, Sharon's sister, tells TMZ ... says it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the "Manson Family" killer was evasive and coached during her parole hearing. The Board said Thursday members feel she's been rehabilitated and deserves to be freed.
69-year-old Van Houten murdered Rosemary and Leno LaBianca back in 1969, the day after the slaughter at Sharon Tate's house.
Debra's asking the California Governor, Gavin Newsom, to "do the right thing" and put the kibosh on her parole.
Newsom's predecessor, Jerry Brown, reversed the parole board's recommendation that Van Houten be released last year, just as he did in 2016.
Debra also once again applauds Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" ... which centers around the Manson Family murders of her sibling and her friends.
She tells us she fully endorses the project -- in which she's been heavily involved -- and encourages people to see it for themselves ... because it's not what you think.
As we know ... she also loves the casting choices.

He reportedly is being held for removal proceedings ... this for being in the country illegally and for being a felon. He was convicted of drug charges in 2014.

An ICE spokesperson says 21 Sav -- real name Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph -- is a U.K. national who is unlawfully in the country and has been since 2006 when his visa expired. They say he came to the States a year earlier at the age of 12.
The spox goes on to say that Sav is currently in ICE custody in Georgia and that he's been placed into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts. They add that ICE will await the outcome of his case before a judge to determine future actions.

L.A. Rams NFL Warns Players to Beef Up Security At Their Homes While Away
Before Rams players headed for Atlanta to prepare for their Super Bowl 53 matchup against the Patriots, they got some advice from the NFL -- protect your homes in L.A.
Our NFL sources tell us ... officials spoke with several players and coaches on the Rams who live in the Los Angeles area and suggested they take steps to ensure their homes are safe from potential burglars while they are out of town.
We're told they offered tips like having someone house-sit, parking an extra car in the driveway, adding alarms and surveillance, or even hiring security guards for the days they'll be away.
Other sources tell us many players heeded the NFL's advice by upgrading their home security systems and some indeed hired staff at their residences ... including private armed security and retired cops.
As you may know ... L.A. and the San Fernando Valley have seen a string of burglaries over the past couple of years, especially at the houses of celebs and famous athletes. In fact, Rams WR Robert Woods is on that list.
10 gang members were charged in connection with burglaries at more than 24 homes in late November, and cops say the break-in at Woods' pad -- while he was playing "Thursday Night Football" -- was a key to cracking the case.
This burglary crew allegedly also targeted stars like Rihanna, LeBron James, Yasiel Puig and Viola Davis.

Jimmy Kimmel Pal's Arrest at Beach Home Caught on Video

EXCLUSIVE
- 1.1K shares
We got video at Jimmy Kimmel's beachside rental home when his friend was taken into custody. You can see from the video the friend surrenders quietly, and we now have information that seems to show he did NOT make the threatening 911 call.
Adam Perry Lang, famous chef and best-selling author, was handcuffed and placed in the back of a police vehicle after an 8-hour standoff stand-off. Police arrested him for felony criminal threats, for allegedly calling 911 and saying he had explosives in the house and had assaulted his girlfriend with a rifle.
Lang was taken to the police station last Sunday morning and booked. Jimmy Kimmel went to the station to make bail for him -- $50,000. Lang, who was released, is adamant ... he did NOT make the call.
Sources connected to the investigation tell TMZ, Hermosa Beach cops checked Lang's cellphone and it showed he did NOT make a 911 call. We're told police want to do more checking to see if Lang had a scrambling device on the phone so he could make a 911 call undetected. It seems implausible someone would go through the trouble of scrambling the call yet giving the address where he's at.
TMZ broke the story ... Lang says he was sound asleep when cops roared over to the house last weekend and he had his ringer off so he didn't hear they were calling him. When he turned the ringer on the cops got through and told him to come out of the house ... which he did.
Ultimately, the case will be referred to the L.A. County D.A., who will decide if the case will be dropped.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Shelling Out Big Bucks To Keep Mom Safe from Blowback
Tekashi69 is dropping a ton of cash to keep his family safe, which they're most certainly going to need more than ever, now that everyone knows he's cooperating with the feds and naming names.
Sources close to Tekashi tell us, since his arrest in November, he's spent thousands on personal security for his mother. We're told, for obvious reasons, the rapper's worried anyone looking for revenge against him ... might harm her.
TMZ broke the story ... 6ix9ine pled guilty to 9 counts and did a lot of snitching in the process -- implicating members of the Nine Trey Bloods in multiple crimes. For instance, he named the alleged trigger man in the attempted shooting of Chief Keef -- and that guy's since been indicted.
Tekashi's attorney, Dawn Florio, tells us, "6ix9ine has the means to pay for his family's private security, so the government expects the money to come out of [his] pocket to protect his closest family members."
She says the government would step in if, at some point, Tekashi can't afford the security.
As for his baby mama, Sara Molina, we're told she has her own 24/7 armed security too ... but she's footing the bill. She told us on "TMZ Live" that she's worried about their 3-year-old daughter's safety, and added, Tekashi's not in contact with them.
He's set to be sentenced next January, and his deal with prosecutors requires him to continue working with the feds ... potentially painting a target on himself and his loved ones.

Ted Bundy Zak Bagans Drops $50k for Glasses ... They're Now Off to Jail!!!
The infamous glasses Ted Bundy owned to disguise himself and elude authorities have a new owner ... Zak Bagans.
The "Ghost Adventures" star tells TMZ ... he dropped a whopping $50k after a crime collectibles site put the bifocals up for sale. The glasses are also believed to have been worn by Bundy when he abducted 12-year-old Kimberly Leach in Lake City, FL, back in 1978.
Along with the glasses, Bagans got the original brown evidence bag complete with the exhibit tag ... and a crime scene photo showing the glasses inside the Volkswagen Beetle Bundy stole before he was pulled over, and finally arrested for his heinous crimes.
You can now guess where all these items are headed -- Zak's Haunted Museum in Vegas.
As you know ... Bagans has tons of creepy stuff, including this, this, this, this and, oddly enough, this. And, just like all those freakish items ... the glasses will have their own, specially designated area.
Bagans tells us the glasses will be behind a jail exhibit, made out of real jail bars. He says, "It's incredible to know that the eyes of pure evil looked out of these glasses at his victims and the pure hell of what these glasses saw."
He adds, "I shall forever keep them locked up inside my Haunted Museum's real jail exhibit where they belong!"

Tekashi69 Baby Mama Says ... His Snitching Puts Us in Harm's Way!!!
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 16.4K shares
Tekashi69 is hanging his 3-year-old daughter out to dry by diming out his fellow gang members to the feds ... this according to the mother of his child.
6ix9ine's ex-GF, Sara Molina, joined us on "TMZ Live" shortly after she was blindsided by the news the rapper pleaded guilty to 9 counts ... including racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking.
As we reported, Tekashi spilled the beans to feds about how and why he got into the Nine Trey bloods ... and also named names of other gang members allegedly involved in a slew of crimes.
Sara says Tekashi's left behind yet another mess for her to clean up ... but she's especially worried, because she believes little Saraiyah is in danger. Sara says she'll protect her family at all costs, even if that it means keeping Saraiyah away from Dad. She makes no bones about it ... she won't allow Tekashi's baggage near her daughter.
The rapper -- who admitted to selling a kilo of heroin and paying someone to shoot at a rival gang member, among many other crimes -- remains behind bars and will be sentenced January 24, 2020.

Tekashi69 Pleads Guilty to 9 Counts Snitches re: Drugs, Guns and Robberies
-
Exclusive Details
10:20 AM PT -- We now have the transcript of Tekashi's plea hearing from last week, and he opens up about how he got involved in the criminal activity, and does a lot of snitching.
In court, he says he joined the Nine Trey Bloods in the fall of 2017 and in March 20, 2018 ... he admits helping members of the gang attempt to kill a rival to "increase my own standing in Nine Trey." Then on April 3, he says he, and other members, robbed a rival at gunpoint.
He got into the Chief Keef shooting ... saying in court, "I paid a person to shoot at a rival member of Nine Trey to scare him. The shooting took place in Manhattan. I did this to maintain or increase my own standing in Nine Trey." He admits knowing a fellow gang member was the trigger man.
Tekashi also admitted to selling a kilo of heroin in 2017 -- and offered an apology for all his crimes, saying ... "I apologize to the Court, to anyone who was hurt, to my family, friends and fans for what I have done and who I have let down."
Based on what we know, Tekashi has struck a plea deal which will increase the likelihood of a significantly reduced sentence in return for ongoing cooperation. Although the minimum sentence is 47 years, the way it typically works is the prosecution will ask for significantly less ... which is his incentive to keep singing like a canary.
The problem Tekashi faces ... by agreeing to cooperate for the next year -- while the prosecution dangles the carrot of a light sentence -- he's increasing the possibility someone will try to silence him.
BTW, he did indeed plead guilty to ALL 9 counts -- there was a discrepancy in the documents.
Tekashi69 appears to be striking a deal with the feds -- he's pleading guilty to 9 counts ... TMZ has learned.
Tekashi entered the plea on January 23 ... pleading guilty to the federal indictment. He copped to multiple counts of racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking.
The rapper was initially indicted back in November ... and had been facing the possibility of life in prison. It's unclear what sentence he'll face now after entering the guilty pleas.
According to federal docs just unsealed this week, and obtained by TMZ, 6ix9ine was involved in dealing heroin, fentanyl, ecstasy, amphetamines and marijuana.
The feds say the conspiracy consisted of multiple acts of murder, robbery and extortion.
In docs, the feds refer to video TMZ first posted of Tekashi boldly offering, on camera, a $30,000 bounty for someone to shoot Chief Keef's cousin. According to the feds, he "aided and abetted the shooting at rivals of Nine Trey [Bloods gang] at a hotel in Times Square."
As you know, someone opened fire on Keef and his cousin back in June, in Times Square, just days after Tekashi's offer.
The unsealing of Tekashi's plea came just one day after 3 of his associates were also indicted. We broke the story ... law enforcement sources tell us Tekashi dropped a dime on the alleged trigger man in the Keef shooting.
6ix9ine's sentencing is scheduled for January 24, 2020.

Bill Cosby Mr. Popular in State Pen
Bill Cosby isn't America's favorite dad anymore, but he's up there on the list of favorite prisoners at the State Correctional Institute Phoenix ... so says his spokesperson.
Andrew Wyatt tells TMZ ... he's visited Cosby at the Pennsylvania prison more than a dozen times, and whenever the disgraced TV father enters the visiting area, other inmates and their families shower him with cheers and applause.
We're told the adoration doesn't stop there -- one of the convicted sex offender's biggest supporters is a white, female correction staff officer who grew up watching "The Cosby Show."
Wyatt says the other guards are also very respectful -- they call him Mr. Cosby -- and the comedian often jokes around and regales them with stories ... especially of his days on "I Spy."
On top of getting the celeb treatment, we're told the other inmates and their visitors let Cosby know they think it's wrong he's locked up ... and blame a "corrupt" judge and DA in Montgomery County for his conviction.
Wyatt's statement to the media when Cosby was sentenced in September -- he called the trial "the most racist and sexist trial in the history of the United States" -- echo this sentiment.
BTW -- Interest in Cosby isn't limited to inside the prison walls. We broke the story ... someone tried to use a drone flyover to get a shot of Cosby last week in the prison yard. Still no word if it was successful.

Patrick Mahomes Supports Kareem Hunt ... 'Hopefully He'll Get Another Chance'
JANUARY 2019
Two huge K.C. Chiefs stars refuse to turn their backs on Kareem Hunt -- with Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce saying they're supporting their ex-teammate as he gets help off the field.
Of course, the Chiefs cut Hunt back in November after he was captured on video attacking a woman at a Cleveland hotel. He's been getting treatment ever since and hopes to play in the NFL again.
So, when we saw Mahomes at the EA Sports Madden Bowl event in Atlanta, we asked if he's been keeping in touch with the running back.
"He's still a buddy," Mahomes tells TMZ Sports ... "I wish all the best to him."
"It's stuff that he has to handle off the field and hopefully he might get another chance on it."
When asked if he thinks a team will sign Hunt next season, Mahomes told us, "I know he works hard. I know he does a lot of things on field really well."
"As long as he keeps doing stuff off the field and getting back right, I'm sure he'll get another chance."
As for Kelce, the Chiefs tight end echoed his QB -- saying Hunt is "always gonna be a brother to me."
Kelce also says Hunt can count on him for support as he continues to seek treatment for his personal issues.
Hunt has apologized for his role in the February 2018 incident -- saying, "I deeply regret what I did. I hope to move on from this."
As far as his football career goes, Hunt is only 23 years old and has already been talking with NFL teams -- including the Chicago Bears.

Boston Celtics guard Jabari Bird appeared in court Wednesday to face new charges that he threatened to murder his GF multiple times during a violent altercation back in September.
As we previously reported ... Bird allegedly brutalized his GF at his Massachusetts apartment during a Sept. 7 incident -- allegedly choking and terrorizing her for hours.
Officials say Jabari roughed her up badly ... and she was only able to escape after Bird appeared to be having "seizure-like" symptoms during the end of the attack.
Jabari was arrested for assault and battery, strangulation and kidnapping ... and later pled not guilty to the charges in court.
On Wednesday, prosecutors tacked on TWO additional charges -- threats and witness intimidation -- alleging in court docs Bird told his GF he was going to MURDER her during the altercation.
"If you don’t stop talking I’m going to kill you," the victim alleges Bird said, according to court docs.
She added that Jabari also said while kicking her, “Tell anyone about this, I don’t care where you are, I’ll find you and I’ll kill you."
Bird appeared in Brighton Municipal Court Wednesday to face the new charges ... and once again pled not guilty.
Jabari is due back in court next month.
For his part ... Jabari released a statement shortly after the September incident saying, "I'm taking some time away from the team as I deal with my legal and medical issues. I apologize to my family, the Celtics organization, my teammates, the fans and the NBA for the unnecessary distraction that I have caused."
"The information that has been released does not tell the full story. I do not condone violence against women. I am hopeful that in due time and process, I will be able to regain everyone's trust."
