Ex-New York Giants kicker Aldrick Rosas is fighting back in his hit-and-run case ... pleading NOT GUILTY to all charges, TMZ Sports has learned.
The 25-year-old is accused of slamming his black Chevrolet SUV into a pickup truck after exceeding speeds of 100 MPH in Chico, Calif. on June 15.
Cops say multiple witnesses saw the former Pro Bowler wreck the car and then flee the scene on foot.
Officers add, when they were finally able to detain Aldrick hours later, they say his hands, legs and bare feet were bloody.
Aldrick was eventually hit with three misdemeanors over the incident -- including reckless driving on a highway and hit-and-run -- but court records show he pleaded not guilty to all charges last week.
The case is obviously a big deal for Rosas ... he was cut by the Giants shortly after the arrest -- and has yet to land with another team despite being one of the league's better kickers.
We've reached out to Rosas' attorney for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.
Rosas is due back in court for another hearing on the matter on Sept. 16 ... just days after the NFL's regular season is slated to kick off.

R. Kelly Alleged Attacker Identifies Himself
R. Kelly's alleged attacker just ID'd himself in court docs, claiming he’s the one who beat up Kelly behind bars ... and he has gang ties and murders on his record.
Jeremiah Shane Farmer filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming he’s the pissed off inmate who went on the attack and jumped Kelly in his jail cell.
In the docs, Farmer claims "the government made me attack" Kelly -- although he doesn't explain why -- and says he pulled it off in hopes of shedding light on government corruption. As for what the "corruption" is ... he feels he was done dirty by the justice system.
TMZ broke the story ... Kelly got a taste of jailhouse justice last month inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.
Farmer's admission is part of legal docs filed in a federal appeals court. Records show he's representing himself and is being housed at MCC just like Kelly.
R. Kelly's attorney, Steven Greenberg, tells TMZ Farmer is indeed the one who attacked the singer.
As we reported ... our federal sources and Kelly's attorneys said the inmate went on the attack because he was angry about MCC being placed on lockdown a few times, largely due to Kelly protesters outside the jail.
Farmer also included a Bureau of Prisons incident report in his filing, which says the alleged attack happened around 9:45 AM Aug. 26. The report says Farmer appeared to repeatedly punch Kelly in the head and torso, with a prison employee using pepper spray to end the alleged assault.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana says Farmer is a Latin Kings gang member, and he was convicted last year after a jury found he beat 2 men to death with a hammer as part of a racketeering conspiracy.

After nine months I finally got some closure. I’d say this is where accountability meets forgiveness. Thank you to all of you who’ve supported me through this. Your body, your rules. We’re doing better in 2020. pic.twitter.com/XjzEDKUEuM

The runner who smacked a TV reporter on the butt during a race in Georgia last year just plead guilty to sexual battery ... and he'll now be on probation for the next year, TMZ Sports has learned.
Thomas Callaway was facing up to 1 year behind bars after he was arrested last December for slapping WSAV-TV's Alex Bozarjian while she was reporting live from the Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run.
Check out this jerk smacking a @WSAV reporter's ass live on air. And sorry, that's my kiddo making horribly timed weird noises in the background. pic.twitter.com/6tzi6P1Jbo
— Tonya (@GrrrlZilla) December 7, 2019 @GrrrlZilla
Video of the incident was alarming ... Bozarjian was speaking to the camera when Callaway ran up from behind and hit her hard. You can see in the footage, she was visibly stunned.
Bozarjian later admonished Callaway on Twitter, saying, "You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me" ... and, eventually, she went to law enforcement to press charges.
44-year-old Callaway was ultimately hit with a charge of sexual battery ... and court records show he pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor count on Tuesday.
Per the records, Callaway was sentenced to 1 year of probation and also ordered to complete 200 hours of community service. Callaway was also hit with over $1,000 of fines and fees as well.
We've reached out to Callaway's attorney for comment, but so far, no word back yet.
Callaway -- reportedly a teen church youth minister and a Boy Scout leader -- had previously apologized for the incident ... saying on national TV days after the race, "There was a misjudge in character and decision making."

Scott Peterson's death penalty sentence may have been reversed, but the convicted murderer's family believes he could die in prison soon anyway due to COVID-19 ... and they're pushing for a transfer.
Peterson's attorney, Cliff Gardner, tells TMZ ... Scott's family is majorly concerned for his health following the widespread and deadly coronavirus outbreak at San Quentin State Prison.
Peterson's currently locked up at San Quentin, and in the last month, the prison reportedly saw cases surge with up to two-thirds of the prison getting infected. It currently leads California's prison system in infections and deaths.
With those grim numbers in mind, Gardner says his goal is to place Peterson in the safest possible prison permitted under California law to ensure his safety.
However, according to California prison officials ... there's no plans to move him, and he'll be staying put at San Quentin for now.
As we reported ... the California Supreme Court reversed Peterson's death penalty sentence for murdering his wife and unborn child in 2002 on Christmas Eve. The Court ruled the trial judge in the case made an error in dismissing prospective jurors.
A spokesperson for the Stanislaus County D.A. tells us the office now must decide whether to try and reinstate the death penalty or accept life in prison without the possibility of parole. The California Supreme Court threw out the death penalty because jurors who were inclined to oppose it were unfairly eliminated from the jury pool.

The 17-year-old arrested in the fatal shooting of 2 Jacob Blake protesters in Kenosha allegedly killed at least one unarmed man, and could get life in prison for murder ... along with 4 other felony charges.
The criminal complaint against Kyle Rittenhouse was released Thursday, and it says the first person the Illinois teenager allegedly shot, Joseph Rosenbaum, "appeared to be unarmed for the duration of video" reviewed by investigators.
Prosecutors say Rosenbaum appeared to throw an object at Rittenhouse before the fatal shooting, and a second video apparently shows the object in question was nothing more than a plastic bag.
The complaint also says Rosenbaum leaned in toward Rittenhouse -- apparently trying to reach for his gun according to a witness -- and then fell to the ground after 4 loud bangs. Then Rittenhouse got on his cellphone to make a call, and prosecutors say he was overheard saying, "I just killed somebody" as he ran away. He's been charged with first-degree reckless homicide for Rosenbaum's death.
Rittenhouse is also charged with first-degree intentional homicide (murder in most states) of Anthony Huber. Prosecutors say Huber -- seen with a skateboard in several videos -- approached Rittenhouse, who was lying on his back, and appeared to reach for Rittenhouse's gun. According to the complaint, Rittenhouse fired a round, sending Huber staggering away before collapsing to the ground and dying from a gunshot wound.
All told, prosecutors charged Rittenhouse with 5 felonies -- the 3 others are 2 counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and one count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
That last count was for allegedly shooting Gaige Grosskreutz, who prosecutors say appeared to be armed, and suffered one non-lethal gunshot wound.
If convicted, Rittenhouse could face life in prison just for the first-degree intentional homicide of Huber. He's also facing one misdemeanor ... for possession of a dangerous weapon by someone under 18.

Finally, some good news for Cincinnati Bengals CB Mackensie Alexander -- his father has been FOUND ALIVE after going missing earlier this week!
Remember, Alexander left training camp Tuesday to help police search for his missing father -- but was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly assaulting a man who he suspected had a role in his father's disappearance.
Mackensie's dad, 65-year-old Jean Odney Alexandre went missing Monday after a palmetto berry picking trip in Okeechobee County, FL.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office says, "He is in good health and is being reunited with his family."
So many questions still remain about the incident -- but for now, it's great that Jean is safe.
As for Mackensie's arrest, cops say the NFL player and another man beat the hell out of a guy on Tuesday ... and cops say it all started because the men confronted the alleged victim about "an incident that had transpired the day prior."
Alexander and another man were arrested for battery. They were booked and released a short time later.

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire has been found GUILTY of a number of charges stemming from a massive brawl in Greece last week.
The 27-year-old superstar defender was vacationing with family in Mykonos late last Thursday when a fight broke out on the beach over allegations his sister was injected with a "rape drug."
Officers in plainclothes tried to break up the scuffle ... but ended up injured in the process, according to law enforcement.
At the time of the arrest, Maguire allegedly told cops, "Do you know who I am? I am the captain of Manchester United. I am very rich, I can give you money, I can pay you, please let us go."
Maguire was held in custody for nearly 2 days before being released on Saturday.
On Tuesday (apparently, the courts move super quick there) Maguire was found guilty of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and repeated attempts of bribery ... resulting in a suspended prison sentence of 21 months and 10 days.
Man. U released a statement ... saying, "Harry Maguire pleaded not guilty to all of the misdemeanour charges made against him and he continues to strongly assert his innocence."

Maguire says he will appeal.

Soccer superstar Ronaldinho has been released from house arrest in Paraguay in his fake passport case -- which means he'll soon be able to return home to Brazil.
Ronaldinho -- sporting a black COVID mask -- was in court Monday as the judge made his ruling ... ending a saga that's played out on the global stage for the past 6 months.
As we previously reported, the 40-year-old legend was arrested at an upscale hotel in Paraguay back in March ... after officials say he entered the country using a fake passport.
FYI ... Dinho had reportedly had his Brazilian and Spanish passports confiscated in July 2019 over unpaid taxes -- but continued to travel internationally anyway to promote a new book.
Authorities raided the hotel where Ronaldinho and his bro were staying, seized their passports and threw them both in jail -- but Ronaldinho was eventually moved to house arrest.
Now, a Paraguayan judge has ordered Ronaldinho to be released as part of a deal that's being described as a "conditional suspension" of the charges.
In other words, Ronaldinho will pay $90,000 in costs and fines (some of which will go to charity) and in exchange, the charges will be dropped.
Officials in Paraguay have told the media they do not believe Ronaldinho was aware his passport was fake.
One prosecutor added, "There is no indication that he has any personal characteristics or criminal behaviour that ... would put society at risk."
Unclear when Ronaldinho will actually leave the country ... but our guess is he's probably moving as quickly as possible given he was facing up to five years behind bars.
Ronaldinho was a monster back in his playing days -- winning World Player of the Year in 2004 and 2005. He was also part of the Brazil team that won the world cup in 2002.

More legal trouble for the woman accused of stabbing NFL star Terrelle Pryor ...
TMZ Sports has learned Shalaya Briston -- who officials say nearly killed Pryor in a Nov. incident -- was arrested months later in March for allegedly attacking her mom.
According to court docs ... officers responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Munhall, Penn. area at around 1 AM on March 15.
When cops arrived, they say in the docs Briston told them she had been in an argument with her mother.
Cops say when they were able to locate Briston's mom ... she told them Briston had attacked her, hitting her several times in the face.
In the docs, officers say they noticed a small laceration and swelling around the woman's lower lip. They also say the woman complained that her right eye "felt swollen."
Cops eventually arrested Briston ... and prosecutors ended up hitting her with a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.
But, a court official tells us the case was dropped on Aug. 19 ... after the alleged victim did not appear at the scheduled hearing.
Briston, though, still ain't out of the woods yet ... as we previously reported, she's still facing a felony assault charge in the Pryor stabbing case.
Court records show both she and the former NFL wide receiver are due in court for a hearing in that case in late September.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 18-year-old "Pull Up" rapper was busted in Burbank when cops pulled over a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with 3 people inside -- Mosey, his driver/bodyguard and a juvenile.
We're told cops initially made the stop last Sunday around 1 AM because they didn't have plates. That turned out to be the least of Mosey and his crew's problems.
Cops say things got serious when they noticed an empty holster sitting on the driver's lap, which prompted an immediate search ... and the discovery of 3 loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistols.
One was allegedly on the juvenile, one in the glove box and one in the center console. And, bonus round ... our sources say cops also found 4 credit cards in the bodyguards backpack that did NOT belong to any of the occupants.
All 3 occupants were placed under arrest -- all 3 got booked for felony concealed weapons since no once claimed the 2 weapons found in the glove and console.

We broke the story ... Gerald Wilkins -- younger brother of NBA legend Dominique Wilkins -- was arrested on August 18 and faces 3 criminal charges, including battery.
Now, we've obtained the police report which spells out the allegations against him ... and it's not great.

The driver claims Wilkins got so heated, he punched her in the shoulder -- and that's when 2 male witnesses jumped in to break it up.
One of the male witnesses claims he was punched in the face by Wilkins during the melee.
A 3rd witness, who was pumping gas at the time, seemed to back up the female driver's story ... that Wilkins was the instigator.
Wilkins says he called 911 and claimed to be the real victim -- telling the operator he was attacked.
But, cops didn't believe Gerald's story -- and ultimately arrested him.

Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. learned his fate Friday when Judge Michael Bowman sentenced him to life without parole for murdering 13 people and raping 50 in a series of horrific crimes in the '70s and '80s that terrified California.
And, get this ... the judge sentenced DeAngelo in the ballroom at Sacramento State University, where the 74-year-old former police officer graduated almost half a century ago after earning a degree in criminal justice.

Megan Thee Stallion Shooting D.A. Considering Assault Charges Against Tory Lanez
The L.A. County D.A.'s Office is reviewing possible assault charges against Tory Lanez for his alleged involvement in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting ... TMZ has confirmed.
The D.A.'s mulling over a charge of felony assault with a firearm after Megan said she was shot back in July as she exited the SUV she was riding in with Tory. As you probably know by now ... he was arrested, but only charged with possession of a firearm. Now, it's possible he'll face the additional charge after prosecutors asked the LAPD to further investigate the incident.
TMZ broke the story ... law enforcement sources told us LAPD detectives opened an investigation into Tory in July after he allegedly shot Megan in the foot as she exited his chauffeur-driven SUV on the heels of an argument that erupted inside the ride.
As we reported, sources connected to Tory say there were mitigating circumstances -- and based on what we know ... IF he's charged for it, we believe Tory's going to say it was an accidental shooting.
However, charging him might have gotten a little more difficult because of what Megan said hours earlier on Tuesday.
She posted pics of her gruesome foot injury after the alleged shooting, but in her caption made the point of saying she had her back to the SUV when she was shot in the heel ... which would mean she didn't see who fired at her.
That's something she hadn't previously said, and it potentially complicates the D.A.'s ability to charge an alleged trigger person.
You'll recall ... video of the incident showed cops pulling over the SUV in the Hollywood Hills -- with Tory lying face-down on the pavement and Megan gingerly tip-toeing ... leaving bloody footprints with each painful step.
We broke the story ... Megan's injuries to her feet were so bad she had to go into the operating room to remove bullets or bullet fragments.
As we've told you ... MTS says the ordeal left her "hurt and traumatized."
Lanez was previously arrested and booked for possession of a concealed weapon -- the handgun cops say they found in the vehicle -- and now he may be in the crosshairs criminally for the shooting itself.
