Ron Jeremy Mug Shot Released ... After Sexual Assault Charges

Here's Ron Jeremy's mug shot, which was released after the former adult film star was charged with sexually assaulting 4 women in West Hollywood.

As we reported ... last week, the L.A. County District Attorney charged Jeremy with 3 counts of forcible rape, 3 counts of forcible penetration by a foreign object, 1 count of sexual battery and 1 count of forcible oral copulation. The D.A. says the charges relate to 4 separate incidents involving 4 different women, dating all the way back to 2014.

Prosecutors say Ron allegedly attacked a 25-year-old woman at West Hollywood residence in 2014. Prosecutors also allege Ron of sexually assaulting 2 women on separate occasions at a WeHo bar in 2017, and claim he allegedly raped another woman at the same bar in July of last year.

Now, authorities say they are looking for more women who may have been victimized by Jeremy.

The 67-year-old faces a possible maximum sentence of 90 years to life in state prison, if convicted as charged.

George Floyd Murder Case Charged Ex-Cops Appear in Court

COURT APPEARANCE
PaulBlume_Fox9
UPDATE

2:40 PM PT -- According to new legal docs ... ex-officer Kueng intends to plead not guilty to his charges, citing self-defense, reasonable force and authorized use of force during Floyd's arrest.

UPDATE

11:48 AM PT -- The pre-trial hearing’s over — all the ex-officers attended in person, except Chauvin, who appeared via video monitor from the prison where he’s being held. No pleas were entered, but much was discussed.

UPDATE

Judge Peter Cahill and the attorneys addressed the pretrial publicity, with the judge warning both sides to be careful with their comments about the case … but he hasn’t issued a gag order yet. The defense attorneys made it clear they will be filing motions for a change of venue.

UPDATE

Judge Cahill stated he’s also awaiting motions on whether the defendants will be tried separately or together in a joint trial. The defense says it plans to file motions for dismissal of charges in some cases, as well.

UPDATE

Finally, both sides discussed whether cameras should be allowed at the trial or not … the defense wants them, the prosecution has opposed. So far, the judge is sticking to no cameras, but says he’s still considering the issue.

UPDATE

Some of these topics will likely be addressed at the next hearing on September 11. The first day of trial is currently set for March 8, 2021.

The four former Minneapolis cops charged in George Floyd's alleged murder are back in front of a judge ... and it's the first time we're seeing two of them appear in court.

J. Alexander Kueng and Thomas K. Lane strolled into Hennepin County District Court Monday for a pretrial hearing, accompanied by their defense attorneys, and that's who you see in the video.

The other ex-officers, Derek Chauvin and Tou Thao, didn't post bond like their former colleagues and are still in jail. No cameras are allowed inside the courtroom for today's proceedings.

The last time we saw Kueng, he was shopping at a local grocery store -- he's out on a $750k bond -- when a woman recognized him and confronted him, shoving a camera in his face.

Lane, meanwhile, posted his $750k bail after his family started soliciting donations via a website they set up to raise dough for his legal defense.

Chauvin, who kept his knee pressed on Floyd's neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, is charged with 2nd-degree murder and 2nd-degree manslaughter.

Kueng, Lane and Thao are charged with two counts each -- one for aiding and abetting 2nd-degree murder and one for aiding and abetting 2nd-degree manslaughter.

Golden State Killer Pleading Guilty to 13 Murders ... Crimes 'Terrified' California

The man known as the Golden State Killer will finally admit to the horrific crimes he committed in the '70s and '80s ... including 13 first-degree murder charges he's facing.

Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. is appearing in a makeshift courtroom Monday -- onstage in a ballroom at Cal State Sacramento -- where he will plead guilty to the 13 counts of murder and 13 counts of kidnapping for purposes of robbery.

DeAngelo's also expected to admit guilt to 62 other rapes and abductions during the plea hearing ... crimes for which the statute of limitations expired long ago.

Sacramento County Deputy D.A. Amy Holliday says prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty and expect DeAngelo to be sentenced to life without parole.

The 74-year-old former police officer's guilty plea comes after decades of mystery over the rapes and killings at his hands, which took place between 1973 and 1986.

DeAngelo's trail of terror led to monikers like the "Visalia Ransacker," "East Area Rapist," "Original Night Stalker" and finally, the "Golden State Killer," and left "communities terrified for years" ... according to prosecutor Thien Ho at Monday's hearing.

After more than a 40-year hunt, DeAngelo was arrested on April 24, 2018 after being ID'd by crime-scene DNA.

The Golden State Killer's crimes and investigation are the subject of the new HBO documentary, "I'll Be Gone in the Dark," which highlights the late Michelle McNamara's mission to crack the case and find him

NYPD Cop Arrested for Using Chokehold ... Victim Out Cold After 8-12 Secs.

6/21/20
UNNECESSARY CHOKEHOLD
@NYScanner / Twitter

The cop who was caught on video seemingly using a chokehold on a man he was trying to detain ... has now been arrested.

According to Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz ... 39-year-old officer David Afanador was arrested and charged Thursday for the incident that went down Sunday at Rockaway Beach. He is facing charges of attempted aggravated strangulation and strangulation in the second degree.

As we reported ... Afanador was suspended from the force without pay earlier in the week, after NYPD officers were recorded attempting to detain and arrest a black man, Ricky Bellevue. In the vid, Afanador is seen wrapping his arm around the man's neck. According to the criminal complaint ... Afanador had him in the chokehold for 8 to 12 seconds, and Bellevue did go unconscious.

If convicted, Afanador faces up to 7 years in prison for using the banned chokehold.

The incident occurred less than a week after NYC issued a ban on chokeholds for police.

Ahmaud Arbery Murder Case Three Suspects Officially Indicted ... Each Facing 9 Counts

UPDATE

3:14 PM PT -- Crump says Wednesday's indictments confirm what Ahmaud's father has been saying for months -- "that this was a lynching."

UPDATE

He adds ... "This is a significant step on the road to justice and while nothing will bring back Ahmaud's life, it is important that a Grand jury recognized his life had value and was wrongly and ruthlessly ended. We expect a trial will lead to the successful prosecution and sentences that reflect the heinous nature of this crime."

UPDATE

2:06 PM PT -- Lee Merritt, the attorney for Ahmaud's mom, Wanda, tells TMZ, "The family of Ahmaud Arbery is determined to see these men prosecuted, convicted and appropriately sentenced for the brutal hate crime that took Ahmaud’s life over four months ago.‬“

UPDATE

Ben Crump, the family's other attorney, calls the indictment "Monumental" in getting justice for Ahmaud.

Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael and William "Roddie" Bryan have each been indicted by a grand jury for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery.

The Cobb County D.A., Joyette Holmes, announced the indictment to reporters Wednesday in front of the Glynn County Courthouse in Brunswick, GA. Although the defendants had been arrested for murder, the grand jury handed up the indictment ... formally charging them with the crimes.

ANNOUNCING THE CHARGES
Fox 30

Each defendant is facing 1 count of malice murder, 4 counts felony murder, 2 counts aggravated assault, 1 count false imprisonment and 1 count criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

In Georgia, murder charges typically go before a grand jury for indictment.

The 3 defendants have remained in custody since their arrests last month, and last appeared in court in early June for probable cause hearing ... where a judge concluded there is enough evidence to move forward with the case.

As we reported ... during that hearing, a Georgia Bureau of Investigation detective took the stand and testified he found NO evidence Ahmaud ever took anything from the construction site he walked through before he was shot and killed.

Remember, the elder McMichael, Gregory, had claimed he thought Arbery matched the description of a burglary suspect. Travis fired the fatal shots on February 23, during a struggle with Ahmaud ... that came after all 3 men chased him down.

FEBRUARY 2020
IN COLD BLOOD

Travis and Gregory were arrested and charged with murder May 8, and a judge ordered them held without bail. Bryan, who recorded the incident, was arrested 14 days later and slapped with charges of felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

Authorities allege Bryan had no right to stop or confine Arbery and Bryan was working with the McMichaels by repeatedly using his vehicle to trap Arbery.

The GBI detective who testified in the preliminary hearing also said Bryan told cops he heard Travis refer to Arbery as a "f***ing n****r" right after he shot him.

NFL's DeAndre Baker 2 Witnesses Say He Never Pulled a Gun ... In Armed Robbery Case

Good news for NY Giants cornerback Deandre Baker -- TWO witnesses are now on the record saying they never saw Baker pull a gun during an alleged armed robbery at a cookout back in May.

As we previously reported, Baker -- along with Seattle Seahawks corner Quinton Dunbar -- was arrested for allegedly robbing several people at gunpoint during a May 13 incident in Miramar, FL.

Cops initially said ... witnesses told them Baker pulled out a semi-automatic firearm and directed Dunbar to start taking expensive watches and other valuables from people at the cookout.

At one point, cops say Baker directed a 3rd man -- who was wearing a red mask -- to shoot someone who had just walked into the party ... but fortunately, no one was actually shot.

Baker was charged with 4 counts of armed robbery and 4 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm -- though he has adamantly denied the allegations.

Now, two witnesses who were at the cookout have given sworn affidavits -- which have been submitted to prosecutors -- in which they state Baker never pulled out a gun or robbed anyone.

"Deandre Baker was near me, and he never pulled out and/or pointed a firearm at anyone at the party."

Both men claim they were 10 to 12 feet from Baker during the "commotion."

Both men -- who claim they only know Baker from playing the Madden NFL video game online -- also say they never saw Baker "take anything from anyone at the party."

Both men also say they provided the affidavit on their own accord -- no one has threatened them or influenced them in any way.

We spoke with Baker's attorney, Bradford Cohen, who tells TMZ Sports, "We believe that there is significant evidence to rebut any allegation made in the case."

"In speaking to the witnesses, and reviewing the evidence we gathered, my opinion has not changed that he is innocent of the allegations against him."

Ron Jeremy Charged with 3 Counts of Rape ... Life in Prison Possible

Former adult film star Ron Jeremy is now accused of raping 3 women and sexually assaulting a fourth ... after the L.A. County D.A. announced the charges.

District Attorney Jackie Lacey announced Tuesday her office had charged Ron Jeremy with 3 counts of forcible rape, 3 counts of forcible penetration by a foreign object, 1 count of forcible oral copulation and 1 count of sexual battery. The charges relate to 4 separate incidents dating back to 2014.

According to the D.A.'s office ... a 25-year-old woman claims Jeremy forcibly raped her at her home in WeHo back in May 2014. Prosecutors also say Jeremy allegedly sexually assaulted 2 women on separate occasions at a WeHo bar in 2017.

A 30-year-old woman claims Jeremy forcibly raped her at the same bar in July 2019. Arraignment has been set for later this afternoon, and prosecutors want his bail set at $6.6 million.

If convicted, the 67-year-old faces a possible maximum sentence of 90 years to life in state prison.

Tory Lanez Helps 100 Ex-Inmates Celebrate ... 1st Father's Day Since Release

FEASTS FOR FATHERS

Tory Lanez made a huge difference this Father's Day, helping 100 black men recently out of incarceration celebrate with their families for the first time on the outside.

The rapper and his Dream City Fund launched 100 Black Fathers with Van Jones and Cut50. The initiative is a partnership with Amazon Music, Door Dash and criminal justice reform organization Dream Corps to provide free dinners and gifts for the former inmates and their loved ones.

The 100 fathers were released from incarceration during the pandemic, so the food deliveries were of course "contactless." Their children got their hands on some Amazon gift cards codes, and gave them to their dads, no doubt leading to some hugs and huge smiles.

Tory is pretty passionate about the project ... he wrote an open letter to each of the fathers offering his support and empathy, because it's not every day you're released from prison straight into a pandemic and period of social and civil unrest.

TL wrote, in part ... "You're with your family. You deserve to enjoy today! I’m grateful to be a very small part of it. I know as a Black father raising Black children in this world, things aren’t easy."

NFL's Junior Galette Opens Up On Beach Incident Speaks On Police Brutality

I SHOULD BE PLAYING!!!
TMZSports.com

Junior Galette is finally addressing a video that's haunted him for years -- footage showing the NFL star fighting on a beach in 2013 ... and Galette says it was all self-defense.

Remember, when the footage surfaced in 2015, Galette's attorney at the time suggested the man at the center of the action was NOT his client.

But, it was Galette ... and now he's talking about the incident with TMZ Sports.

"The league did its investigation on that. It's not my proudest moment as I was defending myself from being attacked by other people," Galette says.

The footage seems to back Galette's story ... to a point. You can see Galette was fighting off a group of men -- but in the craziness, Junior swung his belt at an unarmed woman who appeared to be trying to restore order.

Galette was released by the New Orleans Saints just a few months after the video surfaced ... but later resumed his career with the Washington Redskins.

During his time in Washington, Galette was involved in an incident where he was chased and tased by police following an alleged fight in Mississippi in April 2017.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ Sports ... Galette is struggling to catch his breath and at one point tells the officer, "I can't breathe."

THE CHASE AND TASE

Galette was initially booked for disorderly conduct and failure to comply -- but Junior says the charges were eventually dropped.

"That just goes to show you that I may be a professional athlete, but that doesn't exempt me from being a black man in America."

"I can remember that moment when that cop chased me and stood up over me and proceeded to tell me that 'I may be a big white guy' as he proceeded to mock me when I told him I can't breathe. The charges were dropped, I was exonerated and the same goes for any other case."

Now, 31-year-old Galette -- who racked up 34.5 sacks in his 6 year career -- is a free agent and trying to convince teams to give him another shot in the league.

"I'm in the best shape of my life. I've showcased that across my platform as I've always posted videos and kept the fan updated with me being in great shape."

Galette recently penned an open letter to Roger Goodell praising him for the steps the league is taking to address systemic racism -- but he believes he's being blackballed from the league partly because he suggested white players with similar skillsets were getting paid much more than black players.

"My teammate, who happens to be a white guy from Stanford, was offered 500% more guaranteed money than I did after he came off of a torn ACL and basically was suspended from PEDs. I spoke out about the paid inequality, the Redskins then withdrew my offer. I haven't played a down since then."

Galette says he's had interest from multiple teams over the past few years -- including the Rams and the Seahawks -- but nothing that has led to a real opportunity.

Eric Garner Mock Trial Prosecutor Talks George Floyd Case, Proving Intent

WHAT CAN HAPPEN?
TMZ.com

If George Floyd's case goes to court -- prosecutors must do their best to prove Derek Chauvin's intent was to harm -- and they've got a damning piece of video on their side ... so says the man who served as a prosecutor in Eric Garner's mock trial.

"American Trial: The Eric Garner Story" gives viewers a glimpse into what the outcome of Garner's case could have been if it went to court. Attorney Thomas Kenniff is part of the prosecution team in the mock trial and tells us if George Floyd's case goes to trial, the video of Derek Chauvin will be the pivotal piece to landing a guilty verdict.

Kenniff makes it clear ... prosecutors will have to prove Chauvin's intent and jurors will have their undivided attention on the video.

As we reported, Chauvin had his knee on Floyd's neck for almost 9 minutes while he stated he couldn't breathe, bled from his face and begged for his dead mother.

Kenniff says the video makes it hard to argue that there was any intention outside of harming Floyd ... and prosecutors should lean on that the hardest.

"American Trial: The Eric Garner Story" will make its TV premiere Saturday night at 8 PM ET on Reelz Channel.

'A Bay Bay' Rapper Hurricane Chris Busted for Murder

Rapper Hurricane Chris -- best know for the hit track, "A Bay Bay" -- has been arrested for murder in Louisiana ... TMZ has confirmed.

The rapper, who's real name is Christopher Dooley, Jr., was arrested and booked for second-degree murder after cops say he shot and killed a man early Friday morning at a Texaco gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana ... according to the Shreveport PD.

Cops say Chris initially told them there was an alleged struggle over his car, so he shot the man multiple times in self-defense. But, cops say surveillance footage painted a much different picture ... resulting in Chris' arrest for second-degree murder.

What's more ... cops say the car Chris was riding in was actually reported stolen out of Texas, which resulted in the rapper also getting booked for illegal possession of stolen things.

The Shreveport native is best known for his 2007 album "51/50 Ratchet" which includes his hit single, "A Bay Bay." That track's music video has nearly 30 million views on YouTube.

Rayshard Brooks Shooting Rolfe Turns Himself In ... Booked for Felony Murder

UPDATE

3:25 PM PT -- Brosnan just spoke publicly for the first time since being charged. His attorney claims the allegations by the D.A. are exaggerated and misleading, and says Brosnan was actually unaware Brooks was shot initially and was trying to figure out what happened.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Once he did, the lawyer says Brosnan went to get a first aid kit to help Brooks, and by that point, other officers had arrived. Brosnan added that Brooks was friendly and respectful, and he just wanted to try to help him out ... before the incident turned violent.

UPDATE

12:32 PM PT -- Rolfe has now also been booked and charged with felony murder. He also faces charges of aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property in the first degree and violation of oath by public officer charges.

UPDATE

10:18 AM PT -- Brosnan has already been released from jail ... he was just spotted leaving the facility with his attorney.

UPDATE

One of the cops involved in Rayshard Brooks' shooting has turned himself in and he's been charged with aggravated assault ... TMZ has learned.

In addition to aggravated assault, Devin Brosnan faces 3 acts of violation of oath by a public officer ... according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office in Atlanta.

Garrett Rolfe the cop who shot Rayshard -- and is charged with felony murder -- has not turned himself yet. The D.A. gave him until Thursday evening to do so.

NEW SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE

As we reported ... Fulton County D.A. Paul Howard announced 11 charges against Garrett Rolfe, including multiple counts of aggravated assault. Howard claims Rolfe kicked Rayshard while he lay dying.

Howard didn't mince words ... he doesn't believe Rolfe feared for his life and noted Rayshard had been cordial, cooperative and calm for more than 41 minutes before he was fatally shot.

The D.A. also said Rolfe was not motivated by fear but rather "another type of emotion." Howard didn't specifically say which emotion, but did say you can hear Rolfe right after he shot Brooks say, "I got him."

Rayshard Brooks D.A. Charges Shooting Cop with Felony Murder ... Death Penalty on the Table

2:49 PM PT -- Rayshard's wife, Tomika Miller, just addressed the media and thanked everyone for their support. She got emotional when revealing how she heard the news of the charges.

UPDATE
OUTPOURING OF EMOTION
Fox 5 Atlanta
UPDATE

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms released a statement as well, saying, "It is my hope that justice will be served—not only for the family of Mr. Brooks, but for the victims and families of the other use of force cases waiting to be resolved by the District Attorney. My condolences and prayers remain with the family of Mr. Brooks, as well as the other families awaiting justice."

The former Atlanta cop who shot Rayshard Brooks in the back and killed him has now been charged with felony murder, and the cop's partner has agreed to testify against him.

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard announced 11 charges against Garrett Rolfe, including multiple acts of aggravated assault. Howard made particular notice that Rolfe kicked Brooks while he lay dying.

Howard made it clear ... he does not believe Rolfe feared for his life in any way, shape or form. Howard noted Brooks had been cordial, cooperative and calm for more than 41 minutes. The D.A. said Rolfe was not motivated by fear but rather "another type of emotion." Howard didn't specifically say which emotion, but did say you can hear Rolfe right after he shot Brooks say, "I got him."

It's especially significant the other cop, Devin Brosnan, is now cooperating with the D.A.'s investigation.

Howard has charged Brosnan with aggravated assault -- he's on video stepping on Brooks' shoulder. He's also been charged with failure to render timely aid. He could face more than 20 years in prison, but it's almost certain he'll get way less for cooperating.

Video of the incident shows Brooks was shot by Rolfe during a chase in a Wendy's parking lot after Brooks had obtained one of the officer's Tasers and was attempting to flee arrest following a failed breathalyzer test.

This is a sea change to the extent prosecutors have now sent a message to cops they don't have to blindly stand by colleagues who cross the line.

ANOTHER ANGLE
TMZ.com

Howard said his office talked to multiple witnesses and reviewed a number of videos and other physical evidence before reaching the decision to charge them.

The D.A. is recommending a $50,000 bond for Brosnan and no bond at all for Rolfe. Both men have until Thursday night to surrender.

French Police Violently Arrest Black Woman ... Bystanders Say She's Pregnant

SCREAMING TAKEDOWN
@RoronoaAli1 / Twitter

French police are under fire for twisting a black woman's arm and pinning her to the ground during an arrest -- a loud and horrifying incident captured on video.

The arrest reportedly went down earlier this week at a train station outside Paris when a couple of cops first shoved the woman and directed her to leave the station. Within seconds, both cops had her arm behind her, and slammed her to the ground.

The video started circulating on Twitter with the caption, "French police assault a PREGNANT black woman and put her on her belly despite her cries of pain. The French president still denies the existence police violence."

We can't confirm the woman is pregnant -- someone in the background yelled that she is -- but she was very clearly screaming in agony while on the ground. She repeatedly yelled, "pourquoi," (why, in English)

The railway authority in France reportedly said the video's being taken out of context. The agency claims the woman spat and tried boarding the train without a ticket before officers stepped in. The railway authority has now opened an internal investigation.

This incident is on the heels of hundreds of people protesting police brutality and racial injustice in Paris and other parts of the country.

'Tiger King' 'Hitman' Allen Glover ... Body Cam Footage of DUI-Related Arrest

FAILING THE TEST
UPDATE

10:43 AM PT -- According to Valley Brook PD … an officer was on routine patrol when he says he noticed Glover staggering across the parking lot of the Deja Vu strip club shortly after midnight before getting into his vehicle. The cop told Glover he wasn’t even in a parking spot, and asked for his ID and whether he’d been drinking.

UPDATE

Glover said he didn’t have his ID on him, but had been inside the club. He told the officer he had two beers, with his last drink being about an hour ago. The cop claims during his questioning, he “began detecting the extreme odor consistent and commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage” and decided to conduct some field sobriety tests.

UPDATE

As you can see on the body cam footage, Glover doesn’t do too well. He also tells the cops he doesn’t know his numbers or letters well due to his third-grade education … so the officer skips those tests.

UPDATE

Finally, Glover admits he can’t safely operate the vehicle, and is placed under arrest.

Allen Glover -- the man allegedly hired by 'Tiger King' star Joe Exotic in his failed plot to kill Carole Baskin -- is in trouble of his own now ... he got busted in Oklahoma.

Glover was arrested by Valley Brook police Sunday morning on a DUI-related charge. We're told Glover was parked in a private parking lot and someone called the cops. When officers responded, we're told Glover was in the vehicle and alert but ended up blowing a .26. We do not yet know if the vehicle was running.

He was booked on the DUI-related charge of actual physical control (APC). In Oklahoma, you can get hit with the charge for simply sitting in your vehicle with a BAC higher than .08. An APC charge is more commonly known as a non-driving DUI.

As you may recall ... we interviewed Glover about his role in Exotic's murder-for-hire case a couple months back, and he clearly suggested he had a vendetta against Joe.

PAYBACK'S A BITCH
TMZ.com

Allen told us he wished he could do more to hurt Joe as payback for, as Glover said ... all the misery he caused people and animals. Glover, of course, testified that Exotic paid him $3k to kill Baskin, and his testimony was critical in Joe's conviction.

However, what he told us possibly demonstrated a bias in the case ... but so far it hasn't resulted in Exotic getting freed from prison.

UPDATE

9:46 AM PT -- The Giants just released a statement on the arrest, saying, "We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Aldrick. We have no further comment at this time."

New York Giants star kicker Aldrick Rosas was arrested Monday after allegedly T-boning a car and fleeing the scene ... and cops believe alcohol was involved, TMZ Sports has learned.

Cops say he plowed straight into the side of a pickup at the intersection ... but kept on driving, despite disabling the vehicle he struck.

Cops say Rosas' black Chevrolet SUV broke down shortly after the crash ... but claim witnesses saw the NFL player exit the ride and run.

Law enforcement officials tell us when officers arrived on scene ... they launched an investigation -- and say they eventually found Rosas walking near the crash site.

According to cops, Rosas' hands, legs and bare feet were covered in blood when they stopped him for questioning.

Cops say after Rosas admitted to being the registered owner of the SUV ... they took him to a nearby medical center for evaluation before eventually booking him at the Butte County Jail.

We're told Rosas was booked on a hit-and-run charge, as well as driving on a suspended license.

Cops also say they believe alcohol impairment was a factor in the alleged incident ... and say an investigation is ongoing.

We've reached out to Rosas and the Giants for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Rosas has been a STUD for the G-Men since joining the team in 2017 ... making 62 of his 75 field goal attempts.
